This company has been the upmost outstanding vape company I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at in the entire central florida area!!! The Sanford location being my favorite to frequent. The employees there are always kind and respectful. They go above and beyond to assist their customers to ensure a pleasurable experience!! Keep up the good work Pipe Dreams!!!! I found a few pieces I was looking for as well as added a few to the wish list, the sales person was Excellent, and super helpful. She even remembered what I had picked out when my husband went back to get me a birthday gift

They have a lot of options, recently been getting into water pipes and trying to learn the girl there today, Her name was Zoey, gave me a lot of information about them and any questions I had were answered she had a great attitude never got annoyed with me no matter how many questions I asked I will definitely be back

New in town so me and my mate decided to check out Pipe Dreams..its very clean and good variety of products. Im sorry I forgot the sweet young ladies name but she was welcoming and awnsered our questions in a friendly way so just for that we definitely suggest this little gem of a smoke shop

They are trying to sell single blown glass pipes for 75-110 dollars. went down the street and got a nicer bubbler pipe with thick glass and color changing for 40. however, the girl that was working there was super nice and informative! She was the only reason I gave 3 stars.

These guys have been great to me. On more than one occasion they have fixed my device when I went in willing to buy a replacement so when it came time they definitely got my business. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Consistency in product supply is lacking.Overall its a great place to find a variety of great tasting, quality juice. The guys at the shop are patient and willing to help you define your flavor preference.

The first time I walked it, I immediately felt out of place. They all looked at me like WTH is she doing here? They were not welcoming. Finally one guy behind the counter asked how he could help.I was brand new to vaping at the time and they were not knowledgeable and couldnt help me. (At the time I had an ego tank and was trying to put it on a 510 connector thanks to another bad vape shop selling me the wrong equipment. But they didnt even know that ego to 510 connector adapters existed. And instead tried to sell me a $40 tank.)A year later, I had ran out of stainless steel 316 wire for building coils. (SS 316/L is the most common type of wire used for temperature control builds.) so, I called to see if by chance they had any. The person answering the phone didnt even know what it was and I had to explain it to him. If youre a vape shop and you sell temperature control mods, which I presume that they do since most mods these days have it, then you should know at minimum what is required for TC and the most common wire for it is. They didnt have any BTW.Im so glad that the other 2 vape shops in town are more knowledgeable and had it in stock.Maybe in another year, Ill try them again to see if things have improved but so far they are 0 for 2.

I purchased the Royal Hunter RDA from High Roller E-cigs at 2533 S French ave in Sanford, FlThe o rings on the atty were not thick enough. If you turn the RDA upside down while on any modbox it would simply fall off. After purchasing it and putting it on my wismec reuleaux rx200 I showed it to Carson, An employee that says he is the morning Manager, and he said he doesnt have any rings for it and, thats just how they come sometimes believe it or not. He had a another RH RDA, but he would not exchange the atty for me. I basically just bought something I cant use. Again from here. I will definitely be staying away from High Roller E-cigs in Sanford, on Saturday French Ave. Unless it is for juices, or something small I wouldnt recommend the trip. Most of their products are unopened and Im afraid they are scavenged for accessories. The Royal Hunter RDA didnt come with the 510 Drip tip Adapter...However the box I had has an empty slot for it in the casing. Again, Juices are an average price there but as far as mech mods or attys I would stay clear of, unless unopened, and in the original package. I would recommend Vapor and Company at 3617 S Orlando Dr. Sanford fl 32773. They know there stuff there as well. They also helped me with the o-ring, and the Royal Hunter RDA works perfect! The cap is real snug now! I also purchased and Omega atty about 2 years ago from High Roller E-cigs at 2533 S French ave in Sanford. It had the same issue... For the Omega they gave me a different Atty. However the Omega RDA air holes did not perfectly match up. Unfortunately Ive had bad experiences purchasing other than juices, and batteries, coils, builds...but to think about it the last juice I bought wasnt even sealed. The seal was removed and the bottom half of the seal only remained. It did look a tad bit lower but it was the only one they had left. And they were out of the tester. So I assume they used it once or twice. Just be cautious of spending big money on products here. On the knowledge side, they are great! They do help with explanations and can be very resourceful. At Vapor and Company in Sanford you get what you pay for in an Unopened box!
