A1 smoke shop

This is the best smoke shop in town. They have Puffco stuff and they don’t overcharge. The new location (right next to the old one) is much bigger and you can tell that it’s a business that somebody cares about.

They are literally NEVER open at 9am. Every time I come, I sit in the parking lot for over 25-30 minutes waiting for them to open. & no one ever shows up. Its 9:20am & they are still closed. Ive seen like 3 people walk up to the door walk back to their car and drive away.

My go to for all my smoking needs, friendly service, and the night guy is a lil cutie and just as helpful as can be. Love the new place, classy looks very nice and the tall guy working is also a cutie and friendly. Still my go to

I havent been there yet but when I called a few days ago to inquire about specific products the girl that answered the phone was so nice and patient with me. I explained to her what I need and she was very educated on what they sell and helpful. I honestly cant remember her name but I thought she was so awesome. She even said I can go in when she is working so she could help me with any of my questions. This tells me everything I need to know before going into a place and if the staff is very kind and patient I can imagine the customer service they provide when actually gong into the store. I love that and honestly cant wait to go in for the first time.

They overcharged me for the product after I confirmed TWICE the price since nothing is labeled (2x $4 items (already a high price for the items) cost over $14). I called them immediately and they said the only option was to come back in store. Yet I am from out of town and do not have access to a vehicle for the rest of my trip. I informed them of this and they told me there’s nothing else they can do. I am beyond glad I asked for a receipt. Be aware if you visit here that they might overcharge you for what you purchase, make sure you get a receipt, AND CHECK IT BEFORE YOU WALK OUT. I feel incredibly scammed by this shop.

Good selection but some of their prices are way too high. I spent $10 on 2 small Boveda packs. Stopped at another and was only charged $5 for 2 small one.

The guy with glasses helped me the best I’ve ever been helped at a head shop. He knew his product and handled every customer with a smile

SHOUT OUT to the girl working!! She was frickin awesome! She gave me a lot of good advice. She was SUPER PATIENT with me (even though I was being very indecisive) I couldnt make up my mind so I was asking a lot of questions, but she ddnt seem to mind answering them at all.. (And she ddnt get rude, or get an attitude- like some other shops do) The shop has a real good vibe, very welcoming and friendly. the ppl are super cool, and very knowledgeable.. I will definitely be going back!!

Im sure this is a good place to shop, but when we opened the door, not a single person was wearing a mask. If youre an anti masker, you will love this place. Its not for us and they lost our business because they wont wear masks.

The store looks nice inside. Clean and stocked. The employee at the time gave horrible customer service. She was just gossiping and making tiktoks with another customer. Another two “customers” walked in and joined in on the fun . There was three people there making tiktoks and joking around with the employee all of them using foul language while I’m there kinda just waiting for my turn to be helped. After a few minutes I just walked out. I used to love A1 when it was next to the tire shop. Now it went from my most favorite smoke shop to the smoke shop that I would never recommend. Very disappointed

They are never open at 9am like their hours state. Im here and its 9:15am still closed. The butcher dollar tree the hair Salon all open. Only thing closed is A1 smh

The best service I have experienced at a smoke shop! Sure, it is slow in between customers, but I really appreciated the personal attention and good advice for purchasing a special product!

I dont know his name but the person who helped me is knowledgeable on products and made good suggestions since they were out of the ElfBar I get. Left happy.

This place has been my go to for over 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always knowledgeable and if they don’t have it they will get it for you. Highly recommend this place to anyone in town or visiting.

Very helpful sales lady. It looked like they had plenty of pieces and smoking accessories. I bought some butane for $5... Works well no complaints.
