I’m telling you this place is AMAZING! I refuse to go to any other place. I’ve moved twice and I will travel far and wide to visit this place. They always take care of any needs you may have. And, honestly, I have A LOT. LOL. They never let me down and they always go above and beyond. Love them like family!

I have been doing business with these fine people since 2018. The owners are frequently there, and they and their staff are the sweetest folks in San Antonio. They have literally completed my purchase in my car when I had my dog with me on a very hot summer day. They always remember what I usually buy and send me off a satisfied customer. I wish all businesses were as nice to deal with as the Vapor Room!

The vapor room is the best vape store that I have ever been to. No matter how far I have lived from this place….. I will ALWAYS go here. The pricing is good and the staff is always informative of all things regarding vapes. I like that they don’t just focus on pushing disposables like most vape shops. They are the only store that carry’s reds anymore. Arturo is the new owner and he is simply the best and improving the shop every time I come in. I look forward to going to the shop just to chat with the staff. The vibes are awesome!! 10/10 recommend

Awesome place! Went in today after my vape caught fire due to a battery incident. Long story short, they educated me on how to avoid future issues, rewrapped my existing batteries, and sold me a replacement mod and extra batteries for a great price. Very competitive and knowledgeable store. I will definitely come back in the future.

Excellent customer service. I called over 10 different vape shops looking for a particular brand of juice, and every one of them seemed like they couldn’t care less… that is until I reached Matt @ The Vapor Room. He did not have the brand i was looking for, however he went above & beyond to help me attempt to locate it in my area. I decided to go ahead and give his shop a visit simply because I greatly appreciated his customer service. Upon arriving to the shop, Matt once again provided excellent & knowledgable service in order to help me select a couple products that I would like. I’ve been to A LOT of vape shops, and have tried many many juices, so it can be difficult for me to find new flavors/brands… however I have to say that The Vapor Room has a very nice selection of juices, many of which I hadn’t heard of, unlike many other vape shops. They also had plenty of Nichrome 80 wire in plenty of gauges in stock which is pretty rare nowadays! Highly recommend this spot & big shoutout to Matt. Will be returning foshooo

By far, hands down, the best vapor shop in town.Janet, I fricken love Janet. Since day one she and her crew have been conscientious and candid. Experienced opinions, great humor, a comfortable atmosphere, and samples across the board.They just helped me dig up some screws for my Mag that fell apart and provided me undivided attention until it was fixed, even though repair is not their specialty. I was expecting to bring in my product and be refused, but theyve earned loyalty from me. So I will continue to provide them 100% of my business. Just as you should too.

Any business that ignores multiple NO SOLICITATION signs to leave flyers on every door of an apartment complex gets a one star review from me. I see enough spam on the internet; I dont need it littering the apartment grounds too.

Janet and her team were very nice and extremely helpful. I told them what my preferences were and they made some good suggestions. The prices were very good compared to other shops. The store is clean and inviting. A good military discount was a big plus. They are open to suggestions on other product lines even though they have a good selection already. I highly recommend this store for new vapers as well as those with more experience.

Great customer service! Always greeted when you walk in and nice atmosphere. Sweet punch card/reward card system too! Buy 7 bottles of juice, get one free! Definitely knowledable, an employee was helping a customer setup his new deck with building coils and explaining everything too him.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that seem to truly prioritize customer satisfaction. excellent equipment selection, especially for someone starting out. for those a little more advanced the selection is not as strong, but very good for a burgeoning store. Very friendly owner and staff. They offer good suggestions and the products seem good quality. Prices seem on par for brick-and-mortor vape supplies and juice (I do miss online ordering and pricing.) They also have a reward program that is one of the better ones Ive seen, buy 7 60/100ml or 15/30ml and get the 8th free. Most places Ive seen are buy 10 get $10 off.

I still love this place! Moon mountain needs to be added to your inventory! No complains other than the big guy that works there...not very good at customer service. I sit down to look at your menu and he stands there, staring at me, waiting to pick something. No suggestions or offers for me to try anything. Makes me feel like I am wasting his time. The ladies and the younger guy are always very upbeat and willing to help! Great customer service on their part! I just get bumbed when he is the only one there. Other than that, the place is comfortable and a cool shop!

They have a wide variety of products and lots of sales or specials. I made the mistake of going to another shop as a backup and was treated rudely there! Never again! Owner and staff were very welcoming and was able to answer all my questions since I had very little experience in using a vape, including how to correctly use the device and how to maintain or adjust the vape. They allowed me to sample several products and helped pick a flavor that I would like, and I was able to leave with confidence in my purchase.

Awesome shop, so unique. They have a menu of all their flavors and you can try as many as you want at the little bar without nicotine in them and prices are reasonable and flavors range from so many different kinds I also bought a new tank and battery and Matt was very helpful and knowledgable, Ill be going back for sure and if youve never been..worth checking out

Great vape shop! Once I get my money together, they will be the only shop in town I go to. I was a walk-in about 3 or 4 months ago, looking for a specific kind of mod but was indecisive. The owner/dude, sorry I cant remember his name, was extremely patient and not pushy. I could tell he was knowledgeable as he directed me to some great batteries and other accessories. Its always worth paying more in a shop than getting a better deal online as the shop knows the products they carry. Awesome place!

Place has a nice atmosphere to it. Friendly staff. A touch pricey but I try to support local businesses so it can be overlooked. However, as someone who has been vaping a while, there really isnt much there for me. Seems like a good place for people starting out but not for much else.

Janet and John two of the best people youre ever going to meet.Sorry to the rest of the guys for I dont know there names except I know Dylan. All of them are exceptional staff members.Janet help me with the problem that was above and beyond what she needed to do and for that I am grateful and thankful for.I promise you you will not find or I should say you will be hard-pressed to find a better place for your vaping needs and knowledge.

They actually carry rta tanks and coils. I picked up my zeus xII rta and its fire. Very knowledgeable people and friendly at that. I recommend this shop because it is by far the best ive experienced. If you have any questions about mods, coils, tanks and juices just go there. Theyll school you.

Really awesome vape shop with great prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great selection of products and parts. Really like coming here and havent had a bad experience whatsoever. Also like the fact that they are very helpful and not in a rush to brush you off like some other places Ive experienced. Definitely will continue to do business here.

I went to The Vapor Room today, as I have heard rumor about them being the best in SA! I live an hour away from the shop, but was willing to take the trip based on the reviews that I have read. My boss vapes and this is the only place that she will go. I was very satisfied with the services that they provide. They take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need, not just try and sell you something. These people actually care so much about you as a person and are very supportive. I actually got to deal with the owner herself Janet Binder! She is amazing and very very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with my new vape and I cant wait to go back to get more flavors!! With their menu full of flavors I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. Go, go there now and put the smokes down. Ask for Janet! Shes great!! :)

If I could rate 0 stars I would have. Horrible staff that feels the need to belittle their customers. They have some of the worst communication and people skills I have ever encountered. They feel a greater need to satisfy their bottom line than satisfy their customers expectations. Stat clear of this place.

Great service! Was upfront with how much I was looking to spend and they helped find exactly what I was looking for. Also asked them how the reviews were on the vaping unit and they were also upfront with me and told me the issues that people typically experience. Honesty is the best kind of service!

Great staff helped me with some leakage and other issues (settings on my Alien). I called to say I’d get there right at their closing and they were cool with staying open for a few more minutes and helping me out. Would highly recommend.

The customer service was not good. The young man working the counter was very rude. I was in buying a coil for my aspire tank and I needed help changing the coil. He was not happy about my request and I would have rathered he just told me to change it myself. There was a small amount of juice in the tank and the whole tank was a mess when he handed it back. I have never had anyone be so rude about helping a customer. There are a lot of vape shops in San Antonio. I will not be returning to this one.

Drove in from Boerne as our little shop is ok but not huge selection. I was more than happy with this gem of a shop! I was really happy that you can actually try the flavors before buying 😍 will most definitely be making the trip back for my Vape 💨

I dont mind paying the slightly higher prices to come here. Ive been to TONS of vape shops all over the country. This one is by far my favorite. Customer service is excellent. The staff are excited and interested in helping you out. The juices are delicious. I recommend!!

First time ever going into a vaping store. The staff was really awesome, nice, and informative. They new what they were talking about. They have a big menu of different juices to choose from, and they let you try as many as ya like. Really enjoyed the experience and will definitely keep going back.

Staff are very helpful. They have more than 120 different juice flavors!! Friendly doesnt begin to describe the owner and atmosphere here. No request is too insignificant. If you vape, you owe it to yourself to visit The Vapor Room.

This place is awesome! The guys are super courteous, you can try the vapes before you buy them, and there is happy hour from 3 to 6pm. Also, you can vape inside and hang out with the staff and other patrons. The place is very nice inside and the mood is super chill.

This is the second review I have ever written for any company and the first positive one ever, but I was so impressed I felt compelled to make sure to share my experience. To the employees at Vapor Room thank you for your integrity and devotion to customer satisfaction. Just like anywhere in the world that sells anything, if you tell a salesperson you know what you want and are adamant then thats what they will sell you. Though if you ask and listen these people will sell you what will best fit your needs. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted when I was going into the shop, but thankfully due to the expert advice at The Vapor Room (Lacy was the employee that assisted me with my device purchase) I listened and learned a lot! She steered me from buying something I wouldve regretted. I always expect the upsale because like any business they have to make money. I was pleasantly surprised when Lacy not only helped me find the perfect setup for my actual needs, but also saved me from paying more for I device I wouldnt have even been able to tolerate. When it came time for me to choose my e-juice I gave Matt a basic description and he hit the nail on the head first swing. Love this place. They have a wide variety of vape juices to choose from and the employees there are so kind. Just tell them what you like, menthol or no menthol, fruity or creamy, and they will give you options on amazing vape juices to try and choose from if youre having trouble picking something out. The place has a very cool atmosphere and the customers there are always so kind as well.

This place not only has a vibe that makes you feel like having a seat and kicking back on the cozy couch or at the large bar while listening to the best classic rock, checking out the wall-to-wall album cover art that lends to the Vapor Rooms inviting atmosphere, maybe even perusing a copy of S.A. Current (which they restock weekly) and tasting any and every flavor of E-juice they have, the owners and employees are what makes the store on DeZavala the best vaping destination on the Northwest side of the city. They are each such warm, welcoming and thoroughly helpful individuals, you are met each and every time with a greeting complete with warm smile, a perky, Hi! How are you/have you been? What can we get you today? followed by the best customer service I have come across in the five years Ive lived here in San Antonio. They are more than willing to work with you flexibly until you are completely satisfied and ready to leave fully ensured that you have made the best buy possible. I only go to the Vapor Room after trying several (at least six) different vaping stores in my area and am never let down when it comes to availability of products, friendliness and helpfulness from the staff, even friendliness from other customers. Shopping at the Vapor Room is truly a great experience everytime Ive gone and I highly, highly recommend them for any and all of your Vaping needs.

Absolutely my favorite vape shop in Texas! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, vape selection is pretty good, but the stuff they have is the best! The parking situation is interesting in a big truck (18 Wheeler), but even the rush hour traffic wont keep me away. This is what a Vape shop is supposed to be!

Thank you Janet, The Vapor Room customer service is second to none.You greeted me and immediately helped me. I needed to stop smoking and saw on the web site that you had a military discount and a discount if I turned in my last pack. You showed me several vapes, let me try several juices and gave me a water. In the end both discounts were given and I have a great nautilus AIO, with a juice I like. I had a very high stress day, and a moment of clarity to stop smoking, and Im very thankful for the help. This place has the best customer service of any type of store, not just in the realm of e cigs.

After calling every vape shop in town New Years day in hopes to find a shop open, and I luckily found this little gem. First off, they did me a solid by holding a coil for me. When I finally arrived, I was greeted warmfully by all three staff members. Everyone seemed eager to help and geniunely glad that I was there. They were all very educated on vaping and their juice is fantastic. Ive been to many places where the juices either all tasted the same, had poor flavor, and burned out my wicks fast. Their juice is full of flavor and get a very nice cloud. Im moving back to the area and think Ive found my go to vape shop!

My go to vape shop even though I live 20 miles away. Staff is super friendly and patient with all customers whether youre a veteran or a newbie. They also have a rewards card for free juice.

Last time I shopped for juice I was on the other side of town and stopped at two places...biiiiig mistake. The Vapor Room is the first vape shop I ever visited and I never realized how much the others completely suck in comparison.Absolute BEST staff there...dont go anywhere else because The Vapor Room is 1#.

I sent a friend in there after talking to a really nice guy on the phone. She was trying to get her mom a setup to switch off stinkies. I chose the kit and nic level. Suggested some time to sit and try some flavors. When they arrived the young lady helping them tried to sell an istick30w or nautilus kit even though I sent them in there specifically for a kanger topbox kit. I had very good reasons for doing so. I also recommended 6mg or 12mg eliquid and the girl kept trying to push 18. When the girl told them the topbox was too advanced, my friends left. I had given extensive advice on products and found what would suit best for the situation and instead of an easy sale, the employee tried to move some old product and chased out almost $150 of business and the opportunity to help someone along on the road to better health. Im really disappointed after reading the great reviews and Im worried that she was turned off from the idea of switching. Im not trying to find a way for you to make up for this as Im not sure I could get them to return. I just hope you address this issue because I care about this industry and treating a prospective vapor like they might be an idiot is exactly what my friends were worried they might encounter.
