HotWax Glass St Pete Smoke Shop

I tried to resolve an issue with a faulty water pipe that I had purchased from Lucas. The issue was the down stem was not going in at the right angle and was scrapping the inside of glass.when I returned with it I was quickly turned away and advised to come back the next day which I did. Despite following his instructions I was met this time with Shawn who only could give me the runaround and told to come back at another day. I have left my contact info and waited a week never got a call back. I have called multiple times to get the issue resolved. The staffs response has been dismissive, claiming that ‘imperfections are just the nature of glass’. Their refusal to exchange the defective item and lack of accountability for selling faulty product is deeply disappointing. I caution others against purchasing from hot wax glass, as they do not stand behind their merchandise or provide adequate customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning

Ive been coming here for many years because the workers (particularly Luke and Shawn) are such friendly people and are extremely helpful. They keep the shelves and glass showcases looking immaculate all the time. Even when there is a situation when someone is being belligerent they handle the situation very professionally. The shop has a wide selection of items for very fair prices.Thank you, folks!

A great little smoke shop on Central with a fine selection of artistic glass pipes, vape supplies, CBD, kratom and smokeables. They also have a glass studio on site for demonstrations. And they have great customer service! ;-)

Ripoff. Spent 35$ on a torch that broke instantly called “blink”. Asked the guy if i could swap it or return it literally 20 minutes later and he said no. Do not waste your money on this place. It is not good and they don’t care about their customers. Pretty disappointed that they are so okay with selling bad product.

Very friendly and helpful.Took the time to answer all my many questions.Our family has a spouse with fibromyalgia and another with multiple spinal fusions.Without a vaporizer, she cannot tolerate the smoke from hemp we now have invested in trying a raw leaf vaporizer.Their prices were about 1/2 what we found on extensive web searching, plus we get to support a local business Luke was exceptionally caring and committed to being of great service

Nice store centrally located. The girl working (with greenish funky cool hair) was very helpful and knowledgeable and cute. Inventory was low because of Black Friday just having passed but I was happy I checked out this shop.

Hands down the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. They have really cool pieces, live glass blowing (Which is AWESOME to watch - I had no idea how any of that worked), and a huge selection of parts/tools/pipes. This shop has been my go to since the very first time I went. The staff is insanely knowledgeable, too, and dont give you that get out of my store ASAP vibe that most places around downtown give. I am terrible with names but I believe Sky is the one who usually helps me - knows everything about everything. Id highly recommend Hot Wax if youre looking for a cool head shop.

This place has an array of well-priced, high-quality, entertaining and beautiful items that one would desire at their local smoke shop. Every employee with whom Ive interacted, was very helpful, patient and quite pleasant. However, the pinnacle of everything is the manager, Sky. She is amazing in every aspect and consistently goes above and beyond. I believe she deserves 95% of the credit for the success and popularity of Hotwax. Check em out for sure if you havent already. Mad props to Sky and Hotwax !

I went to hot wax glass co with a specify need in mind. I had done some research on the exact type of product that I wanted, but unfortunately I couldnt find it anywhere. I went into hotwax glass co on a whim thinking maybe theyd have it, but to no avail. However, after I was welcomed with a smile and nice greeting from Rose, she was able to help me find something EVEN BETTER! And it was at a much lower price than I was prepared to pay. I dont work for them, nor am I advertising for them. This is just an exceptional business run by exceptional people!

Im very impatient with people who talk down to me for the simple reason I am old..I didnt say anything to the arrogant little gal about her demeanor...Also,their prices are just plain ridiculous...I found the same item at a little place on 4th st N for 10$...Hot Wax wanted 50$ for the same thing..Wisdom is keeping ones mouth closed and leaving clueless people behind...Let the buyer beware..

Came in looking for a vaporizer and i wasnt disappointed. I never had one before so she took the time to explain to me which one was wich and what was the best for my needs. Great glasses too!! Ill be coming back soon.

Hotwax is definitely a go to when in st pete. Rosa deafly been more than helpful whenever you stop and they have a phenomenal selection of glass items as well as other things and if you guys ever need to stop and I would strongly recommend St Pete hot wax is the place to go for your smoking necessities!

Horrible service my vape had a burnt taste and they wouldn’t exchange it, this is the fist time I’ve had this problem at a vape store since I’ve been vaping, I tried it in the store and tried it in front of the lady and she told me I can’t do anything about that, I spent $32 for nothing
