Josie was so great! I’m 33 weeks pregnant and decided to get a prenatal massage here due to great reviews and I’m so happy with my choice. Josie was very communicative, she made sure I was comfortable, and her pressure was great. Really relaxing environment and great quality massage.

What a wonderful massage! I was so relaxed. Josie was great, made sure I was comfortable and had good pressure on my neck and back. I’m pregnant & my husband surprised me for my bday but forgot to tell her I’m pregnant. She adjusted quickly, made sure I got a good sugar scrub for feet instead of chemicals. I’m very thankful. Best massage I’ve gotten in Savannah, hands down. I got the 90 minute deep tissue. Josie asked before starting if there were any problem areas and massaged accordingly, paying more attention to those areas. The amount of pressure was perfect and I feel so much better after leaving the spa. The location is a little hidden, but I just put it into google maps and didn’t have any trouble finding it. I recently had the 60 minute deep tissue massage with Ms. Josie and everything about the service was great! She was very welcoming, and she made sure that I was okay with the amount of pressure during the massage. Also the spa was very cozy and clean, which added to the ambience of being relaxed and having a massage. After my massage, I felt as light as a feather. The staff did such a wonderful job making us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was the first time I had ever received a facial in addition to a massage and it was such a great experience. This was the best massage I have ever gotten. Most places do a generic routine for the hour, but that was not the case here. Josie was detailed and the massage felt personalized to the spots on my body that needed work. She hit everything in my back and hips that cause me pain without me having to say a thing, she could just feel it. This was the best massage Ive had in a long time and probably much better than youd get at an expensive day spa. I had an excellent massage experience at Meridian Life with therapist Josie. The facility was clean and quiet (it was Sunday afternoon.) Josie took the time to ask about any areas of particular concern, and then SHE ACTUALLY LISTENED AND WORKED ON THAT AREA! My lower right back has been sore from a twist on a ladder, with pain radiating into my hip, and Josie quickly and expertly addressed the problem area. It was an excellent, professional, skilled and useful session. I recommend Meridian Life wholeheartedly for excellent, professional therapy.

I took my mom for a massage and she was massaged by the extremely friendly lady who I think owns the business. My mom said it was one of the best massages she has every had. I was messaged by a male masseuse. It was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I was so relaxed afterwards. I often leave a massage not feeling completely satisfied and that was definitely not the case this time. I also think that it was reasonably priced for the hour. I will most certainly be back. Might have to make it a weekly routine. 5 stars for sure.

AAAA-MAY-ZING!!!! Very clean, very professional and Josie is great! One of the best massages Ive had in a long time. The only thing I would change is adding the massage pillow that goes under your legs to take the pressure off your lower back during such a long massage. Shes tiny, but dont let that fool you... her deep tissue is awesome!

My brother and myself went in for a deep tissue massage today and I must say Josie and James made us feel at home. The deep tissue massage was intense but much needed. Josie got me back ready for unloading these trucks. I’ve been to other massage places back home in Tampa and they were good as well. Today I felt like I was back in Tampa. I will go again.

Josie is a miracle worker!! Great conversation while Josie was setting up. I play a lot of golf and have trouble with my T-spine and Hamstring/hips. Josie asked me what areas she should focus on and she attacked them with the most finesse Ive ever experienced with a masseur! Might be (TMI) But I had nasal drainage after which once passed I had a greater cognitive function and could breath deeper! Josie you are now my only masseur for Savannah area!!
