After pulling an all-nighter moving, I was thrilled to see one place open at 8am. I hadnt been in here before but was curious. I wish Id gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and gave me a good deal and I left a happy person.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Even got to meet the owner and was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks again you guys, and dont forget to checkout WorldOfBeer after you leave Smoke Life!😉👍

Great place, great staff. Very knowledgeable. However, online it says theyre open untill 3am. It is now 12:30am and they are not open. Nothing gets me going more than leaving my house to go do business with someone and they cant respect their clients enough to update the store hours as they change. Got me out here looking like a 🤡

Bought a Lost Mary 5000 vape and she charged me $32. I asked if that was the right price and she said yes that nobody has better pricing. I paid it because I was there and didn’t have time to go anywhere else. I normally pay $22 and understand being on congress st they feel they can charge more but that’s sketchy but not as sketchy as writing sales down in a notebook. It’s 2023

They lie about their pricing. went in and picked out a few things. one of the people helping get something out of the case said an item was $14.99. went to the front to pay and they priced it $22. I grabbed a lighter that had a label on the case saying it was $9.99, went to the front and they told me it was 13.99. I argued that the label said $9.99 and he said there was nothing they can do and that’s what they’re going to charge me. Do not recommend coming to this business.

Don’t get scammed. Pretty sure the employees overcharge you for carts then just keep the change. Delta 8 Carts are listed 2 for $60 there and have been the same price for months. Multiple times throughout the past few weeks, multiple employees have tried to charge me $75, $80, $85 for 2/$60 carts. I’ve had to stop them multiple times from overcharging and they always fumble an excuse about the prices changing (they’ve been the same price since I started going in.)Not trying to spread rumors, but it’s happened 4-5 times and it looks pretty fishy. Be careful.

Obsessed with this place. Aside from the fire playlists, Maggie and Christian were helpful and super friendly from start to finish. I found myself just hanging out to hang out. Also, their glass collection is FIRE and Maggie showed me how to clean my new glass piece that I bought. Big big fan!

Love this place!! Everyone is always so helpful, especially Maggie! Shes always on top of it and super friendly. Highly recommend if your in the downtown area, cant go wrong!

I stood there patiently for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. Small dude behind the counter saw me and worked around me not saying a word. I stayed patient... girl walks in oh what can I get you?Yeah so much for southern hospitalityOh and the delta is brown and loaded with sticks. I just don’t appreciate being sold a pen that literally never worked from the get go, and because of store policy there’s no refunds or exchanges. I understand that, but I just wish I could’ve paid with a debit card to just start a chargeback because I was sold a pen that doesn’t work at all, and doesn’t even hold a charge. I don’t like paying money for something that literally never worked once.

Got tricked into buying wraps and was told they were prerolled joints. There was no miscommunication. I was told since I was their doordash driver they would give me discounted delta8 prerolls when I asked to see them he said no. But its partly my fault for getting a product someone wouldnt let me see.

Celia and Mia are fantastic, laid back and very knowledgeable of their product range and are sensitive to customer needs, 10 of 10 would shop again, and again, and again.

This please is expensive. For the same disposable I get anywhere else, I paid and shouldn’t have 12.00$ more. That’s ridiculous. The music was so loud, I couldn’t even communicate with the customer assistant. Great selection of course, and should be given how over priced everything is compared.

This is the most comprehensive, clean, and friendly shop I’ve been in yet! (I visit shops whenever I travel). The staff is so knowledgeable and inviting! I would recommend to anyone visiting like me... my only complaint (not really a complaint) is that it puts my local shop in New Jersey to shame, smh. You guys got it right!

If your looking for quality and quality in the same location than you’ve come to the right place. I’ve never seen such a stocked smoke shop! It’s so amazing there’s so much to look at and they’re always getting new stuff! The employees are always super welcoming and helpful! I purchased one of those sticker cases for my Juul and it’s never even scratched! I love it!!!

Bought $70 worth of stuff 2 days ago and got charged for two separate transactions (one $72 and one $69) without a SINGLE word that something may have messed up during the transactions . he said “the total is $72” so i said okay. then he says “actually i put a discount on it so its $69” so i said okay thanks. Somehow i ended up getting charged for BOTH and i have been calling repeatedly for last 2 days and they WILL NOT ANSWER. i just want my money back before i take it up with my bank instead.

They have a good selection of liquids and other products that you might be interested in. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable even at 12:00 at night. If youre interested in just buying more liquid for your device or picking up something to help take the edge off at the end of your night this is a good spot to go to.

Maggie was great! I brought a delta 8 THC vape on Sunday idk if its me or what but it doesnt seem to be working properly anymore 😔. All in all Id go back cuz Maggie was great 🥰

Purchased 2 cigars from here today (small ones) and they charged me $26.99 a piece . I thought was extremely high so I went to Ye Ole Tobacco shop that is just about 2 blocks away on Bay Street and was able to buy the same brand and flavor in the large size for less than the other 2 cost! I got 3 large for $30!! Don’t shop here ever! I don’t blame the salesperson but their prices are outrageous! Tourist Trap!! Makes Savannah look bad! I will never shop there again and I hope others will steer clear!

I’ll give this 5 stars if you would anwser the phone guys I called at 10 pmish because I don’t want to ride uptown to come to a business that have hours set up but close when they feel like or slow. Just saying. Nothing negative. I know you may be busy but calling back to back and no answer sounds like nobody wants to pick up or simply the phone number is no good. There’s actually good people that just want to do in and out business.

Last Saturday me and my bf went to this vape store and the electric usb charging lighter would not work after I plugged it to charge in a wall charger box twice I spent 14-15$ on it and when I was in the store and asked why I couldn’t test it’s functionality they said they don’t come charged. I would highly recommend always testing anything that comes from that store before purchasing it.

Just visiting for Savannah picked up a random smoke shop. AND I DEFINITELY WONT GO AHY WHERE ELSE. Ashley welcomed us to the shop with open arms and gave me the best suggestion to what I was looking for. Will come back!!!!

This shop sold us a battery that didnt work with the promise that theyd exchange it if that happened. We returned within the week and they refused to exchange it and offered us a battery on discount 🤔 there are tons of better vape shops around town and this place is sus, save yourself from the parking hassle and take your vape needs elsewhere.

Came in to purchase Detoxify pills along with the Detoxify beverage. After getting home, I realized one of the 2 drinks purchased, was OVER A YEAR EXPIRED, the other one had expired in Feb 2020. went back the same day of purchase and all I was told was that all sales are final. Tried to atleast get the same product that was still valid and all of these products were expired and still on the shelf. Ended up leaving empty handed and $50 down the drain.. If you shop here, make sure youre looking at your products before swiping your card.

By far the only building Ive felt 100% safe at. Some of the best people I met since moving here and they know their stuff! 🧡

OVER PRICED AND A HALF. Ive been vaping for 8 years. Went inside to get a cheap vape that would last me until the next day since mine broke a couple hours prior. They charge $45 for vape pens you can buy for $20. They also charge $120 for the baby snow wolf kits.. Bought mine for $45 online the next day 😂 (thats the normal price, no joke) Wont ever be coming back to this shop.
