Sanford Smoke Shop of Lake Mary & Heathrow

Genuinely disappointed. I just arrived home from my trip to The Sanford Smoke Shop. I simply asked for a reasonable discount on a new disposable vape of 50% off since the prior one stopped working just only 5-6 days of using the product. I stood there with one of the co-owners for about ten minutes pleading to just take care of the customer and fulfill my wishes of honoring the product.myself working in management and sales I genuinely didn’t feel it wasn’t a big task to fulfill. I proceeded to kept being told that it doesn’t matter if it’s only almost a week they won’t do anything to back up the product. I had to talk the co owner into giving me 50% insuring him that I will continue giving my business because he took care of his customer. That was not the case. I was asked to show a proof of purchase which I did not have my phone on me because I live 2 mins away and I thought it would’ve been a quick trip. I’m just dissatisfied because we both recognized each other because this gentleman has helped me multiple times everytime I came in for a purchase. I will not be shopping here again because I came from a company that believes in making the customer happy. I was not. I did not treat him with disrespect and I just stated facts. Dissatisfied and will not be shopping here again. It is what it is. Please do not reach out to me to make this right. You only get one chance to keep my business and I laid it out on the line, not even expecting a full free replacement. You will not stay in business if this is the way you take care of your customers. That is all.

Good amount of products, good prices, excellent service, many parking spaces available and the store is clean and organized.

Definitely happy to see a shop out in the area. It was super clean and well stocked with all your smoking and vaping needs with some decent prices compared to others in the area. I’ll definitely be going back.

Very nice to have a vape shop on this side of I-4 thats convenient rather than having to go into Sanford proper. Very friendly staff who are quite willing to help if you have any issues. I had no idea had flooded my vape and they were able to diagnose and show me what was wrong, as well as fix it. Pretty pleased. Will be back!

Moved here around a month ago and went pretty much to every smoke shop in the area to find out where was worth going regularly, and this one(and their other location) are really the only ones worth going to.Very large selection for nicotine AIOs, glass, and accessories(far exceeding other businesses in the area). All of the staff have been super chill and knowledgeable.

Great shop. All of the staff have been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ive been multiple times since the opening and Ill continue. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for their regular smoke shop.

This place is amazing!! I was in the area and stopped by and wow biggest smoke shop I’ve been to in a while!!! Literally had everything!! Sal provided great service and I’d 1000% recommend this to anyone!

Ehhh more expensive than all other places. Is close so figured I’d try em out. Spent $40 on 2 bottles of vape and that was with a $5 discount. I won’t go back. $15 each seems to be the norm and I’ve tried a bunch of places. Probably do the online thing unless I’m super low.

Took my sister and my niece to check it out since it was close to where we were going...I was pleasantly surprised to find a spot that clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced. We will be back.

Beautiful shop. Lots of nice pieces. One of the few shops in the area. The owner gave me a really good price on what I got.

Never keep the same prices, went here 2 weeks ago brought a Vape, now 2 weeks later its $10 more!

$10 over normal prices, costs $25 for a monster bar and i can get them for $14 elsewhere. will not be going back.
