I took my elderly hippie mother there for supplies. Wow. Mom loved it! She couldn’t believe that she could buy hemp legally (and it would take too long to explain to mom why it was legal)… the owner was a wonderful woman named Jackie who absolutely doted on my mom. Next time mom needs supplies there’s only one place to go: the Monkey! 👍🏼 Five stars!

It had been awhile since my last visit here, so I was surprised by the expansion of the store size. Lots of great products, definitely enjoyed my purchase of flower, and the Shroom bar. I will definitely be back soon.

Update on 2/27/24 they have expanded their shop and it looks awesome. Still super great people here! Still my spot to shop. Will never step foot in planet k again.

The staff was very nice, super knowledgeable, and the place was very clean. Very professional while also relaxed. The snack system when you purchase $20 or more was a pleasant surprise. Definitely will be giving them my business and referring them to others.

Great place! The lady and man of the shop are always so mellow and patient and very educated! Anytime you buy anything they hook it up with munchies , I once bought a water bong and they hooked it up with the cleaner! Today I got a wax pen I got my munchies & got a shirt of their shop! Also the raffle they r doing for Christmas are legit prizes!

I visited this shop when it first opened. I was happy with the service and the variety of pieces. I recently visited Mellow Monkey. And theres even more stuff. I was happy with the service and still excited about the variety of pieces. They carried more than some shops. I was a kid in a candy store. They have the layaway option. All i could say was wow!!. I love this store and definately will be back.

I come back to this shop for the friendly staff and specifically the shop owner. Customer service is always friendly, unhurried and knowledgeable. The shop treats you like family wether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth. I definitely recommend this shop!

I can not state how much I love this store, the owner and her employees!! Today I walked in after having a terrible night of panic attacks. I still felt low key anxiety and could not relax...I told the owner my situation. I was basically in tears and begging for anything to help. She told me about the CBD drops. I bought the 350mg before I even walked out i took two whole drops under my tongue and within 10 minutes I finally felt relaxed!!! My chest stopped tightening. I finally felt I could breath again. This place is located in a small strip tucked away in a corner just before the Circle K/Valero on Bandera & Evers. The young woman who works there is VERY FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL to everyone who walks in. I walked in and she was helping a couple with a Vape... Shes full of information on all products sold there and I would recommend her store to all!
