4 stars because there is always room for improvement. We paid for package bundle that included 15min rage 30min axe , 30min paint. Let me start with not so much negative but things to know ahead of time to prepare for kids or someone who suffers from anxiety and triggered easily by noises. 1. Upon our party entering there was another party group there that paid for car smash (which our group initially looked into but decided the other party package) it’s inside the whole warehouse along with the axe and painting rooms and with the echoes and chaos of the smashing, it was hard to hear someone talking to you in your ear, it was not enjoyable but DEFINITELY cool to watch! There was a hip hop group there which also was really awesome because towards the end night time the place turned into a bar/chill area. But the music was super loud not enjoyable maybe because of it being in the warehouse and it sounding obnoxiously loud but maybe it really wasn’t, maybe because of the warehouse environment sounding loud. The painting room we were in was small (too small for party of 5) and HOT the whole place was super hot inside also. ( we thought maybe it might be better to go early morning or toward the evening where it cools down) , now the rage room, i can agree with other people’s complaints about debris from previous parties being left there and the room being too small for a party of 3-5 can be overly crowded , you would have to go 1 at a time and the others have to stand in a corner so they don’t get hit. I don’t want it to be complaints this is just something to expect if this is a new experience for you & your party. With this being said, we had great customer service! The manager Tommy she was amazing! She saw that my child was bothered by the car smashing and was not enjoying herself so she offered to start our party package with the paint room with also giving her, her own paint gun and canvas to paint! Ultimately the paint room was an enjoyable experience for our first time. The rage room! We were actually glad the debris was in there because we did go through the crates pretty fast so it was cool to smash the other things in the room. And 15min was plenty of time! We even got done before that lol the staff was very personable, we got a speaker to play our music in the rage room, they were very accommodating to our party the axe throwing too because not everyone in our party could not fit in the paint room all at once the staff and Tommy accommodated them to start with axe throwing. Ultimately it was fun! The family had a good experience, now we know what to expect with the loudness/echo and maybe bringing paper fans or going at different times of the day. Even the bar staff were very nice and friendly! The top portion of this was just to prepare anyone interested and may need to make other accommodations if there are certain things or triggers with noises.Thank you for an amazing experience!

I Can Highly recommend this Establishment. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. The Great choices of Fun activities they have hands down is hard to beat at theirs very Great prices. The food was very scrumptious and the drinks were very delicious. I will be returning very soon.

Very nice staff and great vibe. I love how when you enter you have to figure how to get to the lobby especially if you are coming from the back entrance. Preston was awesome servicing our food and helping us out. Dameon was a great host for the kids. Worth the experience. It’s bit pricey (to be expected because cost of rent) but the memories are priceless so it’s all worth the admission cost. They even have a restaurant inside.

We had a lot of fun when we went. The rage room offers lots of activities and is great for stree relief. We got to keep our canvas for the splatter paint and we got paint guns to really have a good time.The owner was very friendly and helpful.We had a great time. My only suggestion is maybe having more signage and advertising as to what and where the uncharted adventure building is and what is offered there.

Lover how when you walk in it’s a secret door to get in!! Great bar and not over priced! Rage room was amazing for the fam, my daughter loved it!! Learned how to throw axe and that was dope!!! Staff is amazing. Veteran owned. Helpful and on top of the planned events for my daughter’s birthday. Even though it wasn’t a big party they made the three of us feel special. We will be coming back.

I came here for the glow in the dark paint room! It’s a super cool idea, but it was kinda strange. All of the provided paint brushes were completely stiff, which made them really hard to use. Everything else in there was super caked as well, so any paint we put on anything didn’t show up. The floors are SUPER sticky (like you straight up get stuck if you stand in one spot for too long), and all of the kids toys and dolls kinda crowded the room. They were all cover in so much paint from previous parties that they were pointless anyway. We had the most fun just slinging paint at each other. Clean brushes and switching out the toys and stuff in the room once in awhile would make this way more enjoyable. Even some white paper on the walls so that we can create our own “art” while in there would be AWESOME! Also, the toilet I walked into in the ladies room was legit disgusting…the craziest ring I’ve ever seen in the bowl..but also splatter all over the lid. Yikes. Would I come back here? No..

Just went here on the 7th to celebrate my sisters bday! We did the rage room and also were able to play with the jelly ball blasters. I definitely recommend this place to either just let off some steam or literally have fun. I’ve been to both locations and the staff/bartenders and very nice and accommodating with great conversational skills. I had a great time and so did my sister! The atmosphere of the entire establishment is just so cool and chill with all the artwork and even the hidden door walking in was just super cool. I recommend the rage rooms to everyone I talk to , definitely think people should experience this even if it’s just once ! We will be back :)

Unchartered Adventures was so much fun! Such a unique place. We had a blast in the rage room. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and gave us a tour of the amazing adventures that are coming. If you want a fun time with friends and family, this is the place!!!!

I went Friday for my birthday. First off, there’s a lot going on there. They had a DJ playing while also coordinating the different activities. It was a little disorganized for my taste. I gave them the name I booked the reservation under but that wasn’t enough. They wanted to see the email as well.There is a restaurant on site, which is nice for a quick bite. It took a minute to get someone to help us with getting checked in for the rage room. But once we got someone, they were very flexible with the start time.I should note that I have never been to a rage room so I didn’t know what to expect. That said, I paid additional money for a T.V. and video recording of our rage session. They notified me that they were out of T.V.’s but that they’d make it up by giving me a large piece of furniture and printer which I agreed to. All went well aside from that as far as raging itself. We were given a speaker so we could play our own music. It was fun! Physically exhausting. 15 minutes is enough time!The reason I’m rating so low is because of two things. The first being that I paid for video recording of our session. I confirmed that I would receive the video via email. Staff stated I’d receive it by Saturday via email. I looked all day Saturday and I didn’t receive anything. I called them Sunday to confirm they were still sending me the recording. He said yes it’ll be sent by nightfall. Here we are Monday and I still haven’t received it. This is extremely frustrating! The other reason I’m rating low is because there is not a lot of room to move around. You’re kind of forced to stay on one side of the room because of the pile of debris that’s stacking up (you can see it behind us in the picture). It doesn’t appear to be cleared out after sessions. It’s very hazardous because you’re swinging and throwing things with peoples body in close proximity to the line of fire! I was with a group of 5 and it was very tight.

We had a lot of fun here! Definitely nothing else like this in San Antonio! Great for parties, friends or date night! I can’t wait to go back when they have their karaoke rooms set up!

Had a decent time and the bartender was a sweetheart my issues personal didn’t arise until we go into our rage room we paid for the premium package. Which we did receive the 2 crates of items and safety gear but we were also suppose to be given 30 mins and were given 15min! We apparently were suppose to be given a speaker to play our own music never received also. On top of that we paid extra to receive a video of the rage room and we were told “you will receive it late that night or early next morning” waited the whole next days then the following day called and yet to still receive anything! Spend a pretty penny I expect to get what I was told for the price I spent

Went for the first time yesterday night. The staff was so nice and welcoming. We were able to get some drinks in us before heading to our rage room. The decorations and vibe were so much fun. They also have different activities to check out like axe throwing, rage painting, and they said they’d have a dj for certain nights as well. Over all 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to go back. They provide safety gear which made me feel secure in the rage room and overall such a fuuuun time. Love the energy of the staff and owner. Check this place out!

I felt like it was a little disorganized. I wish the staff was a bit friendlier. I’ve been to the location in Kyle and the team there really explains the rooms and all what entails for your adventure. Also I felt like this location could be cleaner. The lanes for ace throwing could have been a little more tidy. Same with the rage rooms. I also felt like all the things that are broken are pushed to the side and makes it hard to maneuver around the room. Overall, I still had a decent time

My friends and I had a blast, there was this cOOl 70s themed lounge with a Tv playing commercials from the era. And listen, The Margaritas, delicious, and the rage room we tried, came with PLENTY of what we needed to cope with our daily problems, with breaking an unimaginable amount of inanimate objects.

Love this place so much a real diamond in the rough. A place to throw darts, axes, escape rooms, and much much more. The staff was really welcoming and more then willing to give us a tour of the establishment and made us feel very welcomed. The drinks are cheap and the prices are very reasonable. A real good place for a date or a place to just relax and enjoy life if I could give 10 stars I would. I will be coming back again here soon.

This place was so much fun! Staff is the best! They have a full bar! There are a variety of things you can do here, but the rage room was my fav! You definitely need to check it out! Wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting paint on because you need to try out the paint room as well! You won’t leave disappointed! I will be visiting them again!

We have previously visited the Kyle location and we were super excited to see that they built a second location right by our house. We had SO much fun. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The business is veteran owned and showed a lot of support towards military/LE personnel which meant a lot to my family. The building was huge and we are so excited to see how everything turns out after the grand opening. We will definitely be regulars here

Came here last night a little unsure what to expect. Id never gone to a rage room before, but am wishing this is something I started doing years ago. Laugh if you want, but it was actually therapeutic in a way. We walked in and staff greeted us with a warm welcome. They have a full service bar and though it wasnt available last night, I believe they are about to stand up a kitchen. What more could you ask for?! Music, drinks, rage rooms (my personal favorite), paint splatter, axe throwing and we ended the visit with a black room pellet gun orby war. Want to watch something hilarious, get 2 military vets in there and see what happens. We had a blast! If youre planning your next date night, going through a bad breakup, looking for a team building event or simply just want to try something new... give this place a shot. We will absolutely be coming back and hope to see their San Antonio location thrive.

A lot of fun! Damon was helpful with my multiple calls and questions. We had a group of 10, and I think that was the perfect amount - any more for the paint room or rage room, I think we would’ve felt crowded. Stuffed was really amazing burritos with chips and queso! Definitely recommend checking them out too if you can.The other activities offered looked like fun as well (axe throwing, etc)

So I did Ax throwing, the paint room and the rage room. All of which were a blast, Ax throwing was fun but some of the targets were so hard that you could swing into it with an ax ,and it would barely make a dent. Next you do the paint room. You have to trust me on this PUT ON all of the gear ponchos, shoe covers , etc. Cause when the guy closes the door to the room it is absolute WAR in there. Finally we did the rage room which surprisingly gets a lot of anger and stress out, so when you get there you get to choose out of all these different weapons, and then you just beat the living day lights out of whatever they give you (I got a printer and some glass bottles).

I took a team here to have some fun and do something different than a stuffy dinner or Happy Hour, and oh wow did we make the right decision. We did all the activities, had full range of the place and created so many fun memories. The Bartender and Damon were best in class. I highly recommend for any event.

Did the smash room! The premium package.It was a great way to distress. I went during non-busy hours which was nice( 12ish) on a Sunday.They have a Bluetooth you can connect your phone too while in the room. They also give you a lot of options to hit things with in the room . I think I had 5 different items I could use to hit things.I decided to wear the overalls to protect my clothes it is optional though!My rating is based in solely the smash room experience. I did not eat or drink anything or try any of the other activities they had.If you need a smash room place this is the place to go!

Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something different. It was very fun! Rage room was a heck of a scene after everything was smashed and banged up. Very much needed stress relief. Afterwards my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing paint room and made some art on a canvas. To wind down have yourself a pina colada!

It was an overall okay experience. Its a newer location and you can tell they were on a tight budget. Old TVs. Old furniture. Budgeted decor. The restrooms dont have toilet paper holders, its just sitting on top of the back of the toilet. There was no soap and graffiti everywhere which is what they were going for, but definitely over did it to the point where it just looks cheap. Check the pricing. The prices on the website are not the same. They quoted me and charged me different. Keep your receipts. If you pay for a vido recording in the rage room be prepared to hassle them for a couple days to get it emailed to you. They also said we would get a case of breakables for each person that was paid for. There was 5 of us and we only got 3 cases. The upstairs is still being worked on. Okay concept. The protective jumpsuits we got for the rage room were all ripped up. One wouldnt even zip up. They do have a Bluetooth speaker you can connect to , which was cool.

Loved being able to take out some stress on a car! Really enjoyed being able to have our own music & tag the car before smashing it to bits! Unfortunately dont remember the names of any of the employees but they were all cool & kind. (:

**Edit: I had kind of hoped the issue would have been resolved but its been 6 weeks now, no contact and no video sent. I doubt they still have the recording at this point and if this is any indication I dont even see a point in trying to wrangle a $20 refund out of them.**Went 3 weeks ago with a buddy. We had a great time, I had been to their Kyle location previously and wanted to check out the San Antonio one. The Rage Room itself was fun. I enjoyed the variance of things to smash and we even paid extra for a monitor which was fun. I appreciated that the San Antonio location provided ear protection because the Kyle location didnt at the time that I went and the room gets VERY loud with the breaking glass. I wasnt really a fan of them pushing all the broken glass and stuff off to the side of the room. My friend and I had room to walk around but it just felt like they maybe clean the rooms once a week. All in all a solid experience, I did however purchase the option to have them record our session and send it to me, this is where Ive kind of lost faith in the company. When we were leaving the woman helping us said we would receive our video within a few days, cool no problem. I waited a full week and called Uncharted just to ask for an update, the guy on the phone was very apologetic and told me they were running behind, I said not a problem I was just curious. He took down my name, number, and what time slot I was and said he would send it within a few hours. Nothing was ever sent, I waited another week and called back, this time no apologies, I guess they were busy and someone asked for my name and a good call back number and they would call me back later that afternoon. No call back, I waited another week and still nothing. Its a little frustrating since I cant just drive over to the location since I work on the road and am rarely home. Aside from this issue everything was fine.

Such a fun and new experience! There are so many activities to do. I’ve been recommending this place to people who want to try something fun and new. The best part was being able to keep the canvas we painted in the paint room. We get to keep those memories.

This place is AWESOME! Lots of fun in the rage room and the only one we have been able to find for kids at 10 years old! Also very reasonably priced too! We let all of the rage out! 🤙

Don’t waste your money!!! We spent $500 so our family of five could do the splatter paint, gel blasters and rage room. Every attraction seemed haphazardly thrown together. The gel blasters barely worked and the area you do it in is just a section of the establishment clearly not design for it. The rage room was so filled up with debris you couldn’t even walk in the room. They are charging a premium for mediocre attractions and service. Don’t waste your money here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a rage room, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and excited for what was to come. The atmosphere was electric with anticipation.The destruction with a pipe, hammer, and battan was incredibly fun. Theres something oddly satisfying about taking a swing and watching things shatter into pieces. Its a great way to release any built-up stress or frustration. And the best part is, you can do it without any guilt or consequences!But the fun didnt stop there. Chasing each other with orbi guns added an extra level of excitement and thrill to the experience. It was like being in an action-packed video game, dodging and weaving while trying to hit your opponents(wife, in my case). The competitive spirit and laughter filled the room, creating an unforgettable bonding experience.One thing that truly impressed me was the full bar they had on-site. After all the adrenaline-fueled smashing and shooting, it was nice to unwind with a margarita or any drink you want. The drinks were not only tasty but also reasonably priced, making it a great addition to the overall experience.The staff at the rage room were amazing and super friendly. They were there to guide us every step of the way, ensuring our safety and making sure we had the best time possible. They provided us with all the necessary safety gear, so we could fully enjoy the experience without worrying about any mishaps.In conclusion, visiting the rage room was an absolute blast. Its a unique and thrilling way to let off some steam and have a fantastic time with friends or family. The destruction and chasing of each other with orb guns were incredibly fun and exciting. Exactly what we needed!!!My best friend and I had an amazing experience from the moment we walked into the hidden door room, to the time we had left after finishing our delicious green tea shot drinks and exploring around the other fun activities they had to offer.We had booked the rage room and it was an absolute stress reliever and definitely a must do for everyone. They provided everything you needed from safety gear to bluetooth speakers and tons of things to destroy.We will for sure be back with more friends to enjoy the jelly ball blasters, splatter paint rooms, and hopefully the karaoke/escape rooms and possibly the zombie experience.They are currently adding new adventures that I look forward to seeing when they finish.Thank you Damon for making our visit the most fun and memorable experience we ever had!!!

Yes we went to break stuff and we did that however the experience was horrible and I can’t see paying 200 for it again.I set up for 2 friends and myself to go to the rage room. When we got there for the reservation we had to wait no big deal. However when got in the room it was not cleared out for 3 ppl to be swinging around bats and sledge hammers it definitely was not the safest and we had to be extra careful which took away from the care free attitude we wanted to be in.It was instructed to wear protective shoes which we did and with the mountain of stuff on the floor glad I did. However I had added on a flat screen tv and extra crate I had to tell them about the extra crate and that I ordered either the printer and tv but couldn’t confirm because my phone was in the locker and they already started our time. So assuming they looked and brought the printer I assumed I got the printer double checking once out it was actually the tv that was 10 more than the printer. Also the printer had the ink cartridge still in there which ruined my pants and shoes that I was not expecting.Plus I also added on the video and have not received it and I picked up a nail in their parking lot that cost me 200 to replace. Whoever answers the call phone doesn’t care and doesn’t even give an im sorry because “he isn’t going to say sorry for something he wasn’t around for” So to say the least will not be going back. They’re only getting 2 stars because I used their products.I’m always on my husbands Gmail acct it doesn’t matter how I write my review this place deserves it and I’m downgrading y’all to 1 star. Also if you’ll be using my last name part of this discount code then percentage should go to me. Another reason for people not to go to this location poor management.

I have been wanting to do a rage room for awhile now and I am so glad that my girlfriend and I finally got to do this. We signed up for the Angry Pirate Smash Adventure by making a reservation online. We went to the location in Kyle - just a short distance from Austin. We really had no idea what we were in for. We got suited up put on our rage music playlist on their bluetooth speaker and started smashing.We signed up for a crate of breakables each with a special bonus smash - a printer/copier. It was cathartic to write some words/phrases on our printer to release that pent up rage!We took to the printer first with the sledge hammers, but found that the baseball bats were our tool of choice. There were also a few other tools to smash away with. The crate had plenty of breakable items, bottles, dishes, monitors, and even an XBox.I thought that 25 minutes was not going to be enough time, but we were wiped and sooooo sweaty by the end. It was really an awesome release stress to let it all out and quite the workout too!We will definitely be back to try the other cool adventures that Uncharted Adventures has to offer.

My partner decided that me screaming into the void had no return value for me any longer. Sprung this on me as a surprise. She booked a rage room with the add on printer. Good variety of things to break, had all the gear if you didnt come ready. All I can say if you are like me and screaming into the void stopped helping this is worth it.

Had so much fun here for our girls night out. Paint splattering was awesome and the rage room had great stuff in it. The secret entrance and themed rooms are amazing fun. Damon was great helping us and made our night unforgettable.

LOOOOOVED IT!! Brought my mom for her 50th birthday and we had a blast! The staff (Roni & Alazia) were top notch and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank yall for everything and making my moms 50th one to remember! 🥳🥳

Damon and his staff are AMAZING! We had a large group and did the ax throwing, Rage Room and the Paint Room. All activities were so much fun and we made great memories! The staff were fun, so nice and accommodating, and made sure we were safe. The drinks were great and the food from Stuffed was delicious too. Our group will be back for sure (so many other adventures to try). So glad we have this so close and convenient. Thank you for a great time!

Had an overall positive experience up until time to receive the add-on I paid for. The problem is I paid for the video since it was my daughter’s bday and it was never sent to me like they said it would be. I reached out to the company and they said they would send it, but they never did and they stopped responding to my messages inquiring about when it’ll be sent. Last response from them was on Wednesday. It’s been a week now since we went. Guess I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company and see if I can get refunded since the product was never received. Shame because I had intentions of going back, but wont give them any more of my money after this. Do not recommend this place. Much better establishments that wont just take your money.

My friend and me attended their grand opening yesterday , it was super fun . Everything was free yesterday , so we had fun exploring their axe throwing , rage room , and paint room ( you can take your own personal canvas home ) . The Watermelon Margarita was delicious , and the live music band were rocking . Can’t wait to come again ! met some genuinely sweet people . I know they have food as well , didn’t try it but next time I will .

We had high expectations given the price and positive reviews but ultimately were rather disappointed in our experience. At one point, we had to stop our activity(gelly blasting) so one of the employees could remove the hood ornament from the car because he wanted to take it home. I will definitely not be back.

I’ve heard about this place and the free pumpkin smash event was the perfect time to check it out! Staff was friendly and place is unique and you’ll have fun just watching others having fun! Definitely going back and trying all the experiences they offer! (We all have a little “rage” we can get rid of in a safe/controlled space!)

I had a great time at Unchartered Adventures. This place is a Veteran Owned and Operated business! The enthusiasm and energy displayed by the staff and owner was great. You have multiple activities to choose from such as axe tossing and rage rooms. The staff focuses on safety so bring your family. I highly recommend.

Ive been a customer of the Kyle location and always have fun. This new location and experience was a team building activity and they all had such a great time in the car smash! Fantastic experience! We went on a slower night; Damon was super responsive, chill, and helpful and we had a blast. We did the Rage Room and smashed a bunch of stuff, it was amazing. Will absolutely be returning.

It was fun the experience here specially the range/stress room were we put our anxiety /stress here. My son loves the painting ans he stated this his new favorite 😍 place to go. Were definitely coming back here

Had a great time with the splatter paint room. Tons of fun to use the canvas they provide. Dont forget to get creative and mix your colors!
