I would stay away from this vape shop. I called in to inquire about a Caliburn vape unit and I was quoted $24.99 which is the normal price at other shops. When I arrived the guy with the glasses working the counter charged me $44.99 and told me I must have misheard him. I checked the shops other reviews and there are other people saying he tried ripping them off as well. Dont get ripped off.

The younger gentleman that works there is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about anything vape related and has wonderful customer service attitude. I cant say the same for owner who was impatient, borderline rude and offended basically no help at all when asked any questions. The 5 star rating Im giving pertains only to the helpfulness of the younger employee there. Would have givin a 1 star if I was unlucky enough to go there on his day off and had to deal with his Boss. That man is lucky to have an employee like that and should give him a raise in my opinion.

This place has good staff. They give knowledgeable, honest recommendations all while not trying to sell you. Its a nice balance. Moderate selection; they were the ONLY ones, within Santa Cruz, that were stocked with the product I was looking for. Would rate five stars but their signage is a little hard to see. Tip: this place is to the right of the pink house.

Great staff always friendly and helpful and they always have the (rare) items I want. They were closed all last weekend though so I hope everything is ok

Its a small shop, but have a good selection. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant, and had everything I needed.

Omid and Chris are the life of this store! Ive pretty much never had a bad experience with those two because they know what theyre talking about, dont try to upsell you, and are always a pleasure to talk with. Their juice selection is also very good and competitive. I havent bought too much gear from Green Vapors, but their lineup seems solid at least.

Liked it a lot. Found just what I needed at a fair price. Very helpful counter person. Very small shop, liked it much better than the big store downtown.

Was my favorite vape store for a couple of months. Now it seems to of gone the way of all the rest in that the inventory is not what consumers are looking for.Most inconvenient is the way the juices are kept where the labels are too far to read from the customers side of the counter forcing you to ask the employee to either read the label to you or get it off the shelf and hand each one to you just to see if it’s a flavor you want.There’s no system to the placement of any of it so finding what your looking for is almost impossible

The dude helping out was super friendly, found what I needed right away.

The help I received was top notch, I usually buy o line but because of government taxes and shipping restrictions local is better.

This is my go to spot for all things vape in Santa Cruz. Awesome staff and even though theres not a lot of selection, they always seem to have exactly what I want. 5 stars!

Great little shop

It’s a small little shack. High priced compared to other shops. But they got what you need. Although they did seem like they didn’t know that much.

Always have what I want and good prices. Cool employees and obnoxious jerks like some other shops in the county.

I needed a place to replace my lost vape supplies. Good selection of vape oil and were open, could be open longer than 7pm.

Guy working was super nice and help full. would recommend for getting coils nice and cheep here.

Great lil vap shop, very helpful and carry items most other shops dont.

Went in the morning about 30 min after they were supposed to open and the door was locked. Tried to call, no answer. Kind of disappointing
