For those out there who know how hard it is to find a quality therapist, look no more! For the last 2+ years, Liz has consistently presented a casual, conversational, and safe space to help me explore myself and, most importantly, heal. Liz has never felt clinical and scripted; shes incredibly personable and actually feels like a human being who cares and wants to understand me as much as I want to understand myself.Liz is also clearly a progressive thinker in her field and seems to stay pretty up-to-date with new discoveries and studies on how our minds work. I feel this is especially important for those of you who identify as neurodivergent and have had trouble feeling invalidated or not seen by a therapist, psychiatrist, etc.
