Favorite place downtown so far. Im hoping to find something good in the store soon. I wonder if there will be anything new in . . .

I hate to rate this low… but I drove 30 for them not to be open. Hours of operation posted is 8 am Saturday, get there 8:15 and they’re not open. Just disappointed but it may be awesome inside. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Guy was pushy and was very short with answers like he wanted to get me outta the way so he could go back to what he was doing..Not recommended and he didn’t have what I wanted

Wow, like this place is good good. Sam should get a customer service of the year award. If I could leave 10 ⭐️’s I would.I walked a mile to get there, I’d walk 2 more of I had too. The selection is popping. They have everything in the smoke and vape venue u could every need. H & R Anna Sam have a customer for life!!!🤩

During my first visit at this place the cashier named Sam rushed me to make a purchase. He also made a few comments that I believe were racially motivated. While shopping he asked me if I had a job then assumed I was looking for weed and told me they didn’t have any. After about 10minutes of looking around while hearing Sam’s micro aggressions I decided to leave without purchasing. As I left out the door he dramatically yelled “You took an hour just to not buy anything, next time you come know what you want before you come.” I absolutely do not plan to purchase from this business in the future and do not recommend this business as the first impressions were were zero out of ten.

Came in right before closing and gotta say it’s a fantastic shop. From customer service to products this place is my new go to spot.Also I recommend the purple urkle! You will not be disappointed

One of the best around! Very large selection and competitive pricing. The owner is very nice and helped me and even tried to order more of my favorite flavor. They have a cool buy 6 get 1 free program, which I’m a big fan of. Highly recommend!

DONT BUY GLASS HERE. Sold me faulty glass twice in a row, clerk was unwilling to accept any wrongdoing and unwilling to listen to me. Do not expect good customer service here if you have an issue.

I love this place. They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff that take time to talk with you. The prices are normal, if not a little cheaper than Im used to.
