Great shop, they have my juice and the customer service was fantastic. I had to switch vape stores recently due to them having distributor trouble so I looked around and it turns out this is one of the oldest vape stores in Salem. I was helped by Jupiter (the dude, not a planet at all) and had a really good experience. Turns out this place will be my go to from here on out. They could use a larger selection of devices and the prices are a little higher than other stores but the experience and friendly environment is worth a few extra bucks. Wont go anywhere else at this point.

Overpriced vapes 30$ for a 9k hitter other places are only 20-24$ also 2 for 40 at wild side smoke shop way better place !!!!!!

Have been going here for a long time, drive across town just to go here. Their prices have steadily risen and are now ridiculous. I got the same mod they sell for 100$ for 55$ from flavor vapor on Hawthorne. Also my got my name brand E juice considerably cheaper as well. They’ve lost my business. Flavor vapor has gained it.

My new favorite vape shop... ok its just down the road from my place but they also have a HUGE selection of everything.On top of that they often have a discount shelf for either old or discontinued items. Love being able to get some emergency juice for cheaper.I recently started using disposable vapes also for ease of use when Im out and about. I recently finally ran into the issue the employees always mention. The employee made sure I had one that was firing properly before I left. Never shopping anywhere else.

I went to this vape shop and my fiancé ended up getting a new vape. He then went home put his own batteries in and then within 1 minute the vape got so hot and the batteries started spilling out battery acid everywhere. He immediately took it back to the shop and they told him their was nothing they can do so he talked with the manager on the phone at the store and he said he will give my fiancé a refund but is not welcome back ever and we are very kind and respectful people he didn’t even yell or get upset at the manager. He acted as if we did this a lot he just wanted a new one he literally just bought it. It was defective but the manager didn’t want to deal with it and told him I will give you your money back but don’t come back here and we are regular customers my fiancé comes here for coils regularly but not no more they don’t deserve our business. Also we ended up finding another vape shop down the street and found the same vape for $25 cheaper. Prices are to high here

Sold me novo pods that leaked from the box today…and have no active phone to call. Very disappointed. Their elf bars are also completely fake, they used to sell real ones last year. Place is going downhill.

They always have what I need at good prices.

I love that they have a loyalty program. Get points for every dollar you spend and after so many points I earn a $10 coupon to use towards my purchase!!! They have great customer service and always back their products!!

I went in to buy a new mod as mine was leaking juice and mostly broken. When they asked how they could help, I explained that I needed to buy a new mod. You can tell the owners (I think that’s who helped me) truly care about ensuring their customers are taken care of and they don’t just care about the money like other vape shops I’ve been to. The gentleman explained how I might just need a new tank instead of purchasing an entirely new setup. The man and woman who helped me were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain things to me, and even though I ended up buying a new mod just to be safe, he went through the trouble of cleaning my old one so I could use it as a backup. They were so kind, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This experience made me a loyal customer and I will continue to return.

Been going here for a few years now and I think itll be my last time. Its really gone down hill and the prices are just ridiculous, makes me want to start smoking 🚬 again ! I think yall should do a thing where if youre in store and you arent happy with the flavor (who wants a juice that kicks your throat back to 98?)you purchased then you should be able to switch it with a different juice. Its like nowadays these juices arent flavors Its just a dizzy adventure at that point and if youre lucky! Itll have a lil flav 😁Sorry but Id rather drive down commercial and go to the simple VAPE SHOPS Doubt youll care about losing one customer but thats ok! My money will be spent elsewhere (: have a good year !

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this is necessary. I went into this store yesterday after looking at multiple shops in Salem trying to find a couple of disposable vapes. The lady that helped me out was super chill & kind to me. I bought some of the disposable vapes they had & they taste horrible. Very plain and no flavor. I spent 65$ on both disposable vapes & was a little upset, but went back to the shop in hopes they could help me out in replacing them or refunding my money back. While in there today, the guy at the store takes a puff off both of them and said they taste totally fine to him & that there is nothing he can do for me . How? They taste horrible!! Not just one, but BOTH! I have never had an issue with a shop resolving issues like this before, and hoped for a better response than this. I am new to Salem & I will not be coming back to this shop again. So much for 65$ of a waste!

I give the young gentleman behind the counter five stars based off my in person visit. I went in a bit confused and nervous because I was not sure what I wanted. He quickly asked me what I was looking for. & It took me by surprise but I was delighted that he was quick and to the point. He was kind to write down a recommendation and I wish I had more reasons to keep coming back. The shop offers a variety of affordable products and take their customers health and needs very serious. Take my word and give them a try and you will feel like a valued customer.

Well to be honest I wont be coming back here anymore. My wife bought a new coil and within 2 days, it burnt out. They usually have zero issues with exchanging it, but not this time. This time i got blamed for how I use or dont use my vape and was then was told the juice that they have been recommending me for quite awhile, is bad juice that burns coils really fast. Had to call the Albany store for them to tell me that they would have replaced it. Usually this place is awesome.

Bad experience ! usually get outstanding service here but recently I was there to buy more then just juice or coils and the girl behind the counter seemed very impatient with my questions. she never smiled even once and acted as if she had better things to do then be helping me pick out a new vape unit . ! was the only customer in the store at the time and still felt rushed ? it was such an uncomfortable experience that I would rather drive a few extra miles then to be forced to deal with that woman again ! I did not get her name but she looks of an Asian heritage ? other than being female that is the only other way I can think to describe the person. I mean absolutely No disrespect to folks of Asian decent. I am hoping that she was just having a bad day but if it is normal behavior for her then she has no business dealing with the public and will definitely have a negative impact on sales for that store.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! They even had the pods I needed that I couldnt find anywhere else!Recently bought a new mod, and the guy was so patient with me and willing to help any way he could. Peak customer service here my dudes.

We had a faulty esco bar it did not turn on it wouldn’t work and when we returned it. They gave us a new one thankfully. But the next time we wanted to purchase one they called my boyfriend a lier and refused to sell to him. Even though we are so loyal to there they know us by name. And blatantly called us a lier. The woman that was there was beyond Disrespectful. Couldn’t speak to a manager or even have a conversation with them without them being disrespectful. So disappointed that my favorite vape shop has really let me down. I hope they are more understanding to the next person who has a problem.

I went into this shop yesterday on a recommendation and I was very impressed. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me as I don’t know a lot about vaping. It was slow when I came in but it got busy when I was looking at some of the discount merchandise and even though there were other people there at the counter he finished my transaction and I left a very satisfied repeat customer!!

Went in today hoping to get some coils for my very old Ego1, only to learn that parts arent being made for it anymore. Juan help me out today and was great I told him I liked my current pen because it fit my chick pockets. He showed me a pen he bought for someone in his life, and I loved it. He was so helpful, showing me how to get it all set up and everything. If I could give a rating higher than 5 I would. Very knowledgeable about the devices in the store, and super helpful about finding something that would work for me. This is the only vape store in going to go to from here on out. I sadly wont be returning to this store anymore. This is the 4th time Ive gone in and asked for a coil and tripled checked it was the right one, only to find out it indeed wasnt the right one. Im done wasting money due to staff not being educated on the products. Many times I have been in and asked a question and was not able to get an answer. These arent crazy questions either. Asking about which coil would I need or battery etc. 4 times of giving me the wrong product is on me for going back, I just assumed if I was more clear I would receive the right product and yet was incredibly disappointed by finding it not to be correct.I was looking for the nord 4 mesh coils the larger one

The Man that works there is extremely rude and unhelpful. He does not care about his customers and has an unsettling attitude everytime I go in during the days he works. The female that works there is awesome though! Personally and from now on I will only go in to this vape shop if the female is working. I suggest to never get help from the male worker!

The woman who works here is always very helpful and has suggestions whenever I go in or call about something. Good quality stuff at decent prices, and they have a reward system which most vape shops do not have.

Always have want I want. Lots of stock lots of new stuff all the time.

Everytime ive gone into this store theyve been nothing but courteous and knowledgeable . I bought my mother a vape for christmas last year off the employees recommendation and she loves it. I just bought myself one as well. They also work with you to find what will fit you best. And dont make you feel bad about getting the cheaper options. I love these guys.

High end and mid range mods, RDAs, etcThe I Vape environment is ahead of its time in Salem, with its classy, lounge feel in a convenient strip mall location.1/2020 UPDATE: The retail sales staff at I Vape deteriorated so much that ambiance & product placement no longer hold the allure they once offered me. Here is why:I revisited I Vape after a several month hiatus and was loathe to be reminded of why I prefer shopping online. Always ISO eliquid in discount bins, I was reminded of how poor customer service is in general.I can only hope that the young woman forced to ring up my purchases is not a regular full time employee.She seemed to assume that I could neither afford nor understand the precious technology safeguarded in display cases.I was insulted multiple instances by a “don’t bother, u can’t afford it” attitude. She actually said they cost a lot like the Kennedy RDAs; like a hundred dollars. I was appalled by her words NOT the price.I left there kicking myself for having bought ANYTHING AT ALLThe establshment has potential.. maybe wait to see if future staff will better represent the vision of “I Vape; however, I wont spend any effort trying to find out-----------------

Always good people in there. Always know their product. Always have what I want. Overall perfect place to go if you need any kind of vape juice or anything associated with Vapes.

I dont have much of a knowledge base in regards to vaping but, I gave them a shot today on a friends recommendation. Quite happy that I visited the store, Logan was courteous, and went above and beyond to explain the difference between equipment, nicotine variations, and how it all worked. I dont know about most vape shops but, this place had an overwhelming selection of juice. I look forward to dealing with them in the future, and highly suggest you check them out regardless if you are new to vaping or not.

Went into i-vape for some vape juice, prices were fair, but it was the experience that made me put in this review.Brett, an employee of i-vape went above and beyond in helping me with a mod that has been causing me trouble. He worked on it for 45 minutes and when we determined it was a faulty mod, he helped me out again. This is my new vape shop!

Compared to the vape shops in salt lake city Utah this place has no selection and seems pretty much deserted. Staff was fantastic but wow Im not used to seeing so little variety of e-liqiud and empty shelves and display cases.

They do not back up their products when they dont function correctly. Bought 4 myself and family and friends bought 4 more of the same Aspire and of them didnt work correctly and they would not stand by the product. Done with them. Take care of the customer,period!

This WAS a good store.! Now all there juice is overpriced.!( $22) Go ten blocks down the road to leaf life. And ALL there juice is $15.!! All of it!! And no there not knock off brands! Everything they sell at I vape is at leaf life!!

Dont expect to get any current hardware. These B&M vape stores carry overpriced old hardware. I asked them if they carried iJust 2 kits and the rep said he has never heard of it... Seriously your a vape store, maybe you should keep up on whats new in the vape community. Shop online and just stay away.

Sad that the Beaverton location closed down as I frequent that one regularly. They had good selections Luckily my parents live in Salem and I visit them often. This location is just a few minutes away.

Great vapor juice variety. Very reasonable prices. Knowledgeable in vape gadgets, coils and carries the new Monster variety (fruit)

I go here all the time excellent customer service and they are very knowledgeable about thier products. To bad the government taxed the hell out of nicotine or Id get way more vape juice!

Their customer service needs a lot of work when tried to contact the owner of the store it is a very hard to do so I have found another vape shop in Salem where any of the owners can be contacted and the staff have excellent knowledge and is not trying to sell you something that you do not want or need their prices are very high

Hands down the best shop around Salem. Always getting new tasty flavors in, everyone is super helpful, AND Heero the Shiba Inu stops in to say hi. I-Vape is pretty much the perfect example of how everyone should run a business and treat customers.

Went in for coils and ejuice walked out with nothing because the person working was so rude and disrespectful. Been in twice now and it seems that the people who work there have better things to do then what they are being paid to do.

I go here for everything, always friendly helpful, and give me great suggestions on juice. I love their rewards program, juice, staff, mod selection.

3rd tank bought their, by the time i need a coil they dont sell it. Sold me batterys today that wont charge on a nicore, sold flat uncharged...

Been going to ivape for a couple years now and Joey and the rest of the crew have always had fantastic service great prices and a clean store. If you need anything vape related i suggest you give ivape a visit.

Guy working was very disrespectful. Not helpful in any way. Just acted like he had something better to be doing and like I was there just to interrupt/annoy him. I wont be going back.
