Im absolutely in love with this spa! As a regular customer, I can confidently say that every masseuse here is incredibly skilled. Some have even been able to completely relieve my back pain. After bruising my back playing golf last week, I struggled to walk upright for days. Thankfully, Mary worked her magic during a 90-minute session, and I felt 90% better afterward. This spa is truly a hidden gem – the healing touch they offer, especially considering the prices, is unmatched in Palm Valley. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars!

Scam artist lost 2 grand on my membership.I’ve been coming to this place for over a decade had a membership and I had to update my card. Whoever the receptionist was that was supposed to update my card on file did not so my membership got canceled and stole 30 credits of mine valued at $85 a credit so roughly $2,500. Thanks for your oversight cost me a lot. All the other locations are ran better than this! Ps your front area looks like a junk store with all that clutter and your therapist made comments about how tacky it looks now.

I work at legacy village at an old folks home. My favorite resident signed up for this place. She cant even get out of her wheel chair. She never got anything from this place. They took $2000 from her. She did sign up for a plan but shes in bad shape. We have been trying to get a refund but no luck. This place is bad. Hope they can refund her. Please and thank you

Massage Envy has the best staff and service providers, I have dealt with a lot of people in customer service, and by far had the best experience here! The front desk girl Audrey was fantastic, she got me checked in and out with little fuss and even was able to reschedule me for future appointments! 10/10 will definitely recommend my friends to come here for massages and facials.

William, Mercedes, and Hannah at the front desk do everything they can to book convenient appointment times. Send them a text and they will answer quickly. Yes, this isn’t a place you can walk into and get a massage right away…but it is definitely worth the wait! We schedule our appointments a month ahead and are rarely disappointed. The therapists are skilled and responsive practitioners who are very professional. JR, David, Perla, Shawn, and Lisa will leave you feeling fantastic!!

I went in for a facial the other day and had the most amazing experience. The arm massage that was included was incredible, my skin felt great afterwards. I was super relaxed and the front desk was super helpful with booking future appointments. I will definitely be going again soon!

This is the second time I’ve been charged for services I did not receive from this location. They haven’t been able to refund me and continue to steal money.

I have been going to the Massage Envy in Sugarhouse since 2016. This location has had amazing and talented therapists since the beginning! My favorite therapist now is JR. Not only is he professional and kind, he gives excellent deep tissue massages that have me feeling rejuvenated for multiple days after.

Jordan who specializes in the stretch massage is incredible! He has taught me so much on how stretching can truly change your body and I always feel relaxed yet strong walking out of there! Highly recommend him!

First time going to Massage Envy and I’m so glad it was the Sugarhouse one. I booked my appt fairly last minute and was so impressed with the responsiveness and treatment I got from everyone there. JR individualized the session to meet my needs and my shoulders have not felt this good in a long time!

DO NOT BE A VICTIM TO THE MASSAGE ENVY SCAM!!!They make it seem like their monthly subscription service is a great deal, but it IS NOT. I am in the military and I moved from this location a few years ago, but I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to update my membership. They dont return my calls and they dont return my emails. I tried contacting corporate and I was met with the same lack of responses. I am about to contact a lawyer or the better business bureau about this. DO NOT COME HERE! Go somewhere that isnt owned by a corrupt corporation! Their massages are not even that good!

The front desk staff is AMAZING!! Mercedes is the manager and she handled all my questions and was very sweet and kind. All the service providers are super nice and really good at their jobs! I can see why they get booked so far in advance

The therapist was very nice and did a great job. However, I paid for a 60 minute massage and it only lasted about 40 minutes. I also swear that I checked their prices before coming and was told that a first massage only cost $60 for 60 minutes but I was charged $80. As enjoyable as the massage was, I will not be returning to massage envy.

I am so happy I met Mercedes Debaerien.She just made everything much easier.I received great service. Mercedes delivered everything that she promised and I just love her. DO NOT get a monthly membership (probably just dont go here at all). They have very few competent masseuses left, leaving zero availability within a two to three month window. Yet they continue to charge my card like clockwork for massage credits I can never use. They literally *will not* answer the phone, ever. They wont call back if you leave a message. And if you get a text conversation going, theyre short and rude. Im about ready to go in and cause a stink in person as the monthly membership is essentially a scam; taking peoples money for massages they cant provide.

The therapists are very professional and competent. I have been much more than satisfied with each massage and facial I have received there and I will continue to go back for the health benefits my body needs!

Most of the massage therapists are good and the location is clean, but scheduling is a nightmare! Appointments with the good therapists are hard to come by. They have rescheduled on me several times the day of my appointment. Most recently they let me sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes until I asked if I should continue waiting at which point they told me the therapist I was scheduled with had already left for the day!

I went in and asked to PRE purchase 12 massages for my wife. Paid and left. Come to find out that they signed me up for reoccurring monthly charges (yes above and beyond the PRE purchased massages). This was never explained, discussed or agreed to (I am sure they buried it in the size 2 font on the credit card machine). So i called and cancelled, but it kept showing up, called again, kept showing up. Finally had to have my credit card company to block the a hols. Twice i have left me info for the manager to call, I will see if he has the guts to call me the 2nd request, as he ignored my first request entirely. Do not support this kind of business!!

Ive had a membership with Massage Envy for over 10 years, getting regular massages and facials. Lately the quality of service has significantly declined to the point where I cannot recommend this business any more.My latest issue with them was: I called two months ago and reserved the next available appointment, which was today. When I arrived today, I found out it had been cancelled because the therapist no longer works there. A text had been sent to me on a day I was actually in the ICU so I have no recollection of it and didnt respond to their request to reschedule. They never followed up with me about the cancellation and the app still showed the appointment. Ive even been in their location for a massage between when the text was sent and now but they never mentioned it! Its frustrating that their schedule is so far booked out now and they are unable to communicate changes to the schedule properly with customers.

18 unused credits with their membership because their scheduling is awful and cancelling the account is impossible. I rescinded their permission in writing to charge my card again, I filled out their cancellation paperwork and they still try to run my card. Luckily amex blocked them. 100% trash franchise and service. Nobody should ever need a massage bad enough to subject themselves to this company...

After a lot of searching for the right therapist for me and my needs & that took care of me and helped me I found Jeremy at massage Envy and hes been the best massage therapist Ive ever had and Ive had a lot. He is very aware of the body and attentive to what youre wanting and needing. I would and have recommended him to several people. Hes the best! The staff and environment has always been great there as well. Very nice and relaxing.

Do not buy a membership here. Availability is ridiculous often having to schedule over a month in advance. I cancelled my membership in October of 2022 and I am still being charged (now 1/30/2023) and I cant get anyone to call or email me back after multiple attempts to get this resolved. Very poorly run business. The corporate office is no help because they just escalate it back to local management. UPDATE: They refunded me 2/1/2023 to a different credit card than the one my subscription was being drawn out of but I did get the overcharged money back.

This location is the BEST Massage Envy in the Salt Lake Area!! Totally worth the drive. Their cancelation texts are effective, Their staff friendly. And their therapists Top Notch!!

I had a massage with Jeremy yesterday, and I loved it!! He was very informative about our bodies and the subconscious ways we cause harm to our bodies. It was not only a very relieving massage, but relaxing. I highly recommend him!! Massage Envy has always been such a great place to go. The girls up front have always been so cute and nice as well.

Awful nightmare! Do NOT buy their membership. They kept canceling my appointments without notification. They refuse to reschedule the appointments, lie about store hours, they wont answer the phone, wont answer the 5 emails Ive sent, Ive called over 50 times this week and no one responds to correct it. AND Im moving and they will not cancel my contract which was in the contract as an acceptable reason for cancellation. Stay away. Its a scam and not worth it!!

I have been to multiple locations and have not been dissatisfied, it’s just that the Sugarhouse location is hands down my favorite. Their restrooms are always nice and clean, the relaxation /waiting are is very peaceful, and every time I go for a service I end up falling asleep (which is a good thing ☺️) . Definitely recommend this location

I needed an emergency appointment today because my back went out. Brandon did an AMAZING job getting me back on me feet and moving. He worked the knots out with his nimble touch.I also receive therapy from Chase on a consistent basis and he has done truly wonderful things for my long term health and mobility. The ladies who run reception are welcoming and accommodating.I truly ❤️ Massage Envy in Sugar House.

Stay away! They book months in advance and getting an appointment is next to impossible! Not to mention they never answer the phone. I have to go to other locations. All their good therapists have quit and the front desk staff told me everyone was quitting and to plan on 4 month wait for appointments. You can get a much better massage for less stress elsewhere.

The therapists Ive been with there are great! Unfortunately, the management is completely different. Ive been dealing with the assistant manager, Kaela. Last time I was there, I left and went straight to the emergency room due to severe eye pain from the lotion. I was temporarily blinded by this place. All Kaela had to say was oh sorry lets get you scheduled in for your next appointment. The only time Ive gotten a facial there the girl literally read straight from a book and then still couldnt get it right. Run to a different massage place!!!

I have had a membership here for over a year and I have LOVED it! The staff is so great! I have received many massages and a few facials and have enjoyed every experience! I have tried many different therapists and have enjoyed everyone I have had. I always leave feeling so much more relaxed and refreshed.

Have just had one of the best massages of my life with Chase. He has such a great understanding of the muscles and all the ways in which they get tensed up, and what to do to loosen them. What relief. He brought me through a guided stretch 2 weeks ago, and that was fantastic. Next time, I am going to have him stretch me and then do a massage immediately after. I can’t wait!!!

I haven’t had a chance to review this location. A year ago I signed up for a membership here. I asked if it were necessary a tip be left. The person registering me suggested gratuity was a nice thing to do for the massage therapists. I asked the amounts for an hour massage. I ended up paying a $30 tip not knowing they get paid hourly as well. The receptionist walked away, I thought I would linger a bit to get my bearings and look at the literature they gave me in case I had any questions. I could hear the receptionist tell the story of how she persuaded the last customer she had (me) to pay a $30 tip and said she lied and said that was the normal amount. I was insulted. Luckily, I found another massage envy that has the amounts posted and have treated me better than this location. I should have requested my money back because the massage was not that good.

Location always seem to be clean. Perfect way to stay healthy mentally and physically. Front desk staff is friendly. Therapists have been great. However everyones technique varies and so does preference. So if your massage its self wasnt amazing different therapist may be the solution.

What an amazing experience. I came in feeling sore and tired, and just blah. 90 minutes later I felt like I had been given a new body and a peaceful attitude. I got a massage that made me feel great inside and out. Desiree is one gifted therapist and the staff is always accommodating and friendly.

I booked a full-body stretch with Martin and he was so great that I booked a 90-minute massage with him. That was a great experience! He really found my problem areas and gave me lots of stretching and other tips to help me between sessions. Sugarhouse is by far my favorite Massage Envy location, and next time, Ill plan to book a facial, then another Martin massage!

I have been a member of massage envy for close to 3 years now. They were recommended by my doctor to treat neck and back pain that resulted from extensive business travel. My therapist, Michael, was able to treat the cause of my pain without the need for physical therapy. He is the absolute best and the reason I have kept my membership. Listen up Massage Envy... You need to do whatever it takes to keep him in your employ because if he leaves, so will I and probably a multitude of other loyal customers. Your therapists are the reason you remain in business so treat them like gold, ya hear?

This place is amazing. They have a great, relaxing atmosphere and all the therapists are professional and accommodating. They offer a variety of services in additional to massage and can add aromatherapy if you want. The deep tissue massage they do is amazing and helped me when I was having major back problems. Definitely recommend.

Not impressed at all with the customer service. Never had a massage before but my husband bought me a gift card (Im pregnant and uncomfortable). I called multiple times to schedule my massage getting conflicting information each and every time. (ie. you cant have this massage b/c youre pregnant, you can but we have to use some different scrub, you can and it doesnt matter) Finally, got it scheduled, arrived to fill out paperwork and had not been informed that I needed a doctors note. Left upset, got a phone call from manager later that day, which did NOT improve my feelings for the place. She essentially blamed me for not knowing I needed a doctors note. She said multiple things she didnt follow through on, including having the owner call me and then ultimately refused to refund my money saying that I could simply wait until I wasnt pregnant or go to a different location. This location is blocks from my house so I didnt want to go to a different location. I scheduled AGAIN and enjoyed the massage but nothing else about the experience. And then, to top it all off, the front desk girl was fake and insincere. When I tell you I wont be back and that I am not pleased with how you handled with situation, dont smile and say oh great! I was so appalled by this entire experience I could NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Total disaster. Dont waste your time or money here; I am sure there are better places to get a massage. And to the owner, if you read this, get a new manager, shes terrible!

A lot of people on here are blaming their own stupidity or perhaps more accurate aversion to reading a contract for bad things that happened to them with Massage Envy. They tell you up front if you cancel your contract before using built up massages, you will lose those to address one of the reviews. My experience with Massage Envy has been fine and has helped improve my health a lot. You have to consider what it is youre looking for in a massage, or the place youre getting it from. If you dont like the idea of contracts and cancellation fees, then dont go to Massage Envy, plain and simple. Now, for the real info: Yes, the receptionists often dont really have a clue about which therapists would be best for what if you need something more specific than deep tissue so you may have to try a couple therapists to find the one you like. Ive had good and bad at the same place. Youve really got to tell them what you want and give feedback, dont just assume theyll know exactly what youre looking for. If youre on a tight budget and can be sensible about your account this is the place for you, and a monthly massage can do wonders for your health. I used to have to visit a chiropractor several times a year because of neck and shoulder pain, now maybe once a year, and only if I dont do what the therapists recommended. ;)

I love the sugarhouse location. They have been amazing working with me around my crazy schedule & they have great massage therapists! I highly recommend JR, Michael, & David if you are looking for a great deep tissue massage. I go 2-3 times a week & am starting to feel 100x better!

Mercedes has been a phenomenal and a(n) amazing person she was able to answer all my questions and give me the best advice. I’ll recommend her to many of my friends and family.

Well I liked the facility and the massage was fine but I was assured my therapist volunteered to say she had been fully vaccinated but that was not the case as she only had one shot and made up a story saying the clinic told her to wait 90 days for her second shot. Very disappointed.

Received a gift certificate from my husband for 3 massages (1 hour each), and my massage was reasonably good. Upon my departure, however, the sales pitch began for a membership. Then, when I tried to use one of my massage, I was told that the card was for 3 separate people to receive a one hour massage (?) Huh?! That makes no sense--my husband tells me he explicitly said it was for 3 massage for one person, hence only one card dispensed. In short, I would not recommend this place, although the massage staff seem perfectly fine, the bait and switch sales approach left a bad taste in my mouth.

J.R. is the absolute best! I just had a 90 minute deep tissue session and feel incredible. J.R. is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been a member with massage envy for 6+ years and am not one that leaves a review but this guy deserves recognition!!

The previous management was terrible, and the new manager, kasey, is not much better. I’ve been paying for a monthly membership for nearly a year, however have been unable to actually schedule a massage for the last 4 months. Currently when I log on to try and make a reservation, I’m unable to until AUGUST (it’s May 28th.)I’ve attempted to call the store countless times, and nobody ever answers. Voicemails are not returned. Emails are not responded to. When I visited the store in person for answers and asked to cancel, I was told that I had to wait to speak to a manger and assured they would call me in 2 days, first thing in the morning.That call didn’t come for over a week, and the new manager who did call, Kasey, was rude and dismissive, refusing to refund the unused credits for the last 4 months when I have been unable to make a reservation because they are understaffed, and have been calling for months for information and to cancel but not having anyone respond or allow me to cancel.Now I’m trying to log into my account, and it’s telling me I can’t login because there’s a “problem” with my account (I assume they’re processing a cancelation, however they’ve made it very clear they won’t refund the unused credits, but the online system won’t even allow me to use those that I’ve already paid for) and tells me to call my store.But here we are full circle, calling the store again, with nobody answering the damn phone.What the hell is going on with this damn location? Mismanaged, rude employees, and scammy. DO NOT SIGN UP AT MASSAGE ENVY SUGARHOUSE!

I am particular about my massages. Today I called in and relied on the referral from the office staff. It was absolutely a perfect massage and now I am rescheduling for a longer one next time with same therapist. The front office girls are so friendly and cute and you just can’t go wrong at this Massage Envy in Sugarhouse!

I love being surrounded by such care and can trust their expertise in my personal needs. I recommend Massage Envy to those who can benefit from their knowledge and kindness.

My massage therapist Chase is amazing! He is very intuitive to my needs and his technique of releasing knotted muscles is extremely effective without being too aggressive. It is such a treat whenever my schedule allows me the opportunity to get a massage with him.

Joe is very good at going with the flow of your energy. He is grounding, peaceful ,and very knowledgeable.He is very professional and has a way to make you feel comfortable and not so clinical.I don’t typically go back to a massage therapist more than once but I have found some who really works for me and I can connect with.

Very pleased with my experience at this location. Ive been to quite a few massage envys, this was by far the best. Everyone from the front desk, massage therapists, the tall manager, were all extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

My favorite ME is the Salt Lake City Sugarhouse location. I have never had a bad massage there but cannot say that for other ME locations. The most talented massage therapist working there is a fellow named Martin. He is very skilled in deep tissue techniques and relieving pain, especially in the shoulders, neck, back, hips and knees.The location is convenient and the rooms are kept very clean.When I started visiting Martin, I arrived with a walker, in pain and limping badly.After 2 visits, I was using a cane. After about 5 visits, I was able to walk in unassisted, and the pain was gone.. Thank you Martin.

I was skeptical that anyone at Massage Envy could compete with the therapists at the spa I used to frequent. Not only has Anissa proved me wrong, but she blows the other therapists Ive seen out of the water! On top of an amazing massage the entire staff is friendly and delightful to work with.

I signed up for Massage Envy a few years ago and thought the massage therapists were decent. However, when I tried to pause my account, nothing ever happened. I called to pause it (suspend monthly payments temporarily) and they said theyd happily send me the paperwork to do so. And of course it never came.I had switched banks and was switching jobs so they began calling me to get my payment. Confused, I would tell them that I was waiting for the paperwork they promised theyd send.Today they called again and informed me that I owed $250! The manager was incredibly rude and demanded that I make a payment. She claimed that I made no attempt to freeze my account and she would send me to collections. She wouldnt listen to anything I had to say and informed me theyd keep charging me until I caught up on the payments and THEN froze the account. So to freeze my account I need to pay $250 and then freeze it. Oh yes that makes perfect sense!Just a word of advice if youre looking to start a membership here: dont. Youd be better off finding a real spa to go to and be treated like a customer instead of a cash machine.

I have been a member of massage envy on the south end of the valley for many years and Sugarhouse was a great experience! Alan my therapist was one of the best Ive had with deep tissue pressure. I wish I had booked 2 hours not just one!

The service is horrible. Its impossible to get an appointment. They never answer the phone or return calls. There is no way to have any contact with them unless you physically go in to the location. Ive tried cancelling my membership, have been told twice that it was taken care of, and they still continue to charge my credit card. Dont bother with this place unless youre looking to pay for a service that you cant use.

A FULL physical contact business that haven’t made any updates to their policies during a global pandemic?? I am disgusted with how the manager Lydia is handling a customer who’s been a member for almost 5 years. My contract ended years ago and I’ve accrued a ridiculous amount of credits, some of which were during lock down! How you gonna charge me for massages I can’t use? Any way, I’d be happy to transfer them to my friends and family who are not high risk at $10 per credit which means more money in their pocket but I can only transfer one per month and not to the same person twice within 6 months...so it’ll take 19 MONTHS to transfer credits I paid for?? No, it shouldn’t because it’s at the managers discretion but Lydia would prefer I risk my life to get 19 subpar massages. Thanks Lydia!

I love going to Massage Envy in Sugarhouse! I saw Becka today and absolutely loved my massage. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She did an amazing job! I left so relaxed ! Highly recommend Becka :)

This used to be a good place to get a message. I booked an appointment 2 months ago for 3p Sunday, yesterday. I arrived and the place is closed. No one called, texted or emailed me about the change. Not amused. I will be canceling my membership as booking out 60 days and having the place closed is NOT acceptable.

I have been a member of ME since 2015. Do not get a membership. All of the MEs in Salt Lake City don’t have appointments available for about 60 days, yet they will gladly continue to charge a monthly membership. They pile on more and more members knowing full well they are not staffed enough to service members. I have tried booking online with no success; tried calling - but they don’t answer or call you back if you leave a message; and showing up in person to see if someone can assist. I have tried booking for months and months. Save your money and the hassle.

Massage therapists are fine. Management is inflexible regarding billing during pandemic. Continued to charge me while facilities were closed and refused any reparations or time extension to use extra visits. A gift for my husband has become a nightmare.

My wife has been going here for just about two years to help with her neck and back pain. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful. She especially likes Lisa, one of the therapists.

David is a healing massage therapist. I came into todays session feeling very upset and anxious over a situation in my life. Davids easy manner, patient listening ear helped me to calm down considerably.The massage was so good!Only one suggestion . At times I felt a bit I uncomfortable as he could have kept me covered better.All in all, the massage was good.

Jordan is awesome, absolutely great. I just had a problem getting a refund back that wasnt supposed to be charged to my card. I called them to get it reversed one day and the lady said shed get back to me. I waited for the following day, to only speak to that lady once again. She said that it was taken care of but when I checked my account about a week and a half later, it still wasnt reversed.

This franchise has gone down hill! Its horrible! You cant get anyone to answer the phones. The appointments that are made months in advance (only way to get an actual appointment) are canceled randomly. I will be canceling my membership since its not worth $70 and not even getting a monthly massage. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Jon was fantastic! I’ve been going to this location for a while now and always try to mix up who I see. I finally got paired with Jon after having some low back pain this week. He is hands down the most knowledgeable and qualified masseur I have ever had. Highly highly recommend him!!!

Love Massage Envy of Sugarhouse! They have a monthly program that reminds me to take time out of my busy schedule to focus on my health, well-being, and comfort. It is really nice to be able to get a custom massage from a therapist who specializes in that focus - whether it be sports massage, deep tissue, rehab, stretching, or relaxation. Their customer service is top notch as well. The front desk greets me by name everytime and if I ever have a concern, which is rare, management has been more than accommodating. Massage Envy of Sugar House get my highest recommendation.

Everyone was great and friendly. They accommodated me on a short notice. I have gone here a few times and today was just ok. I asked for very detailed work but that is not what I received. What I received was general work in the areas requested which felt good but was not what I asked for and didnt quite help what I went in for. All in all, when you find a great therapist (and you can find one here) hold on to them. They ate worry a million bucks.

Definitely enjoy a good massage. They are working hard to keep the place clean and open. Kristy is a great therapist. Perfect for what i need. Staff is all very friendly.

The guy I had was good at first, we were chatting about animals and stuff which was fine. As soon as he got to my shoulders (where I specifically told him were sensitive and he needed to be careful) the pain was making me catch my breath. I told him it was way too much pressure, his response, Thats why Im trying to distract you. I felt like there was nothing I could do laying naked on the table in pain while he continued to work the knots out. At every point of contact with employees at this location I informed them of my injury. Its been 4 days and Im still incredibly sore.PS I was signing my aunt and I up for the membership but neither of us received any paperwork to sign or keep.

I brought three girlfriends to Massage Envy Sugarhouse for a girls spa day and it was a hit. Every one of us had an excellent therapist and they now have a couple more regulars :-). Keep doing a great job, Sugarhouse! Ill see you again next week!!!

I live in Layton but started my membership in Sugarhouse so everything regarding my membership must be done through them. While I have really enjoyed the massages in Layton (Sarah is a great therapist) the customer service regarding my membership provided by the Sugarhouse location has been terrible. Really terrible.

I came in today to treat myself to a facial for my birthday. Right off the bat I told the gal I wanted a beeper exfoliant cause I do give myself a mini facial once a week and I needed something stronger. She asked if I wanted extractions and I said I did. My facial consisted of 3 cleansers, 1 toner, 2 masks and moisturizer. In that order. Either the towels or something smelled of garlic and the movement she made while applying the product was either minimal or felt like she was choking me. I was not given an exfoliation or extractions and the products used were very drying to my skin when I explained the only issue I had was dry skin. After leaving I had to wash my face to remove the product that was left all over my face. Personally I feel like I could have saved the money and gone to the beauty store and purchased my own exfoliating products. I did leave two stars for the very nice gentleman that activity listened to my concerns while I waited for my friend to get done with her massage (she was also not impressed with her massage) my intention is not to bad mouth Massage Envy, its to hopefully encourage some coaching on better listening skills and execution of services.

I have had the facials and massages. I just got finished with the facial. Marvelous, just marvelous. It was wonderful. I was in heaven. Shalay is so good.

READ THE FINE PRINT!I bought a membership for a year. I had 2 hours of massage in the bank. My membership was completed in Nov 2015. Apparently it automatically goes month to month unless you given them 30 day WRITTEN notice. I didnt do that and so they subsequently tried to bill my medical account for January and Febuary, which were declined (As I thought my membership was fulfilled). Well Ann explained to me that the 2 hours I have in the bank are forefited,unless I reactivate my membership. When I was in for a massage in November nothing was said at that time my membership was done and if I didnt renew it my 2 hours would be gone. They get to keep my 2 hours of massage that I PAID for back in 2015. I wasnt ever dissatisfied with the quality of the massages and explained I was moving to the Park City clinic, which is closer to my home. Im now reconsidering my decision with Massage Envy after I have forefitted my 2 hours of massage I paid for.

When booking a massage, DO NOT use their online booking tool. They do not check it!! Many other massage envy use this tool and when you book an appt online at this location it generates an email to you that they will call you to confirm an appt. Well, 3 hours later and no response, I called them and the girl told me it was her manager that received all of the emails and that they do not use the online booking system. I am a member of massage envy, this location must be so, so busy that losing a massage and an upset customer is ok. There was no effort from the girl on the phone to try to schedule me then, or to take my name and number. Really poor customer service.

Recently had a massage with Anecia (?) probably spelled that incorrectly. Regardless, she was great. I wanted a massage that was relaxing-but effective. She had the perfect balance of getting the nooks and crannies I need worked out but worked in relaxing aspects as well. Scheduled a follow up in a few weeks.

I got a facial from Shalay and she was great! She really knows her stuff and will really cater to your skin and what you need! She recommends products but doesn’t push you on them. Overall great experience!

They took their value time to help me found out how much money I have in a gift card that I got few years ago before covid hit. They got my information and called me back few days later with the good news. I really appreciate it 🙏

I woke up with a tension migraine at 6am, was able to schedule an appointment same day for 10am, now its 1130am and Im feeling MUCH better. Ive been going to massage envy for about a year now and its a habit Im not going to stop. Take care of yourself.

Good massage but trying to get out of the contract a nightmare. You cant just tell them, you need to fill out their form. Getting their form is one thing, but make sure you document when you send it back, then keep an eye on your credit card statement. I keep getting charged. Hopefully I will be reimbursed for the last 2 months.

Not impressed with the management or the customer service at all! They fail to tell you that you are signing up for a years worth membership but they claim its in the fine print that you signed when signing up. Then when talking to the manager he didnt even want to work with you, he just says sorry thats what youve signed. The customer service is ridiculous when it comes to trying to schedule your appointment, Ive been on hold for 10 minutes at a time just trying to get a schedule in.

I had the WORST experience during and after and have never been more bruised in my life. I went in and was extremely specific about my feet and legs NOT being touched at all and that I was looking for a deep tissue massage in my neck, shoulders, and back when I called. when I arrived and filled out the paperwork, and when the receptionist came to ask questions. I wrote on the form I DID NOT want my legs or feet touched. Guess what ... my legs were rubbed and then he rubbed my pectoral and throat muscles and spent NO time on my back or neck. The pressure on my legs and pectorals was So bad I asked him to stop and he said it hurts because they are not used to being rubbed. I woke up the next day and couldnt even get my hands above my head to remove my shirt because of the pain in my chest. Tow days later I was purple from throat to nipples and from bum to knee on my left leg. I was horrified and called to find out if it was normal and the secretary said it was normal. I called my Dr. to get ideas to ease the pain and reduce the bruising and he was EXTREMELY concerned with the situation and had me come in and his MA took many photos and encouraged me to NOT return to that person. I am afraid they did some serious damage as it has been 6 days and my right armpit is blue and green inside and I cant get my arm above my head still. It really sucks to go somewhere to fix pain and leave feeling violated and in more pain. If someone continues to say they DO NOT WANT a body part touched, you DONT touch someone there and if someone says the pressure is too much, then the pressure it too much!! This establishment is DANGEROUS to its customers and also violates requests and personal space making relaxation impossible.

As a member, I avoid this location because those at the front desk are rude. They tried to double charge my sister for a gift I already paid for, and then were so condescending towards her for their mistake. Why treat people that way? It defeats the purpose of sending her there.

Phenomenal massage with Martin. Martin is great at keeping you relaxed but engaged for deep tissue relief. Both times Ive been here the team on site is always very friendly. Would absolutely go back for deep tissue work with Martin!!

I’ve been searching for someone who can get my tense muscles and knots out. Stephan is my guy! He took his time working out every knot I had. I’m very picky and have had so many massages I can’t count - he’s the best I’ve ever had!!

Alan is an excellent masseuse. He has the strength to give a deep tissue massage and the knowledge to work your muscles perfectly without bruising or hurting you. His massage is intuitive and educated. I highly recommend a massage by Alan.

Ive been pleased with the therapists Ive had, as its been difficult finding someone to is able to apply the right amount of pressure. Scheduling sometimes leaves a bit to be desired, though, as Ive had errors made with my appointments (Scheduling with someone who was on vacation, overbooking.)

Ive heard good things and maybe I didnt get a good therapist. but it didnt even feel like I got a massage. I am normally medium pressure and Im going somewhere else to get a massage a day later because it literally did nothing. I will not go back.

Terrible service, employees don’t care about their customers (teenagers behind counter with zero customer service skills), they do not return phone calls, and they never have available appointments. I would not recommend this location or Massage Envy in general to anyone.

Nice clean friendly atmosphere. My shoulders back and neck feel so much better! I chose a 1 hour session. I literally left the room and went to paradise. Next time Im going for the 2 hour ride!

They set up a six month contract, then charged me a seventh fee, the next month, despite the contract being over. When I called informing them of -their- mistake they promised it would be cancelled. Lo and behold here we are still fighting over it. Now Im hearing that I have to speak to a manger who is over the contracts and to expect a call when said manager gets in (4pm???) Really shoddy service.

My masseuse was amazing, one of the best Ive ever had. Music was not relaxing- too much like elevator music and the walls are so thin you could hear the people next to us.

Jeremy did a fantastic job . He took the time to explain the possible source of my pain and gave me suggestions about exercises I can do to alleviate the pain in between massage sessions.

For the price, I cant find a better massage or facial. Massage therapists have varying styles, so try out several until you find what you like.
