Very helpful, they know their stuff. I had a minor problem with device I chose.. They made it right and will also make my Juice right to work in my newest vape device.. I dont know these people from Adam, but as I said they were helpful and knowledgeable!!

I went in to look for an extra tank & coils for a battery that I didnt have with me. I could have been speaking Greek & they would have been as eager to help. Three sitting there vaping & then one supposed to help me find a different tank. They were too busy playing with the phone.I finally bought a whole new unit & extra coils so I could AVOID going back in.I had called someone to talk after leaving, they said they had the exact same experience. I figure all the 5 star reviews are friends or hit lucky!!

The service here is 1 star, only bc I have had a guy occasionally get up off the couch to help me out bc the ones behind the counter are too busy on their phones. The girl is rude and smart mouthed. Every time I go in she makes some kind of snide remark about some thing, any thing, I dont know what her problem is but she has no value for customer loyalty. She will even try to embarrass you and make u seem stupid in front of other customers just bc u are looking for something they dont have. Ive seen it or experienced it every single time Ive gone in this location. I said last time I wouldnt be back but I was in town and decided to give them another shot but this was it, they blew it.

I have stopped in several times and have had to stand and wait for someone to ask if they can help even when no other customers are there. Selection seems ok. Joose Vapors in Selmer is all around better.

Great place! From out of town and wanted to pick up some vape juice. Good prices and helpful staff! Will be going back when Im in town again.
