Hes so incredibly kind, patient, HELPFUL, friendly, and I love every time I come in and hes helping me (all your employees are great by the way). Great vape store! The staff are friendly and welcoming, there’s a great selection of merchandise. I happened to stop in while I was in the area for work and noticed that their prices are lower than my go-to place in S.Jordan. Furthermore, the store gives a $10 discount to new rewards members. Will definitely go back when in the area!

These guys are awesome! Super knowledgeable with their trade, always friendly, they have great products for bothnicotine vapes and supplies for different kinds of vaping needs. They have prices for everyone, and have a huge assortment of items. Their store is always in tiptop condition, they have great hours, and their location is easy access for everyone in the Salt Lake valley.This is also a really classy place. Awesome for Sugarhouse. First of of all this place doesn’t have the typical seedy / dirty feel of your typical smoke shop - it feels more like a premium coffee house. The same goes for the staff, they are all easy going, not pushy and consultative in their work. Felt really welcome here and left with a smile. FYI...Dont foret your ID otherwise you cant stay inside. The only downfall if you forget your wallet at home. Anyway...they have a huge variety of Vapes, Mods, Juices, Legal CBD/THC gummies. Second time I went in to BlackHouse I came in with an old Mod and they didnt have coils for it even tho they sold the Mod...so they gave me a Mod for free that an ex employee left behind. When they no longer get stock of items but they have extras they hook people up. Just talk to them the customer service is awesome! Really down to earth people! Plus you earn points for purchases if you sign up.

Your one stop shop for all things vape. No one makes you feel like a newb or expects you use nicotine. They offer an awesome selection of House Juice. Brooke turned us on to Hendrix and it’s sooo good. Whole setup and juice was extremely reasonable.The place has amazing music playing back to back, they have their big screen and Xbox going. Makes you want to hang out all day.Brooke knows her stuff but the rest of the staff was more than willing to help and make suggestions. No one was pushing a product of the week.

They didnt have the juice I wanted, they didnt have a mod for the wattage I smoke. I felt like we werent properly communicating.

I have been going here for a long time. There is no place with their level of selection, knowledge, and helpfulness. Just the environment will make you realize what a vape shop should be. All those perks dont come with a heightened price tag either, in fact I save money when I go there opposed to other shops. Quit wasting your time and money anywhere else in Utah and get the quality you need from Blackhouse Vapor.

I love this place! Everyone you talk to is not only epically cool, but very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING in their store. The only bummer about todays visit is that they were out of part of my usual purchase. Big picture though, Im not going to die without it so no biggie really. Even walking out without what I went for, they still make it a 5 star visit.

I’ve been disappointed by the quality the past month. Bought two disposables that crapped out in less than a week. The first one was $32 and the second was $25. I’ll stick to house of hookah.Edited to one start because a few minutes after posting this the disposable started getting hot and spitting juice out of both ends. Dropped the thing in water asap.

Ive been coming here for three and a half years, and its been a great experience every time. I recall I was having a terrible day and I broke the glass part of my tank at work, so on my lunch break I made a quick run in, and the woman whose name Ive since forgotten was very helpful in getting me anything that worked. I ended up with an acrylic replacement that worked for a long while.Ive had plenty of nice chats with tons of the employees, theyre all nice and helpful.

This place was super friendly and helpful. I needed a new mod and concentrate device, and they were excellent with product knowledge. They do seem to be a little higher on prices, oil, but the staff makes up the difference with helpfulness and knowledge. I very much recommend this place.

Staff is extremely helpful —the gentlemen bent over backwards to help me when I was in a tight spot. Plus, he knew what I needed before I even had a clue. Prices are very fair. They have a great selection! And staff is engaged and helpful (arent just fooling around on their phones, etc). I went on a Sunday night around 7, and had to wait a bit because the store was a little busy. But it wasnt a long wait, and I think that just reflects that theyre popular and thus a decent store. Quite likely the cleanest, brightest, most professional vape shop Ive been in in 10 years of vaping in several states! Large selection, clearly-labeled pricing (sadly, a first for us), well-stocked. I feel like Im their #1customer when I am getting my products, very well done on the customer service and their decor is outstanding! If you have any questions they may be more helpful than several other shops in the area, at least to me. Once I found them a little more than a year ago I have not been any where else, Blackhouse beats them all by a long shot!

I love this place! Austin is incredibly knowledgeable in vapes of all kinds. He showed us really cool mods and told us about all the unique features, the down sides, and the up sides. I felt very confident in my purchase after he explained differences and what he recommends. This shop also has really cool decor, an awesome ambience, quality products, and obviously know how to hire the right people!

The selection amd prices here are great. There just seems to be a lack of attention from the people working there. My 3rd time there and each time they have given me the wrong juice and, or the wrong nic. This last time I asked for .3 and they gave me 24. And tge wrong flavor.They sold me a bum mod and were very profesional and took care of me. It just sucks having to keep coming back to swap out what I asked for.

More expensive than some other places but the service and products seem great. Staff was informative, location was clean and modern.Update: Have continued to go to this shop almost exclusively. Never have used the offered price match as I honestly forgot about it which goes to show its not that big a deal. They also continue to be my goto for advice and purchase of new mods, juice, tanks, everything. Super happy with their continued awesome customer service and products!

The folks here were super friendly and super knowledgeable. Their selection of hardware and juices is better than most shops Ive been to, and they have a rewards program which I havent seen at other shops.Id definitely recommend giving this place a visit if youre looking for more unique hardware like RDAs and RTAs - many shops no longer carry these types of atomizers because proprietary tank/coil/pod systems are sweeping the market. RDAs and RTAs will save you significant money in the long run, and these guys still sell them and wont call you a dinosaur for buying one.

Will be a customer for life now! Love the building set up. They let me undress their manican (Ik not spelt right!) To find the right size leggings that were only 10$ and you get 10% off for wearing them!! Love their choices of flavors and prices!

Really great atmosphere, the employees are very educated in knowing what you want or need. All in all it seems like a welcoming environment. The employees are not too professional that they are overbearing yet are not too causal that its awkward talking to them either; they are able to connect to customers on a middle ground.

*UPDATED REVIEW:You are right about the price matching. I do realize and forgot and I admit when Im wrong. That is a huge incentive and worth an update, so disregard my not the cheapest comment. Its not publicly advertised that you guys price match and not everybody knows especially new customers. Make it widely known and it be a huge incentive for many customers. I DO STILL HAVE MY CRITICISMS THOUGH.... One huge criticism for me is your reward program. To me it offer no incentive to return and the long wait for points to accrue if you only shop a couple times a month for juice and accessories and replcements just isnt worth in my opinion. And my other big criticism is that you guys dont offer a big enough variety of vape pods, mods and a bigger selection of accessories and replacements. I hate having to look at different shops for certain vape products due to being out of stock or other reasons and honestly id prefer a one stop vape shop that offer everything I need and we just arent there yet in utah. Your price match guarantee is a great incentive to shop at Black Vapor but the lack of a bigger variety of products and an unrewarding rewards program that gives me no incentive to return to gain more points that would keep me coming back isnt enough for me to make Black Vapor my go to shop or say its the best. If black vapor offered online orders in store to make up for the lack of variety of products you dont have in store but offer ordering products for customers if they are looking for a device that isnt currently available in store or they are seeking a new or highly desired device that is hard to find in utah stores or can only be purchased online that utah customers dont have access to would be a huge incentive for me to shop at black vapor since a lot of the premium brands and new products Im looking for arent widely available and sold in utah shops for whatever reason would be huge for me. And lastly an improved rewards program with a few minor tweaks that would give customers huge incentives to return and earn points would make all the difference and would seal the deal for me and would make black vapor my primary shop everytime without question. With an improved rewards program with a few minor additions that benefit the customer in big ways with minor investment such as random double points days and/or rewards focused soley on replacement parts, accessories and disposables that would give customers the incentive to get all their replacement parts at black vapor and no where else and in turn black vapor gets a lot more returning customers in which black vapor would benefit from hugely making this new and improved rewards program a huge ROI for Black Vapor and everyone wins! Thats actually very doable and a great rewards program idea. Take my advice and implement it and you got me and so many others as guaranteed returning customers.

Super chill and awesome staff. Nice environment with lax lounging areas.It says a lot about a business when they not only have much friendlier service than Amazon, but also better prices.I dont know if thats the case for everything but for my Smok replacements the price was better and I knew I was getting the right gear.

People that work there are always very nice and helpful. The one thing I don’t understand is why their juice prices are so much higher then other places. I did ask a worker there about it and they said they would price match so I asked them to call another business where the juice was cheaper and I felt like they were looking and acting like I wanted something for free. It is kind of hard to go there and spend 15.99 for a bottle of salt Nick juice when other businesses sell you two bottles for 20.00.

The most epic of shops in the city! I used to go to another location that shall not be named (they got hit by the states ban hammer :D) but coming to Blackhouse was a total win! Every member of the team (and that includes you Holly!) has made me feel welcomed. Honestly I really liked this place until my most recent visit. I bought a mod from them less than a week ago and it’s already broken and they said they wouldn’t honor the warranty because it wasn’t broken enough. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything other than juice here

Solid customer service. Even when theyre at peak hours, they make you feel as though youre the only one there. Ive always come back to this place time and again, only to have it better every time. Theyve got music at moderate volume, a very open shopping area, decent lighting, a wide selection of vapor supplies and apparel, and a lounge to hang out in. Ive recommended this place to many friends who now wont go anywhere else.

Hands down best vape shop I have found anywhere! I stopped in today to pick upba new pod device and I was taken back by how attentive they are. They listened to my needs and issues I have had very patiently and I love the device I was directed to. And while they had many more pricy models they went stright to one of the most cost efficient. I live north of downtown and my electric longboard is my transportation but they now have a loyal customer and the ride is well worth it. Oh...also they dont sell drug paraphernalia. I LOVE THAT!!

This is my go to vape shop when im in SLC, theyve got a fantastic variety of juices, vape mods, glass, and CBD! They also have a bunch of cool merch you can get, staff is super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable on all the products there. The staff is always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have!

This place is fantastic, the location is great for people living in downtown SLC (which is hard to come by since most are at least 20 minutes away) and the service is fantastic. Juice prices are Competitive with other high end shops and if they ever make a wrong (extremely rare) theyll be damn sure to make it right. Utah definitely has a competitor for some of the other big names here.

One of my very favorite vape shops...easy to get to and the staff members are friendly, very knowledgeable about the products they sell and if the person you are being helped by doesnt know an answer to any question you have they arent afraid to ask another staff member for help. Okay I have been consistently and almost exclusively shopped here for my vape supplies and Vapor needs, from what I understand is a mom and daughter that run the place and have been doing a FANTASTIC job ever since its been opened and beings the fact Ive been a loyal customer there since week one of their opening I have recommended this fine establishment to every single person that I know that Vapes and always recommend getting their house juices! unless Im out of town or its an emergency Vape run I do my very best to always go here!

Visited on 1/20/21, was helped immensely by Andy. She was extremely patient, and asked a ton of questions to my wife and I to help us with our first-time purchase. The store also looks super rad inside.Would definitely recommend this location if you are new to vaping, but this is also definitely the spot to go if you’re a long time vaper as well.

I stopped in today as an out-of-towner. Brian was helpful, dedicated his focus to the customer and answered more questions than I anticipated I’d have. While D8 carts may still be a ways away for Utahns, I believe the folks at Blackhouse are pioneers on the path to medical solutions for everyone. Definitely worth stopping in to meet some good folks (and perhaps leaving with some beautiful glassware, as well).

I’ve been a loyal customer of Blackhouse for two years, and I’ve spent hundreds on mods, juice and accessories, but after two recent experiences, I’m infuriated and refuse to give them another dollar of my money. This October, after I purchase a new mod and tank and several bottles of juice, I’d had a really tough day and was feeling down, and it made me feel totally unappreciated as a customer when the guy working there refused to give me the birthday promotion for $10 off because he said it expired after 15 days, and it was technically 16 days after my birthday—1 day too late. That irked me because I thought it was really ridiculous that he couldn’t honor the promotion, especially after I’d spent so much money, but it wasn’t enough for me to completely write them off. I purchased a brand new tank last week; and as soon I got home, I found out that the drip tip was loose, and it was constantly falling off the tank. I was blown away when the owner, Brooke, refused to do anything to make it right, and to make matters worse, she gave me attitude and acted like I was crazy to expect them to do anything about it. I‘d just purchased a brand new tank because I didn’t want to have to do any troubleshooting with it. I thought it was perfectly reasonable to expect a brand new tank to come with a tip that would stay put so I wouldn’t lose it every time I set it down or put it in my purse. Brooke’s only proposed solution to the problem: “just put some dental floss around it.” I asked for her to see if she had any o-rings that would help the tip to stay in. She refused to even check their supplies and insisted that she didn’t have anything that would fix the issue. “Just put dental floss around it,” she repeated. completely unapologetic. I asked to look at tips so I could find one that fit better. I found one that didn’t look as nice, but at least it was a really tight fit that wouldn’t fall out every time I set it down. When Brooke refused to allow me to exchange the tip for the one that fit correctly, refused to give me a discount on the tip, and made it obvious that she didn’t want to help to solve the problem or even acknowledge that it was a problem, she made it crystal clear that she didn’t value my business or loyalty at all. It’s beyond me why Blackhouse would be so petty as to throw away hundreds in revenue over a $10 drip tip, but they’ve lost my business. I refuse to keep spending my money at an establishment that doesn’t care about my satisfaction at all.

Ive been here a few times now and have had phenomenal service every time. Kaity helped me out both times and my husband and I ended up getting exactly what she recommended. The overall customer service was honestly unbelievable because knowing that we had not used this type of vape before, Kaity and another lovely woman with dark short hair, actually sat down with us and walked us through the steps putting our new coil on.But everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. I tried a few places before coming here but it is my go-to shop now.

Absolutely amazing experience. I went in about a month ago to get help switching from disposable vapes to a SMOK Novo3. Lizzy (I think that was her name?) with the blue hair walked me through every step from selecting my device to picking a juice to teaching me how to refill and use it. They’re within walking distance of me, so bonus there!

Brook did a spectacular job introducing mod systems to my parents and educating them in their functionality so they can smoothly transition to vaping from smoking cigarettes. This shop is actually one of the more fancy shops. The workers are usually very genuine and nice. The parking is atrocious but thats not something they could fix themselves. If you do stop in, definitely check out some of the premium juices they have, sometimes you can find some good stuff that other shops just dont carry at all.

Best Vape Shop in SL!! I came in today with an issue. They made good recommendations to get my mod working or to trouble shoot the issue. But what sticks out most of all was their customer service. This place hands down has the best customer service that Ive ever seen in any vape shop. Ive been to most shops in the Salt Lake City area and a few in Ogden, Bountiful, and Logan and these guys out perform them easily. They have extremely knowledgeable staff and a great selection for hardware, e-juice, and anything else you need.

Its a vape shop. Ive been coming here for years for new devices to support the local business. Like many other, but not all vape shops, they upcharge for their devices. They also advterise a warranty to take back a defective device within 30 days. Ive never had to use this until now. My 3 week old vape would not stop leaking, and the vape/battery itself is now ruined because of the defective tank. Blackhouse refused to replace the actual expensive important part, the battery, and offered a tank instead. Super useful for my dead vape. Last time I shop there, what good is that promise to fix things if you never keep it?Update response: While do appreciate you reading and responding, I dont appreciate the reframing of the issues I was having. How could you know my device was firing and working when I didnt demonstrate that? The new pod had no coil in it, it was not installed on my device, and could not possibly have been tested. You are also implying here that I broke it myself, as opposed to the faulty pod that leaked. What do I gain from breaking it here?Regardless, it was a nice experience going to another shop and not getting upsold on literally everything. Should have done it sooner.

These are great people to work with. They are very patient with questions, and very helpful. I just went in to get a starter RDA for my mod, and they were very helpful. They didnt try to sell me more than I needed for a starter. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great shop to go to.

Super cool guys Daylon & Alex. Said im not old snuff to vape after checking my Dr license and seeing im only 65, but said theyd be happy 2 help my 23 & 26 kids who do vape. Blackhouse is the only place that I go for all of my vaping needs! They’ve got the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and an awesome selection of juices and other accessories. I went in today to get some advice on my noisy cricket II that I’ve been having some issues with, and Hunter was super helpful! He walked me through building my RDA and helped pinpoint the problem. He was so friendly, patient and informed about what he was doing. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. This is THE vape shop that I recommend to all of my friends and coworkers!!

Edit: Updated this review to 5 stars. Like I mentioned with the issue below I come all the way across town to the shop for a reason. Within a couple hours of my issue the owner Mike contacted me and told me I could come in and get replaced right away. What a nice guy! Great shop, excellent service.Brand new Sigelei Spectrum was purchased. Never dropped it, not a single scratch on it. Was out vaping with a friend, looked at the screen and saw the dreaded black screen issue rendering the mod essentially useless. This happened 4 days after their terrible 30 day warranty. They were not open until the following Monday making it 6 days. Told me there was nothing they could do. No help at all. No offer to discount, basically told me as far as they are concerned I am SOL with them. I have been going to this shop for a long time now driving all the way across town from Midvale. I definitely wont be making that mistake again unless they decide to reach out and help a loyal customer. Do not recommend.

I loved the shop its beautifully put together lots of options to chose from the staff are amazing!!! Also very knowledgeable!! Beau took the time to explain everything to me, and helped me find the perfect set up! The employees are off-putting. Some are good, some are awful and rude. The prices are high, they didn’t have the coils I needed three times. They don’t do refunds, even on a $90 Seigeli (RX 2/3) after 80% of them broke for other customers.Would recommend browsing other shops before committing to this one.

So for me black house vaper has been the introductory great experience to the vaping ways. I was so intrigued on blowing Os and got caught up in the whole 6 mg 0 mg and just trying a lot of different things. The folks here I can’t name you one but they have all been really helpful on liquid information and keeping my mod working well! Mad props to everyone there that’s been so great every time.

The staff was very helpful and very informative. The gentleman who helped me out in particular name was Griffon. He helped select a new mod after mine broke and I love it so far! He did an excellent job of explaining all the details and nitty gritty things Id need to know to keep it running smooth and to keep it well maintained.I will definitely be returning here in the future for all my vape related purchases!

This place is Amazing! the staff members are always ready and happy to help, the front counter is always clean. Their unicorn bottles are a godsend, they always have my coils instock, and their flavors are the best in town. Seriously, If I could give more stars I would! this is the only vape shop I go to anymore.

Awesome looking store, kinda trendy. Pretty expensive; probably the last place in the valley to adopt the 20-25 dollar 60ml bottles, and even after, they are rare. Expect to pay a premium on most of the juices. Lackluster juice selection, too. Trolley Wing Company is in the same building and the parking lot is terrible, so good luck finding a place to park most of the time.

Great shop! As a newbie who wanted to quit smoking, I was a bit hesitant walking into one of these shops for the first time. The staff at Blackhouse was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have been cigarette free for over a month and I will never go back to the Marlboro man. Thanks Blackhouse!

Blackhouse Vapor is dope! The setup is open clean and professional, but also modern comfortable and so cool. The vibes and people working make me want to go back and just chill with them on their big couch. I personally get nervous in new situations, but was instantly put at ease when Taesha greeted and helped us. She helped us newbies figure out the best products for us. She was very knowledgeable and answered so many questions. But the thing that blew me away was she took the time to sit down with me, go through the setup of my vape, and show me everything I needed to know about it. I’m grateful she’s so good with people, kind, and knowledgeable. She’s also hilarious which is always a plus. It’s apparent that she and the whole staff really care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just walking in the door was impressive, and professional. They have a very good selection of vapor and mods. The staff at Blackhouse Vapor is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have found a new place to buy from that I will be returning to. There prices are a little higher than some of the places I have been to, but is to be expected in Sugarhouse.

Awesome store cool stuff went in there to just get a nord pod and ended up with cbd oil for my old dog suffers from occasional pain. The guy that was working there today in the evening was nice and really helpful and very knowledgeable about all products. Hands down no question best shop in the valley. every time Ive visited the store the people behind the counter are as respectful as they are knowledgeable. the selection is insane, and the house juice is as good as any big label brand you get anywhere else. I came in a few weeks ago on a friends suggestion to buy my very first mod. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. I picked out my mod and one of the staff even had the kindness to educate me on how the coils and mod worked, even to go so far as to get everything ready for me so I could vape right away. Such a great store. Ive struggled to find truly knowledgeable vape employees in the SLC area, and Taylor and Brooke killed it. They helped me find an awesome lost vape orion that Im already in love with. Super friendly/knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, and great prices. Also, they have a good reward system for returning customers. Will only ever come back to them for all my vaping needs.

Came here with my boyfriend for his Birthday because the place was highly recommended by one of my work buddies and because my boyfriend has been trying to quit cigarettes for 2 years now because of my asthma, figured this would be an awesome birthday present. The staff is awesome, very knowledgeable on any questions we asked and helpful when teaching my boyfriend how to set up everything, also the discount point system Blackhouse Vapes have for customers is a pretty awesome idea. I love Blackhouse. I only vape their signature juice. It is beyond amazing. I have bought numerous tanks, atomizers and mods here. This is by far the best vape shop I’ve ever been to (been vaping for 6 years). I drive from Magna just for this place. They have a huge juice selection and huge mod and tank selection. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable in everything they sell. Anytime I ask a question, they give me super helpful info and a lot of tips on mods, etc. Today I went in for a mod that was sold out at the other 4 places I had called and they had it in stock AND in the color I wanted. If you’re looking for someone who knows all there is to know I highly recommend asking Brooke. She always helps me a ton when I go in for anything and she’s super friendly and efficient.

Austin really took the time and knows all the answers. Friendly staff. A little busy but only because they are not trying to rush you and its the most beloved vape shop in salt lake. Mods priced really well and they run specials on free batteries and juice.

Ive been going to Blackhouse for years now, and its always been a great experience. Recently I went in for a new RTA and mod, and Griffin set me up perfectly! Hes got a lot of knowledge about vaping products and was able to hook me up with a really solid setup. He walked me through building the coils and cotton, and even had a quick vape with me outside the shop once we were done. Great shop, excellent service from Griffin, and I walked away with a flavor banger of a mod. I cant drive and vape anymore because the clouds are too dense! 10/5

My last review was either deleted or hidden, I last bought one of the house vape juices called doughnut fruity pebbles and the juice was super harsh. I should have gone with the leading premium vape juices. Do not buy any zappa juices, you will be very disappointed. The store was cool though.

There is no doubt this will be one of my go-to vape shops from now on. I had heard about this place from a friend and had been thinking about buying a mod for a while now. The problem was I barely knew anything about vaping. Honestly, if it wasnt for the way I was treated by a store assistant by the name of Kaity, I wouldnt have bought my mod here. I shop in stores instead of online for the hopes of a quick and easy buying experience where I can rely on the knowledge and advise from store clerks instead of having to do my own research on the product. Kaity knew the products like the back of her hand and she was patient and courteous with all the questions I had. Even when the store got really busy she was able to get me taken care of and out of the door without making me feel rushed. Love my new mod, definitely would reccomend this place.

I stopped in last night to get some juice, super friendly, super knowledgeable, and their selection is absolutely amazing, I recommend the house made juices. And its a bit of a drive for me, but this is going to be my go to vape shop. Oh and they price match!

I do my damndest to avoid brick and mortar vape shops, as they are generally unhelpful and unfriendly. Im glad I went here when I had an emergency after my mod took a trip off the bathroom counter. They were very patient with me as I explored the devices and Im very happy with the purchase I made.

Taesha spent a lot of time talking me through my options, pros and cons, helping me decide which product to buy. Griffin helped a lot too. They answered every question I had, they are very knowledgeable about their products (which there are a lot of) and most importantly they let me really take my time so I felt confident that I was buying the right vape for my needs.They helped me decide on an Orion device, and Ive only used it for a couple hours but I love it! Its hitting well and satisfying my cigarette craving better than anything Ive tried so far.Long story short, Ill be going back to Blackhouse for as long as Im vaping. Thanks Taesha! You rock!

Blackhouse is in my opinion the best shop in the city. I drive there from Rose Park passing by countless other shops that dont even come close. The staff is very helpful. One way you know your shop is thriving and drowning out the competitors is when they launch an extensive campaign on different platforms trying to discredit you. I am new to all of this and went in to Blackhouse the other day for the first time. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. Haden was very friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He sat down with me and took the time to explain everything involving my new vape kit and supplies. He even took me outside afterwards to help me give my new vape a test run to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was working as it should. I highly recommend this store!

Im not a vaper myself, but one of my best friends is. Ive gone with him to many shops in the area. One thing I love about Blackhouse is Im comfortable there. There are two shops out there I hate going into, but Blackhouse is not one. I love that there also a focus on music, and gear for some bands. I love the decor. But most of all, I love the people. Im not a nobody because I dont vape. I love how my thoughts count as much as my friends. They educate me and I love that Im learning more. At Christmastime, I was able to get a sweet deal with the help of Taylor and Taesha. They are definitely good folks. Props to yall.

I cant get in to Black House Vapor as often as I like, but it is hands down my favorite Vape juice and accessory store. Their house juices blow the others out of the water! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store! I live in Idaho but am here with my mother who is in the hospital and the vape kit I bought kept burning up the coils (Im new to vaping and still learning). I went to Blackhouse for help and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did he explain to me the differences in the different types of vapes, he also listened to me and helped me pick out one that would work for me. Even after the sale he sat down with me and walked me through setting up the vape stick, priming the coil, showed me what to be careful of so I didnt mess up the coil or anything like that. He even answered my silly questions like why the vape I was buying was more yellow than the samples they had on the counter (mine has nicotine). During all this time he never made me feel rushed or that he wanted to be anywhere else but there helping me. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are new to vaping like me and need someone who will take the time to help you. I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Blackhouse Vapor Company. Yesterday, my 19 year old cat was in a lot of pain. She has a few conditions that we believe she could have been in the final stages of, and it may be nearing time for her to be put down. Obviously, I was devastated, and also completely heartbroken at her pain. I realized I had to get my hands on some CBD oil. Now, this was right after the big storm that caused the schools to close and such. The roads were a mess and everyone was driving horribly. I had to go very far away from my house to a pet store that said they had it, and their location on Google Maps confused my GPS so much that I had to drive around an additional 45 minutes trying to find this place. All I could think about was how that was 45 minutes more that my little baby who has been my best friend since I was 10 years old was miserable. I didnt want her last days to be spent in agony.Finally I get to the place and theyre closed. I call my husband. He quickly googles who else has the CBD for pets and gives me an address in Cottonwood Heights. Im bawling and lamenting the drive Im about to have to take on the freeway in this weather and he then adds that Blackhouse does have CBD, and of course its significantly closer.I prepare myself for having to go in and have some awkward exchange where I ask for the lowest dose because I have no experience with CBD oil and only knew what I had read on the interwebs. Instead, when I arrive, I just blurt it out--I have a cat in a lot of pain and I heard you guys have CBD oil.Instantly, the clerk I was speaking to pulls out their salmon tincture for pets. Not only did he have an impressive knowledge and personal anecdotes about using it on his own pet, but he was extremely sympathetic and kind. The other cashier asked me my cats name and age and expressed sympathy. I regret not getting these guys names because they were SO AMAZING. I had been crying for about five hours straight at this point, I probably looked like a huge crazy ball of garbage and here these guys were being so informative and straight up decent to me. I was desperate and devastated and these complete strangers were there for me in my time of need, just talking to them calmed me down a great amount. They even let me use my husbands account he has with them, as he had bought vape supplies from them in the past.Thank you so much Blackhouse. Finding the salmon CBD oil was a huge relief during this difficult time, but the added kindness and understanding is what really made my experience special and I will never forget it.

These guys have been great. I was looking for a place close to work that I could get informed, helpful service and thats exactly what they offered. Each time Ive been back its a nice, relaxing, quick experience and theyre up to date on their own stock; which is somehow a surprise from some other competitors. If you vape, find an actual vape shop like this, because there are a lot of smoke shops in the area that are completely uninformed and even a bit dangerous to your health. Ill continue to be a customer with blackhouse, personal top 3 vape shops for me.

I first walked into Blackhouse a year ago. A light smoker since I was 12, I decided I really needed to look into vaping. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Having someone explain the process, benefits and really know what their talking about makes all the difference for long time smokers wanting to make a change. They dont make you feel like an idiot for not knowing anything about vaping, they make you feel comfortable using their products. . Thats why I havent smoked since that day! I went in to pick up my bounty from their 3 year anniversary party (won 2 raffles) and found out more about CBD products which Blackhouse also carries. Again, Austin was very informative. In my personal experience this is THE best shop in Utah. At this point I pretty much refuse to go to any other shops. If youre looking for an awesome local shop with pretty much any and everything you need at a great price, without a doubt go to Black House

The owners Mike and Holly are the epitome of great customer service and it reflects in the way they treat their customers and staff. I have known Holly for some time and always knew that her standard of customer service and quality are above and beyond. The staff here are trendy and knowledge catering to the #vapefam, from beginners to the most advanced. If you have questions about products Gavin, Kory, and Austin know their coil builds, juice, rda rba et cetera. Great place to just hang out watch TV and drink a cup of coffee. May I also add that my Australian Cattle Dog, Sig loves the place too.

BEST VAPE SHOP EVER!!!! Ive been here about 3-4 within a 1-2 week period & thats BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Its too bad that they werent my first experience with Vapes & Vape shops! I went to House of Hookahs @ 805 W. 900 S. & WAS COMPLETELY, TOTALLY, & UTTERLY RIPPED OFF!! THEY 110% TOOK ADVANTAGE OF a first time vape user and uneducated vaping customer/consumer. I thought that they were giving me a discount b/c I was purchasing multiple vape kits and the employee was taking $20-$30 each kit. Yet after going to Blackhouse I found out that even after those discounts, I still paid more than 2-3x what the vape kits retail for (mostly) elsewhere and surely here @ Blackhouse! First time I went Griffin helped me. He was very attentive and patient helping me pick out some juices. He also helped me set up my kits. (House of Hookahs just sent me on my way, without even so much as telling me that they dont come with batteries!) THANK GOODNESS I FOUND BLACKHOUSE - b/c had I not Id have been left to my own devices and SURELY would have burnt my coils/atomizers! Griffin showed me how to prime them & did it for me on my first go-round. The rest of the times Ive been to Blackhouse Taesha has been my go-to girl! Remembers and welcomes me by name! They are so helpful and engaged here that I asked if they were paid on commission (they arent!) theyre just that awesome! Everytime I go Taesha takes time to help me from beginning to end! Id even come in with a vape that Id broken the glass on and went elsewhere to get a replacement. They found one, but put it on with broken glass ALL OVER, and stuck inside and whatnot. Taesha took the time to help me fix everything!! She seriously takes care of my Vapes as if they are hers!! Even if its a heavy duty, painstaking project (like finding out that my pen style vapes button was being pressed in my purse. I thought she was crazy when she was telling me that she smelled a burning smell from my Vape [a different one], then I started smelling it and realized it was in my purse and going off, I pulled it out and handed it to her and I was surprised when she held onto it instead if dropping it, it was soooo hot!! The part I touched wasnt hot. Anyways, needless to say she fixed everything, and does everytime I come!! From beginning to end! Taesha doesnt only give me tips, but she thoroughly teaches me and also makes sure that I am comprehending it! LOL - whoulda thought Vaping was so intensive, haha (it probably isnt - but it sure feels that way to a novice!). Thank you Taesha, Griffin, Blackhouse and other employees there! (From what Ive seen the other staff is all very attentive to customers!) (pls. pardon lengthy review; wanted to be thorough! Check LOL)

As a very obviously trans and queer person, I am always scared to go into vape shops because of the possibility of homophobia and transphobia. But in the three times Ive been to blackhouse, theyve been nothing but helpful and friendly. And the house juices are amazing, especially Hendrix.

Blackhouse Vapor has become my Go-To Vape shop since I moved to Sugarhouse. The staff is super knowledgeable about anything and everything vape related.Their def not the cheapest shop around however they do have a HUGE selection of flavors, hardware and a loyalty program. I needed a new mod and i have been vaping for a awhile now. Some shops treat you like you dont know anything and belittle you. These cats treated me with utmost respect and really answered all my questions about the mod and gave me some great tips for my new mod that i didnt know about when it came to vaping. The house juice is on point as well you get what you pay for in this shop and i highly recomend them to anyone new or experienced in the vaping world to check em out! I will be going there regularly for my juice and vape products from now on!

Ive been an avid Hookah smoker for years and transitioned into vaping. The employee walked me through beginner sets, figured out what Ejuice would most resemble hookah smoke, and helped me set up my mod after purchase. Awesome experience and highly recommend it to first time to advance users.

My boyfriend and I came in looking to buy our first vapes, with fairly little knowledge. The employees helped us find exactly what we needed and showed us the basics of taking care of our vapes. They didnt push upselling, but made us aware of other, better products, for a little bit more. They were very helpful, even when we had to come back because one of our vapes was being weird. They were totally helpful in figuring out how to fix the vape. I will be coming back for more juice flavors, any accessories I need, or if I have any questions. Visiting from NYC and Blackhouse is one of the best Vape stores Ive ever been to -- the guy that works there: Gryphon, being a BIG part of that.Gryphon was charming, knowledgeable, seemed to remember everyones name (he said hi to several patrons as they came in); he even came out and smoked with us after our purchase (Utah means you cant vape indoors).Will definitely make a visit next time Im in town, if only just to say hi to him.
