Everyone who bashes this place is just upset they have a dress code. It’s semi formal and it really makes the place better. The women are gorgeous and most the guys make me wish I hit the gym more. I’m ok with being ask to present my best self.Drinks are better priced than other “premium” clubs on 1604, so it’s easy to have a good timeMusic varies from night to night but is generally good but they have 2 areas. If one isn’t your style hit the other area.I’ll be going back for sure

Did not really know anything about the club but, decided to go early just to check it out. We intended to have 2 drinks and hop to another bar. A few of the guys had T-shirts on but after numerous staff came out to check them out, we were allowed to enter. No one there but us and we ordered drinks ourselves as we were totally ignored by the wait staff. About 30 minutes later one of the bar staff approached 3 of us and suggested other bars in the area where we might feel more comfortable. Basically, we were allowed to enter and then asked to leave.As we were leaving, we stopped at the door and let management know. They were in disbelief and denied that bar staff would have the authority to ask anyone to leave. We asked for our money back and they politely obliged.I realized we were not properly dressed and I can respect that and their choice to have a dress code, but ultimately we were allowed to enter and should not have been treated so bad. Just bad business. We wont be back.

From past club experience California, Las Vegas, etc. I do not recommend this scene in San Antonio. I know technically this is considered the high end club scenery of San Antonio. But trust me, there’s other places you can waste your money on and have a great night. Very rude staff, hostess girls at the front with the bouncers think they own the place, Ryan (Manager) does not know what he is doing, just because you are a manager at a club doesn’t considered you a high-end professional at the establishment. This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it is not being taken care of. I highly see this place within the next few years unfortunately out of business.

It looks like a nice small place and the bouncers at the velvet rope were professional from why I experienced... However it was very poor quality sound speakers and music was too loud. Im from Vegas too. Inside it looks nice but too crowded in all the rooms. Fire safety hazard and it is like a small version of big clubs in Vegas. Nice decor and good employees. However not at the bar. I asked twice for my license and to close the tab and they were struggling with the computer and backed up with other bar tabs being closed. I waited nine min for my license then went out and came back waited ten min before I left for the night fifteen min later. Never got my ID or debit card... ID theft or fraud? No security

Couldnt have been more disappointed with this place. Turned away at the door for a friend not wearing dress shoes. Go back with dress shoes only to find a few dozen people inside with sneakers on. According to the bouncer, if you know someone in management you are let in regardless. Some people are charged a cover, others are not (all over 21, all in after 11). Drinks are different prices at different bars. Later in the crowd, get pushed by a bouncer telling me to move when theres literally nowhere to go. The manager behind the bar tells me I have 20 minutes before I buy my last drink, then not 5 minutes later the same bouncer comes up and takes the drink out of my hand. Just all around a shady establishment.

Worst service EVER. Had to get up 5 times to ask for the bottle service at the bar cause the waitresses basically ignored everyone. Would only attend to their friends and were too busy drinking shots with them. The drinks were nasty. You can tell they water the liquor down. Paid for a table for 4 people and when we got there it only had 2 chairs. This place is an embarrassment of a so called business.

Absolutely ridiculous. We drove all this way and they wouldn’t let a friend in because he had a T-shirt (nice one). They wouldn’t let another friend in because he had a hat. Everyone in the group is good looking and very proper. This is a farce. The club is meant to be fun, not 1800 England attire. Horrible and do not recommend.

Bottle service is very slow! It took them an hour to bring the bottle and they never brought the food the package included.Inside they don’t keep social distancing and people rarely wear a mask. In halloween I’m sure it was over capacity and they have preferences of who enters. You can be in the VIP line with a reservation and they will let their buddies in first who just walked to the line.Expect atleast an hour wait in the line to enter!!!The staff is not friendly! I would take my money somewhere else with better treatment and where you feel welcoming!!!

Don’t waste your time and go to a different club in the area. We came here last night for Latin night and we were told it was $10 for everyone. Minors and 21+. (We had one minor with us.) We go to pay the cover and the blonde lady at the door changes the prices and says it’s $15 for Minors. And was being rude when i told her we were told a different price. She didn’t want to change it and was being very rude. Don’t change your prices when you told us something different. You ain’t going to finesse people and expect a tip. 💀 The music wasnt even good and it was very crowded in a small room. Never again. There’s garden, DZIR and burn house down the road, TRY those places instead. Plus some don’t charge covers.

Absolutely the worst parking is horrible, food is absolutely garbage, they don’t halve any service. It’s a complete joke of a joint and is honestly overpriced for no reason. You would have to be born with Half a brain cell in order to create such a wretched place like this. How they are in business is absolutely beyond me and don’t get me started with parking. They will be completely pack with parking and tow your car when you try parking anywhere relatively near a no park zone which they reinforce themselves instead of looking out for their customers. Wouldn’t recommend would give it a 0 but can’t physically soo it there’s a reason why it’s 2 stars and it will never change.0/10

Horrible experience here DONT come here! There is way better clubs in San Antonio. Wouldn’t let us in because of small 2 inch tattoos that were visible. We were dressed to match the dress code but weren’t allowed in because we weren’t “formal”. But girls went in after us in jeans and a tank top?

This place tries very hard to convince you its an exclusive club - but its not. The service is average at best. Inconsistent and unclear dress code - some people cant get in because of minor things but then you see a bunch of ppl wearing t-shirts and vans inside. It was Friday night and the place was nearly empty, we left at midnight.Once you get in its an okay club but the whole phony upscale tone is annoying. It is overpriced - they seem to charge you for the place they want to be, not the place they are.

I pay 10 dollars to get in this place, which is over priced for San Antonio, hung out for a while with my girlfriend and other friends. I was DD for a few of those friends so I did not drink. Around 1 am, I see my girlfriend get grabbed and secluded by a bulky guy in black. I was about 8 feet away on the other side on my friend, there were about 15 of us. I could not hear anything the guy was saying because of the music and the distance I was. Being the good guy I am, I walk over and got in front of the guy. I did not know who he was or what he was doing, so I ask whats wrong mind you I am sober and a level headed person. The guy yelled back at me Im not talking to you. I assumed he was a bouncer. I stated that I was with her and just wanted to understand what was wrong. He just kept yell at me tell she has to leave now, never gave me any explanation and I just wanted to know what happened. Never going to this place again, there are so much better place to go in San Antonio that will treat their customers with respect.

The manager is lacking knowledge on how to run a club never going back.I bought a bottle he tried to rip me off when I wanted to upgrade to another table I wasted more money than what he was selling the table forYet he wouldn’t let me move even though all the tables were empty. He lost the company 600 dollars or moreI’ve spend thousands here I shouldn’t be tried like dirtAlso if we are going to spend more than 600 with only 3 people at the table I believe I have the right to keep my waitress he tried to screw her from her tip and give it to some random dudeThe only way this place will get better is if they change the door guys and the managerTreat your customers with respect they pay your bills

Do not recommend this place! They cannot get it together! We were just here a couple of weeks ago and tonight they did not let my boyfriend in because he has a tattoo on his hand! If you are gonna have rules, you need to have them from the beginning and enforce them for EVERYONE. (Mind you we took an Uber here because we were trying to be safe & responsible.) And we were gonna celebrate with friends in VIP for my birthday! AND they just let some people in with tennie shoes! Discriminate much?!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The people that complain about this place are the same ones trying to get into a upper class club with vans and a t-shirt on. The VIP experience is one to never forget. I go almost every other week, and it has yet to disappoint. The best DJ In town hands down and a nice staff. The women, bottle prices, and staff cannot be beat.

Staff and security do not know how to treat their patrons unless they look a certain way. I was very disappointed in the way our party was treated especially when purchasing 4 bottles. We were given a tiny VIP section that did not match the number of bottles and money we spent. (They were aware of the size of our party before hand). A bouncer felt the need to put his hands on me and push me as a means of crowd control because several people were confused on rather they were supposed to get in free or not. I just happened to be the 1st in the line and closest to him. Couldnt move until the people behind me oved. Overall I am very disappointment. I will not be going back there. Sorry my friends and I didnt walk through the door with money hanging out of our pockets to prove our worthiness to patron your establishment.

When we entered the club I am white and my friend was black both with untucked shirts, they didnt care about mine but asked him to tuck his shirt in. I asked what about me and the gentleman at the door looked at me and turned back around without saying anything made sure he had his tucked in. While in the club which wasnt really full at all we were constantly followed by one security guard who would constantly tell us to move from this are to that area while we waited on our girlfriends, if they were around we could stand anywhere as soon as they left not the case. Lastly I checked my credit card statement and had multiple charges for the entrance fee and had to dispute with my credit card company since I only paid for my girlfriend and myself. Would not recommend anyone to go here hence its already poor rating

I strongly agree with most of the comments for this place. It has happened to us on multiple occasions not just once. This one is as by far the worst one. It was New Years Eve and I had family visiting from out of town. I live about 15 mins away from the establishment, so we got two Uber’s since we were a party of eight. Upon arriving to check in for our table that we reserved the bouncers did not let one of my cousins in because of his shirt. So my cousin had to take an Uber back to my apartment to change and then take an Uber again back to hotel.I also strongly agree that it’s who you know that will get you in for free/no worry for dress code. I’ve seen it inside the establishment where there are underaged people drinking and also sneakers, t-shirts, hoodies, and many things they don’t allow. I once confronted the bouncer about it and they said that they knew someone at the club which is why they were let in.I wonder if the owner even reads this. Just like Grand agave got shut down I can see this place getting shut down soon because of the underage drinking, favoritism, and everything else everyone is saying about this place.

Very disappointed in this place, had the worst experience. Payed the cover, was paying for the expensive drinks. All I did was ask to be made a stronger drink, and then suddenly security guards came up to me and my friend and kicked us out. We were never give an explanation. I even talked to the manager and he wasn’t helpful at all. Truth be told, I felt like I was discriminated.

The worst club ever if you’re not vip you basically can’t go nowhere the cover charge for just general admission was ridiculous for the little amount of space there was even to dance! Horrible never going to return staff is rude

We visited San Antonio for Thanksgiving weekend and decided to check out this place, I wish we never did, employees there are ignorant, management and especially security guys dont know how to treat their customers, my 2 friends and I took our wives out to have a good time but it ended with disappointment, their music sucks you need to be drugged to like it, the only ones enjoying it are the djs, their security staff treat you like a criminal and just to mention our wives are very pretty so one the stupid managers was flirting on them!! on our faces!!! What a bunch of douchebags, definitely this is not a place to take your girl and be respected, this is just one more cheap place that wont last.

We specifically called to ask the dress code(since we had been turned away previously) and were told we could wear nice sandals, and when we arrive they turn us away. Although the lady behind us was wearing the exact same shoes but got in?!?

Nice place, good decoration and service, but music is awful. The only ones enjoying were the DJs. What is the point of playing music for an audience that is visibly bored and quite. Practically nobody dancing. Musical monotony and discouraging environment for happy dancers. I left this place with the worse experience I have gotten in a place to dance and enjoy with friends. This is NO NO GO PLACE! FIRE THOSE DJs! Pay attention to your costumers 90% were Hispanics. We love other rhythms...

Its a typical night club. But the problem is, there are so many clubs in San Antonio that are willing to support the military with at least free entry. When I asked, the door girl just laughed and said Im not in charge. Seems they dont support the military so forgo the $20 door fee and go someplace that supports the military. There was also a drunk guy passed out on the ground just outside the front door in plain view of the staff. No one seemed to care until I pointed at him to my wife. Guess they dont care unless someone says something.

DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! Horrible service even if youre getting v.i.p.I had to find my own section, paid cover even after having v.i.p.I was promised a champagne bottle which we never received. They screwed us over on the total amount which they never disclosed. After speaking with the manager he said if I didnt like it he would kick us out and never let us back in.Normally get v.i.p. at many other clubs and never have we got treated in this manner. Treated horribly and got screwed over on the check.

Hit this place up last night on Saturday night. The place definitely feels like a Las Vegas or Miami nightclub uncharacteristic of San Antonio. Very upscale and bourgeois. Everyone is dressed very nice. There were clowns on stilts which was pretty sick. $10 cover.

You dont want to come here if you want to get discriminated. Its a very bad place to come and try to make things happen on a Saturday night especially if you dont have the right attire. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else especially down the Stone Oak Parkway. It might be more fruitful way for you to get your drink on and coming over here standing in line with a bunch of pretentious and needy people that dont know anything about anything. Not being salty Im just thinking the truth the fact is that this place is being selective and all the wrong ways and by selective I mean theres a dude that didnt get his GED from high school looking you up and down like you has a right to tell you who you are. This place is the worst went yesterday and the bouncer Carlos got mad cause i said something. Wouldnt let me in said I had sneakers on even though they werent. The mgr came out right before and saw what I had on before I even got to the door. He was kicking people from the line. I get the whole looking nice thing. I am from nj/ny and was dressed for new York and have never had a problem getting in with my sneakers I even asked the mgr to come out to talk to him and he came out and carlos kept chirping in the mgr ear. Manager had to tell him a couple of times to be quite. Told him that I am dressed for new York and carlos said well you are not in New York you are in San Antonio. All I could do is laugh cause NY nightlife is way better then San Antonio and lot more strict. All I can say is maybe I should have been Mexican and carlos might have let me in. Guess they dont like Hispanics. Lol dont come here go to social house much more chill.

Tried to reserve a VIP room for an event. Rude staff. Told me to wait outside because they were not open. Clearly they were it was past 10pm 1030 to be exact. People where coming in and out and they where being recognized only if you look a certain way .Overall horrible first impression. Not going there again.

This prolly the worst club iv ever been to as an adult the security wouldn’t let me onto the back patio to get water and it was so crowded I’d step on everyone everytime when I tried to get water not to mention the the drinks were way over priced and I got threatened 3 times just trying to stay hydrated if you want to dance and have a good time somewhere I would not suggest visiting this nightclub I ended up getting kicked out by security by the end of my experience so please don’t waste your money at this nightclub it’s not worth it.

This place might look good inside but the bartender didn’t know how to make one drink. They also didn’t have a menu of drinks so I had to pretty much ask what they had or could make. It says there is a kitchen but they do not serve food anymore. On top of that the place was freezing cold. We left after 30 mins.

After entering the front entrance, there is another wait room that you have to pay $10 per person to get in. We were told to stand aside, if we don’t have money to pay. Thank you Mr.Racist for looking down on us. By the way my friend was celebrating her birthday and reserved VIP seats last night.

I dont mind to Pay $100 cover if the place is worth but to be in a place where people is skipping the line in the meantime you had 20 mins waiting in the line then finally you got in and the place is not even close to the standard that you are expecting, is very disappointed...some people compare the place with Vegas or Miami? Went there this past weekend, not impressed totally fishy place, I stood there for a few hours observing the place. Bartender had no idea on drinks we ordered had to settle for a beer. People standing all over dance floor shooting the breeze instead of dancing.

They don’t even deserve one star. We were turned away at the door because one of the guys had tennis shoes, but yet they let a few guys in with tennis shoes as we waited for our Uber. Really? When I questioned the door man he was very rude!!!

Lets start with the positive thing, great location! Now lets be real this is San Antonio, parking should not be an issue. Cover, really asking for a cover $10, this is ridiculous! This is not even close to the high in places in LA, New York or Vegas. People is making a line but a whole bunch is skipping the line because they know the guy in the door! Finally you get in expecting something good but you find a gettho really gettho place.....uhhh..... I guess my expectations were really hight about this place.....advice..... go to Austin or Dallas and increase your standards before you ask for a cover!!!

Don’t go here unless you want roaches crawling all over your feet. it’s extremely dirty and unsanitary, they staff themselves don’t even know what personal hygiene is seeing as it smells like a gym sock. Also really boring I wouldn’t waste my time if I were you.

This place disgraces religion. I have hand tattoos for my culture and religion and they told “it’s our company policy to not let no body in for The Integrity of The Club”. This place is not all that, trust me I’ve been here, before I even had tattoos. Waste of money 10$ to get in, over priced drinks, and $200-$500 a bottle. Not worth it trust me.

They dont let you in with visible tattoos, but if you look at the photos on Google of inside the club there is a guy with a visible tattoo on his hand......

The Last time that i have been in a club was about 6 years ago.last night this club was suggested to me and the most important thing to me was that people should dress in a certain way plus their other nice polices which made it different from other clubsIf i ever want to go to the club again i will definitely go there.

The club was empty, we came before 11 pm and they charged us $10. They were also selling fake tequila shots. It was not bussin. Not very cash money on them.

I had an amazing night here. VIP was great. Good music and good people. I was skeptical about going here because of the reviews but I would definitely go back.

So the cover fee was supposed to be $10 and thats what my friend paid but for whatever reason, they decided to charge my card $21.65 and not mention it to me. Thought it was weird that i didnt get a receipt or have to sign for anything (i paid card), now i know why.

Yesterday I was in the place because I like it always and gone but they did not let me enter according to my tattos when I visit it almost every Saturday I think they are being very racist we are in a free country I hope their politics change

Went to this place with a group of friends wearing a casual shirt, and wasnt let in. But the guy who had a T shirt with crazy writing in it, was let in. Makes no sense.No wonder they have 3 stars.

Awesome atmosphere, great music, and would highly recommend. There’s 3 different places to be at. The patio, Hideout bar and the main floor. Each with different vibes to it.

They let girls in with white converse and jean shorts, but if a guy is wearing slacks, a button down and black vans they don’t let him in? That’s just stupid.

We really had a great night we were greeted great we met wonderful people and had a very good time thank you we definitely, be back.

There is too much bad treatment from the bartenders. They ask you for the tip in a bad way and as if it were obligatory to tip every time you buy a drink and instead of waiting for you to give it to them, they take it from you as if they were the owners of your money 💰. The truth is that it doesnt happen once, it happens many times. And then the security takes you away as if you were one after tipping and receiving bad treatment from the bartender who steals your money because its called stealing to take it without you having given it to her. Thats my opinion of the hotel, really.

Those at the entrance wont let you in because of how you come dressed, but they are worse dressed, the place is super naco, pure cholo and chorla.
