This has always been my go to store for anything vape related BUT that will be changing. Ive been very patient as Ive been a very long time customer. After realizing this store has sold me expired vape juice & having to buy 2 vapes back to back because 1 leaks so bad you cant put any juice in & the other 1 has charging issues as well as the filters not lasting more than 24 hrs... Im done. They could care less.

Used to shop here all the time but new management is a joke e juice is all out of date got 2 bottles and both was out of date and each bottle he tried giving me was out of date and the dude is always got a attitude with everyone never shop here again and if you want out of date products this be the place but would not ever recommend

They dont tend to overcharge nor target women to sell them junk like some local shops do. I vape a specific juice and they are the ONLY shop in the valley to hold their word and order it! I, now, stay completely stocked on my favorites!!!

My go-to place for all tobacco needs! Decent prices and great guys to deal with inside! Always nice and pleasant! Also, there is a drive thru on the side if you dont want to go in store! Love this place!

All the time that I have been going there and getting mine and my moms cigarettes I have never had the problem until today. Unable to get my moms cigarettes and didnt return my coupon, I will not be returning.

Always have a pleasant time stopping through here. The folks behind the counter are always super nice. The young person with short blonde hair and biggish glasses always has the best and brightest attitude when I come through, whether Im in the drive thru or walking in. Very knowledgeable, too! I will absolutely keep coming back

Kaid is one of the sweetest young men I have met. He greets everyone with big smile and a positive attitude. Super knowledgeable, Id recommend seeing him for your smoking needs.

The new manager is insufferable to say the least. Talks to employees and customers like trash. Selling at times one year and older out of date products from the previous owner. Shes also raising the price of everything in the store, so we might as well find a new local shop to support.

Best pricing around. 20$ for a 100-120ml bottle, where I was paying 15$ from anything 30-60ml at other stores. If you are unsure of what to get they can give you recommendations. Ive purchased mods, tanks, batterys and battery chargers. I dont go anywhere else.

Generally, I stay away from places like this. Im glad that I stopped here once looking for some cigars. The people who work here are awesome. They recognize me and treat me like Im important. They purchase the cigars I like and keep them in stock for me.They also have a great selection of Vape supplies. Mods, tanks, & juice. All the latest and popular models. Cheaper than anywhere else. Great place to get your hardware. You cant try the juices here, which is a deal breaker for me though.

Best prices on juice and a huge inventory of brands and flavors. They have vaporizer kits, coils, tanks, plus batteries and other accessories all at a great price. They are even cheaper than the internet on some vaporizer kits. Its definitely worth checking out.

Waited 10 minutes while 2 employees helped everyone else that came in but left me standing waiting... So took our business else where as we usually come in on a regular basis...

I dont know how on earth these guys have a anything but a 1 or 2 star review. The customer service here was so rude to me that I almost just walked out. I dont know if it was because of the color of my skin, or the kind of shoes I was wearing, but when I walked in, everyone went quiet, and stared at me through my whole time in the building. On top of that the ejuice I was sold must have been kept in the heat because it tasted funny, not like it was supposed to. All and all I would suggest shopping somewhere else, and avoid this place.

I always stop in when Im in Salem. Tobacco City has the full line of Corso Bleu e-juice, which is hard to come by around here! Their products seem to be very reasonably priced. I do wish the parking lot was a little wider, but I doubt that is within their control.

These guys are the best i personally go in for vape juice and supplies and everytime i go in they know whats the newest or best for what it is i am looking for. They have a huge selection of vape juices and the best prices in the roanoke valley on not only juices but mods, tanks, and rdas. Only place i shop for vape stuff anymore 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I use to frequent this place when I smoked cigarettes because they had great prices. When I started vaping, Id order online, or go to the place near the VA. Now that this place has a huge vape selection, I dont have to drive nearly as far. Plus, they have a drive thru window!

A large selection of cheap vaping equipment, tobacco products, and head ships goods as well. Prices are very low, around what Ive seen online. Pricing is pretty good, and the guy working there was super nice and chill. If you want a wide variety at a modest price I recommend them.
