One of the guys was koo but sold me a battery tht doesnt work I walked in and the guy told me tht he couldnt replace it lol like they said they would it hasnt been more than 5 days since I bought it honestly lost a good potential customer I bought the battery on the 18th and one of the guys said theres nothing they can do about it

Great place different owner remodeled the whole smoke shop great customer service clean friendly and very helpful recommend that you have to go to see what a big difference had started to get what I need from the location is great glad I can get what I need previous owner used it as a hang out spot and nothing was in stock and top of that before you go to the shop and they have 6 people at the shop and I had to wait for the one actual employee to.come from the back to tell you what you looking for is out of stock. You brought the place back to life. Who is interested in fresh backwoods and good quality product for reasonable price. Stop by and you will be happy with friendly & great service I guarantee you would be satisfied. Long review because the previous owner was waste your time. Thank you welcome to the neighborhood.

BEST smoke shop on San Carlos/Stevens Creek. They got everything you need from clothing to all your essential smoking needs!! Moe & Ali got this place looking 100 times better than the previous owners. I advise everyone to go here and not to the other smoke shops in the area. The other smoke shops in that area are always over charging, changing their prices everyday and are very unprofessional. Go see Moe and Ali you will not regret it.

The employee here was so helpful. Called in for an item I couldnt find anywhere else and he was very informative about their products. Came in and was assisted by the gentlemen with long hair. In and out service, quick visit. Best prices and deals Ive come across. Will be returning soon. A1 service.

Great customer service. Went in to buy flavored vapes and ended up asking if cbd gummies would help keep my dad calm with his dementia and sundowner. I didnt catch the workers name but he was very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be returning.

I would of given 5 stars, but the dude at the counter wasnt that nice and it seemed as if we were bothering him when I purchased 3 different items from him. I liked the shop, it was clean, well organized, and the prices werent to high. Staff needs to smile and make you feel welcome instead of feeling like your invading their privacy.. First impression will result in keeping the customer or pushing them to a different smoke shop with better and friendly customer service.

I have never had a bad experiance I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone is helpful and upbeat.They dont rush you and if you have any questions regarding products in store they explain how to use or clean items. I have never left unhappy or felt that I was asking a stupid question. I would tell others about this shop

One of the best smoke shop I ever been too and very easy to find on w San Carlos. All the workers were chill and they were cool.My boy JD was nice and very attentive to all my needs. He answered all my questions and he ended giving me a good ass deal on a rig.

I bought my rig setup here, a few bowls, and stop in once in a while to get little things like lighters and whatnot, I’m local. I will never go here again since the clerk would not let me exchange a full can of butane, which I bought there, for the correct one and he was just plain rude about it on top of that. Really ticked me off. What lousy service. Zero stars if I could give them 0.

Did not have what I was looking for (hard to find item already though) and they happily directed me to 2 other shops that likely had it. Really appreciate the customer service here it is great

I wanted to give this place a good rating, but the guy on the phone is very rude didnt care about anything. I just needed to get one thing and I only asked if he could stay open for 5 extra minutes which was all I needed so that I could get something to guarantee me beating two cases and also getting me housing so I wouldnt be homeless anymore.the Dude Didnt Give A Fu*#(DGAF) had monotone said if if I get there in the next 3min he could help me and its customers were in the store then he would still be open but there wasnt. Is only five minutes of this time to help someones life really didnt care so why would I give someone like that business. And this review did started with three stars and I changed it to 1 as I reread this.

Good selection but on the pricier side of things. Really expensive and rude service, definitely will not be coming back here any time soon. Go to another smoke shop and you will be glad you did with the better service and money that you saved.

Rude service. Asked about the price of a specific piece on the phone, but when I arrive the seller said it would cost $5+ dollars more than he said on the phone. Go somewhere else for better prices and better service. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the area

Great smoke shop to go to with plenty of glass to choose from.Update: I haven’t been there for awhile and that is due to there customer service from a certain employee is horrible. Their prices are high and overpriced more than most if not all the shops in this area.

Loved their $7 Pocket Rocket metal single torch. Use it excessively and hasnt ever melted or otherwise malfunctioned.

Place sucks there are homeless hanging around guy outside asked my 10 year grand daughter if she wanted some drugs who offers drugs to a kid reported the problem and also called law enforcement place needs to be shut down something illegal is going on there.

I believe is the owner but I went in there bought some stuff and a piece had broken, went I. There the next day and gave me another at no charge.

I only used my wallet here the day it went missing. I know they stole my wallet.

If you want to get gouged by their prices, then buy from here. They are extremely expensive.
