The worst smoke shop..Leo is ignorant ,feel bad for his staff ... doesnt acknowledge stamped prices chains on closed all the time , south Pasadena smoke shop way more superior and less $

I went in for a hand pipe and I was kind of shocked at the prices at first but after being told that theyre locally blown I looked at a few and I immediately understood why! I ended up getting a hand pipe and a bag for it and I LOVE it! Good selection and helpful girls. Definitely recommend stopping in :-)

Spent over half an hour in the shop, the clerk served two people who arrived after me before me.Items in the store were not labeled, I spent the whole time waiting as the clerk tried to get in contact with the owner.30 freaking minutes because things werent labeled, and management wouldnt return calls.This wasnt the first, but it is definitely the last time I visit.

Prices are outrageous. Then they say $10 minimum on card purchase. First, thats horrible customer service, secondly, they are not allowed to have a minimum purchase on Mastercard or Visa purchase as its against contract. They lost a sale and a customer. And the owner is a jerk, so this review will be ignored.

The young sales lady was EXTREMELY rude. She would not answer ANY questions and actually made me level after I had even explained that I was in the military (Navy) and that I collect UNIQUE pipes from all over the world. Her customer service needs an overhaul and nor to mention the fact the process are STEEP as f#€k! Avoid like the plague if you have the ability to go else where!

Tyrone store.great selection of everything. bought water pipe for a friend who smokes tobacco as soon as he wakes up. friendly girls, prompt service. Plus, anyone that has shop dogs or cats automatically goes up a point in my reviews. good people.

10/10 do NOT recommend this place. The girl helping me had me go through 4 different puff bars till one finally hit. I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to get out of here so i didn’t bother complaining about the burnt taste or the fact it barely hit. Immediately threw it out and went to Tubular Tokes where i’m never disappointed.

I brought a ecig, On Saturday on Monday it wasnt pulling right, so I took it back. The receptionist asked if I had broke it. I told her no, she insisted that I broke the ecig, so around and around, then she tells me we have no money back policy ... BUT WAIT I just brought it, then she tells me she will call Mr Nice guy and see if they will replace it since I broke it, anyways she told me to come back the next day, Of course she wasnt there. So 3 days later I went back she told me she couldnt replace it. On the following Saturday I notice that now it will not even turn on after charging it for 4 hours so this time I spoke with the manager who says again we will not replace it. And If I wanted to get rude he can too, and 99.9 percent of the issues are user error.Bottom line I paid 50.00 for a product that didnt even work for 3 days. I would advise anyone not to deal with these people because they are unprofessional, and rude!

Never will I ever shop here again the manager is rude to customers and employees. Told employee “it’s common sense” his whole demeanor was very aggressive which I don’t understand how you can treat somebody who’s in line buying something like that so I simply had to walk out. I feel bad for the employees. Never will be back

I was in the store the other day and the women who was working was super nice and gave me a discount. It was the first time I was in the store and I was very impressed with the selection and the way I was treated.

I do not usually write reviews but this credit is earned. I implore you not to do business here, the owner is rude, lacks proper communication skills and does not value the customer. There are many other smoke shops close by that will value your dollar. Please take your money elsewhere. PLEASE.

You have to sign a waiver from anything that could be used illegally. Its so if something happens from someone negligent actions where not held accountable, waivers are not handled by the government the dont go into a government data base its for our protection and safety only its a precaution that any store would take I also happen to know that there are coupons that the store has where you can get plenty of discounts on beautiful pieces there.

I went to purple haze and got a hell of a deal on the volcano digit. The owner and the cashier girl went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. I called back a couple weeks later to thank them personally, and tell them the volcano rocks! Thank you again purple haaaazzze:-D!!!

They make you sign, with every purchase, a document that basically says you are you you say you are and youre not doing anything illegal with the things they sell you. Every. Time. You. Go. Buy. Anything. Its so annoying. Also taking down all my license info. Sketchy. Stop doing that. Drives a away people. Cut it down like 4th St N Cosmic does. This place over charges for cream chargers and claims to have plenty of selection on the phone but go inside and its all made in Taiwan and makes black stuff come out on my whipped cream.

This place has a great selection of items with good prices. Brittany was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided an enjoyable purchasing expierence. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

OMG the prices are highest Ive seen in any smokeshop around St Petes! There are other shops that have better customer service and dont have rude owners. AND Im not signing any piece of paper that puts me in a govt database when I check out! BYE!

Terrible. I just called and asked a simple question do you guys carry coils for the Atlantis tank. The guy hung up on me. I called back and asked again do you guys have coils for the Atlantis tank. The guy said tell me if the battery is round, the name means nothing to me, he finally said come in with your battery and well see if we have what you need.. Ill never go to this shop, very poor customer service

All the girls here are sweet and knowledgeable. Students get discounts if they have IDs, they always have awesome sales going on. Id highly recommend this place!!
