Great great place to get massages. We got the membership and we have been getting massages from here from a few years now. It’s hands down the best place in the area. Super talented massage therapists, extremely clean and fancy place, which is quite big. Nothing like dingy small places as most massage places are in the area. Owner is very professional and thoughtful. In the past, I had let her know about some smaller issues, she very promptly looked into them and resolved them perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with this place and their services. I recommended this place to family members and friends, they tried it and loved it too. All therapists are great, but I am a big fan of Daniel and I request him most times. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This was our second visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. The staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was clean and cozy. They have a shower room available, but we didnt have to use it. We had a Swedish couple massage, and both Kim and Alex were amazing. Personally, I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Such a great experience here. It was my first visit and they made sure everything went smoothly. Deep tissue with Demi was a match made in heaven, I loved her style and it may be the best massage Ive ever had! Reasonable prices. The decor is totally soothing and the facility is super clean.

I am always nervous when going to a new massage place, I like to feel comfortable 😌, I like the place to be pretty and most of all the massage to be very good. This place had all of that, people are very friendly, the place smells really good, not overpowering, just perfect to relax, the music is great, beds are heated, rooms are private and the therapist was very careful and friendly. I felt very comfortable! I would definitely come back! A big plus, the experience was better than most Ive had in big name massage places with a very reasonable price.

Hit and miss. I had to update my experience. First time I tried it was great, the pressure was right and it was relaxing. When I purchased groupon, it was terrible I was having postpartum anxiety and I needed something to relax my body. The pressure was too much and I tried to keep telling the masseuse. She will adjust the pressure but after few minutes it was back to too much pressure. My body ached for couple of days and during the massage, my whole body is much more tense because of the pain. Gave at least 3 stars for the first time I tried and it was great.

Clean facility, but small inconsistencies in the process depending on your masseuse.The 1st time I had hot towels laid on me during the massage, but not the second time around for the same service. Also, they are very inflexible even when there are appointment changes initiated by themselves. Hence, docking 2 stars for the capitalistic service.But good price otherwise, and great masseuses.

Took a deep tissue massage after a great long weekend hiking, it felt really good and my therapist Natty was really patient and massaged really well on addressing the pain. Overall a great experience.

Purchased a Groupon for their facility and gave it a try. The facility is clean and organized. My masseuse was great. She asked about pressure and target areas. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. I would consider coming back (I drive about 40 min to get here, so distance is the main hold back).This place is located in a plaza with free parking. Tea bags available near the front door.

I did a deep tissue Swedish massage, it did hurt a lot but I felt amazing right after. It felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. They had to reschedule me since they did not have a female masseuse and offered me a free add on. The masseuse told me I had a lot of tension in my shoulder area and gave me some advice to ease it.You should try Groupon if it’s your first time, they have pretty good deals. It’s clean and they offer some complimentary hot tea and water.

Worst place I have ever visited, their system is defected and the personnel is rude. I have booked 2-6 guests massage option (not a couple) for me and my daughter at their website. I have chosen “any female therapist” and clicked on “copy services from guest 1”. I have checked that the option “any female therepist” was copied from guest 1 to guest 2. Then I have chosen the day and time and just clicked Book.When we came today, I was told that they have only 1 female and 1 male therepists. They don’t have 2 females. When I said the receptionist that I booked with 2 female therapist, the only thing she said several times is “No, you haven’t”. I even showed her on the website all the options I have chosen, but she rudely kept telling me “no, you haven’t”. Of course I will never have an undressed massage (with just underwear) with the male therapist. And I spent 2 hours of my personal very valuable time on just coming to this place and not getting a massage I ordered in their website.Also there was no manager available neither on the phone nor in person. So there was no one to solve this situation. The recentionist kept rudely saying “no, on Saturdays we do never have 2 females therapists option”. So how it let me to book then? Even if I will get a call from a manager tomorrow, why do I need it tomorrow? I need the problem to be solved at the moment it occurred.

I found this place on social media. If you search a massage place, there are lots of locations and options. However, the quality is various. Personally, I really care about safety and cleanliness. I booked couple massage as appointment before I went there. Once we stepped in, the front desk guided us to the room and the hallway looks clean. They has a shower room and also clean inside. The room is comfortable with soft music and make us relax a lot. After the message, we felt our muscles and body refreshed. I will definitely go there again and highly recommended. Price is expensive but it is worth it!

I have got one of my best massages in this place. My massager was communicating well with me to make sure that I’m happy with the massage and amount of pressure. They have got couple massage rooms too.

We had a couples massage and the massage was so bad that we started bruising. It was no way relaxing. We couldnt sleep at night due to the pain.

Cute little find with nice welcoming aroma. I had a 60 min Full body Swedish + Deep tissue massage and my masseuse Tracy was really good with removing my stubborn knots in my neck. I would come back again :)

Natty did an amazing job with the massage and cleared knots in the lower back. So relaxing and she listens to you. Must try the Thai deep stretching massage

I really enjoyed visiting! My masseuse was very kind and responsive when I asked for adjustments. The reviews that say the massages are too firm may be true, but I also think it’s important to communicate with your masseuse if you want something different. Everyone there was welcoming and the space was nice. Their prices are fair and better than other chains like Massage Envy. I would much rather support a smaller business and Allee was wonderful. One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. I will definitely be coming back.

Good clean and professional- masseur was strong and responsive to targeted treatment, which can be hard to find if you are on the larger side of the human size spectrum, like me.

This location is a bit hidden. My wife and I got a couples massage for our anniversary and it is one of the worst couples massages we have had. The beds are slanted in a room which is split in too and not intimate and not really set up for a couples massage. As far as the massage we got Swedish however it was so rough on my wife who told her message therapist is using 3 times to ease up that she needed to take Tylenol the next day and was in pain for several days. I also was in pain despite my high pain tolerance, however for 30 mins of our 90 minutes of my massage the therapist just shook random parts of my forehead an face cheeks. It was weird. Uncomfortable and the massage did not target any muscles where knots were worked out and for someone who has gotten a lot of massages it appeared they have very inexperienced masseuses. We came here because we had a gift certificate but will never comeback unfortunately. The gift certificate was for $250 and we paid an additional $80 to cover the 90 minutes couples massage which was $330 total cost for use to feel unsatisfied, stressed and injured after the fact. The staff was nice so feel bad leaving this review but don’t want others to feel robbed afterwards.

Had a couples massage for my husband and I a few days ago. The pressure that they use initially is really strong, but they do adjust the pressure if requested. The rest of my massage was great and I felt very relaxed. My husband however wasnt happy with his. His therapist focused on his back too much and barely did anything else. His head massage was just 20 seconds long,.while I got one for at least 10 minutes. It was our first time there, so we didnt know what to expect. Its not our responsibility to tell the therapist what to do. Dont think well be scheduling another appointment here.

I recently used my Mother’s Day gift of a 90-minute Swedish massage at Allee Message. I should go more often! Alex started with firm pressure followed up by softer and more relaxing massaging. His transitions were fluid and graceful. I was so relaxed when I left. I always have a great experience at Allee and their online booking system is simple. I can choose either “female” or “male” therapist or request a specific therapist.And if I have questions, it’s always easy to call or message them. They also very responsive

Went for a 1 hour firm swedish massage. Felt that the massage quality was really poor, especially considering the price. Won’t go here again.

Lovely massage spa. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Ive had 2 deep tissue massages, and they were great. Pressure was adjusted to my preference. If you need strong pressure, you wont be disappointed. I had one Swedish with hot stone and left totally relaxed. They have a shower available. I am very happy I found Allee Massage.

Im sorry but I had the worst massage ever. The best way I can describe the massage was that the masseuse applied oil on my skin, and she pushed my bones (e.g. my spine, my shin, my hip bone, clavicle, you get the point) with her elbow. I have so many knots in my muscles and theyre still there after I left. The massage hurts in a bad way because now I have more tension than before. Ive had a lot of deep tissue massages before, and this one is hands down the worst. I always have very low expectations when I try a new place, but this one is even worse than my expectations. I dont even know who my masseuse was because she never introduced herself. The only positive thing is that the place looks nice. I will not be coming back.

Some therapists are better than others for the deep tissue - but none are terrible!I wish theyd be a bit more forgiving for missed appointments - maybe charge half price instead of charging full price.Clean and prompt, would love to be back but probably wont just because I feel taken advantage of. When my friend couldnt make it to the appointment and I was left to pay the entire bill on their behalf when no service was provided. It just leaves me confused although Im sure they have their reasons.

I very rarely write bad reviews, but this one was the most frustrating experience. I was traveling cross country and wanted to get a deep tissue massage for all the knots I’ve been developing.The massage was good, she was very communicative and sweet, but could not cover my whole body massage, which I paid for. I had scrub on, which was sticky and done ONLY on my back, since I was getting late I asked her to end the sessions since she was over the 60min limit. But I want to stress and say, she is a good masseuse but there is room for improvement in managing time. The shower has no shower fell or body wash.Now, this is when my bad experience begins, since the scrub was sticky and stuff, I was to go take a shower. There was no hot water, I waited for so long, feeling sticky and irritated, there was just mild lukewarm water. I decided, I’ll go for it, because I didn’t want to put on clothes over the sticky scrub. But once I was under the shower, I realized that there was no body wash, just shampoo and I took a shower with shampoo.I went to check-out and let the guy in the front desk know that there was no hot water, he said “oh, the shower is broken”, me being very surprised, have also raised a concern saying, there is no body wash as well, just shampoo and conditioner, to which, his response was “oh, I don’t use the bathroom as much, so I don’t know” .I payed over $150+ for this service and I’ve potentially got the worst and my body is sore from all the massage.I ended up spending my money else where again.I did see some good reviews, maybe worked out for them, but I would never recommend this place to people I know.

My favorite massage therapist is Roman. He is the best I have had from any masseuse ranging from Vegas, to cruise ship, and even all inclusive resorts. He listens to your body and has given me the perfect massage every time. Allee is a great massage place and is so cool because they have a membership.

I’ve been here a few times and have had great experiences each time. The staff are very warm and friendly, the facilities are clean, and the decor is tasteful. Most importantly, the massage therapists are skillful. I will be coming here regularly!

Great place to get a massage. They have calming music playing in the background. The therapist listened to my preferences and did a great job working on my shoulders and upper back. The best part was the heat pad that relieved tight muscles. They also have aromatherapy add-one which can added to the massage (I did not avail those). I felt super relaxed after the massage. Would come again.

Recently went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The decor was comfortable, modern and very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well. I was able to make an appointment online very quickly and efficiently for that same day. I liked the available time options because my schedule doesnt always allow me to plan ahead. (more of a spur of the moment type person) My request was for a 90min deep tissue massage and had Roman. He was absolutely fantastic!! Definitely will be going back. If you want a great massage ask for Roman and you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

Amazing massage experience! My partner surprised me with a massage from this place and I honestly had no idea what to expect because I couldnt look up reviews or anything prior to the appointment. I am beyond impressed by this place. The exterior and interior looks incredibly modern and clean. All the massage rooms are standalone rooms so that you have full privacy to your own little paradise. Relaxing music softly comforts your experience. They have both male and female massage practicioners available. The massage beds are heated and the provided blankets are so soft and warm, both of which made me feel cozy against the slightly cool air. The workers were so professional, kind, and gentle. I never had a moment where I felt uncomfortable, especially since they turn off the lights for the entire session. I highly recommend this place to truly relax!

Okay wow. Jon or John (so sorry if I misspelled it!) But seriously knows his stuff. I literally just got done and had to sit and write a review at how wonderful my experience was. The ambiance was great, it smells lovely when you walk in, the massage was everything I needed. Deep tissue, Swedish and even like body movement. I feel so much better thank you. I am normally frugal but I would definitely pay that price again and it was totally worth it. My partner was with me and he very much enjoyed his first ever massage! Would go back again. Thank you!

This was easily the best massage experience Ive had. I was in pain and decided to call last minute. They double-checked their schedule and made room for me, which was awesome. My massage therapist was Vicky and shes amazing! 💗 Shes been doing massage for over 5 years and I melted in her hands. Word of warning to those whom dont like their massages hard- shes a strong lady. First of all the interior decorating was so lovely. They had me sanitize my hands and took my temperature before I went back into my massage room. I really appreciated these safety measures.Sara N was absolutely amazing. I prefer firm pressure and I was falling sleep. Sara checked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure. She was so kind. I was so relaxed after my massage. It has been over a year since I was able to get a massage. I was so happy that Allee Massage is open.Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

This was the worst massage I got, I wish I had read the reviews which were 1 star before booking my massage. Got a deep tissue and came back bruised and injured. The entire time I was wondering when will the massage be over. I dont think the therapist has any clue as to what is deep tissue. Sorry but will never go here again nor recommend it. Attached is pic of my bruise post massage. Not sure who gave this massage therapist a certificate or where she got trained but the history of my life getting massages and deep tissue, I have never walked away with a bruise.

I need a massage from my massage. Plua I hurt so badly from my massage ...Ive never experience this kind of pain from a massage. The therapist used his forearm almost my 90 min massage I hurt most of my massage time. Im sore to touch all over my body ....I waited 2 years to use my gift cards..

Allee massage was kind in rescheduling my appointment. I appreciate that. But for massage part.,its 0 star. I went for swedish massage 90minutes hoping it will make me feel good and relax but no difference i felt. Actual massage was 20min and other than were just time passing by pressing/pushing unnecessary points which is not required nor giving any affect.

This place has upscale facilities. Very neat rooms. Nice deco. The music was very soothing. The massage itself has nothing special to it. I paid around $100 for a one hour Swedish deep tissue massage. The feel was quite ordinary. I can get a better massage from all the other place where I would be charged $60. No value add in paying this much here.

Tl;dr - Tina is the most talented massage therapist Ive ever been to, and will change your life.Ive struggled with chronic back pain since having spinal fusion surgery at the age of 14. This has caused my muscles to tighten to the point where I rarely went a day without pain and had a limited range of motion.Back home in Illinois, I had seen a few massage therapists and, while they were helpful, none were to the caliber of Tinas mixture of skill, knowledge, and care. The first one I ever went to actually said I was in her top five worst clients for the quantity and difficulty of knots I had accumulated.But then I moved across the country and, by chance, was scheduled with Tina.After the first visit, I was able to stand up straight without even trying. My back naturally felt taller, and my shoulders position fell back instead of forward.After the second visit, I was able to bend over and touch the floor with my palms. MY PALMS. My lower back had such improved flexibility that I could finish my morning yoga with no difficulty at all.After the third visit, I could tilt my head to touch my shoulders with my ears.With each visit, something improves drastically and I havent had any pain since I started coming to her bi-weekly about 3-4 months ago.I am so truly thankful for Tina and the staff of Allee Massage for helping me get my life back, and you will be too.I recommend bi-weekly 60 minute Deep Tissue Deep Focus with Tina N.

Went for a couple’s Swedish + deep tissue massage with my husband. This was, hands-down the best massage I’ve had in a while, and I felt completely relaxed. I workout a lot, and I asked for some extra focus on some sore areas - my muscles were definitely grateful. Would definitely come back again.

Found Allee Massage through Google searching and I’m so glad I did! Went here today and had an appointment for a basic Swedish with a friend and my sister and we ALL loved it. After some bad experiences at other massage places I’m so glad we found Allee! The place is clean and the decor is beautiful. My masseuse took great care of me and next time I’m in town I’ll definitely be back!

BEAWARE! This place is a scam. I saw all the good reviews they had and saw that their services were more expensive than most massage places and assumed that the quality would also be good. I got to the place, I asked the massage therapist if she knew how to massage the piriformis muscle and she said yes.....she had no idea what piriformis was. she did something, not sure what but afterward my back started hurting. If a massage therapist does not know the basic anatomy, they should not be able to keep their certificate. this place is a scam. consider yourself warned.

This was my first time here and I went in for a 90min swedish massage. Minnie was my massage therapist and she gave me the best massage Ive ever had. Please to say I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again.

I received a deep tissue massage from Hanna and it was amazing. I work out a lot and usually my body is really tense. She found a lot of tense knots and relieved them. Felt so great afterwards.

This place was recommended to me, so I wanted to give it a try needed to get my sore muscles worked on. Went in fo 90 minute Sweddish and Deep Tissue Massage, very disappointed, for what I was charged, it was not a massage at all. The masseuse didnt use any pressure during the whole time. Over priced for a simple body rub. Search still on for a good deep tissue massage place..

AVOID THIS PLACE.. I visited Friday and have terrible ache and today is Monday eve already.My experience was extremely bad and hurtful. Did not feel relaxed at all. Was there on Friday eve and gave it a day to let go off the pain in back after harsh elbow massage on the back on the center where I had no prev pain. I felt sprained in my back right after and it got worse the second day. Moreover, not just that the masseuse was lost. She did one fore arm, missed the other, then one palm but not the second one, again same thing with the feet, when she realized she had some time left she continued with one leg for more than 15 mins, but hurried for the other leg less than 1-2 mins. I told her to focus area on my neck and lower back and she barely massaged there. She focused on the central part of the back where there was no stressed part to be focused. My back is in extremely bad condition then before and painful even with the slightest touch cause all she used was only , elblows to Massage, may be she do not know to handle leaner body types.Her name is Mary and try to avoid her...Edit :I tried reaching out to your office 4 times already and they are outright rejecting the call and being very rude. Tried calling the business manager 3 times since morning and she is worst like hell. She refused any help and said if I wrote another review she would deny the refund but was not at all apologetic about the incident.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALLEdit 3 :JAN 11: I have not at all tried to threaten for any free service. Infact I mentioned earlier in my comment that it was only my masseuse who was extremely bad, and asked refund for my part and not for the entire couples massage. Have visited many better places than yours, so I wished to have handled this better when reached multiple times since Friday. Had three sleepless painful nights and do not expect this AT ALL, on top of that waited 2-3 days and all I Received was just we cannot do anything. If you cannot hire a better staff with rude manager , DO NOT BLAME ON CUSTOMERS. Do your job well , you wouldnt receive this.

Easy to get a last minute appointment. My massage therapist did a good job, although I forgot her name (because I am not good at names). It was so relaxing that I fell asleep! I got the Swedish massage with CBD Oil add-on. I would have gotten a facial but they are not doing that now due to Covid-19. Thank you and I plan to come back again!

I was in dire need for some neck and shoulder work. Polly was expecting to perform a Swedish massage, but once she felt how tight my neck was, she did what any professional would do. Addressed my issues 💯. I was in a bad motorcycle accident about 8yrs ago and Ive been looking since then to find someone who could give me real relief. My search is over.

I live Allee massage for multiple reasons: easy online booking, chill vibe, and, of course, massage. I regularly go there to see Vicky for a combination of Thai, deep tissue, and swedish massage, and I always come out refreshed and deeply relaxed! Highly recommend!

So amazing, better than any massage place I have been too. Better than massage Envy, we are from Texas so sadly we wouldn’t be able to come again but so sad we wouldn’t be able to experience this again. Seriously the best! They care about getting every area of your body!!!

My wife absolutely loves this place. We been going to Garden Spa before the pandemic, then we came here when they opened up here. My wife recommends Raquel as that is her normap masseuse. My wife loves the 90 minute deep tissue. They are Covid 19 compliant as well.

I tried this place when I was doing business in San Jose. It is a gem! What a nice surprise. They are just a couple of blocks from Santana Row. Super nice staff, knowledgeable massage therapist. I will be back. They just started a membership program. Very reasonable place and quality for the price.

Excellent massage therapists. Deep tissue, swedish and a number of modalities. Hot Stone and a variety of essential oils offered. Very clean and efficient staff. Tips are customary for high quality massage.

I had a good experience, Roman was the masseuse and Id recommend seeing him. I also liked how fast they started and the ambiance of the place overall was very nice.

Great spa! The walls are a little thin so we could hear the restuarant next door. Anna was fantastic, she knew exactly which muscles needed attention.

They charge you for deep tissue massage and do a very mediocre job. My 90 minutes massage ended 15 minutes and they took off just 10 bucks from the bill.

I didnt expect the masseuse to literally jump on my back. A warning would have been nice. I didnt like that surprise. You almost feel violated. And aside from that, the message was ALRIGHT.
