Staff is always so friendly!Place is immaculate!! I have never had a bad massage!!However my last massage was great! But, the woman talked WAY to much! I just wanted a nice relaxing massage and I felt like I had to carry on a conversation.

Everybody in the office is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Appointments are easy to book and the email notices re openings is are very helpful. Stephanie always gives me a great massage and is focused on my needs. She is professional and friendly and it’s obvious she cares about her clients. I recommend Elements and Stephanie to anyone looking for a great massage.

Front desk lady had the biggest attitude when i arrive one minute late. Scheduled a deep massage and was given light pressure, if you can even call it that. therapist spent most of the massage either rushing through it or just resting her hand on my body somewhere. left with worse neck and back pain

I purchased a massage gift card from the Salem, NH location on December 9, 2023, for $129 as a stocking stuffer. I was assured it could be used at any of their facilities. Fast forward to July 9, 2024, when the recipient went to the Newburyport location to use it. The experience was mediocre at best, primarily due to the attitude of the massage therapist. When presenting the gift card for payment, the recipient was informed that there was no balance on the card, and they had to pay out-of-pocket. This was not only embarrassing for the recipient but also incredibly mortifying for me as the giver.I immediately contacted the Salem Spa, where my purchase was confirmed. They assured me that the issue would be resolved and the charges reversed. However, despite these assurances, I received no follow-up either yesterday or this morning. Upon calling again, I was told that Newburyport was still looking into it. This is baffling, considering Salem confirmed the purchase within seconds.While the staff member handling my calls has been pleasant and apologetic, this situation clearly requires managerial intervention. As of now, I have paid $285 (including a 20% tip) for a subpar massage experience, compounded by grossly inadequate customer service.

My dad said this place was amazing so I tried it out myself and has been there ever since. Clean relaxing atmosphere. They offer 4 types of relaxation therapy plus add on and they are very accommodating with you limits. Have recommended my friends and family to this establishment.

I have been going to Elements Massage for several years now. When I walk in the door, I am always greeted by a member of the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. The massage therapists I generally always book with are Victor and Jessica. They are both amazing! They always listen carefully regarding where I am experiencing tightness/tension or have an injury and they know exactly how to work those areas so that by the time I leave there, I feel relaxed and so much better overall...mentally and physically! I highly recommend them. My monthly membership to Elements is worth every penny! Since I have a busy schedule, if I didnt have the membership, it would be easy for me to leave there feeling great and forget to book again until my tension and muscle tightness get really bad. I always book my appointment before I leave so that I stay on track. I have found massage therapy to be a vital part of my wellness and self-care plan. I highly recommend Elements Massage.

They have a good membership program but the quality of the masseuses varies widely. Almost all my masseuses also insisted on chatting the entire massage, which I find counter productive to being able to relax. It would be nice if the business gave the option of letting the masseuse know whether you wanted to talk or not during the massage, as it feels rude to have to tell them or simply stop responding to the conversation.In the end, the level of service is not worth the price.

Absolutely amazing staff. Always clean and professional. My massage therapist is extremely thorough and always listens to me and what my recovery needs are. I cant give enough 5☆ to equal the care I receive. I almost dont want to leave this review so I can be selfish and keep their masterful care all to myself. Please, ALWAYS tip your therapist. This was my first ever massage. I am in my mid fifties and was a little hesitant. Had no idea what to expect and right off the bat when making the appointment had mixed emotions as I was asked what kind of massage (gentle relaxing/strong deep muscle), which areas of the body, etc. At arrival I was immediately greeted, the place looked very chic and clean, and I had no waiting time. Once in the room, Zach a young gentleman introduced himself, went over my answers to the questionnaire, asked if I had any muscle pain/issues, explained the massage process, and instructed me on my options of undressing, before he left the room to give me privacy. Zach made me feel very comfortable, periodically asking how I was feeling, and letting me know what he was doing. The massage was heaven! My back felt SO GOOD! I had advised him that my right shoulder had been giving me some pain lately when I reached to undo my bra or tuck in a tag. He did place some emphasis on the area, massaging the top of my shoulders and arms. At the end of the massage Zach left the room, so I could get dressed. I noticed right away a greater range of motion on my right shoulder. I was able to do my bra and reach for the back tag on my tank top using my right arm. Amazing!! I will definitely be back and have already recommended this place.

Anne is amazing and such an asset! She is intuitive and knows exactly what your muscles need without much guidance. I look forward to seeing her every month. The front desk staff is nice and friendly and always take their time to answer all my questions.

I really like Elements in Salem NH. Front desk staff is always super friendly, which is so refreshing!! And I love the on-line scheduling they have. Got in the other day with Nicole….her hands are magical! Felt so much better after my one hour massage. ;))

Was visiting from out of town, and had my very first ever massage here! Staff was welcoming, it was a very soothing and overall relaxing experience! didnt want it to ever end :) i highly recommend Karen!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Receptionists were so warm and inviting. Both massage therapist (mine and my boyfriend’s) were exceptional. Professional and made us both feel comfortable. Beyond happy with our visit and most definitely will be coming back soon!!!

This place is amazing. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and honestly seem to care if you have a good experience. The massages are great and they have a variety of massage therapists with a wide range of skills to fit peoples preferences (including great prenatal!) Ive only had one massage I wasnt happy with in the few years Ive been going to this particular location and about 8 years total with the Elements chain. I let them know at the front desk when she asked me how my massage went and she immediately apologized and comped me another massage, made a recommendation for a new one and booked me for the next day. Turned out he is an excellent massage therapist and my new go to.The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. The beds are heated (always my personal favorite). They have an online booking tool that works well and allows you to see your upcoming appointments as well.I have the monthly membership (which I highly recommend). They roll over if you miss a month and you can share your membership with someone else as well.

This place is AMAZING! Staff is awesome, very helpful and professional. I had issues with one of the cards I paid with and she took care of it rite away and was SUPER nice about it! I had Dan and he was INCREDIBLE! I suffer from chronic pain and migraines and just after one session with him I can’t even tell you how much he alleviated my pain. Their prices are very fair and to be honest this is one of the best places I have ever been to and will continue to come here from now on!

My husband and I have been members for a while now and we each get monthly massages. Honestly, I look forward to a great experience every time. Ambiance, decor, lighting, staff; it all makes for a very relaxing experience. I have had the same masseuse for a year now and I make sure to book in advance (weekends are especially tough to schedule). When I want to splurge, I book a longer session or hot stones (for extra $ of course) and its never a problem. Regular treatment has vastly improved my chronic issues.

Today I had an incredible massage by Meghan H! I felt inclined to leave a review because of how impressed and grateful I am with the therapist and staff at Elements Massage, in Salem,Nh.I was in a lot of pain walking in for my one hour session, and had been for the past 6 days due to a pinched nerve from muscle tension. (A recurring issue that I treat with massage)This was my first time having a massage at Elements massage.The receptionists at both the time of booking, and upon arrival were SO. GREAT.!!They were knowledgeable in what each therapist was capable of, which would be best to suite my needs, answered any questions I had, and they fit me into the schedule quickly while considering who was the best fit and not just who was first available.The massage was exactly the type I needed. Pressure was consistent, but also, adjusted perfectly to each targeted area. Everything was communicated with me effectively to find the right balance while also keeping me relaxed to enjoy the massage. Their knowledge on the area I needed most help with, was such a relief!! They pinpointed each area where I was in pain without issue, and with very little, if any, direction from me explaining where it hurt. Its crazy to me how spot on they were so quickly!After the session, I could slowly move my head right to left, and had much better range of motion in my shoulders arms and neck.Before I left we came up with a plan for my recovery and future therapy. Which was scheduled based on what rest and healing my body needed, and not at all about a return appt for paid services. They cared about my recovery, and the process, to get me feeling like my best self again.Thank you so much for an excellent first impression and an even better massage! And great job to the staff who kindly initiated the whole positive experience! :-)

Honestly, for a massage experience this was super stressful. I called to make an appointment and was told I needed to put a $45 deposit down, no big deal I get that. I let them know that I would be paying with a gift card and asked how that worked. They said I would either be refunded the deposit or could put it toward the gratuity, again cool no problem. I arrived and they let you know 5 before and 5 after are for changing, no big except my massage didnt start until 7 after and ended 7 before. 4 minutes doesnt seem like a lot but it is when your already working off of 50 minutes. Massage was well done and catered to my needs but when I was done I went to pay with the gift card and was told that the gift card I had was not to their location. This was super frustrating as I told them over the phone AND when I arrived that I was using a gift card and no one mentioned that they are location specific. The manager said they would give me the introductory rate to make up for the lack of communication which, at this point, I just wanted to pay and leave. When I checked my bank account I was over charged by $36. I called today and they are working on refunding me the $36 that was over charged. Massages should be relaxing and the process around this massage was anything but.

I went today and had Stephanie, she was super sweet and did amazing work on my back! Nice woman at the service desk as well, very welcoming.

I have been seen by multiple masseuses and each has been great, especially Nicole! Each visit is really tailored to your wants and needs (I started when I was pregnant, and then switched to postpartum massages and now have regular ones).

Lovely people very accommodating and Darlene is wonderful!! The front desk staff are friendly and sweet. Seriously two yr member and love this woman!! She eases my migraines and sciatica!

Purchased two hour long massages for $90 each. After my massage I was told my next visit would cost me an additional $30 because it was no longer the introductory rate. So the 90 I already paid plus thirty plus gratuity comes to about $155. By far the most expensive massage ever. They also didn’t have any women available for my visit which is no big deal, however this guy had the hairiest forearms ever! Could literally feel the course hair. Not very enjoyable. We also started at 2:05 and was told we were done at 2:55. That ten minutes just cost me $25!!! I would not recommend this place. They try and get you wherever they can. The masseuse also recommended a hot stone treatment while I was on the table. I originally said yes and when I did he said it would adjust my bill. Sorry but I don’t like trying to be sold an upgrade while I’m just trying to get a massage. Do that stuff at the front desk. Maybe this is the norm I don’t get many massages but this was too pricey and to hairy and cut to short on time to be enjoyable.

My experience at Elements Spa has been nothing but great. The staff, including the receptionist area is caring and very competent. The reception and waiting areas are very calming, serene, and welcoming. The massage rooms are extremely clean and make you feel relaxed. I am a member of their wellness program and always look forward to my monthly massage. I highly recommend Elements Spa

I appreciate the protocols that Elements Massage followed to secure a safe experience especially during the time of Covid-19. Nicole did a great job on my massage. I was having shoulder issues and she directed her effort there. It was relaxing too!.

The atmosphere is so relaxing! You get to truly relax and unwind. The front desk is extremely perfessional and the therapist are very knowledgeable! If you havent been in yet, you are missing out. They also give you 30.00 off your first visit! If you join there wellness program, you always save that 30.00 on every session.I cant wait for my next visit!

I was the winning bidder at a charitable event of a one hour massage. This was my first Elements massage, so I came in with no expectations. Have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Nice feel to place. Clean with subdued lighting. Jackie was my therapist. It was one of the best messages Ive ever had. Every part of this experience was tailored to my every wish. Right down to the smallest detail. Great first experience. And I promise you, it wont be my last,

I loved everything about my experience at Elements Massage. When I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady who asked me to fill out some basic medical history forms. I was shown around the facility and by the time that was done Trudy was ready for me. She gave me a wonderful relaxing massage, which was just what I had asked for. She did get some kinks out around my shoulder area but I was almost asleep before she got to my second leg. I would recommend Elements Massage without question.

Didn’t really care much for this place. My husband and I got a gift certificate from our son for Christmas for a couples massage which wasn’t cheap. I called to book and couldn’t get an appointment for a month. We go in after my husband left work early because this was the only time they had. They finished 20 mins before the hour? What!!!! They got paid for and hour and end our massage early after they make you fill out paperwork and talk with you then we still needed to get undressed. That’s there protocol so why should my massage be less time? No thanks! We won’t be back.

This was my first visit at Elements. I booked a massage with Laura, who was wonderful! After our brief consultation, she knew exactly what I wanted. The massage was perfect!! I’m returning in 4 weeks.

Nicole was fantastic, super professional and I felt comfortable the entire time. She was so knowledgeable and my body felt great after my prenatal massage!

Karen was excellent. She knew exactly which areas needed the most focus and applied the perfect amount of pressure that helped me to relax and feel tension relief!

I had an hour appointment with James and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to loosen all of my muscles up and get my hips straightened out. I was really impressed with what he was able to do in an hour.

Perfect easy location, great staff and a wonderful environment. My only complaint is often when I would like a last minute massage, I cant get one! Need to book a week or two in advance... :(

Very professional. Darlene gives more of a sports therapy message which is exactly what I needed. My hips were so open and relaxed when I left. I havent felt that great in a long time.

Its a chain, but the fun part is you can try many different masseus/masseurs. They will try to up-sell extras... sometimes its fun and sometimes its annoying lol. They honor the membership and should you miss a month the massage rolls over. You can also give your massage away to a friend. They handle this flawlessly.

This is a great place to get a massage. Although it may be a little pricey to get just a single one, you should look into the 2 for 1 gift cards or look to join the monthly club. Comes out much cheaper.

The spa expereince begins with peaceful seating area where water or tea is available. While waiting for your appointment, you can peruse a notebook that details the various massage techniques each masseuse specializes in. My massuese, Soti, was very attentive to providing a more theraputic style of massage I had requested. He worked effectivly at relaxing problem areas in my back and shoulders. I left the spa feeling very much destressed. I highly recommend that you try Soti as your masseuse.
