So I just picked up my last special order of flavored juice before the ban... and I am so sad. This shop has been the best, most helpful, friendly, amazing vape shop I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. I am so sorry this ban has happened not just for myself but for small businesses like this whos life will most likely be negatively affected. If you need coils, batteries, or any unflavored juices please support this shop and keep them going. They will always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Keep this shop in business!!!

These guys take very good care of me every visit. They know me by name, know what flavors Im after right before I even have to ask. There products are Grade A from their liquid, to their Mods. They have a free membership card to rack up points for even more discounts! Seriously, try these guys first before you go anywhere else, you get more than what you pay for here and every single staff has an amazing attitude and personality and is ready to take on your needs. First time I was there it wasnt the best, went again and was helped by a woman this time along with a different man than before and they were so helpful and respectful, they ended up selling me a 35$ Product which for me was expensive. I realize now it was a Great deal and decision on my part sold me the best tank of my life. Its from Smok, giving them some rep. Elite’s Juice is good too I got Grape there that was Fantastic! 5 stars with these two around thanks to them both very much! Have a good one everybody

Brian is awesome and extremely helpful. I cant tell you how many times he has cleaned my kangertech at no charge. The juices are great too, theres loads of flavors and prices are great. They give punch cards so when you buy 5 med 12$ bottles of juice you get one free, and on top of that you get points for each purchase that allow you to eventually get a free bottle. Brian rewards all of his customers and has unbeatable prices and service.

Owner personally trouble shot my charger, battery’s and mod. Then cleaned and assembled my mod with new coil after priming. Expert help and expert costumer service! Also the liquid is mixed in house and has excellent flavor and smooth hit.

Service was good but the juice leaves a bad taste in my mouth after a few hours of vaping this. Its so nasty that I cant use it any longer I am not sure if its cheap vegetable glycerin or the flavors themselves but I have 3 bottles one vanilla, cinnamon muffin or something and a caramel flavor one and they all leave that nasty after taste. Good for someone with no taste buds I prefer something better. But the service was fantastic I just wish the flavors matched the service.

Ive been going to Jacob since he was just a little kiosk in the mall. The customer service and quality is why I continue to shop exclusively with them 3 years later! You can buy liquid just about anywhere now, but none of them come close to my favorite flavors from Jacob. The staff know me by name, they have helped me with any issue Ive ever had for free. They know their products inside and out and they will go above and beyond for their customers. You dont find the kind of integrity these people all have anywhere else. The way they support locals really amazes me, theyve got accessories made by all sorts of local customers for sale in the shop. 6th bottle of 50ml liquid is free, not to mention the points, reference discounts, and text message discounts. Anyone who says they are anything less than amazing is lying.

Very good place for information about the different options there is out there. All the staff Ive encountered there are extremely nice and patient. Ive smoked for 20+ years and I havent had a cigarette since March 1st 2016 thanks to Elite Vape Station. Especially the 2 staff that work at Salem center lately. Thanks again for the great experience.

Very nice. Decent selection. Unfortunately Ive had a few instances where the person making my juice kinda spaced off for a second and theyve had to fix my juice mid mix. Usually not bad but a little annoying. Otherwise a bomb place :)

Outstanding customer service! Stopped in to ask if they sold regular cigarettes....lol....of course they dont! The lady at the counter was VERY friendly, had a great sense of humor, and was really welcoming, even though I didnt buy anything. If I ever decide to try vaping, this is the place Ill go to get started!

Good vape shop for the latest higher end gear. They make their own juices and will. Make a custom one for you in minutes. Be warned though. They use natural sweeteners and if you are used up to super sweet chemicals it wont be the same kind of sweet. However, I like their jucies. Their prices are decent too. $35 for a 120ml bottle.

Went there to get 2 new coils and see if they can replace my mouth piece bands. Was told to use dental floss under the bands to help it? What kinda B.S. is that? Was told I have to look online for them since they dont carry them. Apparently my tank should have come with extras but they didnt.. I mean hello of it did would I be asking for some??? We love their stuff but some of their staff needs to be more knowledgeable...

When Im not ordering online this is the store I prefer to go to. Prices are great, selection is awesome, and the people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. Whether youre a veteran vaper looking for a powerful mod or a beginner looking for a basic vape pen, this place has got it plus all kinds of accessories and juices.

The service is great and the folks here answered my questions. I however do not agree with the pricing. I purchased a vape pen from here for forty dollars but found it at a far far cheaper price elsewhere. I paid more than double. I will likely shop here for juices, but not much else.Thank you.

Elite Vape is the place that gets all of my repeat business. When I first started vaping 4 years ago (which was also when I quit smoking), I went all around town, trying all of the different juices from various shops. I found that Elites juice was the best, but whats more, their customer service and support was head and shoulders above the rest. They knew my name, the juice I used and were always happy to see me. There are very few places that are so committed to customer service like Elite is; to prove how much they value me as a customer, when my power supply on my vape went dead, they told me, You are a great customer, you always buy your juice here and we want to keep you happy, and they replaced it free of charge, no questions asked. To me, as a customer, that is amazing; to be shown that Im valued, that my satisfaction is important and that they are standing behind their products, I have no hesitation to support their business. So I go to them, and only them, for all of my vaping needs, whether its juice, hardware, accessories, coils, etc, etc, etc. They have earned my loyalty many times over and not many businesses can say that.

I am so glad that I decided to stop into Elite Vape. Im new to Salem and I was almost out of my usual name brand premium juice, and wasnt going to be near my usual vape shop in Portland that day. They didnt carry the brand name juice I usually buy, but they did me one better... both of the guys there tasted my current vape juice and within 5 minutes had an almost identical replica mixed up and in my hand. I was so blown away at how spot on it was, and I was also pleased to know that the new juice was made with much better ingredients... no sweeteners, all kosher food-grade flavorings, and almost completely VG based. Apparently my usual juice, while delicious, was just loaded with sweeteners, which isnt good a thing.I have found my new vape shop! So friendly and accommodating, and its clear they take great pride in their mixes. They also participate in two different frequent buyer rewards programs. This is by far the best Vape store I have been to. The people, prices and services are outstanding. They have a great line of quality products and they stand by them 100%. If our looking for great tastes, they can make you any flavor under the sun and it will tantalize you taste buds!

My husband purchased a Smok Nord Kit, upon the salesmans suggestion, and was told that the pen would last years. The pen no longer charges after 3 months, and when my husband called the shop, they said they couldnt help us and that no one in the shop would have told him that the pen was that reliable. Smok has a 6 month warranty on this product, so the shop should have been much more helpful. Dont trust them... they wont support you as a loyal customer and do not understand what customer service is. With online shopping and so much competition surrounding them in the area, they should have better branding for their company. Spend your money elsewhere.

I brought my TFv12 tank with me to get a new one cuz mine was leaking and my center post was bent. They were able to fix my tank and make it stop leaking instead of selling me another tank for more money!!! Really good guys and gals There! Also extremely knowledgeable with mods and coils alike. First off to be clear, I am in NO WAY associated with, have friends at, or am paid by Elite Vape Station. I am giving my honest review because of the level of service I was given. Secondly, I want to give a sincere thank you to Brian and Jessica. Absolutely AMAZING service far above and beyond what they needed to give. They even fixed a defect on my box mod for free -that I didnt even buy from them!- I havent seen that level of service before from any vape shop ever, period! So, after growing frustration at another vape chain in Salem I had been frequenting for 2+ years I came in to get a bottle of strawberry e-juice, as most shops either dont carry it as a solo flavor or it just doesnt taste very accurate. Elite hit it on all fronts, it is by far the tastiest and cleanest I have had. Zero chemical aftertaste. While I was at the shop I tried several other flavors (outside thanks to oregon law) and was BLOWN AWAY by the accuracy and excellent flavor! The Mango Mango was superb. I had no idea what I had been missing! I had been wondering why I couldnt seem to get a bottle that tasted very good other than maybe one or two flavors from my usual place, and began thinking my taste buds were shot. I have now realized it wasnt me at all. They apparently dont test market thier flavors, or have a chef who isnt very good. Well let me tell you the chef at Elite must have graduated from Le Cordon Vape, because he or she is very talented! They have flavors that rival or exceed any of the online premium big name lines I have liked but couldnt afford to keep buying, due to huge price differences as they dont offer big bottle discounts like Elite and the shipping costs were high. So all in all, when you take into account huge selection, progressively cheaper prices the bigger bottle you get, primo ingredients etc it is hard to beat. Heck most shops make you buy 4 or 5 bottles before you get a free one. Elite sells the 120ml for less than 3 30ml at every other shop so you get that price break immediately PLUS every 5th purchase you get the 6th free of the same size you purchased, instead of a tiny free one like most other shops. Also, they offer optional lower levels of nicotine on all flavors, which is huge for me as I vape so I could cut down and quit cigarettes and also want to cut out the nicotine all together. Other shops have a lowest nicotine level that is still too high to quit from. Anyway, I basically never review places but felt compelled to after the incredible service I received at Elite Vape Station. My only regret is that I didnt find this shop years ago. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Especially anyone who vapes to stay off cigs, these folks know thier stuff and then some. A++ 10/10 TWO THUMBS UP! Thank you Brian and Jessica!

Went in for my first time as of03/07/15 The guy there(didnt catch his name) was outstanding, he helped me out on picking great flavors and has tried pretty much any flavor so he knows which ones will go well if you want to mix flavors, he brought me along to Redbull, and Raspberry best two flavors to mix. I will keep going down to this location.

Like to throw extra crops to the young gentleman with the blonde hair that works there. Went in yesterday looking for a dome for my homemade Vape piece. My homemade Vape pieces made out of mostly spare parts. That young gentleman help me piece and part that thing back together and now it works better than it did when I put it together the first time. This is the only place where I will get any of my vaping materials parts and accessories.

Quality juices every time. These guys make their juices to order and the blends they whip up are so gentle on coils! Support family owned businesses ❤️

My wife went there to buy us juice,they claim custom quality flavors. We got 2 bottles of muddy tasting burn. Never again. I’ll stick to shops I trust.

Eliquid made to specification (no outside labels sold). Salesanager can be very pushy in regards to what he believes is best product to purchase rather than what I wanted to buy. I saw this occur with other customers as well.Definitely research what you want before being influenced into an impulse buy, esp if its not compatible with your needs. For example, a sub ohm tank for your mech mod is likely to lead to serious buyers remorseElite sent birthday text messages offering me a free, small bottle of e-juice. Imagine my surprise when after closely inspecting my ID, Elite did NOT honor their text offer! Thats the personal touch of Elite.They dont display or sell many (if any) RDAs or rebuilbable products, if so they are well-hidden. The few I saw were...forgettable.If youre going to shop at Elite, try the Keizer shop for a much better experience

Overcharge for everything. Have no rebuildable anything. Act like the new taxes are the reason for everything bad about their shop. Also they have a discussing massage chair in the shop. Not to mention how they walk around without mask on in the mall until they see a customer, all that air they have been breathing is in the air and contagious for a long while...

They definitely knew what they were talking, but they werent very efficient of helping multiple customers at once. Which makes for a long wait. I wasnt going to have that so I left, and returned and they still hadnt made much progress. There is definitely room for improvement.

This place is truly fantastic. I have been to many of the smoke shops around Salem and a few other cities in the vicinity, but none compare to the Elite Smoke Shop, found in the Salem Center Mall. Why 5 stars though? Let me explain.First off, 5 stars for their customer service. As a Business Major, I like to test certain places that arouse my curiosity, or that I am intrigued by. I am a long time smoker, 10 years plus, so I was looking for a place that would solve my smoking problem for good, without actually having to stop smoking. Well, these guys were ready for me. Not only are they extremely courteous, they will answer all of your questions about what they are selling. I was looking for a quality E-Cig, but one that was also affordable. Well they found the perfect one for me within minutes. Their variety of the E-Cig-Liquid is amazing. Any kind of flavor you could ever imagine, they will have it. Unlike most places, these guys can also mix different flavors for you, and they can also make the perfect batch. Long time Marlboro Red smoker? No problem, they will find a higher nicotine liquid for you. Occasional, light smoker? They will find a lower dosage for you. As you will spend your time there trying to figure out what is the best E-Cig for you, they will let you try any flavor you want. I must have tried at least 20 flavors before I found one that I liked. Unlike other places, where you have to buy them, and then find out after you got home, that the taste isnt what you were looking for, here you will leave already satisfied with your choice.Overall I have to say, to conclude my summary, 5 stars because of:1. Excellent Customer Service2. Excellent Prices, for High Quality E-Cigs and Liquid3. Excellent LocationI am recommending this place for anyone who wants to quit the old way of smoking, but also for anyone who is an occasional smoker, or hookah user, as they actually have liquids that contain 0 nicotine, ones that are just for the pleasure of smoking.

Just moved from socal and have to say this is the closest thing Ive found to a borderline cape shop in oregon. Their liquid uses way too much VG (vegetable glycerin) so if you cape a 6mg its like gaping a 12mg. If you think your getting a deal youre not because 99.9% of their inventory is wholesale from fast tech. No wonder the duece shop owner is so rich hes selling a 23 dollar mod for 95. As a veteran vaper who knows what hes talking about I would rather order from mt. baker vapor than go here again.

Bought juice twice from this place and it was terrible. The after taste is terrible. If you only buy juice from this place I would recommend trying another place if you havent already. You might be surprised when you try another place. You guys have good customer service though.

I was killing time, on my way to Lincoln City (from Portland), and found myself walking past this kiosk at the Salem Center Mall. I am not a nicotine/cigarette smoker, and have no plans to start. However, I had been hearing a lot about e-Cigarettes & vaping in the news (mostly about the controversy of e-Cigarettes becoming the new gateway to kids smoking). I was intrigued about the devices, and Yacov (Jacob, to we Americans) and Mandy were super-friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I explained that I was not a nicotine user, and Yacov urged me never to start.After explaining how the devices worked, Yacov allowed me to try a number of flavors that had no nicotine, and I decided to buy a vaporizer so I could try to learn how to blow smoke rings. I bought several chambers to swap out on the battery supply, so I could have more than one flavor to play with. One of the chambers developed a broken silicone O-ring over the weekend, and Yacov swapped it out and gave me several spares when I came back through on my way home. Great customer service, and charming staff!

The prices are steep, I get juice online for less than half the cost and when I lived in California there was a local vape shop who also charged half of what these guys do and admitted to me that vape shops could charge far less than they do and still make plenty of profit.

Very bad they dont support the vaping world and there logo is a cigs and they do not tell you they sell fakes and they reward system is bad you have to spend 100 dollar to get a 15ml for FREE there 15mls is 8 dollars. the are in a mall that you cannot vape in be they vape in the they store.i would stale be smoking today ps they will yell at you if you gave a bad review
