Perfect Foot Massage

Taking off 1 star for professionalism and disrespecting my friend who was with me. My massage was good, not great. I tipped 20% cash based on cost of service and quality of massage. My masseuse told me that I didn’t tip enough. That $20 tip is for 1 hr, and I needed to give more. I informed her that is all that I was giving today. She took the money and rolled her eyes. I later found out from friend that my masseuse also approached her to demand more money while she was tipping her masseuse. My friend’s masseuse nastily replied, “What is this?”when taking her money. “You received 90 min massage”.…For 2 employees to approach same person about what they tipped is out of line.Staff should be informed that the act of tipping is a form of gratitude, but not a requirement. They should be also receiving hourly wage from employer. Management should increase cost of massage or pay them difference if employees are not making wage requirements instead harassing or making customer feel bad.

If I could would have given them big zero. Been coming here since year and half now place is just getting bad, do not understand the pressure points, hard to communicate.Always want a big tip when the service is good it’s understandable they’d force you even if they didn’t give 100%.There’s Oceanic massage down the street, definitely a lot better than this.Never coming back!!

Imagine getting the worst massage of your life, then being yelled at and harassed for a tip. They screamed all Americans tip giving me the worst look. I stated that a tip is not required & that they need to charge more $ instead of harassing customers. I regret spending 62$ on this place. Please do not make the same mistake as me of coming here. She followed me out of the store glaring miserably. Do better, this place should be shut down completely

Ive been here twice for foot and whole body massage. Their pricing is not the cheapest foot massage in town but I really love this place for several reasons: 1)more quiet 2)skilled masseuses 3) private room is spacious and comfortable 4) people seem very nice and kind. Regarding tips, I always give 50-100% ($15-20 for foot massage and $20-30 for body massage). Its not well known knowledge, but your masseuse only receives a tiny amount of the $30-$60 you pay. A few masseuses turned friends told me its only like $10/customer (foot massage) so your tip matters. This is how the business can keep costs low and affordable for us. I generally pay $120-$160 (not including tip) at places like Massage Envy which is not better in terms of quality. I hope this sheds some light on why they press for tips. I hope you would add tips in your final cost when considering whether this is a good place to visit. They do great work. Id highly recommend this place.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place gave me and my wife the absolutely worst massage we’ve ever had. We first came in and paid for a 60min foot massage. When the massage began it felt like the guy was barely even touching my feet. I communicated that I needed more pressure, however due to the language barrier, I had to speak to the therapist next to me to communicate that to him. After, he understood he just continued on without any change. This was so frustrating that I just wanted to get up and leave. I continued on with the massage that I already paid for and immediately left when it was done. The owner then follows me and my wife outside and basically demanded a tip even after we communicated that we received poor massages. She then tells us not to come back. This place has horrible customer service and incompetent and unskilled people attempting to give services they do not know how to provide. The management/owners are rude and disrespectful and only care about collecting money instead of providing good customer service.

Making an appointment was very easy, the facility was clean, and services were conducted in a timely and efficient manner. Tina was amazing!! She gave me a wonderful massage and really focused on the areas I am having issues with, and I feel great. Love that this place is local, I will be a repeat customer.

Nice place, recommended to call first to find out their availability. Good prices so you can tip more the masseuse. Been there two times and I liked their massage both times.

My brother recommended this place and told me to ask for Tina because I like stronger pressure for massages. I had a great experience with her for the full body massage in the private room! Highly recommend, she was an experienced masseuse and very professional.

Took the Mrs. To get a holiday message since we drove from Texas to visit family. Lets say we were a bit achy. So i called up perfect foot massage and scheduled a couples room dual massage. They took us too the back in a private setting. Both massage therapists immediately got to work and never stopped until the whole hour was expired. They used hot stones and good massage technique. Both the Mrs. And I left feeling very relaxed and happy. Good spot for a massage and honest pricing.

I had been there twice before and thought it was a sort of ok place. The last time however was a disaster. I got a woman who knew not a word of English not even the basic words of soft, medium, firm, more, less, etc. The person from the front had to come in several times and interrupt my massage just to translate basic commands. In the middle of the session I had had enough. I was getting more and more stressed instead of more and more relaxed. I got up and left. Stay away from here!

Very knowledgeable and skilledPeter was great. He didnt need to ask what areas to target. I asked for a combo massage and definitely feel as if i got my moneys worth. Most places feel as if they rush through their routine. With Peter, i felt as though he kept targeting my problem areas until the knots and tension reduced significantly in his expert opinion. All without words too.

Clean, quiet, great price. They do take walk ins. I told my masseuse that I had been battling a headache and she quickly catered to that area. 👌🏾They do have specials during the week. I would definitely return.

Great foot spa. Very clean and welcoming. Definitely worth the money. The pressure of the massage could have been a little more firm, but overall, I had a very relaxing experience, and I would definitely go back.

Great atmosphere staff know what theyre doing, my girlfriend and I decided to get a massage together. Girlfriend: we had a couples massage we had a private room our massage therapist there are professional very clean, and very respectful.

Get the happy hour 1 hr foot massage from 10am - 1pm Monday thru Thursday for only $15 plus tip. Went there the other day and they no longer offer the happy hour special.😣
