They were amazing! Went today for a massage and was very impressed by their skill and professionalism. The building is just in a traditional strip mall, but the rooms have a great ambiance and the massage therapists are phenomenal! Will definitely be back! And we highly recommend them!!!The receptionist was very welcoming, professional, and efficient at getting us checked in and to our massage. The therapists did an amazing job! My husband and I both got massages and both were very happy with the skill of our therapists and the experience. We originally had booked facials and massages, but the person who did the facials got sick that morning so we had to shift the appointments around. The Massage Center communicated to us early that morning, found out what would work for us, coordinate with the therapists, and took care of everything. I VERY much appreciated how they completely owned the responsibility to resolve the shift in plans in a way that worked for us.

I love the massage center! I know many of the therapists and each of them are phenomenal! Im always very impressed with the massages I receive! Every therapist has been able to give the perfect pressure I needed for the issues I was facing at the time. The aesthetics are amazing as well, there is a calm and serene feel, especially inside each room. Will gladly keep coming back. Prices are exceptional as well.

I took my best friend for a birthday massage. She said it was the best massage of her life. Tanner has magic hands. I loved my massage with Ally. She has such a calming presence. I was able to relax completely and immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For an older facility, the upkeep is nice and the whole place is quite beautiful. The ambience and experience is just what the stress doctor ordered. I will definitely go back.

Terra was my massage therapist and she was amazing! I could tell she is very experienced and she gave me the perfect pressure. Terra did not rush my appointment, in fact she made sure I was happy and even went over a little because she felt my neck needed a little more time. I tipped her good for this. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. I already made my next appointment with Terra!

Always have great service, professional and friendly staff, decent prices and good specials. Highly recommend Jericho - she has amazing strength for deep tissue massages if you like firm pressure and really digging into knots! Also had a fantastic massage from Jade - so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I felt safe with all staff wearing masks, and I wore mine as well during the massage.

This was my first time to The Massage Center, Jane took me here as she had been a few times before and it is less expensive than where we normally went. I had the pleasure of seeing Jericho and she saw Brian. One of the things I found refreshing was the front desk staff, and that the rooms did not have the typical new age boring sound tracks. Jericho did an amazing job and did some things that simply made sense and yet other therapist had not done, Brian did the same for Jane. Things such as placing hot towels over my thighs to help loosen them and then when she moved to my neck she wrapped a hot towel around it for a few minuets before starting on it, and worked my scalp and hands as we let the heat do its magic.Both therapist also refused to waste time, like some others have in the past where they just rest a hand on you or other fillers. Jericho asked how the pressure was as she worked on different locations. As we drove home we talked about our therapists and how amazing the massage was, even a few days later we can not believe how incredible we still feel. This was one of the best if not the best massages we have had.They do have some great holiday sales going on, and have amenities such as a shower and friendly knowledgeable staff. Jane speaks highly of the general manager Charles, and I have only corresponded with him via e-mail and was greatly impressed. I am glad I trusted Jane and came to The Massage Clinic, treat yourself to a massage that actually helps and visit this hidden gem.P.S.Jane said best massage she has had. And I say leave Jericho some free time so when I need her she has space.

I love The Massage Center. I love the energy here and how friendly the staff is. I am a little picky about massages because I have a high pain tolerance and most massage therapists are too soft and my mom is a massage therapist so I haven’t been to anyone else.I went here 3 months back and had Shayne who was positively amazing as well as made me feel so comfortable,especially since it was my first massage aside from my mom. Then I went again this evening and had Brian. I felt completely comfortable the whole time and he went deep tissue which was fantastic!In between my two visits here I went to another massage center and definitely was not as much of a fan. Hands down recommend The Massage Center! :)

I had one of the strangest massages I have ever had. The man was very kind and tried to encourage me to like myself more. He was making very quick movements throughout the massage, did something very odd with my ears at some point, and it was not a very relaxing massage. The front desk was very kind and speedy and they have fair prices, it might have just been a negative experience with this massage therapist.

Ive been here several times over the last few years and have had mostly great massages, and none bad. They offer so many deals throughout the year to keep the cost under $1 per minute for a basic massage, and while the place itself isnt pretty, its comfortable and clean inside. The recent massage therapists Ive had that have done excellent work are Siobhan, Brian, and Pina. I also love the easy online booking so that I can make an appointment with a specific therapist even when theyre not open to take my call.

A very professional establishment. It didnt feel like the trendy franchise places that are so popular right now. My masseuse Bridget was amazing! One of the best massages Ive ever had and she was very careful to ask if the pressure was right and and where my specific trouble spots were. I will definitely be returning.

I loved it!!! Went here yesterday for my birthday to get a massage, was instantly greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist. I was politely instructed to fill out a quick page of paperwork, and was getting my massage in less than 5 minutes after that. The masseuse TOTALLY knew what he was doing, acted very professional, and really got my tension out. Would recommend to anyone, even a total stranger. Would return again for sure! :) :) :)

Had a very good experience with The Massage Center. Booking online was easy and they communicated well through follow up e-mail and texts. Unfortunately the therapist I signed up with was unwell at the time of my appointment, but a replacement was found. They asked for my consent and there was no delay upon my arrival.The atmosphere was great and the equipment seemed well kept and clean. This is probably personal preference, but my aroma therapy was a little too intense.Will definitely consider another visit.

I loved my massage at the massage center! This was my first one ever and Kayla did an amazing job. She was very professional and kind and listened to what I wanted out of the experience. I definitely recommend and will be back! The nice Groupon helped as well!

Location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Receptionist was friendly. We went for a couples massage. We were greeted by our massage therapists and taken to our room. They were also very friendly and professional. Asked us if we had any problem areas. If it was our first time. And was kind of pressure we wanted. And if there were any areas that we didn’t want them to massage. They checked in during the massage to make sure pressure was good and how we were doing. They provided water at the end and walked us back to reception to be checked out. Everything was clean, quiet and relaxing. Definitely will be going back and would recommend. Ally and Sofya were great!

Jessica was so amazing. It was my first time with this type of waxing and she answered all my questions and reassured me about a few things. She is very experienced and I felt very comfortable while talking with her. I look forward to going back for another session!Room was very clean and simple. Music was not overwhelming and very calming.

I had a great massage today. Ben was the therapist. He made me feel comfortable right from the start. He made sure I was okay with the level of pressure he used. The hot towels were great. He knows his trade and he is a true professional. I will definitely go back to the Massage Center and use him again.

We’ve been to The Massage Center a few times now and have never been disappointed. It’s clean and the therapists are all very kind and professional. Feels like I could melt into the table from relaxation every time. We’ve always booked with short notice so we’ve had different therapists each time but they have all been amazing at what they do! For sure give them a try!

Although the building is very modest, the atmosphere inside is very peaceful and professional. The staff was extremely friendly. Natasha was for my first massage. She was friendly and could read what I needed. She worked out sore areas but made it very relaxing at the same time. Thanks for a great first experience!

I received my first 60 min massage that was actually worth it and the cost wasn’t bad. My massage was from Chris Johnson. You can tell he is very knowledgeable on the muscles and what is actually good for the body. I like deep tissue massage and he accomplished just enough pressure and relaxation combined. I would definitely recommend him. I’ve yet to try the other masseuses but hear they do a great job too. I went to the massage center upon referral.

Kristin was fantastic! I felt really relaxed during my massage. She helped with my painful lower back issues and tense shoulders. I love the Massage Center because they have a convenient location and late hours to accommodate a lot of people. Keep up the good work!

Mike provided an excellent 90 minute signature facial. He knows his products and has the experience to answer questions and address problem areas. Given the change of season, I needed a mix of gentle exfoliation and lots of moisture. The facial was relaxing and rejuvenating. All of the products continued to work after I left and the next morning there was even more visible results. I highly recommend Mike for any work at Massage Center.

My partner and I got a couples massage and facial. The massage therapists were great, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I have some really bad knots in my hips and I could actually feel the tension release. The aestheticians were also really awesome. They were very friendly and gave us tips for better skin care. Overall, it was a very enjoyable time also the couples rate is really good.

I love going to the Massage Center. Ive always enjoyed the massages Ive had and the facilities are quite comfortable. I also like that they are close to work and home and make it very convenient. Finally, I appreciate that they were able to coordinate a last minute decision to have a massage which this time included myself and my daughter for a little (OK a lot of) pampering.

I had been looking for a new massage therapist, but have an incredibly weird schedule, and its been hard to find people to work with me. The very first time I called, the owner bent over backwards to find a time that would accommodate my schedule. My second appointment, the owner arranged for a therapist to come in on a holiday (New Years Day) as it was the only day I had off for many weeks. The atmosphere is great. This will be my new Massage Center. Now I just need to arrange some down time to enjoy all the services offered here.

I was given a coupon from a friend to enjoy a massage at The Massage Center. I scheduled my appointment via text which was easy and innovative. I was greeted warmly upon walking in and was introduced to the therapist in a timely manner. My therapist was Jeffrey. He was friendly, professional, capable and very intuitive. The room was warm and clean and I left feeling invigorated. Afterward, I was brought a glass of water and asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. They were not pushy about joining some membership. I signed up to receive coupons and they havent inculcated me with emails everyday. I would definitely recommend The Massage Center to anyone who wants a great experience.

4/11/19 This was my 4th visit with the Massage Center and my 2nd with Michelle, who is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and caring. I very much appreciated Michelles knowledge of mind-body connection as well as how she uses a mix of traditional massage and newer, gentle-but-effective techniques. Aaron really listened to me and was knowledgeable about the anatomy and how the muscles could be contributing to the pain I was experiencing. My headache was relieved in one session. He was patient and kind and professional and is a truly gifted healer. I will definitely book another appointment because I need massage regularly to be able to do the work that I love to do.

I love this place!! I had the best massage of my entire life from Donna May. I highly recommend her! I am an lmt as well and can be picky and usually end up with being a little unsatisfied with any massage. Not with Donna May! She was so wonderful and included reiki which I very much so needed! Fluid strokes and gets all those spots most practitioners dont pay attention to. Everyone staff on staff was wonderful as well. Soft spoken quiet atmosphere. I loved the sound system it was magical! They have salt lights all over which are very wonderful and much needed. Great prices wonderful atmosphere and amazing talent!! You must see Donna May!! Shes incredibly intuitive!

Christopher Johnson was the best massage therapist I have ever had! And I have had quite a few massages. He was not only very attentive to my needs and tight muscles but actually has been trained on how to release tight sore muscles. He was very professional and had great time management while focusing on the problem areas. He also is great with deep tissue. I HIGHLY recommend him as a massage therapist. Best one yet!!

Matt is a great masseuse and explained everything in detail with this being my first massage. The deep tissue massage that I received was great and exactly what I needed. Terrible impression. I was really looking forward to a massage because of the great reviews, but it took 3 trips to the center to finally receive one. The first time they failed to actually put my appointment into the system and were all booked so I drove 1.5 hours round trip out of my way, and the second time they changed my reservation from a female therapist to a male without letting me know and had nothing else available, so yet again I drove 1.5 hours round trip for nothing. The building and area is pretty sketchy, and you can hear people talking through the door because the room is essentially inside the reception area. All in all I wont be going back. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the actual therapist Jericho was great, and they gave my massage for free for screwing up so much.

Mason was BEYOND amazing! He was wonderful with communication and made sure that I was comfortable and that he was working on areas I was concerned about. I’ll for sure be heading back and requesting him again. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. It was a very relaxing and calming environment. I had Katrina for the massage at the foothills center. Apparently they are changing the name from Reviving massage to the Massage center. She focused exactly where I wanted her to focus on my back. She worked hard on me for the whole hour. She had the right amount of pressure. She was very friendly. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend Katrina to anyone who needed a massage.

I have been going to The Massage Center since it opened, and have probably experienced 8 or so of their therapists. Every massage has been lovely! I recommend them without hesitation!Recently, I was in a nasty car accident. My upper back muscles have been killing me. Yesterday, I made an appointment and was assigned Rob as my therapist. Words cannot capture how much better I feel--not to mention he was so kind.One more plus: they are open on Sundays!!!!! Go here! You wont be disappointed!

Had a bad experience with Rob. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about the muscles and very determined to work out some knots in my back and neck (and armpits?) I wouldve been fine with releasing knots and all, but it was far too aggressive! I didnt feel relaxed when I left and was hoping it was since I supposedly had knots that were worked out. The next day I woke up pretty sore, especially my neck, back and armpits - almost like a bruised feeling and now 3 days later I am still sore! Ive had several massages and have never been sore afterwards. Im not sure if he was going for deep tissue or what (I certainly didnt ask for that) but instead of the relaxing massage I had anticipated this was unfortunately the opposite.

We had a couples massage here. I texted in for my appointment and they were very prompt at responding and scheduling the appointment. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. We had Kristin and Maverick and they were very professional and kind. They both did a great job on the massages. We will definitely go back.

Ive been having some sudden shoulder pain and a pretty stressful month. I saw a Groupon for The Massage Center and Im SO happy I got it! I did a 60 minute massage with aromatherapy. Ben gave me the best massage Ive had in forever, and Im buying the scent I chose. Im so relaxed and my shoulder is doing so much better. Ill be back, sure thing!

Going here I was super excited because it was the first time I was getting a professional massage. The receptionist was really pleasant to deal with. She seemed calm, which was a good way to help set the mood. Like some of the other reviews, we were offered oils to choose from for our aromatherapy, but we were given a sheet that explained them all and what benefits they had, which I appreciated. The only downside to the aromatherapy was that neither me or my husband could smell anything except when we were being massaged on our shoulders or neck.After we filled out the paper work we waited for a bit and both mine and my husbands therapists came over to us and introduced themselves and asked for our names. They quickly took us to our room (because it was cold outside) and talked with us individually. They told us the 101 of massages (since neither of us had ever had a professional massage), which I thought was great. My husband said his therapist talked about focus areas, which mine did not. Next time I go if I am not asked by my therapist I will definitely offer that information.The massage was great! I told her to steer clear of the feet and she didnt massage them at all, which I appreciated since Im super ticklish. My massage therapist was such a great listener as she was would lighten the pressure when I said it hurt or when I needed more. Ive come to the conclusion that a good massage is all about communication! The therapists are not mind readers. My husband enjoyed his as he fell asleep and later asked if we could stay the night! That says a lot because at first he thought the massage would be awkward and uncomfortable with a stranger touching him.After the massage, the therapists stepped out of the room to give us plenty of time to sit back up and dress. They were waiting outside of the room for us and we all began talking once we came out. They took us back to the reception area as they continued our conversation and gave us their cards. I really appreciated their friendliness and willingness to talk to their customers. They offered us a cup of water each, their cards, and a gift card for the following visit (as that was part of the package we purchased).As far as the ambiance, the reception area was very nice with soothing music and a dim light. I didnt feel like I was in grandmas house like other reviews say. I didnt pay too much attention to the patterns on the furniture but oh my goodness those couches were so comfortable! They advised that I go to the bathroom before my massage and I was impressed to see hand towels to dry my hands! You would use one and put it in a basket after. The massage room was very nice with dim lights and music. It was nice and warm, especially because of the heated massage tables! Super relaxing!Overall, my husband and I were very impressed and will definitely be going back. Everyone there was super professional. Katie and RyLee were great!

Fantastic massage in a warm and welcoming environment. Ive been coming here for years and always had excellent treatments/body work. Joseph has been my therapist/body work specialist the last few times, and hes gifted. Top of the top!

I have gone here a handful of times and was generally happy with my experience. However, this past week I had an appointment and then my husband was in a skiing accident and had to have emergency surgery. Of course cancelling a massage appointment scheduled for the next day was the last thing on my mind amidst all of the chaos. I called the morning of my appointment and they still charged me the cancellation fee without even considering my circumstance. I wont recommend and I wont be going back.

Had a facial with Kassie and it was amazing. Kassie is very gentle and my skin and I feel well taken care of. She is very professional and walked me through everything she did as well as gave me lots of useful advice. The environment itself is clean, peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Both my wife and I commented that it was one of the best massages we have had and definitely the most comfortable beds we have laid on. I have been here twice and this place is my new lifesaver and gem in Salt Lake. I have seen Karly and Ally and both are ANGELS. Im an esthetician and am always hunching over plus Im an avid skier on top of that and I often wake up with a tweaked neck and/or lower back. And if I do I can go online and book something with them same day. Its no frills which I love. You dont always need the robe and steam room situation. You walk in, get massaged no muss no fuss. Everyone is so nice. Its really clean and calming. Im in love with the fact that they offer hour long neck and back massages for a really reasonable price. Their therapists really know their stuff and I am a customer for life. Thank you so much Massage Center!!!

I received a massage from Kala Gehrke.It was one of the best massages in my life! I have constant tightness and pressure in my lower tailbone area and she did some stretching techniques that have taken that pressure away and its been a week already!I will definitely be going back to Kala!

This has become my go-to massage place. I keep going back because their pricing is reasonable, without sacrificing on quality. In general, massages are wonderful but they can be very cost-prohibitive. The vouchers The Massage Center gives out, in addition to Groupon/Living Social deals, make them a great value. Ive tried probably 6 different therapists and only had one that I wouldnt go back to.

Jeanette was great!! She took great care to deal carefully with my medical needs, gave me a wonderful massage and I will definitely be coming back. After too many hospital stays, it felt good to have my sore muscles finally relax.

Mariah was great!! She gave me tips and advice on what I can do to improve my tension and she really worked out my neck and shoulders. I got a little lost finding the place but well worth it. The prices are reasonable and the staff is welcoming.

This visit was our 3rd time at The Massage Center, and it was the best visit yet (we enjoyed our other 2 visits, but our therapists made this time stand out). Ally Broskey is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She does an amazing job at listening to what may be needs or areas to target and does just that. I got into the Massage Center randomly one night and I saw Ally the first time and will only see her every time now.

As a fairly new and welcome massage option in Salt Lake City, the Massage Center offers a variety of easily accessible, competent massages at a fair price, with many Specials available. Located in the downtown area, it boasts off street parking and on-line scheduling (with appointment times from morning until late evening) that make getting in and out a breeze. The interior environment is calm and welcoming and the staff, particularly Charles, works hard to ensure a good experience. The therapists have a range of massage experience and knowledge, which gives the customer many choices in finding one to connect with. The Massage Center is a great place to discover, or rediscover, the benefits of massage.

Julianna is a fantastic massage therapist! Not only do I feel more relaxed after a session with her, I also feel less pain in whatever areas she focused on. She uses the right pressure and techniques to help eliminate tightness in the neck, upper back, lower back as well as any other areas such as tennis elbow or soreness in the knees. I highly recommend Julianna at The Massage Center.

Normally I always go in for a lower back and leg massage. This time I went in because my upper back and shoulders hurt (from a wake boarding accident). Brian did such a great job tailoring the massage to my current needs. Hes the best massage therapist Ive ever had.

Terra was exemplary in listening to my needs and being able to provide the care needed for my issues. I felt as though the deep pressure my muscles require was given consistently throughout the massage with a great deal of effort. If it was taxing in any way, she never let on which goes, in part, to show the professionalism given. I know that my back is quite a chore due to the multitude of problems I have created over many years. I cannot express my gratitude in what she has already been able to accomplish. The boyfriend and I did a couple massage. It was wonderful!! The staff was kind, welcoming, and we never felt uncomfortable. Wearing the masks was rather odd but it’s the way the world is now. Would recommend!!

Julianna gave me THE BEST massage & Ill definitely use her again. I did have trouble however with my prepaid gift certificate as I was charged for entire massage. But after calling them back, they credited my card for amount.

Amazing massage and service had Erin scheduled for an hour for back and shoulder pain I had had for 5 days. Her trigger point and massage work was exceptional was running out of time and was able to request to extend to an hour and a half to make sure we were able to get all of the kinks worked out. Walked out pain free and moving well . I would recommend Erin for cranial and trigger point she was a real life saver.

I dont get massages often, so Im always a little unsure of what to expect. This time, Kassie M was professional, amazing and made me super comfortable. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted out of the experience and knew what she was doing!

I saw Bridgett today and she was amazing. She took the time to really work out the tension in my problem areas (upper back/neck). She listened to my body and worked accordingly. I definitely recommend going to see her, she gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

I had a 90 minute massage with ZACK. Being a massage therapist and yoga teacher, I can be somewhat of a massage snob. I have had so many massages in the past 5 years, like 3 a week, Zack provided the best massage, that I have ever had. He is so knowledgeable, when it comes to the body. I was very impressed and will be a forever client!

Got setup with a last-minute appointment with Ben Best. Great guy and great advice. He knew what he was doing and I started to feel less pain by the time I was done. Definitely need to go back soon to fix up this back pain. Great place with simple but calming environment.

The staff here are amazing. I had the Rejuvenation Organic Facial 90 with Eye Treatment and it was so relaxing, refreshing and left my skin feeling so nourished and moisturized. I am definitely going back to Isis at the Massage Center. My experience was perfect.

I found this place randomly and have been back so many times. They have so many talented therapists and are great at fitting me in last minute. Great hours, great flexibility and I love the location. Its easy to get to, the the facility is nice and relaxing.

Every time Ive been here, Ive had a fantastic experience. The masseuses are skilled and attentive, the facility is clean and tidy, and their music has always been on point for relaxation. And they always seem to have some deal or another going on, either through Groupon, their emailing list, or coupons they hand out on occasion.Definitely prefer this location over others who overcharge for the same services.

Ally listened to what I said about the areas I wanted worked on and did exactly what I asked for. She checked in with me regularly regarding pressure and did some good stretching. She had really good technique and I liked her massage style. This was the best massage I’ve had.

Purchased the fathers day package for my husband. It was supposed to come with aromatherapy and hot towels. He was asked what oils he wanted but they never used them and he never received the hot towels. They never charged my card when I booked it and then tired to charge him full price after the massage. He says the message was ok but the facilities is mediocre and doesnt make up for the price of the massages. He is a massage therapist and was looking for good place to go back to and will never return here.

My Therapist was Arnie. It was one of the best massages I have ever received and the staff was great! He really listened to me and used specific techniques to help me. I have fibromyalgia and am very particular with massages and I would definitely go there again and recommend this place!

My best friend and I decided to treat ourselves for a good massage session and we found a sweet deal on Groupon. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking that I may not receive as good of a service for using a coupon but figured 4.9 stars out of 522 reviews is saying something lol Tanner and RyLee were such a delight and they worked alllll of our problems off our backs! Since it was my friends very first time getting a massage, I wanted everything to be perfect and I was so happy that we chose this place (: Definitely visiting again.

The massage itself was great and I really liked the girl who took care of me but I feel like I was played. On my way out I was told to grab a City Weekly deal that was about to come out and it would get me another massage for $20. I bought the deal ($40 for $20) and they told me that was only good toward the regular price ($80) of a massage not an actual one hour massage. It would have cost me another $40 if I paid the difference like they wanted. Sorry but $60 for a 50 minute massage is not a deal. They refused to honor the deal as I was told and as I understood, and also refused to give me money back. Luckily I was able to get credit back from City Weekly. There are too many massage therapists out there to return to someplace who doesnt care about customer service!

I used to work at a spa in Sedona, Arizona; and they had the best massage therapists around... at least, so I thought! It has been a decade since I have had a massage that even came close to the couples massage my wife and I shared yesterday for our 1st anniversary. Alisha (sp?) there was amazing. Very nice as a person and really knew what she was doing as a therapist. We were repeat visitors to The Sanctuary, as the atmosphere there was above par locally. But, I think we may have just been swayed. Exceptional service. I would definitely recommend The Massage Center for your next massage!

The price is right. The facility is fantastic. Instead of paper towels, they have clean single use Terry cloth hand towels. Love that detail. I have been seeing Tanner. He is very knowledgeable and a delight. I highly suggest Massage Center.

We bought the couples 90 minute massage with aromatherapy. At the start we told them where our problem areas were and the knots we wanted to get out. The full 90 minutes was more of a light rub than a massage and they didnt focus on our specified problem areas at all. One therapist started by saying she has already been going for 11 hours and it showed. Seemed like they were too tired to give a good massage. Staff was friendly but we felt like we wasted $140. Also they forgot the aromatherapy.

Located in a beautiful and quiet part of Salt Lake City, this Massage Center was the highlight of mine and my wifes recent road trip to Utah. The rooms were clean and cosy, the reception staff were kind and efficient, and my Massage Therapist, Julianna, was cordial, professional, and sent me off packing feeling well ironed-out. If we are ever in Salt Lake City again, we definitely plan on booking here again.

I first went to this place due to a very good deal on Groupon. I saw Chris. Ive been back several times to see Chris or Mark, and I highly recommend them both. Once you book online with them, they send you emails with some really great deals that Ive taken advantage of. Ive never had a problem with booking short notice appointments online. The parking is also great - this is important to me, as I have been to several massage businesses in the Sugarhouse area where the stress of parking has ruined an otherwise great massage.

I had the most amazing massage a few days ago at The Massage Center. Julianna is incredible. I loved the hot towels she used and the sugar foot scrub, but the massage was heavenly!!! Ill DEFINITELY be back to see her (and sending my husband as well!!!)

It was a lot better than the service from massage envy and the only service I got from them was a bad attitude and feeling like a number in there books instead of like they wanted us to be there. I have been going to The Massage Center for over a year now on a weekly basis, Elisha is probably the best massage therapist that I have encountered for the 20+ years that I have been getting massages. Charles has provided an excellent professional atmosphere at the studio, all of his staff are friendly and provide excellent service. I have been to the Massage Center several times. Elisha is my massage therapist and she is excellent! She is very experienced and is always giving me tips on how to treat my body to stay in good health. She has unique massage techniques that work on every muscle in my body and I always feel rejuvinated and refreshed after my 90 minute massages with Elisha!

Ive been here several times, and have had multiple different LMT, and theyve all been exceptional! This most recent was with Arnie. He was great! He knew where all my tension was, even if it was in my jaw. I’m definitely one with lots if tension, so I couldn’t get all of my tension worked out, but it was a great start.

So sad to give one star. I have been before to this place an got wonderful massages. But the masseuse I had this time just wasted my money and my time. I wish I could have asked a more experienced person. I got a weird mix of a soft rob and then to a torture experience on my neck. I got a 50 minute massage for the price of 60 minutes. The masseuse took about five minutes to show up after she was told I was there, and then about other 5 while she left the room for me to get ready. Now I feel like i paid 60 dls. to get a really bad neck pain, it suppose to be the other way around. :(

Ben Best is literally the best. He works wonders. He is highly educated in what he does, he knowledge and professional, more than a massage therapist but a physical therapist as well. Always pleased to be worked on by him. Have never had a bad experience.

I love the Massage Center. Ive been going a couple times a month while Ive been in SLC. Great staff, great atmosphere. They are always incredibly friendly and have done everything they could to make sure I always have a good experience. Ive been with a couple of different massage therapists and they are all excellent.

This is the only place I go to get massages now. They are always very nice- they listen to your wants and needs, they are attentive to you during and after the massage. It’s always perfect. And the ambiance/vibe just makes the whole experience so relaxing and rejuvenating.

This will be a slightly different review. I have not been to the Center yet. Unfortunately, they had to cancel my appt as the therapist scheduled to do my massage had an accident. The owner himself, called to apologize, offered me several alternatives and improved on the massage I had originally scheduled. This is the king of customer service. I will definitely book with them again.

Wonderful experience! A great business. Ive been here a couple times, loved it both times. I am a licensed massage therapist myself and enjoy coming here because they love to help fellow professionals stay limber and painfree. They have amazing massage therapists on staff! I love, love, love the work I have received from Adriane and Shanai. Both great women with a passion for what they do. But the whole employee roster at the massage center are all great people with unparalleled skillsets. You guys rock! Keep it up.

The Massage Center has great LMTs here. I’ve had a different one almost every time I’ve been here; and they’ve all been phenomenal. There are other places where it’s a real crapshoot of what kind of LMTs you might get. Jericho is the absolute best. Great hands. Great knowledge. She is amazing and I highly recommend her. Not too much though cause I don’t want you to take up the few open spots she gets. 😉

This location was easy to find. Was clean and pleasantly decorated. Ally was very professional. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I mentioned. She did some stretching of my legs, hips, back and neck which felt wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility!

Ben gave an excellent massage and used stretches to get my muscles to relax. I felt so much better and will definitely see him again. I would highly recommend his gifted work to anyone with chronic pain.

I’ve use to go quite a bit pre-pandemic when you could get decent deals on Groupon and there were definitely therapist that were not worth the money and therapists that were OUT OF THIS WORLD. The problem is, they can’t seem to keep the good ones. I gave them two stars because they have always been clean. I do appreciate that you can book online. But you’ll notice one of their “Senior Lead Massage Therapists” is the one with all the openings. I don’t think that has to do with skill but how much they’ve bought into the business. Basically it’s hit or miss, if you find a good therapist there, hold on to them while they’re still there!

He was a FUSSY little fella who was training a new receptionist; the new girl seemed very nice, but the guy training her REALLY needs to get over himself. The place is clean. Some of the therapists are amazing. The owner is kind of a jerk. He doesnt honor his coupons, and when called out on it, claims it isnt valid. Well, if your website accepts it, gives you the price minus the coupon value, and sends you a confirmation email with the price——seems like a valid coupon to me, and should be honored.,

I got my brows waxed and coloured here before Christmas with Ally Anderson, who did a fantastic job - she is personable but professional and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely return and highly recommend her.

I had an appointment here scheduled. I had no intentions of canceling. But my best friend had to be rushed to the emergency in an ambulance from work. And I had to be there to interpret Swahili. So I called and explained this about 3 hours before my appointment. They wouldn’t do a thing for me. They still charged me 30$ for not canceling within 24 hours. How insensitive. I was at a hospital with my best friend. I didn’t just cancel just because. Will never recommend.

I have been to The Massage Center a few times, and each time has been wonderful. They offer wonderful deals on their services, which allow my husband and I (full time students with not a lot of money) to splurge for special events. They have a small, friendly atmosphere which I prefer to the usual salon vibe.

We enjoyed our couples massage very much. Our therapist did an excellent job. My only suggestion would be is to have more relaxing music. The music in our session was very intense classical music.

I rarely write bad reviews; however, I was so extremely disappointed by the service this business gave me. I purchased a Groupon early December as a gift to myself. The owner canceled on me twice and I was completely understanding and accommodating even though it was an inconvenience as I had made arrangements to have that time off work (I understand that life happens, right?). Today I went to get my massage and pulled up my Groupon app, clicked directions and the Google map took me to the wrong location. I immediately texted the owner, unfortunately, in my frazzled state I texted their do not reply number (confusing). She was not remotely flexible or accommodating and was, in fact, defensive, condescending and rude. She went so far as to imply that I was being dishonest about the situation. I explained how I had erred and asked if she would make an exception and reschedule as I am human and make mistakes and had been understanding when I had to move around my schedule for her TWO TIMES!!! I would never want to have any bodywork done by someone so lacking in human compassion. Worst customer service experience ever.

I was about to get in right away and my therapist was great in explaining how she was helping me with my migraine. It really helped me feel better the day off and thinking about my movement during the day that affects things. I look forward to my next visit.

Ben really knows what hes doing! Hes responsive, attentive and makes sure that the full body is attended to. I loved the focus he gave to my head, I never realized how much tension I hold there. At first the coarseness of his hands is hard to move past, but once hes engaged, it almost becomes his greatest asset.

Expected more of a spa like experience from the environment. Both masseuses felt like they had not been properly trained. They were nice people and we liked Them but we were not happy with the massage. Very unhappy with our money spent and left very disappointed.

Good massage but not super relaxing...I havent had alot of massages but I dont think its all that calming to have the masseuse talking the entire time. Maybe extroverts feel differently but Id rather have an aromatherapy massage with a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

Massage was OK. Couldnt webm s.ell the essential oils. No music or noise. Could hear reception music through door. 60 minute massage started at 3:45 and ended at 4:31. By my count thats not 60 minutes. I received a out 40 minutes of actual massage. Would not go back. I have a $20 gift certificate and wo t be using it.

Tanner was great! I went in with alot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I was grateful that he focus on those areas for the majority of the session. Will definitely book again!

I have incredible tension in my neck and upper back because of my job. Michelle has been my masseuse a couple of times now and I have been so impressed with her knowledge and skill. I have felt major or complete relief every time.

Terra was amazing. I’ve only had a handful of massages, mostly unmemorable. Terra listened to what I wanted and really got the places they needed to be worked. I felt like she was I tune with my energy.

Great experience. Before you get carpel tunnel surgery, get a real massage. I suffered for nearly 20 years with tingling hands. Sleeping with my hands hanging down the side of the bed. One massage gave me relief for nearly 6 months. Truly amazing.

Great massage by rylee she was very kind !The place is a little underwhelming as a spa it basically looks like a carpeted office turned into a makeshift spa and unfortunately at the time I went they were redoing the parking lot and side walk so I had to walk pretty far a street parking was limited and wrap all around the building down a creepy backside of the building I wouldn’t go back until that’s all finished

Alyssa was very nice and quick with my Brazilian service! I was comfortable the whole time and she kept a conversation going so there was no awkward silence. I will be going back to her again!

The room was clean and relaxing, and the heated bed was amazing. Julianna did a great job! I especially loved her back massage. I would definitely recommend this place.
