Best place in San Jose!I know that’s a big statement to make but I’m not exaggerating. Hear me out. They are small and simple but not a bad thing!Most smoke shops are large and over cluttered with options making it almost a chore to be in a smoke shops.Not this place, the simplicity is beauty.Besides the amazing prices(on top of discounts!) they have all the best and up to date juices, ecigs and accessories. .For example I was looking for the Caliburn. Which was difficult to find anywhere, they had multiple colors. 😇My girlfriend had to take my wallet from buying the store 😂😂Anyways great shop highly recommend . This is it! Found the best shop in San Jose 👏🏼

I recently visited here to pick up some juice that I saw they advertised on Instagram. After they rang it up the person working noticed that he charged too much but was very apologetic and immediately remedied the situation by offering extra juice for me to take home. Great customer service and Ill be coming back more.

Good stuff, nice average price. They carry big bottles of basically everything, and their costs are reasonable AF. Basically: they are the middle-ground between Typical Vape shops, and typical Online Distros

Best Vape Lounge I have been to in the area! Staff is super-helpful and friendly. The lounge is a place you can just hang and enjoy vaping! Also, they have a huge variety of vape juice -- you need it, they have it!

For vape fans E-Cig City houses a variety of smoking gizmos you have never imagined before. People who really like smoking will continue coming here because of the wide variety of juices. And even though you are not a vaper and go only out of curiosity with friends, You will be amazed learning the artistry of vapeing utensils and styles. At last visit,there was also a mini lounge to socialize and rest.

They have a pretty good variety of juices here. They sell a good number of products as well. Theyre also have great prices on all their juice.

Honestly, Ive never met a better group of people. All, were so incredibly helpful. especially with understanding my need to quit smoking. and mostly that I want to enjoy quitting smoking. kudos to the whole team.

Bought the Suorin Drop, it works great! Definitely worth it for the price. I just wanted a basic little vape and Im impressed with what the Suorin Drop can do.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Walked in and no one said anything to me. I even waited for five minutes looking at their selection. Saw a bunch of kids sitting around playing video games and watching cartoons. Drove out of my way to get there. Will definitely NEVER go back.

Waste of time , expensive and i swear its empty they have like 2 shelves full of only vape juice and batterys and not one single thing is under $40

Im from Portland Oregon and they had the same juice I buy at home, plus I bought 2 60 ml for $30.00.

Accepted a return for a faulty product no questions asked. i was even rude on the phone and was completely professional towards me.
