I recently visited Artisan Vapor and had a great experience. The shop is well-organized, offering a good selection of products for all types of vapers. The highlight of my visit was the manager, Nikki. She was very helpful and pleasant, making sure I felt welcomed and answering my questions patiently. Nikkis knowledge about the products was impressive, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to her, I left the store satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Artisan Vapor and will definitely be returning.

Every time I come here it is such a great experience! Nikki has been helping me find everything I need. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has even given me suggestions that end up working a lot better than what I was originally coming in for!! I found my new smoke shop!

Overall this vape shop has a really good feel right when you walk in. The vibe and the decor is welcoming and the bar is a cool concept for a vape shop. The products are a tiny bit more pricy than normal which you should expect when you see the word Artisan on the sign but thats not a huge problem. The staff here are the friendliest people Ive ever met at a vape store. They are super nice and very knowledgeable about their products, but the owner. The owner seems to be there pretty often and when she is, you will notice the difference. Not entirely sure if its the owner or the manager but Ive been coming here for about a year now and every time she is there she gives the customers ugly looks. Not just me but everyone Ive seen walk in. She lets out a big sigh every time I walk in, even when theres an employee there to help me, she lets out these sighs and rolls her eyes every time someone walks in. And if there isnt an employee working, good luck. Her customer service is just about as helpful as her eye rolling. She has a really bad tone combined with a lot of attitude and she rushes you to leave as quickly as she can. Its sad because this store has everything I like from products to the aesthetic of the store but it keeps being ruined by one person. Ive been coming here consistently because it is so convenient and close to where I live but Im no longer coming back. Ive had my last draw with the owner and Id rather deal with a drive than let her ruin my day again. I feel bad for the employees because while it looks like they enjoy their job they always seem to be scared of her. She yells at them often and she is very aggressive towards everyone. I didnt see it at first but now its impossible to ignore. It finally makes sense why I never see people hanging out in there or sitting at the bar. Why would you when the OWNER doesnt want you there.

I love this place so much, I drive from Boerne every couple of weeks and spend $200-$300 each visit. My husband and I stock up on Grapelicious because it is delicious! My last 2 purchases of juice (5 bottles and 7 bottles) have tasted so awful( HORRIBLE) they were unvapeable. Im not sure what has happened but were devastated. It was a miracle that we quit smoking. Now we are stuck with 15 bottles of of vape juice we cant vape due to the change. Thats $ 17.99 a bottle. The staff at the Hubner location ( young man)and Jade the manager have always been amazing!! Please resolve this issue so we can return and dont have to find a new shop.

Excellent customer service. Just went in here for the first time and Dorian was great in helping me out with getting new coils and a new juice. He knew his product based on my preferences I told him about. You can try all juices they have which is rare in most shops. As you try, he has a little board to place the tanks of the flavors you like, dislike, on the fence about. I thought it was very organized. Price point is decent for the area.

Great place for juice and coils. They charge less for the same coils I get elsewhere, their juices are cheaper than other places, and the people there are nice to talk to. Theyre more set on making others feel comfortable than selling the products. Their testing methods are better organized, as well. Ive been loyal to a different store for a couple years, and I think I found my new store to be loyal to.

Brittany is an exceptional manager. She is going above and beyond to provide services through delivery during this pandemic. I was without extra coils for my tank and not only did she deliver them, she went out of her way to order them because they werent in stock. Would highly recommend this location.

Best shop hands down. Came in to check out the place, guy behind the counter had his hands full with myself and another customer when someone walked in asking for help with a faulty button on a device. Guy welcomed him and troubleshooted the device on the spot while he tended everyone else at the same time effortlessly. Took care of everyone, fixed the guys mod and I felt at home. Definitely my go to shop from now on!

Good range of products. The really only carry the best so if youre looking for clones or cheaper stuff, this isnt the shop for you. Their store brand juice is good, but Ive only tried a few flavors so I cant speak for all of them.

This is my favorite store on The Citadel.Seriously, though I love this place. Everyone is very personable and helpful. Seth and Dorian especially are very patient and answer questions with a smile.

Store looks clean and the clerk was very friendly, but be careful when buying batteries. They are utterly CLUELESS about their stock. He tried to tell me that the 21700 battery had a 40 amp max range. After referencing the mooch, he wrote that it was actually rated at 24 amps and that you shouldnt run the battery more than 50 watts. If i didnt check for myself i could be faceless. Yes, I understand that is our responsibility as vapers to check our gear. But someone not as experienced could get the wrong advice and injure and maim themselves

Great selection of flavors and fantastic service. Ive visited a number of vape shops and this is one of the best in San Antonio. You can try most of their flavors as much as you wish for 2 dollars, or free if you buy a bottle of ejuice. They have a pool table and some chairs in the far side of the store so you can watch movies or play games. One of my favorite stores to visit with knowledgable staff, excellent flavor selection, decent atmosphere, and all around nice visits. The staff even recognized me and my friend even though Ive visited twice and my friend once. I will continue to shop here and recommend this place to anyone who is new to vaping or long time vaping.

Usually enjoy this place, but today after picking my brother up from a week long visit to the hospital, I need to pick up some 0mg vape juice for him, since he isnt allowed to have nicotine any longer. Went in, the gentleman was very kind, so Ill not name him, let me try a few juices, liked the ones I got, and spent over 100, including tip, went to the parking lot to try said juices, and turns out it was a completely different juice, went in, and was unable to get them swapped, all I could get after spending so much money, was a 20% discount on another juice. I simply left, leaving the juices behind.

SERVICE AND QUAILTY A++ Vanessa was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I think this will be my go to store for my vape needs. A++ across the board!
