Definitely not the best shop in the area . If you shop here for vape products you are getting completely ripped off in price . They charge 45 for a 100 ml anywhere else in the city it’s 25 $ the coils are overpriced at 10$ elsewhere they are 8 $ mods are extremely overpriced you should never pay 130 to 150$ for a mod elsewhere it’s 60 to 80$ as a person that worked in the vape industry for years and know wholesale prices and decent prices this place definitely is not it . This is the worst shop I have found in terms of value they might have a decent selection but they rip you off for that selection. Do yourself a favor check other local shops and you will leave with value and still have money in your pocket . Owner please don’t respond with it’s the tax and your prices are fair because that would be a blatant lie that I could easily prove otherwise . I will never do business here . I will always warn people about this place and how it’s not worth it .

Ive been shopping here for years and do so at the late (or early) night/morning hours. For this I am grateful they are open until 4 am even on Christmas. I buy bubble-ware which is quite fragile. Ive gotten home several times to find items are cracked or chipped. They do have a great selection of just about everything you could want and the service is on point. I would give 5 stars if not for the broken glass items. Just take your time and look closely at what you buy before leaving the store. Its buyer beware. Also they give a discount for paying cash. Just a note about their prices they are a bit higher than some but who else is open at 3am? Also dont go by on-line prices for bubble-ware those are wholesale.🤯

Great selection of vape juice and mods, torches and electric dab tools and standard glass wear fit smoking but EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, Even by the standards of smoke shops Which are already charging a very high premium for the products. You can buy smoke shop standards which are already very pricey compared to theOnline Prices, this place is way over priced You didnt buy those standards. Its considered a cheaper to go to any other smoke. Shop anywhere just a block away even this selection for some things May not be as wide Can you give me to go to 12 shops? Its pretty much a GOD-SEND when youre looking for a smoke shop thats still open when you accidentally break your bong at 3:30a.m. and couldnt imagine going without for the next 10+hrs and their customer service is commendable for the most part in my own personal opinion that is.. So props on that for sure! However, on the flip side, its also REEEEALLY really hard for me to try and convince myself to shop there even in an emergency situation when I already know that I can literally purchase the EXACT SAME PRODUCTS they have to offer in their store for an a minimum of approximately $20 LESS per items on literally nearly EVERY ITEM just down the street over on Golden Gate & Hyde(so long as you can make it there before they close at various different times throughout the week+weekends)

Very clean, well stocked shop. Friendly, knowledgeable gentleman helped me find my first disposable vape with supplies, and Im really enjoying what he recommended so far!

The best smoke shop in all of San Francisco, hands down. Not only do they offer the widest variety of products and but their customer service is, without fail, always above and beyond. Any questions you may have — they’re more than happy to answer, thoroughly and patiently. No matter where I’m at in the city, I’d I need something— I’ll take the detour to this shop to pick get it, because I know exactly the level of expert service and products I can expect from them.

+5 stars because it was the only place open at 2:40am. -1 star because I bought a filter which did not turn up in my bag, and upon informing the shopkeeper he gave discount on a second one.While Im sure it was a mistake, I got no receipt and no way to prove I paid more other than the change in my pocket. It was only $1.50, but I still had to pay for another one and wasted my time looking around my friends house because he assured me it was in the bag.TLDR; happy it was open, but overpaid on an item twice because they said I mustve lost it.PS to shop keeper: I know I said they were expensive, but it really wasnt in the bag and I wasnt trying to get a second one free.

Been shopping here for more than 20 years. These guys can always be counted on to be knowledgeable, have the best quality in stock, & if they dont have what youre looking for, theyll get it for you. Theyve helped me with everything from impossible gifts to improbable personal purchases and beyond. And in 20+years of shopping there, going sometimes years between visits, theyve never failed to recognize me!

This is my boyfriends favorite smoke shop. Its literally the only one hell go to. Hes a collector of smoking utensils and related accessories, so I would trust his judgment on smoke shops. Theyll work with you, make sure you have the right accessories for whatever you plan to smoke, and theyre hella cool and dont mind spending a little extra time making sure youre happy before you walk out the door. A step above the other shops for sure.

This store by far has the most selection you could ever think of... Their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced everybody is very knowledgeable and they have late-night hours to and everybody is always willing to help specifically only go to this shop because of the mutual admiration they have for each and every customer that comes in there

AVOID THIS PLACE. Overpriced would be an understatement! They get away with it because they are the only place open at certain early morning hours, but JEEZ guys! Some of your prices are OUTRAGEOUS enough to think yall are pocketing the extra profits at night...

This is THE absolute best smoke shop in The City! The staff is hella friendly and helpful! They have the best inventory! If they dont have it...it probably doesnt exist! And theyre open damn near 24 hours!!
