I’m giving this place three stars because they do have a good selection. There’s one white guy from up north that is super helpful. But the other dude is just rude. And you can return your vape that doesn’t work if you have the receipt but they never hand it to you. You MUST ask for it

I have bought 3 Kangvapes Lush Ice. The first 2 didnt work. So when I bought the 3rd one, I tried it before I left the store. It worked. Three days later, I got ready to use it and realized it doesnt have a charging port😡 So frustrated!!

Would give 5 stars but never opens on time. Other than that they have everything i need except for Zeus coils for my vape which is the only kind i use. The prices are amazing as well as the product. Customer service is always great from the young lady and she is extremely knowledgeable.

We all know there are vape stores on every corner. Clouds is a cut above the rest and they most definitely “smoke” the competition. If you have tried the rest, now shop at the best!!

They always got what I need, good prices, the staff are easy going, great hours...whats not to like? Plus its super close to where I live.

I always go to my usual Kratom store in Pittsboro, but just happened to run errands on Hawkins and come across Clouds for the 1st time!!! I was sooo impressed on the prices!! Very nice and pleasant! I cant wait to tell my new kratom friends! Thank you!!!

Absolutely ridiculous the business doesn’t open at the posted time. Definitely need to call before wasting your morning driving to this location and see if someone has opened the store

In went in with my wife Sunday morning after deciding to drop cigs and go to vape. KiKi (sorry if I got your spelling wrong) was the best ever and talked/walked us through the process, using the vape, and maintaining it. Couldnt ask for anyone better!!!

Every single time that my son and I go there we have had excellent, friendly and informative service!! I recommended this place to my daughter and her husband and now they are also dedicated customers!!!

At like 8pm I got a vape lush ice and it doesnt work it wont hit at all hopefully I can exchange it and get a new one for free probably will come back Tuesday night before work so I can get a new one thank you for switching it out I recommend coming here 😊

Went here to get a carton of Newports and they were almost 90 dollars havent been back since, I just go to Circle K on weatherspoon at least they give you a customer discount on cartons of cigarettes.

They don’t stand behind the products they sale. 5 day old $70 vape stopped working and they won’t do anything. To help fix this the problem.

Clean shop, great prices on kratom and smokes, also CBD and delta 8 products, HIGHLY recommend. Guy and girl are both super friendly and helpful.

Best prices.. all other places in and around sanford are more expensive for no apparent reason. Its worth my drive to pass up 5 other smoke/vape shops just to spend money somewhere that feels appreciative

Low selection of vape juice compared to other stores in the area but nice peopl and ok pricese. Google says open at 8am on Monday but as of 10:15 theyre still closed
