Vape Lounge

Ive been coming here for 2 reasons mainly, they are close to my work, and they open at 9am. In my most recent visit the owner (forgot your name, sorry) recommended a pear caramel salt nic flavor, which is becoming my new favorite, and is the reason I decided to write the review. Good pick! Ill def be a regular. My one and only complaint is that prices are a few dollars more than what Im used to, but for the convenience of being on my route and knowing that they have what Im looking for, its worth it.

Amazing staff! Top of the line customer service! Killer juices! But most of all a welcoming environment. I live close to 20 min away and still choose to go the extra mile to come here. Plus the shop opens at 8am perfect for before work juice runs. 5 stars easy!

Good product offerings and great service especially for online orders. Your order ships fast and packaged well. If any additional info is needed for your order, they will contact you and get things rolling. Looking for a great vape shop this is it.. They are very helpful. U can try as many flavors and stay as long as u like.. Great starter kits for mods tanks.. They even set them up for u.. Thanks for the help guys..

My one and only go to spot for juice and mods. JJ, George, and the rest of the crew are dope af. Always friendly and always looking out for their customers needs and requests. Its like the CHEERS bar but in vape mode. Thank you guys!

11/10 They carry anything you want or need, and another thousand things you didnt know you wanted or needed yet. Let you sample juice, get your vape wicked and/or coiled up, watch tv or listen to music at the bar or on a couch, and truly lounge around. Comfy atmosphere, great staff, and 7-Eleven is next door if you need snacks or drinks. Opens early (8 am) and closes late (varies, but 9pm or later)Vape mods, RDAs, tank atomizers, driptips, OEM coils for tanks, extensive juice menu, FREE COIL BUILDS (note: Tip the builder), and new vape batteries are available here.I love hanging out at VL San Jose!

I placed an order and paid for priority Shipping. 10 days later still didnt receive the order. I emailed the business and I was told that the only way to receive a refund is to refuse the shipment when I receive it. The problem is that the shipment was lost in the mail so that means I cannot receive a refund based on their policy. They do not care about their customers and I absolutely dont recommend this place.

Great people and atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone who wants to quit, current vapors or a place to just hang out. The staff are all great people.

Wish i could give this place a review but when i arrived at 10am to try them out for the first time. They were not open tho the hours on the window says theyre open at 10am. Its now 1020am and Im still here waiting with no one insite. I guess ill have to go to another spot. 1 star
