The employee that helped me was soooo sweet. I had just broken my glass rig and went in to get a new one. She switched the bowl piece to the one I needed for me and we were joking around the whole time! Great prices, amazing customer service! I will definitely be back!

0 STARS. Lack of business etiquette.. sold a lie. Bought a vape rig and the employee said “30 day returns”. Came back the next day to exchange it after deciding vaping wasn’t for me. Called his manager, refused to give a refund. Apparently the 30 day return policy only applies to defects. If that’s your policy, then make that clear to customers…or perhaps have the common decency to give someone their money back if they want to return it AS YOU STATED AT TIME OF PURCHASE. Don’t bother coming to this business if you are wanting to spend your hard-earned cash on overpriced vape products. They’ll just take your money and shrug. I’m sure the rub n’ tug next door has better ethics than this place.

Brennan The Manager is literally the best. He has amazing customer service skills. He always fits me with the right product and knows what he’s talking about. Today I just went in and got a Vape and it was miss firing. He swapped it for another one after I had already left the store and the second one also started to misfire as well. He said he no worries and swapped it again. He honestly is the best worker I’ve ever experienced and I will only go back to this guy for my products now$ thank you Brennan. It’s been my pleasure.

On 01/13 I went to MJ’s in the evening. I was helped by the most courteous an friendly associate that I’ve encountered in a long time, everywhere.The young man that helped me knew his products and helped me with EXACTLY what I wanted. He deserves a raise!!His customer service was beyond 5 stars. I have shoped at this establishment for over 2 years and was in need of a new mod I also asked the clerk to help me get one that doesnt give alot of smoke however the one she choose burns so hot that it burns your throat and the liquid pops burns your lips . I called the store to see what could be done and got the answering machine asked them to call about issue never called back. Went back and was told all would do was a 20% discount. As I am on social security I cant afford to put out that kind of money. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. I also have a brand new mod for sell on Craigslist.

Great place everyones super friendly. I went in there looking for a specific juice they didnt have it but they put in an order for it which was really nice because Ive been looking for this juice everywhere. Its a smaller shop but I definitely recommend you check it out!

A great little shop! Decent amount of vape gear, not a bunch of rebuildables which are my personal favorite but over great selection of e-juice and a decent amount of vape gear. Their glass section is on point too but I mainly go for the vape stuff..this location is very nice just like the Newberg location, staff was swift and friendly. Also appreciate that the stuff will actually stay and talk to you instead of trying to rush you out which was nice overall great experience, will definitely be back!

Its a MA & PA Store feel, yet modernized, with irrefutable Customer Service, they make you feel like you are apart of their family! I cant see myself ever going anywhere else and I love them all!!! Very happy with the service AND the location. Theyve got a BUNCH of different stuff, whether youre into smoking OR vaping. Personally I went there for the vape stuff, but I was impressed with their selection of glass and accessories. Cant remember her name, but the lady that works there is always nice, plus shes patient when I cant make up my mind lol

I visited MJs for the first time last week and the person who was helping me really knew her stuff. She was very friendly and answered all my questions and even gave me some great recommendations 10/10 for MJs :-)

Decent variety of vape mods, pens, tanks, coils and TC kits along with e-juice accessories, glass, scales, pipes, etc.Friendly helpful staff willing to allow customer opportunities to view and handle vape mode prior to purchase.Sales people are NOT pushy. Also, I think its great that they allow you to sample e-juice liquids. Only sell packaged manufacturers e-juices, some discounts.Occasionally offer open-box deals, reduced prices on items that have sat a long time.They also offer CBD, pods, pot pipes and bongs - both silicon and glass.Update: no longer offer RBA

Waited like 40 minutes for chick to help one guy who ended up not buying anything. She didn’t even acknowledge us until about 20-30 minutes of standing there. Went straight to Valley Vapor where I bought some juice for my vape and the guy at the counter didn’t even charge me for the top piece of my vape that I originally came in for.

Has a small selection of coils and is overpriced on juice so pretty much worthless unless you vape disposables in which case they have a huge overpriced selection.
