Ive been coming here for a few years now, since back in the days of Glass Kandi (anyone who remembers that, knows its been a while). Ive always liked the selection, the knowledge, the help, and the prices here. I highly recommend this shop for great products and great prices without the over priced shadiness of some of the smoke shops around the area. This place does not sell a million different things, they focus on vape products only and they do it well. I will continue to recommend this shop and continue shopping here. You guys are the best!! This just became my favorite vape store in sf. One of my mods just broke and I was left in panic. I am almost hitting my 1 year mark off of analogs and was not looking to go back. They found a quick decently priced replacement for time I need to wait for repairs and on top of that gave me an awesome lesson on rdas. They have an awesome space and the attitude to match. Will definitely go back.

Very friendly staff. Ive visited this location twice while traveling for work and both times the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they carry and their ability to match my flavor preferences with what they have. Their pricing is very good and I plan on coming back next time Im in the area.

My mod got broken at Pride so, I walked up to Gone With The Smoke. Jenny was incredibly helpful and had great advice. The shop was super clean, well stocked and chill. I highly recommend a visit!!!

Nice little store for all your vaping needs. Friendly staff and good stock of premium eliquids. They have good stock of mods as well. I bought a couple of premium eliquids and unsurprisingly they were very good, both in terms of flavour and smoothness.

These guys are great, really friendly and they know their stuff, prices are reasonable and the shop is quality. Good tunes and a bar to try their flavors of which they have a tonne of. Seriously cant recommend it enough, drop by and have a chat with them you wont regret it. Thanks guys well definitely drop by again before we leave! x

Ive been there and had good experiences when asking about coils and rebuilding RDAs and eliquid but I was very surprised to come back and hear that they just dont stock coils for my all in one vape and they not only seemed to have no interest, they seemed to think less of it for being an AIO instead of a rebuildable. Their juice selection seems kind of limited and they just arent as helpful as they could be, which is a bummer.Seems like a good place to go if you have everything you need and know exactly what you want, but less so if you are looking for knowledge, which is a crucial function of local vape shops.

Was helped by Chris, the owner. Super cool, helpful, and can give some dope recommendations on anything vape related. Just keep in mind their vape stock is very limited because of the city ban. They also have a variety of CBD products.

Well I came in here to build a mod, and replace my full kit. I end up purchasing a pretty nice set up which felt absurdly expensive for what it was, so I go home, and look them up online. This place was selling these things for about TRIPLE the price than was offered directly from the manufacturer. Check my bag, and not onlt did they conveniently forget a receipt so I cant return it, they also failed to give me the battery charger I asked for. Did I pay for it? Whoooo knows.

Finally got a chance to come check out the shop after seeing all of their efforts against the city trying to ban life saving products (Prop E) such as e-cigs and loved the cozy atmosphere in the shop. I absolutely support this business and will be back soon. Thank you!

Im pretty new to vaping, and all what I can sayis that they really took care of me.I believe they have enough variation for different preference. And Chris is simply an amazing guy who works there.

Everyone there was friendly and helpful, both employees and customers. Free sampling of any flavor they have for sale is really helpful when looking for new flavors or brands. Prices were very reasonable.

Awesome! I was in SF on business and was about to catch my return flight at SFO... As such, I wasnt looking to buy much juice since itd likely be confiscated by TSA... They hooked me up with a free refill just to get me home... I might live in LA, but Im a customer for life... Its the little things that make you great, and this place rocks!
