Smoke plus

I bought it on friday and did not need to use it right away. so i put is up and tried to use it on february 6, 2022 it was this past sunday and it did not work kept taring the tubs and it was not packing tubes from filter to top ist was leaving a big gap from the filer to 1/2  way up the tube i will packing it did not even help . So on Monday Feb 7 2022 i woke up and thought maybe i was not doin it right so i tried one more time needless to say still not working.  So i wiped it down put everything it came with inside and took it to the smoke shop to return it and get another one... The owner of the store spoke and told me that because of Covid-19 he could not do a return.... so i then told him that i was not concerned about the 12.99 i asked him if he would trade me for one that was only 3.99 he was very rude and said because i was no respecting him the way women should respect him that he was finished and would not help me . well he had the roller in his possession and told me to leave he kept the cig roller i left out 12.99 Wow ... I then went to the smoke shop over by lil ceasers pizza on Highland and Delrosa across the street from walgreens, dominos, subway ect  . the cashier was very helpful the prices areway better . I am making this my smoke shop ...  Sad that the owner of the smoke shop by H salt fish and chips was so rude... I guess he dont need the bisnes if he treats his customers so badly ......

Just moved to the area and visited this place for some pipe tobacco to roll. The tobacco is actually crunchy! Either air got into the bag or it is old. No refunds, no exchanges means i will not visit again. I will purchase elsewhere. The 2 stars is for the owner, he was very nice.

Bought an elf bar and was fake asfk like if they reuse them and refill them there ,Broke open that same day . We never dropped it or anything but once we charged it it ended up opening up

Guys are real dope! Honest opinions. Didn’t try to get me to buy more than I wanted unlike other places. Prices are a bit more than other shops but always have things in stock

Being my first time in there, .. Theeeeee guy gave me the Elf Bar BC5000 for $21.75 out the door.I just hope he gives me the same price next time

Extremely expensive. When I told him I could get the same pipe for 1/4 the cost ($ 5.00) he laughed at me so I drove a few blocks and got the same thing for a lot less. So he can laugh himself all the way to closing down

I visited this place and I’m new to the area so I don’t know what good smoke shops that San Bernardino has to offer so I check this place out,so I go to buy a quartz nail for my rig which they had priced at $15 lol normally I’m use to paying $9.99 but he said $15 then $12 so I walked out and that was the best choice I made because I went to Highland Smoke Shop and paid $5 for what he was charging $15 for don’t be bamboozled into thinking he’s got deals I urge everyone to check out Highland Smoke Shop better deals and all around better service

The biggest smoke shop in San Bernardino and the best smoke shop I ever see in my life very big selection of glass with very good price even they have roor brand glass and all kinds of vape and juices oh my God I love this place and the staff is very friendly and helpful you should check this place

I bought a g pen from this shop and it turns out they sold me a knock off. It can not b used for wax .. I talk to the manager she said she couldnt do anything for me . She told me the pen was 29.99 but the man initially charged me 50. Overall the worst smoke shop .. Dont go !
