Alexis is amazing. Shes always so knowledgeable friendly and welcoming. Its always a vibe when she works. Bless her with a raise its rare to have such amazing customer service. Unlike Jordan good luck if you have him. You might have to go to a different store for better care customer service if Alexis isnt working. But love the brand love the store.

This shop has pretty much everything you could think of for E juices and Delta hemp around thats of great quality, I bought some and was very happy with it, they sell Kratom as well for average prices. The only reason why I did not rate this 5 stars, is that the owner was there the day I first was checking prices as I just moved near the neighborhood and he told me hed beat any price around for e juice and I said that sounds great, Ill be back when in a couple days. When I came back I brought my receipt and bottle for him to beat the price of the vape shop I used to buy from thats farther away and he said no on the phone to the girl working, when I showed the girl working I paid 14$ and change with tax at my old shop, and also said your welcome to call them and ask there price, Well, I guess he changed his mind, because he told the girl working on the phone he wouldnt beat there price, then proceeded to charge me $19.99 + tax for the Twist bottle.. His other products are excellent, however i wont be buying my juice there.. So to sum it up; Their delta products are Fantastic and well worth it. He has a huge selection of alot of great products, and even has glass items, However his e juice his prices are extremely high..

Be careful when youre buying disposable vape items at the shop. Although the workers are very kind, the disposable items are flake and they have a no return no refund policy. I really liked the shop but the situation with the products killed my vibe

This place must of bought some reviews because it is NOT a 5 star at all.Also o have NEVER seen a person work here that is not caucasian, seems a bit racist to me.Especialy when both locations close to me are ran by the same manager and its the same at both locations.I personally know people that have applied here and were never called because they didnt fit the ,color of skin, they want working here.

I mainly go here because of their great kratom selection but they also have an awesome selection of glass, Delta, shisha, everything youd expect of a good smoke shop. The staff are always very friendly and will tell you if they have a deal on what youre buying. Unlike most places where you have to ask or look up their deals online and ask them to give it to you. Cant say anything negative as Ive had nothing but good experiences!

This place is easily the best place to go for a good high, the 250mg gummies are my go to, and the Hywaze brand vapes are really good! 10/10 recommend

This is the best store in the world , I LOVE HWAYZE.

I didn’t get his name but he was the only one in the store on 6/2/23 a little after 3 pm I went to purchase a disposable vape grape fume ultra and he tried to sale me 3 and I specifically told him that, I only wanted one . I proceeded to take out my card to make the payment, this clown again tries to sell me 2!!! I just ignored him. He over charged me out of spite 21.00 for a 15.00 disposable vape and I know he did it out of spite! My thoughts are he’s not getting enough business so they over charging people to level they books out. Very bad customer service arguing back with me and called me a B**** there are much better vape shops in Sanford this one is very bad business or they need to get rid of that particular worker
