Horrible staying, no recommended at all, dusty, unclean, smelling wear, if the room is lonely for long they dont do maintance on it you get in and is dirty and dusty

Management thinks if the room looks good it’s clean. Rooms were good but restroom tubs were filthy. First room given the tub had mud in it. Went to front desk and management apologized and said she been out of work for month. She gave me another room and told me it should be clean. went to go check it and the tub was filthy, I could rub my finger on it and collect dirt. I believe it’s the chemicals they use to clean, they probably use the cheapest restroom cleaner. There so many signs at front desk about policies, they have surveillance 24/7, and if you need a refund from website you must call to verify refund, & you must come to front desk within 10 minutes to get refund. What I was trying to explain front desk is I was making sure I could get a refund with website because if I couldn’t then I would need to stay there. Management said I shouldn’t have called website and she could of cleaned it for me. I asked to clean the first room, but why would I waste her time and mine when the room should be clean. She told website to refund me for the second night but not the first . She also stated I couldn’t stay there that night because I called website to get a refund and made her business look bad. First off we got the room for the pool and the pool was empty, they are remodeling the damages done, and it was simply filthy in the hallways and I can’t imagine the restrooms being clean. I never said anything disrespectfully until she said I can’t stay there and she would bring someone to escort me . I didn’t want to waste her time while I was on the phone with the website just for them to tell me no. She accused me of lying but they clearly will see me not be in those rooms for more than 10 minutes. Management clearly has no skills nor cleaning skills. I believe her and her husband run the place. Management was so bothered by the fact I called website to get a refund , she was starting to say “I was trying to work with you”. I even thanked her for that but I’m not going to stay in a hotel with a filthy tub when that’s were I bathe my toddler. Clearly if it’s good enough for them it should be good enough for me . I’m getting my full refund after they couldn’t get ahold of office. New Management here is way out of their heads.Forgot to mention I had to pay $50 deposit . I’m sure I won’t get it back even tho the room was untouched and I returned key and control. But only time will tell.

This by far is the worst experience in my many years of traveling. I drove 5 hours from my destination to San Antonio reaching about 2 a.m. and to my nightmare the front desk attendant was very uncouth and unprofessional. She had no idea of how to even check me in NOR cancellation policy of the OYO hotel. I was charged $20 dollars for the TV remote control that up till date as of 02/12/2022 has not been refunded into my account. Countless, calls to the front desk with promises my money will be refunded.As if that was not enough, the room was dirty and sheets smelled as if they had not been washed. I could not imagine spending the night in such a dirty place. I went to ECONOLODGE across the freeway and paid for another hotel room. The room there was clean, neat and the front desk attendants were professional and helpful. I will NOT recommend anyone of my family or friends to stay at the OYO HOTEL.I it a 1 star rating simply because the screen wouldnt allow me proceed to the next screen.

I dont know why all the bad reviews. Our stay was extremely pleasant. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Dont expect The Hilton if you didnt book The Hilton. This is an economical small room but it is a great value! There was no reason to feel unsafe. We never heard the other guests. The property was well maintained.

Truck and trailer parking for 20 a night or save the idol time and room and parking for 50 great price

If I could give 0 stars I would .! Will never stay there again ! To start the room was gross not even cleaned . The bath was clogged up with water . The carpet was dirty. The owner or manager just walks around spying on everyone. Like if we were going to steal or do something. A car got hit the night I was there . Will not ever return there . Matter of fact I would like to refunded. Not worth my 114$ .

False advertising, roaches through entire room some dead many alive+various other bugs, got electrocuted by outlets missing covers plates. Entire room is stained with broken or destroyed appliances. Nothing had been cleaned for past several guests, do not book here as most booking site will not refund the booking. No placard for passing health and safety, went on a rundown for room before checking out contractor and it has broken every Texas health and safety code. Other visitors here while I was trying to get a refund where complaining of finding drugs hidden about their room. This place needs condemned

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Place is a little older, but it’s clean and inexpensive. Mattress was newer, plenty of hot water with a clean shower. Never seen a bug. Manager was friendly. Air conditioner capable of freezing me out. Tv and remote worked well, plenty of channels. As an OTR driver truck parking is easy as it gets and plentiful. Plenty of food choices available. Fridge in room already cooled. All lights worked and exhaust fan. I did smell cat pee, that’s about my only beef! Yes, there are plenty of locals living here, but they never bothered me. I’ll stay here again, no problem. For the money it’s exactly what I’d expect.

I gave only one star because there is not an option to give a zero. This hotel was NOT at all up to the same OYO standard at all. The hotel was filthy, bug infested, and run down. It was my understanding that this hotel use to be a Knights Inn which told me enough. The area looked shady and something that truckers would be better off going somewhere else. I would not recommend this place at all

The owners are very nice people. The housekeepers are good at keeping the rooms looking nice and they make you feel at home. The only problem I have is the tall gentleman that just started working in the office. He is rude to people and doesnt like to do anything. I call up there to see if I have mail and he tells me no without even looking and hangs up on me. If he doesnt like his job then he doesnt need to work there!!!

This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. My truck broke down and the tow truck driver brought me to this facility. I hope to meet him again to tell him tanks for nothing.Was stuck in a room for 4 days and in that time I never saw a cleaner in the filthy room, never had any fresh towels until I went to their laundry and got them myself. The carper was dirty and stained, the bed mattress had a massive blood stain on it, the electrical outlets were loose with live wires exposed, the bathroom was filthy and small, the bath was filthy, the extractor did not work. There is absolutely nothing good I can say about this place, the other residents seems like homeless people!Please avoid this place, especially if you have your family with you.

Infested with roaches. Rooms are filthy. After checking in had to switch rooms due to ac not working fridge not working. Go to leave because of the roaches and finally finding another room at diff hotel .. front desk proceeded to charge me for additional night as I’m checking out at 9 In morn not 11 check out .. tells me money would be refunded back for the remaining 4 nights. Just to find out card was charged for the full week. Do not recommend staying at this location at all!!!!!

The price was good, but you get what you pay for. I ended up getting a refund. The guy was very understanding, and friendly. The room was SMALL, outdated, and had gnats. It was supposed to been queen beds, but they weren’t. I think one was. It was 6 of us, we could not fit in that room. Also, the sheets, and blankets had stains. I feel like this room is for someone single, or maybe a couple. Or maybe a one night stay. We needed 3 days.Staff was friendly. Pool although we didn’t stay was clean

I went here awhile ago. I had to stay here, no place to go but this place. The staff/employees are not friendly. They look creepy too. The place was very dirty. In the shower, there was orange and red stains in my room I stayed in. The sheets were dirty, they smelled like pee. All there was for breakfast was donuts, orange juice, and coffee, not a real breakfast but okay... The carpet was very dirty. The was a bad aurora in the room I stayed in. I put the heat on, I couldnt breathe and sleep throughout the night. The air was so difficult to breathe in. Everything you touch is dirty. The door is broken too. Small bathroom. The manager needs to make the hotel way cleaner, better breakfast, and more friendly. I hated that room.

Fast check-in and no issues. Our room was clean, with modest furniture and amenities, including a small fridge and microwave. I saw no bugs at all. The area was quiet and low key. Wifi was not available, unfortunately, but that didnt affect our stay. There is a $100 cash deposit required if you pay in person. We prepaid our reservation, so that wasnt necessary for us. Overall, we were pleased.

Under the definition of a dumpster room, you will find this hotel. The rooms are filthy, smell like ashtrays(even the non smoking ones) and Ill be surprised if I dont get bit by some bug. This is where people go from the city to pitch a tent in the room and feel outdoorsy. I was going to list the things that were.wrong but its shorter to list what is right. We stayed in two different rooms for the two weeks we were there. Both were located in the weekly building area. Each room was just as expected. We only switched because we wanted a king bed instead of two doubles. We were there on a work trip with our kids. Pool was clean. Housekeeping was great! Overall we cant complain and if we are back in the area, we wouldnt hesitate to stay there again!*Not actually a free breakfast- just donuts and coffee.

Terrible stay. This place needs a serious renovation. Rooms are very dated. For the price of this room, you’re better off spending an extra $20 for a 100% better updated room. I don’t have one good thing to say about this place other than the fact that the staff was ok.

The woman at the front was rude. The gentleman was friendly though. They wanted a $100 deposit, for what? The room was bad. The mattress so old it was brown, the tub had SOAP SCUM. Do you know how long a tub has to go without being cleaned to get scum all over the side? I only gave it 2 to be nice.

This motel has two businesses running out of two rooms in the front. A massage business as well as a CB radio repair shop. The front office was very dusty, and antiquated. We booked two rooms at this motel, and I can’t pick which was the worse one. Both were full of flies when we arrived. We spent about 10 mins killing them. There were various stains on the carpet and the furniture. The towels in the bathroom were a dingy yellow color and the sink had clumps of hair between the faucets. The bed linens did seem clean as there were absolutely no stains on them at all. There were two ice machines across from the office that looked like they belonged in the garbage. They were not working and full of white splatter. During the night, our room began to smell of cigarettes and by morning time, the smell was overwhelming. As we were checking out, a random woman walked up and asked if we were leaving. She stated the owner of the motel allows her to stay in the rooms if she cleans first. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not believe any of the pics!

It is nice and quiet. The front desk is very helpful. The lady explained to me they are under remodel and if anything was wrong with the room to let her know asap. I did get one with no tv, fridge or microwave but as soon as i let her know, she got everything fixed and put me into another room right away. Her service is beyond excellent and highly recommend this place for a getaway or like in my sutuation until my apartment is ready for move in. Prices are really good and you will not be disappointed.UPDATE: Now they ask for $100 deposit if your using the OYO app to get the room discounted. You get back at check-out.

Here you get exactly what you pay for. The chair in our room looked like it came from the dumpster. The carpet is what held the smell of smoke even though we asked for non smoking. The tub had a huge crack in it so water was leaking through the crack onto the floor. We wasnt in the long just to sleep and we brought our own blankets. DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE

After I reserved the room, it dawned on me that I should have read the reviews, but I was in a hurry. Rates are good and staff is helpful, onsite laundry, truck parking and convenient restaurants. Overall I think it was a good idea. Maybe doing a reservation made the difference, idk, room was clean and heater/air conditioning worked.

I didnt like it. The sink was not working rite and the light at the sink worked when it wanted to .no trash can in room or ice bucket. the ice box made sounds. No one came to clean the room had to go get clean towels. But you can have pets and there is smoking rooms.

The bed was comfortable. The bad, needs updated, I had not got water at 9pm, the light over the sink wanted to work at its own free will and the sink its self had hardly any water pressure. Not worth $65 but it was ok

I had reserved a room. At this time I was having net problems and couldnt make payment on line . I made numerous attempts to pay & net still wouldnt work. I called to explain what was going on. I was given the number to the manager. He said I could go in person to pay. Upon arrival my room was cancelled. I believe this experience was unfair. Was given a different hotel when I already had a room reserved at the other location. I hope this will not happen again if I ever come on vacation to San Antonio again.

They had a pool, that was open and it was clean. The room was clean and quiet. The price for a room per night, considering it was a weekend, was quite reasonable unlike the La Quinta Inns and Suites up the road... a couple of the drawbacks, WiFi was terrible, spotty connections at best. The hot tub inside the bathroom would work except there was not enough hot water For it. So hot water would work only for the shower and not to draw a bath.

From the minute I set for on this property is was a nightmare. After driving nearly all night to get there I walked in and told the man at check in that I had prepaid for 2 nights. His response was a dead eyes blank stare and then without checking any kind of system for our booking he asked me what address I had for the hotel I was looking for. No greeting, no hi how you doing just straight into him acting like I was in the wrong place. I told him that I was sure I was in the right place and he told me he didnt have me registered, so I went back to my car, pretty irate by this point. I got my phone walked into the lobby asked him what the address was for the hotel (because I had my phone to double check that I was at the right place) and he told me that he was fixing it. Obviously it was the right hotel because I called the number listed while I was standing there in the lobby and the phone rang. He was completely rude and had far too much attitude from the minute I walked in the door.As for the room! Dirty sheets, and I dont just mean stained I mean there were sex stains on the sheets. There was mildew on the shower curtain, and it was slimy to the touch. The smoke alarm had been removed from the room. Half of the outlets didnt work so there was only one outlet to charge our phones or use the laptop. The lamp didnt work, turns out it was another bad outlet. Im sure this place is a fire trap. I used to be a truck driver, and Ive stayed in places all across the country, but this place is one of the worst. I paid 67 dollars a night, plus 15 dollars a night for my dog to stay there and I would have been better off staying at a motel 6 for 15 bucks less a night. Best thing about this place is the friendly black stray cat that chills outside on the bench by the office and the fact that you can walk next door to iron skillet and get breakfast.

Very quiet, room was decent; NO roaches, soft beds, Cable TV, Wifi available in some areas, offers room service for a fee, security guard patrols grounds throughout day, only downside was pool was closed during stay!

Nice place for a murder. No flat sheet on bed. Room had bad odor. Carpets stained and musty. Shower surround needs to be replaced. Tub was filthy. Towels I wouldnt use to wash a car. Didnt sleep well wondering what was crawling around in the dark. I used a bunch of Clorox wipes just to cover the smell. Great restaraunt in front of hotel. Not attached but real close. Next time I will stay at the Petro in my truck.

So Im here for labor day weekend and travel to and from San Antonio and Austin so I figured Id stay at knights inn for weekend as work slowed for holiday weekend. First two days ok, room needs updating but its me and my dog, well trained dog and you can tell some people had some that werent cause my dog could smell them all, then tv goes out, the owner Im guessing said, oh, you want to check out? No, but the rooms paid for,?!?! No customer service/satisfaction with all these rooms, basically just told to deal with it. Looks like Ill be making couple calls to some higher up people, not a terrible place, but man....

69.99 for a 29.99 Room. They must be Pet friendly because out dated furniture was chewed up, plug phone into socket and turn on light and trips breaker, missing cover and light bulb in bathroom, I asked for a non smoking room and the sheets on bed was burned from cigarettes, door lock chain was busted like someone had kicked in the door previously, bathtub/Shower very nasty, had to hunt for Toilet paper due to none being in bathroom and Toilet paper holder was broken. I could go on and on. It was by far the most outdated room that I have ever stayed in and the worst condition. Way over priced for what you get!This Hotel is in a good location to I-10 and could be a good place to stay with a lot of TLC. Staff was friendly but did not offer compensation for issues.

They didnt finish cleaning room. Mirror was filthy; dirty taps; used towel hanging behind door. Water pressure and temperature not good in shower.Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of truck parking area-let us drop trailer to Bobtail around.Skimpy breakfast... Donut and coffee or juice

If I could give this hotel a zero star I would. Very rude and disrespectful staff. The owner/ manager is super rude. We woke up this morning to a bed bug and when I spoke to the owner he denied it. I had the bed bug in a paper towel and he still denied it. I wish I could post a picture of the bed bug. Again DO NOT RENT a room from here. The owner knows about the bed bugs and they are getting reported to the BBB.

We set up to have early check-in through the app and showed up at the time of check-in we chose Hotel staff as well as the owner or combative and argumentative and refused to call Oyo customer service to verify information did I was showing them being told it wasnt true. I calmly and politely try to deal with the owner who just got nastier and meaner as I tried to appease the situation of us checking into a room versus being an able to check into a room. When I explain that my boyfriend had recently gotten out of the hospital that we needed to get checked into a room so he had a c and so on and so forth so we can keep him healthy as it was too hot for him to be in the weather the owner said it was not his fault that my boyfriend had an accident and he didnt care promptly kicking us off the property. The owner is a real piece of work and truly has no business being in charge of anything.

This is a place to stay. The people working there where very nice. The room however. Roaches. Stains. The bed looked bad with brownstains. I wore my shower shoes walking around. Price was $70 a night. If you cant find another place or afford more this will suffice.

I got stuck here a year ago and it is the trashiest place in San Antonio next to the motel down the street off of FM 1516. The continental breakfast is a joke. Sunny Delight and Walmart Donuts every morning is the only crap theyve ever served the past year Ive been here. Prostitutes are transported here regularly on weekends. The front office supplied one of these hookers with a key to my room after she called him pretending to be me giving him authorization to give her a key to my room. I would expect the staff to take extra measures to ensure the safety of a long time guest, especially one with a newborn baby. They did nothing to verify the identity of the caller which in fact was NOT me. They simply gave a complete stranger a key to my room so she could walk right in and rob me blind, which is exactly what she did. I became aware of the robbery the next morning after my debit card had been almost completely drained of $5000. I called the cops to make a report. The manager was completely unprofessional handling the situation. First he denied a robbery took place. When that was proven, he still took no responsibility and did not even offer an apology for the part the hotel played in the crime. He threatened to throw us out the next day if we didnt have the rent soon. I had no funds available while waiting on my replacement card. The least he could have done was offer to somehow make our stay more comfortable, give us a week or 2 rent free, or he could have been a little lenient on our due date. Especially considering their responsibility in the crime. Dont stay here if you dont want to get robbed or deal with rude staff who have no regards for your familys safety. This place is trash. The cameras are somehow never able to capture footage of a crime taking place. And the security guard is just as useless as the cameras.

Horrible! We stayed locked out of our room our 2nd day there because the key wouldnt work out of no where. Made several attempts with reception to get help and they were very rude and acted like a smart a**s. Once we resolved our issue I asked for the WiFi password and got a slip THROWN at me with several passwords. Pool was dirty; had hairs and dirt floating around. We got a rash as soon as we stepped out of the pool.

If there was a negative star option that would definitely be my choice. DONT stay here!!! Its nasty its trash! Not a safe place. My husband almost got arrested because some gang bangers broke a trucks window and stole from a man so the police was arresting everyone. Beds are naasty the room was dirty with stains. Mattress has bed bugs. I could go on and on. This place should not be open.

85$.. Coffee and donut breakfast.. Room covered in dog piss stains, smells like mildew with a hint of piss. The AC in my truck blows harder than the room ac. The shower has a steady strong leak that is like chinese water torture. I will never stay here again.. Only did now because they have truck parking and are close to my delivery location.. But never ever again.. Disgusting

Booked this room through the website and paid. Saw there was a $100 deposit required, cash or credit card. Not a problem, stayed at hotels that require a deposit before. After a long and stressful day, I get to the office and was told the deposit was cash only. I didnt have it and was told it had to be cash, not cash or credit like the website states. I wasnt allowed to check in and I asked for a refund. I was told to contact the hotel website. I called the number and I was told they couldnt refund my money. When I asked why, it was because the website states there is a $100 refund that can be paid with cash or credit card After explaining I wasnt given the option to pay with cash, the same line kept being repeated. When I asked why an option was given on the website, but not at the hotel, I was given the same answer. I understand a hotels need for a deposit. If I had the money on credit, but not on cash. If I wouldve know it was cash only, I wouldnt have made the booking. Never in my life have I stayed in an hotel that required a cash only deposit. If this hotel wants cash only, then they need to announce cash only. Dont mislead the customer by thinking they have a choice. This is a very bad business practice and a con to stiff working people out of there hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Motel 6. Cheaper rooms and no deposit required.

Its a decent place if you are a trucker, the big lot is easy in and out, beside route 10 and next to a Petro. But, its run down and in rough shape. Not for families or single women. Its rough and so are the many many weekly or monthly tenants who occupy most of the rooms

Ok to stay if get stuck and dnt want to pay more. It is old as antique. Wherever you touch you feel your hands are getting dirty. Washroom was way old. No USB charger point. Old tv. Dirty carpet. Location is convenient because of truck stop and 24 hour Mexican restaurant is next door.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The property is quiet at night and during the day. Multiple places to eat within walking distance. Staff at front desk were very helpful and patient.

The staff was friendly but obvious their hands are tied. The first room was infested with little black bugs in the bathroom and room, walls are dirty , carpet smelled. The second room had a broken bed, writing on the walls saying rest in pease for an individual im guessing only, may have passed away, i dont know, but no matter my opinion, it will be obvious if you stay at this hotel it has major, major, neglect issues by its owners.

I wasnt impressed by the room... If theyre doing renovations then I wasnt in a room that was. Bed small they said 2 queens more like 2 twins and old furniture thats too big for the room...at least I didnt see any roaches...

I reluctantly gave this place a star just so it would let me write the review. If you like bugs, you will have lots of friends here. After waking to a roach crawling up my leg, I reluctantly said adu to the blood stained matress and vomit caked carpet and went out to sleep in my truck. Move on up the road to where there are cheaper, cleaner, chain hotels.

Just called. Needed a room to rest. Online said the price for 2adults is 72$ and the lady told me that it was actually 90$ and we would be able to check in until 3 pm . they dont price match. We would only be satying for 5hours and would not work with us in any way at all. she ended it with there is nothing I can do for you

No hot water, had to ask for an new extension cord to be able to see the t v. Water stains on the fridge, windows curtains, cigarettes burns on the wash sink, comforter, and telephone not working but what can you expect for the price and location of the hotel. Front desk clerks really nice

Clean and simple room just great for getting my 2 dogs a shower and a bed to crash into before dropping my truck load. It’s across the street from petro and there is parking for semi on the hotel so no long walks to get to your room all plus pet fee of 70 + dollars for one night

Everything was fine except for when paying cash for the room... They would only accept $20 bills. All I had on me was $100 dollar bills. I had to rely on a coworker to make change to pay for my room.

Furnishings are well past their prime but their is an effort to keep the rooms clean. The footboard literally fell off the bed in the middle of the night. The location is pretty far out and not near much.

Front desk lady was nice but room was FILTHY. Everything was old and the whole room smelled like mildew from the air-conditioner. If we had had a choice we wouldve stayed somewhere else.

It was a quiet hotel room, of course some of the things are a little outdated, but it does do the job for the price youre paying. I was actually surprised that the pool was well kept, do be careful of the 18 wheelers passing though.

I booked a room with a queen bed when I got there they dont care about reservations they let anyone check in the room so then I had to purchase a higher room beds were not clean. If I could go lower on rating I would. Unprofessional staff I had to change my own SHEETS Im just waiting to see bed bugs at this point DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Dirty washcloth... Room smelled like smoke... Fabreeze is not something you clean with... Seriously... Not staying there again. Also they claimed it was a queen size bed.. it was a twin...

Room was filthy. Had roaches on the bathroom floor and in the bed under the sheets. Decided not to stay there. Still waiting on my refund. Front desk staff was excellent.

Was told at check in that my room wasnt ready amd they had limited availability when i made my reservation beforehand.they then refused to issue a refund on my pre-paid room even though the service was not rendered. 100+ bed bug bites had to go to ER with shock to my system. Sick to my stomach it was horrific . I was broke down there a week after having surgery. Its a filthy place.

Creepy and scary. Looks like most rooms are closed. Saw a few people loitering but also had their mattresses outside their door. It was awful. I truly was scared and we left. This place needs to be closed down. I did read reviews and they were not good.

This place smells so bad. It’s dirty, the sheet pillow everything smells so bad. Don’t stay. Not worth it . Pay extra 20$ get better hotel.

This place is in desperate need of an update. Carpets stained walls dirty ac looks as if they are from the 80s. Almost 80 bucks...this place is only worth maybe 30 bucks...never staying here again.

Room smells dirty. Bed sheets smell like sweat, and the breakfast they said to have are only donuts and orange juice. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Rooms are old and kind of dirty, toilet had a puddle off pee under it that had not been cleaned. Also smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking.

Laundry room works just cost 1.50$ wash in dry, beds are ok, its an older place, and decently book online youll save 20 30 bucks.

If I could give this place zero stars it would be my rating. Dirty room, carpet, restroom was infested with Bees. Also there is a non reputable massage business on site. Stay Away!!!!

I was book room online . Then am going to front dest to get my key . Is one guy I don’t know wht’s his name he is boul head . So rood. He don’t even care about nothing u come or not so changed my mind . I suggest you drivers don’t go there .or I request to owner remove that man you will be good .he is working at night time .

We got a room and it wasnt clean . They changed our room. New room was dirty as well. Bathtub was molded and dirty , blanket was dirty and floor was not vacuumed.

Decent rooms. Staff is nice. Great prices on weekly rates. 24-hour check stop gas station and bus a across the street, awesome!

I’ve stayed in shadier places, but the room was surprisingly decent. Luckily they have security. Close to a restaurant, so that helps. Parking is good.

I would put 0 stars if i could. $100 dollar CASH deposit was demanded because doing the 7-10 business days thing was to much work...was what i was told. OYO thanks for ruining our vacation.

Called the number got someone trying to book the room for me , told me there would be a $5200 deposit for a $39 room . When I told him I dont think so he put me on hold came back with $100 on a smoking room . I walked across the road from truck stop and the room was $64 flat with taxes . But I was thinking that live PD was going to show up at any time . You get what you pay for

Horrible..restroom door is broken didnt close properly, shower wasnt washed i could still see dirt on bottom, shower curtain had mold all over it, beds squeek and bedding smells..and on top of it all the price was not cheap not worth it at all

I’ve never had any issues with this place but RM 107 has bed bugs and I woke up with bumps all over my body.Recommend checking the bed before sleeping.

A little outdated on the furniture,. But very clean and I always sleep super good on the beds very comfortable. Great for truck drivers.

This place should be shut down. There was blood all over the walls and carpet. Used towels were still hanging in the shower. I checked out right after checking in the hotel wouldn’t even provide a refund.

Would not recommend this hotel receptionist told my husband room key might not work but to try over and over the air-conditioning wouldnt even keep room cool didnt get any sleep do to having people non stop talking outside on the balcony till about 4 in the morning chairs that were in room were stained on the cushions also there was food left from whoever had stayed before us in the drawers of the armoire

Very disappointed with the service the rooms werent clean after changing rooms twice they have a serious roach ,problem water links, outlets didnt work refrigerator didnt work I wasnt expect Hilton but no one should have a business being ran like this.

The only redeeming quality about this place is that there are a lot of channels on the TV. The rooms arent clean at all, and youre likely to get a room with with a loud air conditioner or refrigerator.

Poor service, dirty rooms, and some unique policies concerning deposits. Crack heads and lot lizards coming in and out of the rooms all night. Steer clear.

Vary disappointed that I come from work and see that my Room was trashed like if they wher painting the room I go and ask and they said oh SORRRYY sir.....iam already running late to school they told me that they would give another room and than they couldnt find my shoes and clothes so the next day I get home from work and my card dont work so ther I go again to the office I dont have time cause I work and go to school and I have to be doing things like this its not right I went to stay at another motel and then he didnt want to give me my money evan tho I wasnt staying in ther the guy ther was real rude Ill well never go to this place again

Roaches, bad wifi, cigarette holes in shower curtain and bed sheets, musty smell, it would serve you better to pay an extra 30 dollars to go to the La Qunita a mile down the road.

Beds are hard as a rock. Floor was covered in stains. Lamp shade had gum on the inside of it lol.

Worst place Ive ever stayed at..first they took forever to come to the customer service window.Then as soon as we went in the the room and put our stuff down,a roach was running accross the desk.Opened the small refrigerator to put drin ks in and small roaches started coming out of the side of the door.Then go in the restroom and more roaches running accross.Went to front desk to get my money back and the mgr/owner/maintenance man got upset and rude.never booking with them ever again.worst experience ever.

So the first one we received was so infested with fleas that we were in there for less than 15 seconds and my Dog was COVERED Second room the AC didn’t really work the phone doesn’t work My guy had too go too his moms and someone was PEPEING IN MY ROOM

Shower was dirty and the shower curtain was mildewed. Wall plug only worked when over head light was on. My husband is handicap and we was put on second floor.

Only one power outlet in the room works the lights in the room above the beds do not Work There was left over food in a microwave also The hotel phone does Not work The maintenance man with supposed to come by and fix the air conditioner that didnt happen $70 for this room not worth it.

It’s terrible if I were you I’d go else where room I was in had rats and dead roaches in the mini fridge the a/c units looks to never been cleaned and have mold I’d only stay here as a last resort I was then moved rooms and the other room the lights started flickering and the bed was terrible the room wasn’t even cleaned properly still had trash from previous stay

The worst hotel Ive stayed in, in the first room they gave me the bathroom ceiling was half on the floor and there was water all over the carpet when they changed rooms the room was the same everything is very old is stained has very bad smell the bed is very old And uncomfortable it is not worth spending $ 115 dollars on something so disgusting

We got a room there and that night before we went to bed we had a roach crawling around on the bed and we got a smoking room but it was filthy with holes in all the blankets

Before this was a Knights Inn I would go and do pool workouts here since the pool would be open. I dont anymore but those were some good workouts as a young adult.

I love this knights inn!! They are cool when checking out!! They dont bang on door and rush you out at 11...
