They are very helpful in educating me about safe vaping. My doctor told me to quit smoking and it has finally been doable. Ive cut back so much on my tobacco consumption and it was relatively easy! Dont close your doors over some bad publicity caused from shady people!!!

Amazing shop. One of the best Ive been to in the entire country. Great vibe, extremely knowledgeable and fantastic variety. Not just concerned on business, they wanna make sure you actually leave knowing your flavor profiles and how to use your mod. Definitely recommend

Never helpful to new vapers or anyone with questions. Always tries to sell me a different coil when theyre out of the one I need. Yeah they always have good juice at a reasonable price bit brighten up. Please.

Have been there 3 times in the last year and have walked away with nothing. I run a common coil and not picky on flavors. The person they have running the place ive seen twice and has told me both times, no we dont have coils or tanks. When asked what kind of juices are popular i got we have 7 brands. I came to this shop for how late they are open on Sundays. Not a great option for anything low stock, little juice types, poor customer service.

Horrible experience. Never in my life have I ever been to a vape shop where they don’t have any 3mg nicotine juices and have no idea what a mesh coil is. The girl didn’t even seem to know anything about her juices. I felt like I was rushed out so she could get back on her phone. Never coming back horrible vape shop experience!

This place used to be the best vape shop in Salem. Huge selection of vape juice and hardware. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I have been out of Salem for a year and just got back and this was my first stop. Boy was I severely disappointed. Selection of vape juice is nothing compared to what it used to be and the lady wasn’t really interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Usually I describe what I am looking for, like the strawberry raspberry from emerald vapors. Her response was we don’t have that. Not well these here are berry flavors you might enjoy that we do carry. Didn’t really try to sell the products they have. I guess if I knew exactly what I wanted this place would be it. Plus it just seemed like I had interrupted the tv show she was watching and I got the feeling that she wanted to get back to what she was doing. I would have given only 1 star but gave 2 due to fact this place used to be awesome. I won’t be returning this place is a shadow of its former self.

Im a newbie and we asked for 2 new coils and instead got sold two 5 packs of coils. Completely took advantage, will never go back. Not to mention we felt as if we interrupted her Vampire Diaries on TV.

After spending $400-500 on mods, batteries, tanks and juices during a 6 month period of decent service from manager last year, the manager who replaced him refused to let me return a grape onya juice (that I had purchased there several times and enjoyed) when this $20 bottle was clearly rancid/ had something very wrong with it and was unusable. They said the manufacturer must have changed the ingredients and that was my loss if I did not like it essentially. Will never return.

Accused of stealing when I brought my own vape in. Had to call the guy that sold it to me a week prior. I do not recommend buying from these paranoiacs again even if they have the only flavor I liked.

Forgot the guys name who helped me hes the only reason y I am given this place a star! Dude from Washington great guy. Just not happy that I was in Salem for a day from Las Vegas for work and I bought some juice called nana pudding and a Smok coil didnt open it right away and as I was leaving made it to California got ready to use my new coil and it was a total dud and the juice had a bad smell to it like as if it was house made juice called the store immediately 3 rd time calling for manager nobody ever answers he phone with a name and after explaining everything to him he was just simple sorry if you were here I could take care of you. So I just needed the call with saying letting him know Im traveling for work on a budget and I just wasted $22 nothing from him just a simple sorry wish it was something I can do have safe travels.So for me its a learning experience to never just purchase vape stuff from anywhere especially without checking the product out .Even though I tried the juice in store and it was amazing taste tester. Dont mistaken the great dude so I give this place a star because he was amazing so if you go here ask for gentleman from Washington Birthday in September! Dont base my review for your own experience of going I just encountered a bad product but not customer service.

If i could give it a zero i would. This place doesnt make sure you leave with what works best for you. They seem about money and not willing to work with you. Ive have gave them several chances and have been very unhappy with them. They refused to try and help and fix the situation. Instead when i said you guys are willing to lose a customer that comes here frequently. They had no problem with it. Plus some of the staff look like homeless guys/tweaker. This place isnt kept very clean either. Windows are gross from vaping inside constantly. Just really unprofessional. They get zero stars!!0⭐

Great place to go for beginners t learn what they need. Dont talk to the girls though, they dont have the enthusiasm that the gentlemen there do. The bearded guy is hands down the best guy to learn from. He wont up sell you and gets you exactly what you need.

Ive tried to go in there and get service many times but the employer are to busy chit Chating with there friends to help. They never have products in stock. Very little real knowledge of the vape industry as a whole Ive been vaping for 4 years now and have been to many shops across the U.S.A. this is by far the worst shop I have ever visited.

I bought my vape and all juices and coils here for a year til they refused to refund my $15 on an ejuice that was rancid and disgusting- a type and flavor that I had bought before with no problem. They lost my business permanently.

The lady that helped us was amazing!! She was a great multitasker, while she was helping us she still helped everyone else that came into the store without making anyone feel left out. What great service.

So I live near Albany so I frequent I Vape and I thought I would check thes guys out and what a joke less then a hand full of mods and the liquid looks all home brewed not to mention the sales people look like tweakers... Bottom Line if you want good selection clean people and if youre in Salem check I Vape instead.

Not a fan. The staff I experienced is not very knowledgeable. The man called the Smok Majesty; Smok Majestic, even after I corrected him. But other than that, its outrageously expensive. I paid $95 for a Majesty mod alone. Not the kit that costs $70 online, that comes with an Xbaby tank and extra glass. But just the mod. And $25 for a 60ml bottle of juice that I could have gotten for $20 anywhere else. I could have bought a premium mod online for $30-$40 less. Plus the selection was awful. Almost no mods at all. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service today. Looked all over town for replacement coils for a Vaporesso Tarot Nano and they were the only shop that actually carried them!

They have always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. Great products and reasonable prices. I honestly couldnt ask for better.

Employees were really nice, good selection on juice, a little pricier than other stores, but they were open on Sunday when no one else was.

Its just a great place to go. Even if your not buying anything you can still hangout and watch tv or play video games. Great staff and awesome juice.

Great service. Chill place. If they dont have what you need, tell them and they will order it and keep it in stock. Hope, Jeremy, Jay, & Sin are excellent people.

Make sure you want something from this place, if it turns out that what you got isnt what was needed, and is unused with receipt, they wont return it without a freaking manufacturers defect. What the hell happened to the day when an unwanted product could be returned. Never again.
