One Stop Smoke Shop

Its always a pleasant experience here. Everyone that works there that I have encountered have always been incredibly friendly and more than happy to help with whatever I need. One Stop has by far the biggest and best selection of vape juices out of any of the shops Ive been to! They even carry a few hard to find flavors that I cannot get anywhere else. They are always my go to when possible!

Its a beautiful shop everything is laid out just gorgeously. 99% of the time when Im in there and spending my money the staff is extremely helpful and take their time to make sure that Im happy with my purchase. However just recently I made a purchase of a $25 product and when I got it home and used it for the 1st time it broke. So of course I called and asked to speak to the manager about possibly doing an exchange for the same thing or a lesser value item or possibly a refund and they were unwilling to do either one. She wouldnt even offer me a store credit to help make things right for me as a good customer. I think that she made a bad decision. I spend quite a bit of money in that shop. And during these times (being the way they are) small businesses like that should really try to appreciate the people who are willing to come out and risk going inside to get what they need. Otherwise I Would have given them 5 stars

First of all I Vape so I cant say much for the glass and other stuff they sell here. But I do feel like I should say this:Awesome customer service, Staff has always given a warm and welcome feeling when you enter the store, most of the time they are busy helping other customers but always take the moment to greet you and make sure they can get to you as fast as possible.Staff has also been very knowledgeable and helpful often providing advice, as well as many recommendations built around your taste and their experiences with certain products. The prices are awesome! They also have tons of brands and flavors so you can try a new juice every time you come back if you are wanting something different. Definitely have recommended friends and family to come to this store.Awesome work guys! Definitely keep up the good work!

This is a shop where as soon as you walk in the door you are treated like family. I myself have personally seen some customers feel so welcomed they spend the majority of their day there looking at all the amazing local glass, new vaporizers, and new juice, and asking the employees questions about the products, which they answer no hesitation. I thuroughly enjoy my visits whenever I manage to make it there. Thank you guys for your awesome work. Keep it up!

One of the nicest and neatest places i have picked out glass. They have the best prices i have seen in a long time. What a selection they have too. So much i just tell them what i want and they find the perfect match for me. Makes me want to go there all the time. All the guys in there are super helpful and really nice. If i have any problems or questions they all help out and teach me a little more. Thanks Guys at One Stop. For being so freakin awesome.

I would have given them a 5 stars until my boyfriend bought me a 85 dollar mod for my birthday with in two weeks it completely stopped working. Took it in to see if they would help and nothing can be done. Yes I know they have a no exchange no return policy but Im a weekly customer who visits the store VERY often. I feel like its piss poor customer service and a bad way to keep a good customer coming back. So Im out 85 bucks and looking for a new place to take my business.

This shop is so great on customer service. Every single encounter Ive had with the employees has been great. They are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable too. They have so much stock too which is always great. Love these guys! My favorite smoke shop for sure

$120 for a $40 vape? I get it, times are hard and prices go up but it’s cheaper to buy things online from the actual vendor than go here. The guy who helped was nice, but I just can’t get over the prices.

They have the best selection and prices in the Salem/Keizer area. Not only that, but I have yet to have a bad experience going into the shop regardless of who has helped me. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They are informative and really work with you to find what you’re looking for. Their patience is also pretty impressive. Thank you! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I went into this shop on a recommendation from i-vape in Salem and I was delighted&surprised. The gentleman at the counter had swag. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me as I had no clue what device I was buying. On top of that, It was busy when I came in but even though there were other people there at the counter; he managed to be patient, thorough, and informative. It took me a while to decide and before I could finalize my decision. I asked him to show me exactly how to take piece-by-piece apart and compare to similar products. Usually, I look at a youtube video for such details but I wanted to be absolute sure that was the best option right then and there. He finished my transaction and I left a very satisfied customer. I will definitely tell everyone about it as if they were selling affordable fresh hot cakes right out of the oven. Special!

Customer service was fabulous when I was purchasing my first vape at One Stop. Its a spendy investment but staff was great at re- assuring me that they were there to help. After a few weeks my device started giving me trouble. I brought it in a couple times and staff did their best to help. After a couple weeks of struggling I felt it was time to find my receipt and utilize the warranty only to have the employee point to the no return policy on the wall. Would have been nice if he pointed that out during the sales process. Now I have to spend my money to ship it and go through a lengthy return process with SMOK. (WHOM I ALSO WOULD NOT SUGGEST)

The sales associate/clerk, Chris is absolutely amazing! He treated my husband and I with a very warm & welcoming attitude that instantly made us feel like family or at the very least like we had been a long time customer....it was like we had been going there and had known Chris for years... We both agree that his friendly demeanor oh and did I mention the One Stop Smoke Shop has the lowest prices and the best selection of merchandise .... from tobacco to glasssware and everything in between. But the combination of the low prices, and how welcomed we felt has kept us going back since our first visit. Oh yea and I also just wanted to point out how knowledgeable Chris is of the merchandise and if you have any questions at all, about anything, even if he has other customers ..... He takes the time and can juggle the register and the other customers and has exceptional multi tasking skills in order to answer question and even show you the item or items in question without being rude or snobby... I highly recommend this store for any smoking, tobacco, pipe, bong, kratom, or glassware needs. Thank you !!!!

Amazing customers service, professional with a hint of goofy-perfect combination.. Moved here from Baker City.OR . Ma and Pa shops are important to me and how hard they work.. The One Stop Smoke Shop is all of that and a basket of muffins from Aunt Bea..lol, made me understand the product and the best ways of using there products... I always buy my vape juice from one stop. They usually have the best I’ve found so far. I went in a couple days ago and spent over $50. I went to fill my mod today and opened the BRAND new bottle of juice I had bought and it exploded all over me and the bottle was all spilled out onto my pants. Right away I went to the shop to explain what happened and showed the guy working there my pants and he told me “that’s unfortunate.” I asked if there was ANYTHING he can do for me and he said nope... now I’m out money and have no vape juice because the bottle was defective... While talking to the worker, he didn’t even let me finish talking before he started looking over at the other customers like he was gonna dismiss me and start helping others. I’ve never had any bad experiences at one stop, now I’m thinking of going elsewhere...

This is my favorite smoke shop. Staff is knowledgeable, super friendly and always helpful. They have a large selection of products, the store is really clean and its easy to get in and out if youre in a hurry.

I love this place! Every time I’m in Salem I stop in but the new guy they have working is about as useful as trying to eat cereal with a fork. Didn’t want to talk or answer any of my questions so left without buying anything.

Best place to get glass, and tobacco products in my opinion. They have great customer service, good prices, and a wide variety of water pipes. I highly recommend one stop smoke shop to everyone.

The employees do the best they can considering their boss stretches himself so thin between all of his business that he doesnt know whats going on half the time. I wouldnt rely on them for anything more than a simple purchase (nothing that you have to order or possibly return) and its not because of the employees, its because of how the place is run by the owner

I broke the glass chamber of my vape and came in to get a replacent. Unfortunately they didnt have the right one in stock, but the woman working tried every spare they had on my vape to hopefully find one to fit. She didnt find one, but put my name on a list to call when they get it in stock. She was very helpful and accommodating.

I have been to several vape stores around Keizer and none of them came up to par with One Stop. Their mods and juices are of excellent quality. They also have coils on site even for wax pens. Most variety out of Keizer. What I was in search for more than anything was service. Got all my questions answered completely, staff was very knowledgeable. Come here for the best experience and all your smoking needs. ✌️

I love this store! After going to another store and being really disappointed this store DEFINITELY made up for the other stores horrible customer service!! The guy working was so so so helpful, especially considering beither my mother or I really knew anything aboit vape!! You giys are awesome!! Keep it up! Only place ill go in salem. Cheap juice. Wide selection. Always helpful and no hassle if they sell you a coil thats messed up. Threads on one coil didnt want to go on. Took my vape in. After a couple failed attempts to get it on they handed me a new one. Went on without trouble.

I love this place. However the wait is too long. Please hire additional workers. There were 8 customers waiting while one poor girl tried to help all of them and it took forever for all of us customers but more so I felt so bad for that poor girl trying to juggle so much all by herself. Please get her some help!

Wow what staff, they are quick to say hi, and are truly interested in their business, all you have to do is ask and if they can do it for they will. I will only buy here. they know their business. Im not so young anymore, you can trust this business , to be fair and honest. keep up the great job.

I just started vaping.A friend took me to the Keizer store. They really have a number of cool things. Vape supplies,glass pipes and bongs,lighters , all kinds of vape juice. Go and see Damien. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgable and helpful. This is now my go to shop for vape supplies.

This is a great place to get vapes vape fluide and peaces for recreational use!5 stars!The customer service is outstanding and the shelfs are alwase full of fun peaces to look at.Its not to expensive to shop here.

I was so disappointed after my two firsts were wonderful! Then a different guy helped me my third and fourth and final visit!!It seems to me if you have a customer a paying at your counter you could stop texting long enough to help them! I felt both times that I was inconveniencing him to ask for assistance! Totally disappointed I spent my hard earned money at a business that obviously does not care if they sell something or not!Just cause you wear a cape on your t-shirt doesnt mean your super at your job! I usually have a Great experience in this place friendly and very helpful staff great juices today however I came across a younger guy that was working today and he was absolutely rude not helpful at all and the amount of attitude he had coming off him was so ridiculous makes me not want to come back and that sucks because i spend a lot of time and money there.

The staff are well educated and very polite. The have may choices of bongs, pipes, hookas, bowl pieces, vape mods, vape tank upgrades, vape juices, and other tabacco products.

I love it and. I love my vape that I got from there shop and the vape juice is good too it’s not hard on my lungs and it’s easy to smoke.

Broke a bottle of liquid while out of town so dropped by this place for a replacement and some coils. Great staff and large selection of flavors.

Pretty wide variety of dry and water pipes. Great customer service and overall good vibes would suggest visiting for any and all smoking needs.

Understaffed. Expensive. Was charged more than the price on the product. $5 more. Was not impressed. Their competition is way better. T zone even has better prices, and definitely better staff.
