I had divine alignment with Ramona…. She is amazing!!! I was experiencing knee pain and in just one session I am now able to move it freely without the pain. I have already booked my next appointment. Not only did I feel relief from the pain, but I also felt this sense of peacefulness and clarity. I feel she has a true healing gift. Beautiful energy!!

Probably one of the most high-end and exclusive spas in Los Angeles. Was not too pricey compared to other spas in Los Angeles. Body scrub really left me invigorated, and ready for the rest of my day. The business owner and all the staff were extremely nice and pleasant from start to finish of my experience. Truly a 10/10 experience all around

I recently traveled to Santa Monica to celebrate my birthday. The entire experience was amazing. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front office staff and provided a tour. I will note that the spa is very intimate, clean, and peaceful. I spent some time in the jacuzzi before receiving my spa treatment. I booked a 2 Hour Clay Journey Treatment. The entire experience was relaxing. I soaked in an aroma therapy tub for approximately 10 minutes. Then my body was vigorously scrubbed from top to bottom. I felt as though Aileen was very attentive. I was then given a clay body mask and facial mask. You also have the option to wash your hair, but I opted out. The final step of the service was an oil massage and milk rinse. My skin felt so smooth and soft. I absolutely loved the entire experience. I plan on booking another appointment during my next trip to California. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Look elsewhere. Booked a couples massage, perhaps one of the lowest quality massages we have experienced. Spent more time rubbing lotion on us than actually doing a therapeutic massage.Pros:-Availability of appointments-Location convenient for Santa Monica-Easy parking around the areaCons:-Not sure if we had an actual massage therapist. Overall quality of massage was not good. Really didn’t feel much better afterwards.-Hot/cold rooms feel more like a gimmick. Reflexology via floor mats seemed silly.-Location of locker rooms and setup odd. -Lockers annoying to open and close.-Limited selection of robe sizes-Ambient music system annoying. Songs randomly skip, static playing through speakers.All in all, this experience was not worth the money. Unclear why this is so highly rated.

I came here for a facial as well as a couples massage and it was absolutely wonderful! The environment was so peaceful and the staff made us feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back!

The most indulgent experience a person can treat themselves to. This facility is flawless. They have slippers, cover ups, towels and bathing suit optional if nudity is not for you. Jen is an angel. She has the gift of gab, if you like to talk. I will be back!

We went on a Monday so it wasnt crowded. The Groupon rate was $20 each. The rooms are small, 4 people Max unless u have absolutely no personal space bubble. Two of the rooms were not working (co-ed clay and womens dry sauna). Parking was relatively inexpensive - we stayed for about two hours and paid $3.50. For the price, was ok.

Ramona Popa is the Best! I had a divine alignment with her today and I walked out with absolutely no heel pain, a feeling of mental clarity, completely relax and stress free. Even my blood sugar was stable the entire day! I feel like a phoneix born again from the ashes. Ramona is a healer no doubt, her expertise on the ancient art of healing with her hands using different modalities is superb! I highly recommend her divine alignment!

Small basement spa, best body scrub and message.. ever!Mens side has a simple sauna, but call about 3 hours before arrival and tell them to turn it to high. It took about 2 hours to get above 130⁰. The steamroom is very basic.No salt Jacuzzi or hot Jacuzzi at all.Pricey for the total value.I like them, and I dont like them.What can I say?

Beautiful spa, exceptional service. We had tempered our expectations due to the climb down the dark stairwell, but upon entering the spa itself, everything was lovely! We couldnt get enough of all of the amenities, and appreciated the option to wear a swimsuit in the whirlpool (its a Korean bathhouse style spa, with a good mix of services). The employees were friendly and extremely skilled, and we honestly could have stayed there all day. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon here and would love to go back. Thank you so much!

Its a soft, fresh breeze tickling the soul, nonfiltered metal and spiritual exscape  As you journey through there many magnificent sauna rooms, after receiving a, majestic, Swedish massage. It was angelic. ma; my masseuse, an angel without wings whos hands captured beauty,peace  and tranquility.  This place is earthy, transcending pungent scents to fill the nose, impurities are removed by a Korean clay sauna, euphoria..... the hot, humid breeze that feels moist and thick, rejuvenating.....i keep going on to the Arctic room getting closer to my relaxing destination, I enter the Himalayan salt room elated one pleasure at a time.After some time, ( 4 to 8 )I notice that this is just what I needed.Dont just live be alive.....

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this spa for a while. Working as a chef I really carry a lot of tension all over my back and lower half of my body, not including the mental stress that comes with it. When I came to the space the staff was very welcoming and helpful , the masseuse was definitely a professional, avoiding all the pressure points and sensitive areas, I was fully relaxed and refreshed and felt like all the tension and stress washed away after I left the spa. I will definitely be making regular visit to this spa.

I have been a member on and off for the past 12 years. This place is always so welcoming and offering great customer service. I highly recommend booking a 90 minute massage with Jessie!!! He is truly talented in his work. 60 minutes is just not enough. There are also other wonderful services like scrub and facials. I’ve stayed a member because of the great value in membership abs access to facilities and of course wonderful staff. Thank you so much

Cute intimate Korean style spa. I didnt get a chance to try the massages or services but I fully enjoyed the day spa pass! It was a bit pricey but there werent many people on a Friday night and it was still peaceful and quiet and worth the money in my opinion. Loved all the little sauna rooms and especially loved the large size hot tub it was awesome I went in there like 5 times within the 3 hours I was there lol. The people who checked me in and gave me a tour of the facilities were super nice and hospitable! I loved the separate showers with the incredible Aveda body wash and shampoo etc and I love and that you get slippers!!! Best part was definitely slippers. I get grossed out walking around barefoot in wet places like spas because of bacteria so the slippers were a dream come true!! Every Korean spa should have slippers I think! Anyways I had a great time and felt amazing when I left. Super nice and friendly folks. Would highly recommend!

I’d been to the spa before and was excited to go back for my birthday to have the same masseuse. I booked my appointment in advance and requested my masseuse. I arrived early, enjoyed the amenities and when it was time for my appointment (a 90 minute massage), I didn’t get the person I requested. I was so disappointed and shared it with the front desk. They apologized and said she was booked with someone else. There was nothing done or offered to try to remedy the situation, other than an apology. The massage I received was OKAY. I expected more in the way of customer service—especially given the price and the occasion. I don’t know if I will be back.

I highly recommend this place for massage treatments. I had been feeling pretty stressed and my back was really sore after the holidays. I found this place after searching a bit online. My initial thought was that the prices were higher than my budget, but I decided to try.I scheduled a deep tissue massage for same day and headed for a late appointment. My therapist was very professional and skilled. I honestly think it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. There’s good tea that greets you in the waiting area and then a nice room setup with robe, shower and chocolates. The service started with a foot massage and then the deep tissue.I will for sure head back soon. Absolutely rid me of the holiday stress.

Today I had a 90 min scrub with Mai, it was incredible, she has a healing touch with fabulous hands to massage, hair wash and facial. I feel amazing. The spa is super clean & chill. Easy to park in structure next door. Lovely helpful ladies at the desk.I highly recommend.

First time here, we enjoyed our experience and our treatments. I felt like I had new skin after my body scrub it was super invigorating and intense but great. Lots of different sensations and my body felt great! Everyone is very nice, But there in an attention to detail I feel is missing in some areas. The lighting is off everywhere it feels too bright and not spa-like. More gym like. The salt room is better on the floor than the stools that can be unsteady. Cold room was not very cold on this day and spa jacuzzi was down. The eucalyptus spray in the steam room isn’t very good and it takes time to heat up which we didn’t know at first. Needs big body robe sizes. No body lotion in the bathroom maybe it was for purchase but I feel it should be available especially after a shower or a body scrub. I would definitely come back I just think these little things are big things in a spa environment.

Good customer service! I called them million times to make sure I knew what I was getting for my friend and I and every time they answered kindly! I forgot the receptionist name but she is amazing and showed us all the rooms and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend it! I took pictures but friend is not fan of pics so won’t be posting them

This Spa is awesome!!! This is my second time visiting. I received a Vsteam and a Shiatsu Therapeutic Massage both were great. I also enjoyed the different spa rooms they have and the customer service is superb. This place is a hidden gem.

I will never stop loving you Tikkun. I wish there was a Tikkun in every state i visit. The amenities are amazing. The prices are amazing. The staff are amazing. The atmosphere is amazing. I would live here if i could.

This place—under Burtons—is amazing. I love reflexology massage and Ramona was SO good. If you are traveling during (pre)June gloom or the real thing, or just have a moment, this is a MUST. Do a spa journey, lay down in the salt, clay, and cold rooms. Call them and find out what’s right for you.

Was in Santa Monica for the weekend with a friend. We decided last min to get a massage and started googling nearby options. By chance Tikkun had two openings that worked. SO happy it did! The spa experience was incredible from start to finish with the amazing staff, very polite, informative, welcoming - can’t say enough! The spa was very clean - appreciated the mask requirements throughout the common areas. We arrived early (as they suggested) to enjoy all the extra amenities before our deep tissue massage treatment (which was one of the best I’ve ever had). Then, we stayed longer as the Crystal Quarts Room, Heated Himalayan Salt Room and Korean Hwangto Clay Room are all a must. Was a delightful bonus to the relaxing spa day. Will definitely be back the next time we visit!

My first visit to a spa got to be at Tekkun. It was a welcoming place that was clean and paid close attention to client needs. There was always someone trying to keep up with keeping everything nice there. The staff was helpful in letting me know what each room was designed for and answered any questions I had. I booked an appointment for my first massage ever and the therapist was professional, courteous, and thorough. I finally got to experience a massage and couldnt have asked for better. Theres some tea and water provided there for mid-visit refreshments.For other things to consider, other patrons there are respectful, keep their voices to an appropriate level, and are nice to others. If want more space to yourself in the rooms, you might want to try earlier in the day when theres less people. Parking might be tricky in Santa Monica, so you may want to consider your transportation choices before your visit. Price-wise its about average for other spas in the area, so you can see if this place is a good fit for you if you want a Korean-style spa that has a professional, nice atmosphere.Overall, I rate it 5/5 stars for the great staff there and their professionalism as well and cleanliness. I plan to return.

What a wonderful spa experience!! The scrub and massage was to die for and the different rooms are wonderful mosey in and out of. I loved the cold room so you can go between hot and cold. I felt like a new person when I left!

This spa is a slice of tranquility. Descending into the basement you enter into a moment of zen. You can relax and enjoy one of the many energy rooms of varying temperatures and humidities to find the perfect sweet spot. The Korean body scrub was divine, 30 minutes of scrubbing away impurities, 30 minutes of relaxing massage, and 30 minutes of facial and hair washing/conditioning. After the scrub I was born anew, every part of my body inside and out was pampered. I hope to return again soon.

Came here for a vsteam, excellent service. Clean spa. They even have you take a shower when you first get there to make sure you’re not bringing in germs from the outside. After the shower I was then escorted to a private room where I was then seated on a very clean chair with new towels for 30 minutes of peace and serenity. I would recommend trying this spa on a self care day as I did today. I feel so relaxed after my day of self care.

Feels like home (in a good way). My friend brought me for a V-steam and new kind of spa experience over 5 years ago right after my father died and I needed some peace and comfort. I still go back. Im treated like a family member, I love the treatments and the best secret is Cheryl, the amazing hair stylist with the small room near the back across from the womens locker room. She fixed my hair color nightmare and I continue to have her cut my hair and do my highlights. It is much better than being in a noisy salon. She fits the vibe of the calm of the whole place. Want to be loved, have a calming spa experience and be in good hands? And escape the madness of downtown Santa Monica.

Visiting Santa Monica and was looking for a little retreat for my friend and I. From entering my first impression was completely positive. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in getting me Scheduled rather last minute. I wish I would’ve had longer to enjoy the facilities, but both my friend and I had wonderful massages and a truly lovely experience. The only downside if I had to find one is the location is a bit awkward because you have to be buzzed in and it was awkward...but after that We we were greeted so warmly and I would make a point to go back the next time I am in town. An incredibly authentic experience. 💕

What an incredible experience! I went to Tikkun with my girlfriend for an A Steam and a Korean body scrub. It left me feeling so refreshed and my skin is now so smooth! We both had a great time and enjoyed a relaxing time together, this place is great for groups, couples, or a solo relaxing health day.

I love spas and have visited various kinds over the years. I came to Tikkun with a gift certificate but plan on going back! It is a beautiful well-kept facility with professional, respectful and helpful staff. I was pleased to enjoy the hot and cold rooms before my convergence massage, and then again after the massage, along with the hot tub. I wasnt rushed to leave after my pain-relieving massage therapy session, and was offered water and tea. I felt comfortable and relaxed. It was a zen heaven in the heart of busy santa Monica. Thank you Tikkun.

When looking a bit closely it looked like some rooms could use some repairs.. I brought my mother and I here because we both have arthritis and wanted to try out the infared room. It worked so well for us. We went in the spa at 1:30 and left at about 4:30 and on the same night we have 0 swelling. It really worked for us, mind anyone who reads this and gets excited we can only talk about our experience. We thought the cold room could be colder but other than that the place is perfect. It even cuts off signal so were forced to be off of our devices for the duration of our stay which is amazing. The place smells great and is secure. This was my first time at a spa but I consider this a complete success.

Lovely location. Pam at the front was pleasant, accommodating, and very kind. I could have chilled in the salt room all day. The wet sauna was a bit difficult to figure out, but great once we figured it out. I love the wraps they provide for those that want to be more discreet. Vsteam was quite an experience, but likely wouldnt do it again.

I lived I died I felt amazing I feel amazing. I got the 90 minute treatment with a scrub, massage, facial, and hair wash. Tatiana was such a goddess and made me feel better than I have ever felt. I felt reborn.

I had the full body scrub.. It was amazing, the staff/therapists are the simply the best, and it is really classy, they are all decked in Tory Birch! The spa is amazing, get there early to enjoy the enormous jacuzzi, sauna/steam etc.. It really is paradise. I have told all my friends about it.. Oh and a Hollywood moment, Lenny Kravitz was there ;-) Not too shabby!

It is difficult to give this place 3 stars even... They are a very small establishment, that accommodate 3 people to each of the rooms. And, they offer NO parking validation; paid $14.00 for a few hours. The only plus for me was the Aveda products that are in the showers, which are my #1 favorite. I WILL NOT RETURN. Normally, I refrain from saying anything when there is basically, nothing good to say. However, I would need this information, to have made the choice, to not come in the first place. It was that kinda bad for me, and my friend; highly disappointed.:)

My girlfriend and I wanted to spend the day at a spa. This is the place. We felt so relaxed and not rushed. The service was great the staff was so nice to us. I had the body scrub for the first time. It was AMAZING! It was clean and calm. It was heaven. A must try.

Yes I did the V Steam. I loved it. Its a room filled with Jade youre going to have a transcendental moment. I liked the Himalayan room as well. I wish people who are visiting with Spa would keep their voices down

Always a good relaxing time at Tikkun. The Korean scrub and milk bath is one of a kind. I definitely recommend and will return when back in LA.

Facility needs some work (tiles missing, hair in showers) and the amenities are generic (example- everyone gets huge flip flops vs correct shoe size, towels are not the nicest). No one respects the “no talking” rule so it wasn’t relaxing to use the heated rooms. They had a promotional price for deep tissue massage ($99/hr), which is fairly cheap. But you get what you pay for.

It is quite different. Womens lounge area is very small compared to the spa,showers and steam room which is large. For the amount of money my sister paid for was just alright with the massages. I had better massages.

Tikkun Spa is THE best spa Ive ever been to! My massage with Jesse was fabulous!! The spa is clean and well-staffed. I always look forward to going there.

On the men side, if you make the private bathroom 30% its size, the bathroom will still be fine, then you can double the locker room area which would be really good. The locker room area is too small, only 1 person can change at a time. The private bathroom is huge and 3x bigger than the steamroom which is unnecessary. If you get rid of the dry sauna which ive never seen anyone use, you could make the steamroom twice as big. Also there are co ed dry saunas anyway.With these two changes, you could double your customers. Right now the place is too small to think of bringing friends, but if you expanded the locker room area and the steamroom then you could easily bring friends with you here and have a nice sauna by the beach.Right now the wet and dry sauna house 6 people combined, but if you made it one big steamroom with two seating levels, you could fit up to 20 people at a time and still have the co ed dry saunas. This place could become the best sauna in LA.

My Favorite place to go and scape from the business of our daily life...they have a hot Jacuzzi,sauna and a salt room and they gave massages as well very nice and clean.. Very well kept...and price its tall really accessible..$20.00 to use the facilities...doesnt include the massages..

This was the most amazing place ever me and my fiance flew in from Houston for vacation and this was a spot we booked an appointment and i must say it was the best relaxing experience ever..... facility is very nice and clean staff and owner is absolutely the nicest person on the face of this earth.

Tikkun’s facillities are immaculate. staff is warm and friendly. They have a really amazing infrared himalayian salt and clay room. With they had a spa like this in Rochester NY :(

Owner over charges and terrible customer service. I dont know if its a new owner because past positive reviews, but this place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, needs to be shut down or someone else needs to take over. Take your money else where because the owner will just take yours and she will be happy and you will not be.

On point ! Loved the crystal ice room and jacuzzi..they charge 2.00 for a comb or brush.. Fyi...super nice staff..loved my visit will return!
