Every time I go into a Hazel Sky location, they have the professional touch I need and the personal touch I love. Hazel Sky maintains a business ethics of helping to make their employees love their job, keeping a stock that is high quality on many levels, and being an honest place to purchase from. I never have to feel anxious walking into a Hazel Sky, because I know that Im going to be treated in a friendly and fair demeanor by whomever is on staff. This particular shop is unlike any other in SA in that they truly go ABOVE & BEYOND for their customers. All of the staff here are really helpful & informative but the manager Mike is especially wonderful and strives to make sure his customers walk out of his shop satisfied & well taken care of. Tonight we were looking for a new vape device as our last one had broke and were in need of a new device. We had gone to 2 different Hazel Sky locations (we are long time customers and have continuously used Hazel Sky as our main vape shop) and when we got there Jace was welcoming and worked with us to see what we could fine that would be the best fit for what we were looking to get. Upon going through we did not see anything we were looking for and Jace went above and beyond to ensure that we could go to a specific location to get exactly what we were needed (normally we just get told we van try to see if another location has what we need rather than checking for us) but we were able to get an exact location along with what that inventory consisted of to ensure that we werent just making a trip. At the end both myself and my fiance we more than happy with the service we received and they continue to remind us of why we choose to always use Hazel Sky!

I only go to Hazel Sky now after Id been to a few places for vape supplies. One place off Austin Hwy gave me the wrong coils just to make a sale saying theyd work for my device but didnt. Ive had issues where Id been sold the wrong product at Hazel Sky before as I was unsure of exactly what I needed for my new rig, and while they dont have a return policy, they did fix it for me as long as the product was unopened. I dont like the revolving door of staff though. Per my understanding each employee works multiple locations and they cycle them out. Thats fair, but it makes it harder to maintain a rapport. Still 10/10 for service, always have what I need or a viable alternative.

The people who work here are extremely helpful and awesome, the low rating has nothing to do with them because theyre cool. My issue is with the owners/management. I bought a delta-8 pen from the store and within 2 hours it completely stopped working. I emailed the support email on their website asking for an exchange or refund and its been a week now with no response so I guess Im just out $30. Wont be buying from this company again.

I LOVE THIS SMOKE SHOP. I have been coming here for around 2 years now and the service is terrific, I never have any complaints other than not having certain coils (but that’s expected during covid, so it can’t be helped). Tonight I was at the shop and bought 2 juices and 3 coils, and was greeted immediately and helped by Mike. Mike is very kind hearted and attentive and got me out of the store less than 5 minutes without feeling rushed, but felt like I was treated with respect and importance. If you ever get the pleasure of going to the shop, talk to Mike and he’s sure to make your day a memorable one.

Prices are OK on some things. The 1 star review is because their staff is uneducated to anything that is being sold in their store. His answer for almost everything was I dont know and no, I dont think we have that.SMH. Staff needs to be trained and stay off the delta 9 while working.

I locked my keys in my car and asked them if I could wait in the store while I waited for the locksmith and they let me! They were super nice, and they even offered me snacks! You dont always get what you pay for...Pretty disappointed... Been coming here for several months (about every 2 weeks) now for their disposable vapes as they have several good options and staff is usually super chill. Reason for 1 star is product based:Recently picked up one of the disposable vapes. I always test in the store just to make sure its working properly. Tested one & didnt work at all. Staff tried as well and nothing. Second one worked initially, however, when it came time to charge it... Nothing. Wouldnt charge, and now completely dead. Got about 500 puffs out of the 5000 its supposed to hold 😮💨Ok no big deal I figure, as Ill take up there the next day and show them its defective (has happened once before and they effortlessly swapped it for me once they saw it was defective). I take it up there next day, explain the situation... Employee even tries to charge it.. still nothing. Yet, instead of swapping as theyve done before Im told nothing they can do.Look, I get the whole refund policy and what not... But why would I buy another product from this shop if I cant even guarantee getting defective products taken care of... When its clear its defective. Also, I understand IF it was many days apart as that would seem sus... But that also wasnt the case (purchased Fri evening before close, returned sun morning shortly after opening, worked all day Sat not having the option to stop by, also had to wait for it to die to notice defect).In conclusion, wont be back. Whats the point of giving you more money if your gonna rip me off when your product is defective... Out $ & a vape now 😤

Thats a rare find and much appreciated by this customer.Products are obviously selected with a great deal of thought and care, so I cant imagine being disappointed in any department. Top-notch items priced lower than youd find elsewhere, plus sweetened deals and VIP-treatment rewards and coupons. The workers are also quality, caring people and take as much time as needed to figure out what products will work best for you personally; no pressure or pushy salesman tactics (no commission anyway). I rarely feel comfortable anywhere, as Im somewhat of an anomaly: medical professional with an advanced degree, new mother, nerd/geek, and chronic illness warrior. But I always look forward to visiting Hazel Sky. A+++

I first went to Hazel Sky in its first location on Fredericksburg years ago when it was still in process of opening, with a vape I broke.... Yet they gave me a new part for free and I couldnt believe it. Ive since watched them grow and thrive and to now have a location nearby me again on San Pedro. They are not only knowledgeable about their products but friendly and have great sales on juice, and answer all my questions..... I know there are many single shops but I always end up back there
The two workers there were awesome! Wish we couldve gotten their names. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I just know one was thing, long hair and piercings. The other guy had long hair little heavier looked a little samoan (no offense lol) and was tallish. If you go there Id look for them because they are extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Ive been a loyal customer since they opened the Fredericksburg Rd location over 7 or 8 years ago. Recently I have been a little frustrated finding replacement coils and glass and dealing with rude kids that know nothing about the products they sell. Im glad I had to visit the location on San Pedro. Its out of my way but worth the extra drive across town. Cedrick helped me find exactly what I needed. I wanted a higher watt coil for my new tank and he was able to steer me in the right direction, then went out of his way to find the correct glass to fit my other tank as well. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and if there was a question he could not answer he was able to find the answer for me. His service far exceeded the expectation left by his co-workers ( at the other locations) Keep up the good work. Very satisfied and I will continue to drive 15 min out of the way to come back to this location. Id give the 7 stars if I could.

Bought something less than a week ago was told there was a 30-day store policy if something goes wrong when there was a malfunction with my expensive 180$ purchase the store would not honor the 30-day policy the GM actually told me that he would not take a financial loss on something he sold me that was defective but I could get a 20% discount a new one. And that the employee that told me there was a 30-day policy was wrong and that thats not his fault. Hate this place I hate this place I hate this place never like Ive hated any place before never been treated so rudely and they expect me to take $180 loss or throw more good money after their bad service. The owner of this place some guy named Matt is impossible to find in the GM I dont remember his name really needs to go back to cashier. Hate this place never been so angry in a long time

Pretty typical vape store. They let you sample stuff before you buy so that was baller. I’m mainly leaving a review because Mike did such a great job! Super friendly and super helpful! Very knowledgeable about the product as well. Thanks again Mike!

Andrew found a glass replacement for my vape, put in on, filled it to ensure there was no leaks before he made me pay and then rung me up. The other smoke shop made me buy it first and it leaked bc it didnt fit then said there are no returns lol. But this was nice 👌 experience.

The employees are helpfulAnd courteous. I am not treated differently for being older in fact referred to me as mom (brownie points).I would recommend testing your vapes or cbd pen (cartridge) before you leave becauseThey will only give a discount toward purchasingA new item.Their prices for urb are higher than another store and I really am curious about that. OverallThey are good kids there working. They are cool.Thank you

Wonderful customer service ever single time I go in, I never feel rushed or like Im being watched as if Im about to steal something, which is common for smoke shops. Just went in last week and bought the new smoke alien set up, the salesman helped me from start to finish, providing accurate knowledge and most importantly a smile.

I like it here because my vision isnt attacked by neon signs hiding behind other neon signs. Its chill, and so are the people there. I get in and out quick, satisfied with my purchase every time. Love the quality pipes from here.
