Steven,trey (william) and troy are the standard of what every shop employee should be,very welcoming ,honest review of any of their products, superb knowledge of vape industry. Amazing and roomie shop with plenty of space to build and to assemble anything you need.plus they have a kid section so children can play safely while I buy what I need.Vapo Co in sandford location is my only shop I will be going too and I live 40mins away,well worth the drive.

Love all the Vapor & Co locations, but Sanford is by far my favorite. The employees are knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. They always know what I want and have it ready for me when I walk in the door.The are also the best location in terms of time management- while they take the time to answer customers questions, show the products, etc, they are very aware of traffic in and out of the store, and they keep everything moving at a great pace. Love this place - I recommend them anytime I can. Great selection of products, accessories, and juices.

Ive been coming here for several years and keep meaning to leave a review.So many vape shops that Ive been to, the associates are typically incredibly rude, condescending or obnoxious, and a lot of the Vape Lounges end up making you feel as though youre inconveniencing them by walking through their door. It was such a common occurrence, that I figured maybe thats just how it is in this industry.Regardless, I decided to keep shop-hopping and ended up here one day. I was actually astounded. Everyone behind the counter, every person who has ever worked here that Ive interacted with, has been so kind, outgoing, and helpful. I absolutely love this shop. For the last few years, Ive been driving 30+ minutes completely out of my way to patron here. I always will.Highly, highly recommend this place.

The employee I had seemed knowledgeable but reluctant to help. He acted like I was bothering him and I was asking many questions to ensure I purchased a good product but he only answered with short indirect answers. Since I had an older Smok mod he just said they didnt offer that product and seemed unwilling to offer a suitable replacement. Prices seemed reasonable though, and the store was very clean. I just wish the employee was more attentive.

I absolutely love the Sanford store. Chris, Charles and Stephen are amazing and so Helpful. They truly care about the customers and experience they have in the store. They know the products and dont try to over sell. They get you the product that best suits each individual. I had one experience at the Altamonte store and would never go back there. I felt like I was unwelcome because I didnt spend enough money and I was wasting their time. I highly recommend the Sanford store and their professionalism and welcoming atmosphere and all the laughs and fun they provide to their customers!!!!

Best ecig store EVER! Ive been with them since they were in Sanford Flea Market!!!! They carry High Caliber brand e liquid, which is hard to find!!! Very laid back, lo key... Super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable! They keep track of your points by the amount you spend each visit (just give them your cell number). I get like $8 off every month or so, depending on how much stuff I buy, of course... Love me some Vapor & Co!!!

Can I give this place 10 stars? Please? Steven is amazing. And after a short hiatus, and going to get a cheaper product elsewhere, Im returning to vape and co for life. Dont pinch pennies, this place is worth every dime.

I went in about 2 weeks ago looking for something particular. The place is clean and well organized. The gentleman I spoke to, although briefly, was very courteous and helpful. They did not have the item I was looking for but should I need anything else, this is where I will shop. Customer service goes a long way. 5 stars for friendly staff and a tidy shop.

Staff is absolutely wonderful! First vape store I hit up since moving to Florida and its going to be my primary vape store for sure. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and overall very kind. The store is setup very nice, clean sharp environment. Very relaxing setup. They have just about anything you could be looking for as far as mods, juice, replacement parts, coils.

The Best Vape Store in Central Florida, and its not even close. The guys in Sanford, Trey & Steven especially, are knowledgeable and pleasant... always happy to help you with their remarkable selection of devices, juices and replacement parts. Good Shop! I drive from Deltona bcs they have great prices and for the most part everyone is nice and professional. Right at this moment I dont feel like giving them 5 stars, but dont get me wrong, is a good Shop with great prices, good staff.

I am very new to Vaping. I knew a little about everything and how everything works. I have been in the store twice now so I can honestly say these guys are awesome. Have met new People both times in the shop and they treat me like I have been there for years. Very comfortable place to go into and talk/learn. There recommendations on the flavors and nicotine levels are exactly on Par. I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend anyone who is hesitant on switching to just go in and talk with them. They definitely dont push you towards what you dont need. They know if I want to upgrade down the road I will be back. Which I will be, for a long time. Great job guys, keep up the great work. My favorite flavor so far is the Deluxe Pancake Man, soooo good. Thank you.

I had an awesome experience!! My 1st time in there and I was attended to asap.. I wish I remember the dudes name but he was great.. He had no problem with showing me all the diff 15 custard flavors they had till I found my 2 of choice!! I WILL BE BAK ASAP!! Check them out!!

Best place to buy vapes and supplies. Staff is honestly the coolest and knowledgeable out there. They have the best prices and really teach their customers before leaving. Stephen helped me and explained the salt liquids. I had a problem with the traditional because it was so chalky when I needed higher dosage of nicotine. I had gone back to smoking regular cigarettes and hated it. Today I took a leap and tried the salt liquids with the advice of Stephen and have not had an urge to pick up a cigarette in 4 hours so far. Im a 2 pack a day smoker so its awsome. They also gave me 10% off for for being a vet. Kudos to these guys. I undoubtedly reccomend this place as most of the other shop dont have this level of compassion and care for their customers. Best vape shop ever! They’ve got a pretty good selection of juice and vapes, but to me the best thing about this store is the people that work there. They’re always in a good mood, they engage with everyone that comes in and they’re always really friendly. It’s so nice to find a store with such great customer service, most of the time I’d much rather buy things online because of bad service.If you live in Sanford/Lake Mary, I definitely recommend you visit their store at least once, I think it will be worth your while.Also, Sanford store is better the Altamonte Springs location.

We walked in, looking for a new vape shop. We just moved here from Kentucky and didnt know what to expect.While my wife was looking at the fluids, my attention got caught by an awesome looking vape that had a low price tag on it. You dont want that, the attendant said. Its not very powerful and made when gimmicks were a big deal. What you already have is probably the best for you.I was flabbergasted. The employee had to talk me out of a sale. We got a couple new fluids and were very happy with them. Needless to say, were very happy with this place.Tl;dr- Good prices, quality products, employees that earned our trust.

This is my local Vape store, I love coming here. The associates are always easy to talk with and very helpful. I also love the point system and have saved quite a bit because of it.

The guys at the Sanford location definitely go above and beyond, every time!! They always exceed my expectations! Very knowledgeable about their vape tanks, mods, and juices. Previously, we would go to one of the locations 5 minutes from our home, but now we are happy to drive 45 minutes out of our way just to come to the Sanford location. I would recommend this location, above all others. The environment is very appealing, relaxing, and laid back. There is also a very nice lounge area to sit and vape or socialize with other customers.

My favorite place to go when I need a delicious juice. Staff is great! They explain all the complicated stuff in english and ifnyou just cant seem to build it right... Or dont know how..they will show you. Specials are awesome. They have competitions occasionally with prizes....and a kids play area so if you have littles, this is your place!

I quite smoking cigarettes about a year and a half ago and switched to vaping. I had been going to another shop that since closed down and only had another location up in Deland. I didnt want to make the drive so I started looking around Sanford to find a new vape shop. I was in the mall one day and found one but after an initial warm welcome, the next time I stopped in, they were very rude. Theyve since closed which made me happy, but before they did, I found Vapor and Co. and Im so glad I did. The staff, particularly Trey, is fantastic. They know what theyre talking about, they have great prices, and they even have a kids play area if youve got your little ones along with you. I absolutely will not go anywhere else now for any of my vaping needs. Thank you guys so much!

This is the spot to go. The dudes that work in here know Theyre stuff. I get more and more knowledge anytime i go in. Very satisfying because i like to ask a lot of questions. They got me hooked on the CALI MAXX SALT NIC. Ask what juice they recommend and you wont he steered wrong. In have yet to try one that i didnt like and they. Jist used the power of suggestion

Wonderful place for people into vaping. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The selection of mods is a good size. Juice selection is excellent. If you are new to vaping or a cloud chucker, they can answer any questions you have.

If youre going to start vaping, go here. The staff doesnt just sell you stuff, they are very knowledgeable and helpful, and will actually go through and TEACH you how to use the mods you buy. They have definitely gained a new customer.

Ive been vaping ecigs for over 2 years. I discovered these guys back when they they were just a flea market e cig shop over a year ago. These guys are always polite and professional and there always on top of the latest equipment. Before I discovered them I was a slave to totally wicked and the e fluid shipping game. Larry and the gang have a loyal customer for life. I have my entire office and all my friends that vape going there. Would recommend to anyone.
