I absolutely love coming here!!! I really enjoy all of the staff here! Chandler, in particular, exhibits exceptional customer service, a positive, friendly, and genuine personality and extensive product knowledge! He remembers me every time I come into this location and that makes me feel like a VIP! He ALWAYS makes it a point of actually talking And listening- he CARES about his customers and thats what sets him apart from everyone else! Chandler deserves a raise, for sure!At the very least,acknowledgement for all that he does...Sincerely, if it wasnt for him,I would be going to AM to PM store because they are slightly cheaper...I go to Leaf Love because seeing a friendly face at the start of my morning makes all the difference to me. I love the changes made from Smokeys to Leaf Love. Most important to me is the staff in the Sandy store being what seems to be hand picked by the store owners because of personality, intelligence and helpfulness. Chandler stands out as the best (on his side of the counter) interactive sales associate I have ever encountered and at 70 years I have met many.

I got to say in all the years Ive been going to Smokeys who is now Leaf Love I have never once had a bad experience because when you walk through those doors its like walking into a whole new world of nothing more than pure positivity and smiling faces. It will be a good experience if you go during the week. Very helpful lady behind the counter on Monday and Tuesday. Not so much on Saturday. Prices are high but in Utah, so about what is expected.9/10/2018 Have been calling them since 9:30 this morning with only the fax machine to answer. It is now 2 oclock. I have to call in an order because they dont keep my husbands cigarettes on hand. Ridiculous!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!!

No kratom at Smokeys but the beer they sell costs twice as much as wallmart. Not a nice place at all. Old and rundown and the staff knows nothing.

When the world is ending, all you need is some nicotine in your system and you will be all right. Staff are super nice here, never been dissatisfied with their selection (except when certain legislation passed on flavored pods, but that was completely out of their control). You can buy loose tobacco, hookah stuff, vape stuff, tobacco pipes, and their growing selection on CBD products!

My husband and I have patronized this shop probably 8-10 times. This is a decent little smoke shop/convenience store. Theres not an enormous selection of any one product, but they do carry an array of different products like huka supplies, e-liquid and, of course, cigarettes. There is a small selection of snack foods, but check the expiration dates cuz I once picked up a package of licorice--the pieces seemed very hard (I always check anywhere I go cuz super-soft Red Vines are awesome). We primarily purchase e-liquid/e-juice...they carry a few different brands and have a decent selection of flavors, but not many choices on strength and this is kind of important. Since we only go there an average of once every 6-8 weeks or so its possible the options have improved; however, the last few times we were there they only had maybe three e-juice strengths...I believe it was 6mg, 12mg and 30mg. We were looking for 18-24mg but settled on 30mg. I do recall not all strengths were available in all brands or flavors, and the 30mg had maybe 6 flavors to choose from--like I said, not great but ok in a pinch. Our only truly disappointing experience happened a few months back. The sales person, an older gal with long grey & dark hair (probably the same one described by other reviewers) assured us the coils we were purchasing were the correct ones for our trophy tanks. They looked right, but there were no sample/demo ones so the only way to know was to buy and try (you see where this is going, right?). This particular item was only available in a package of five and cost between $12-15. Bummer, cuz our fave shops (Aztec Hwy and the awesome iVape) sell individual coils for around $2/ea. Long story short, the damn things didnt fit and, though the purchase was made entirely based on the sales gals knowledge, we werent allowed to return them. I get the policy, in fact, most smoke shops are pretty tight when it comes to returns. However, if a customer is told the product is the one we need, there ought to be some accountability and flexibility on the shops behalf, amiright? So, then, why three stars and not one or two? Honestly, the shop is super convenient to our home, rarely crazy-busy, open seven days a week and parking is REALLY close...as I have a physical disability this makes my life easier.tl;dr Its not the best, but it doesnt suck.

Well, this store was my favorite. The pipe tobacco is so delicious. Oh my, Irish Cream (I think its cream). Then all the staff changed and now its rotten. The lady that works there once in a while that has glasses and looks like she is going bald.........vile vile woman. The old staff made you feel like family. The new staff can piss right off. Im guessing thats why the owners are working there now. I miss Jane and Heather :(

Crappy all the way around bought an ecig tank after asking if it work on my curve they said it would. Turns out it isnt compatable with my ecig. I took it back 20 minutes later they said to come back tomorrow morning at opening talk to the owner I did he was not there the lady there said we dont accept returns because who knows what I may have done to them once you got home. I asked when the owner would be in she just said sometime today so I went home called another store he owned the lady that answered offered to take a message a few hours later I got a return call from the owner. He said come in sunday and well get it taken care of. In short they dont know their ecig products so be careful when getting ecig stuff from this location

Yep the older, long haired lady that works there is a completely inadequate to deal with customers. If u ask to buy 5 packs of smokes at 9 dollars a pack that equals 95 dollars. When you try to explain it to her by saying that is the price for a full carton she gets loud and rude and tells you that you are wrong. 9 times 5 equals 45, no wonder you work at a smoke shop! I will never go back there and either will the 20 people I know that frequent that store.

The girl that runs the shop is honestly so nice and a great employee. She always has a smile on her face and does her best to make sure everyone geta what they need.

Its a good vape shop. Theyre small, so they dont have what I would call a huge selection of e-juice, but they will hook you up with what you need to get through the day.
