Sacred Garden Dispensary - Santa Fe

I just called to get information about specials and a woman answered the phone and accused me of being the same person that apparently called her a couple minutes ago and cussed her out on the phone said that it was the same exact number which I think is highly improbable because I have a Florida number and then said she didn’t want to tell me anything going on in the store. I find it absolutely wild because A. I’m a woman. And b I was accused of causing someone out when this is the first time I’ve ever contacted the store? And apparently she’s a lead as well. Poor management in my opinion .

I love this place. Ashley is great. So is Nick!! I also love Dionysia. She is amazing. I just didnt know how to spell her name, which is as unique as she is! ❤️ honestly Anthon is super nice, Joseph is great to visit as well. Great staff.

Best Dispensary in town! Strengths are great, prices are fair, Rufina Circle location is very nice and customer service is excellent. I especially appreciate Bud Tender, Keynan. He is a ray of sunshine and knows his customers needs. I recommend Sacred Garden highly and would not choose any other dispensary.

I went in to buy a certain product that was showing on their website. When I was getting ready to check out the price rang up as something different. So I got something else. They did give me a $2 lighter. The cashier was very polite. They had a great variety. Very clean and professional. Other than that seems to be a good place 👍

The folks who helped me were friendly and patient, and were more than happy to explain all the various deals they had going in the store. I thought their prices were very reasonable and they were very helpful with recommendations. They also have some really cool swag /shirts available! Very solid dispo, customer service is everything to me, and Sacred Garden has it.

SO NICE! Ive been a patient of Sacred Garden since I moved to Santa Fe over 5 years ago. Have never once been disappointed - extremely fine quality in every category and hands down the nicest staff anywhere. Sacred Garden is a cool dispensary. The vibes are good old hippy vibes. It evokes the old days. There is a Buddhist Temple diagonally across the street.

This shop has a good variety of quality products. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place.

Hi, honestly this is a great dispensary store. I find myself going to Sacred Garden on Luisa just as frequently or more this last few years than i go to any other dispensary. The staff is cool and laid back plus helpful and seem to be kind too. They also have glass for great low prices, and their own sacred garden shirts and hoodies. They have more there like tinctures health related, i bought an elderberry cbd product i add to water. They have a selection of edibles like cookies and chocolates for example with either or sativa / indica. If youre medical they have a stronger kind for sale as well. Then the flower selection is superb and priced nice. One of the reasons i like it there. This location is near cordova on a side street .From there you have downtown near and many restaurants also close by. There are many dispensaries around Santa Fe but i could care less about going somewhere new here i havent been to yet, cuz i know where its at. So i stick to what i know and thanks to the peeps working hard at Sacred Garden.

Visiting from colorado. this place was so awesome, and Aaron (I think, and hope), was absolutely incredible. they were so helpful, and the cute little chick that checked our ids was also delightful. quality is also great. very grateful

Parking was slightly confusing, otherwise amazing place with awesome prices and products (been looking for certain strain for a while and they had it) the staff was amazing, was referd their by anothe location (Verdes), plus they informed us of awesome deals they had going without me asking.

This is *the* best dispensary in Santa Fe, hands down. Its super clean and chic, the bud is phenomenal, and dont even get me *started* on the staff!! All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, though I will say that Keynan is THE BEST BUD TENDER IN THE STATE -- They are so sweet, soooooo knowledgeable, and is always in great spirits and amazing energy -- Sacred Garden is super lucky to have them!!!!

For years this store was The Best place to get flower.Not anymore. Last week they had five(5) varieties to pick from, all were brown, crumbly and earthy . No mas.

Theyre kind, professional, and helpful. Its my go-to place because Im treated like family there. And I like the Vietnam Vet who brings his little service dog to work in the reception room. Theyre a joy to see firstwhen I walk in the door.

Very disappointed with this dispensary. I usually go to another shop in town but thought I would venture out and try Sacred Garden to see what they offer. I placed an order online and received text messages that it was ready. When I went in , they couldn’t find my order and acted like I messed up and placed it at one of their other locations….I wasn’t sure if I had messed up so I said ok well let’s figure out what I had purchased. Most of what I purchased wasn’t even available to me as apparently it is medical only, however, they haven’t put the time and effort into their website to ensure a smooth and CORRECT transaction. If you choose to place an order under their recreational button - then the ONLY products that come up should be recreational so their is less confusion on the customer side. After deciding on what I could get and wanted guess what…..:they found my order sitting right there in the cooler behind the desk…oops THEY were wrong not me….no apology…no nothing for making me feel stupid . Well, so much for venturing out.

This place has always been a favorite spot, you have/had really good tasting pre rolls in the past, recently I got a few, but for some reason they all taste like leaf, talk about a migraine, sorry guys your pre rolls need more flower and less leaf

The Bud Tenders Albert and Aaron are always considerate when you are shopping on a budget. You see and smell your product as it’s packed, in any qty you can afford. They know me by name and treat me like family. Thank you Sacred Garden for all you do!

Excellent and friendly staff. Decent weed, and good deals. The bud tenders will typically reccomend strains based on previous purchases. If you are having trouble with your chip card, please pull money out beforehand as their machine has the swipe option disabled and they will ban you for not being able to pay and call it behavioral issues for trying to get your card working.

The employees are always willing to take the time to educate me on the different strains of cannabis that they carry. Aaron is my favorite because he accommodates me promptly, especially since Ive been placing my orders to pick up at the curb.

Its potential has dropped. Customer service is great. But when you give an honest review, you can expect to be treated differently. Im a usual customer, I asked for an indica politely and got a sativa. When I said my order was wrong I got the stink eye and had to watreatditional 10 minutes. For this treatment is not something id like to endure much longer, Ill be going to best daze.

This is a very professionally run store. It seemed very clinical compared to its competitors. As far as product goes, that depends on market availability as is with other dispenseries as well. The variety quality is comparable also. If you want a good safe bet. Here is a good choice.

This has been my favorite dispensary in Santa Fe for years. They have a fantastic selection of products, the bud tenders are savvy and can ring you up or talk with you knowledgeably about how to get the most from your cannabis. They have a rewards program too…now how groovin’ is that?

Had traveled 1 hour to get to Sacred Gargen, got there at about 6:40 PM, waited in line, the lady told me they did not accept my card which I use everytime I go in. I left to get money out from US bank right up the road, I called to make sure they would wait for me, the lady told me yes.. I got there and the lady told me she couldnt sell me after 7, it was 7:03 mind you and she turned me away after traveling a ways to get there. Very disappointed, I give them a lot of business.. the service sucked and I hope to speak to a manager!

Aaron (the manager) was very friendly, caring and informative. He tookthe time to help me choose my products and calculate the costs. So patient. He let me know of all the wonderful specials they run including their weekend $15 specials which includes a THC coffee drink! I highly recomend Sacred Garden.

I wasnt expecting much on my first visit but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming and friendly, while also being very knowledgeable and professional. I know Ill be confident and comfortable coming here thanks to the staff.

Ive been very happy with sacred garden for 2 years and have exclusively recommended them to my friends. Until today. Adrian has become increasingly rude. Today was the last time Ill be in to have it directed at my caregiver or myself. Ive also seen him be very short with other patients. This is not a healing environment anymore, sad to leave.

My husband is a patient here. He told me that they are very friendly and informative about the products they sell. Have a very large selection of smoke, oil and edibles. Offer veteran discount and other incentives and special. They are so awesome, we got there just as they were closing and they helped us anyway.

Worst customer service in town. They charged me for 600 mg salve and I double checked my badgbefor I left and saw they gave me only 300 mg but charged me for the 600 that I asked for. So I asked if I could have the one I paid for and they said they were out, so then I asked if I could have another 300 mg to make up the difference but instead they said they can’t do that after I was waiting in parking lot for 20-30 min for them to figure out what happen and just walked out with my money and said we couldn’t sell the product they already handed me and made and made me give it back. Customer service/ manager should have just made it right for the customer and lost out on there end if there was a price difference, cause I would have lost out on my end if I didn’t check my bag and made sure everything was correct. I will never go back to this dispensary unless owner contacts me and make things right. HOPE ANYONE THAT SHOPS THERE DOUBLE CHECKS THERE ORDER AND MAKE SURE THEY ASK FOR A RECEIPT.

They used to be just awful, selling garbage at the highest price putting profit far above patients.Now under new managment they are exponentionally improving. I look forward to seeing them get better and adding more stars.

They have been so rude to myself,my sister and husband. Use to go there all the time but wont go again after the 2 last visit. We will spend our money at Shift,New mexicann or fruit of the earth organics. We would spend at least 200.00 but not anymore. If you choose this place be prepared for rude budtenders.

Love these Dispensaries! Sacred Garden emolyees are very informative and have ample knowledge of every strain they have in the store. The first couple of times I walked in, I will admit, I was very naive knowing about the srains and the whole medical marijuana industry. I was rushed, and when I asked questions the employee made me feel stupid. So I never went back in there for over a year. Well I was in need of medication really bad one day and was literally right next to sacred garden. I took a chance and I went in and I was so pleasantly surprised with the new employees that they had recently hired. I dont remember his name and Im so sorry guy, but he was so awesome and professional and helpful and knowledgeable and I hardly ever buy any kind of accessories from dispensaries but I ended up buying a long sleeve shirt a bong and a chillum plus flower and a cartridge for my nephew. ( He also is a patient) And I bought all of those things because of the customer service he was so kind to give me. All of your workers should be that way sacred garden. And I have been a frequent customer since and will continue to be thank you sacred garden happy 420!!

I’ve lived in states where cannabis is fully legal for the passed 6 years. Since moving to New Mexico all stores have seemed weird and sketchy, horribly supplied and some with almost no inventory beside a single jar of nasty looking dirt weed sitting on a counter. This store and the bud tender helping me was my first cannabis shopping experience in New Mexico that made me feel comfortable buying the concentrate products I prefer. Mauti (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was informative and honest about where in the legal growth process the cannabis industry is at in New Mexico with me and was knowledgeable of products, strains and terpines profiles. Thank you for a positive shopping experience more similar to that in states like Oregon, Washington, California and Colorado. I look forward to my next experience in this store.

I really used to like this place but there are so many better dispensers in santafe sacred garden is over priced for instance they have psychoberry 22% for 13$ a G to top it off it really dry and not flushed properly when you smoke a joint the ashes are dark black not good it should be light gray before you come here look around you will for sure find better bud for better prices ultra health 9$ grams all day every day up to 29%thc could list more but just look around you will find better we work hard for are money

Its a great space, the customer service is exceptional and the environment is clean! That of course, its just a part of it the medical cannabis there is always a high quality and the tenders always steer you in the right direction!

Highest THC flower they had last three times I went was around 22%. That makes the smoke hot and not very strong at all. Looks like stuff from 1999 and there jars have no Crystals on the sides. Other suppliers in town get up to 30% which is sticky and nice. These flowers are about 1/3 less powerful and I can tell its not strong medicine. Only reason I go anymore is because they are open sundays. 2 stars only because they are friendly, but a 1 star review would be suitable as thats about all thier grower can manage.

My 1st time. I walked in. 2 females did not say hello. She took my card and got on the phone. Leaving me standing there. I did not matter to them. Horrible

Beware this place is not what it used to be the last time I went in I was treated very poorly not even greeted one smile but Marcos wasnt there. The new manager kate is very rude we had a small disagreement that cause me to not want to go back ever again based of the reaction. ALSO THEY ARE VIOLATING HIPPA BY RECORDING YOUR AUDIO ALONG WITH VIDEO SUPER ILLEGAL. ask next any other dispensary your not allowed to record audio for privacy reason. You gotta stop by Sacred Garden, they grow the best cannabis! Beyond the fact their strains are consistently more potent in THC than any dispensary in New Mexico, its the consistently-robust terpene profiles that elevate their flower to another level. And all that great flower goes into all Sacred Gardens in-house organic edibles, concentrates, tinctures and topicals. As a medical patient I love how kind, patient and knowledgeable the Sacred Garden staff is. They have five locations around New Mexico, so theres always a Sacred Garden not too far from me. Whether Im in Burque, home in Santa Fe or visiting friends in Las Cruces or Ruidoso, I know Im covered. My bud tender was telling me how they feed their plants only all-organic nutrients and grow them pesticide-free! Thats pretty RAD! All paths lead to The Garden for me. Check em out.

I had been taking straight CBD pills due to seizures and I would take them before I went to sleep all was good until a knew worker messed up and gave me sativa capsules which triggered a seizure the old manager Randy said since that happen theyd give me a 10% discount for life and now that the new manager is there she says otherwise. Definitely talking to cooperate. If I could give these guys a ZERO star I would. Also their scales are off always ripping people off. I stick to KURE or Best Daze and even Shift.

This place has great selection of flowers and edibles. The people work hard, but they need a faster way to get people out. It is the most expensive dispensary of all of them so make sure on the quality

This is my favorite Medical Marijuana store. They carry a lot more than just leaf for those of us who dont smoke it. I like the sprays and tinctures. Their prices are reasonable as nd they have a happy hour.

This is a medical marijuana dispensary. They have a full line of smoking medication and eating medication. I personally dont eat a lot of meds but what I have had there was worth eating. The bud is always good and is packed while you are there. They usually have an ample supply but go early because they run out.

They have a manager who seems like she is too old and maybe doesnt know enough about cannabis usage.They over sell on cost of their low dosed edibles (you can get stronger elsewhere!)They also oversell on the medicine they have been buying from Conpssionate Distributors! They are selling it for $13 a g at Sacred Garden when on the compassionate distrubutors website they are only selling it for $9/$10 a gram - Sacred is flat out ripping us off!Better off growing your own or going to fruit of the earth!
