First shop I tried out after moving to Santa Fe. I’ll 100% be going back! Mason and Dennis were extremely helpful and cool to talk to. No shortage of products and both of these guys knew their stuff! Dennis also reminds me of Kenny from We’re The Millers because he’s clearly there for the vibes and doesn’t realize everyone else is getting paid. He had great tunes playing as well! Definitely check them out!

We had a great experience at Red Star today. Kastle and the other man working were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of juices and can tell you about the flavors so you know what youre getting. They also have a great stock of coils. This was our first time visiting Red Star, but we will definitely be back, in spite of the store being two hours from home. Its worth the drive.

Had a snafu with my Novo 4 and the coil on a weekend (Sunday) and needed help. Got a lot of good advice from Mason and got a Vapresso as backup. Great service and really came through for me and my options.

Wes and Mason were so helpful! I spent almost 3 hours learning about vapes. If you need knowledge or any information on vaping, this is your place!Update:My first vape was defective. Wes swopped out vape for his so he could troubleshoot mine. When I came back a couple of weeks later he affirmed it mine was defective. I gave him his vape back and Red Star let me get a new, smaller vape that was priced less than my original purchase. So Wes and Mason also gave me a gift card for the rest of my original purchase. Horrible Experience gave the place a shot I like to try new products they tried saying these were new and weren’t on the shelf yet no wonder they sold me that one They didn’t want to replace the Dispo the the manager should be able to make it right they even got my phone number to call me back n say no they cant it been tolong .I wish I can dispute this transaction I would but I paid cash for this junk I asked if they can maybe discount me on a future purchase and not even that or any it was fake sympathy & I need that to help me stay off other stuff they don’t care cause they know their customers are addicted I spend a lot on these and pretty often pretty upset they didn’t want to help me at all basically said sorry nothing we can do for you I am trying to better my health and that’s one of my alternatives so it’s very frustrating to not get what I wanted and need when I gave them my hard earned money. Like I said they couldn’t even offer me a discount on a future purchase when I asked nicely They ask everyone to leave a good review I wonder why. Very Upset ruined my day and my week

Doesnt matter whos working, place is a vibe. You can try out Dispo Bars before you buy them and theyre cheaper than what youll find most other places. Locations a bit small and traffic is a bit tricky to navigate, but other than that the place is pretty solid.

Keegans custom service was excellent, as well as a great selection of products! They are my go to vape store for geek bars and everything I need!

Usually I have a good experience here...but not today. Employee (Wes according to the receipt) couldnt have been more condescending and snippy. Maybe it was because I am a senior, idk.Grabbed a sample right out of my hand.Ended up buying the product but the grabbing wasnt necessary. He was so nice to the person before me too,lol!!!Oh well. There are other vape shops...and hopefully you have other employees.With good customer skills.

If they have a vape juice marked as clearance for 8$ and it rings up as full price. They should honor that price but they didnt. I suggest they fix there prices so other customers dont run into this same issue. The new guy working there seemed like he didnt care about the situation.
