This is the best vape shop hands down. You will get taken care of by two of the best people around. Jess and Taylor know their stuff and will get you taken care of. Nancy is a phenomenal owner and all the girls really care about the customers and making things right. You couldnt pay me to go to a different shop!

Liked this place until they sold me a menthol flavor when I did not ask for menthol. Returned 5min later and they made me pay another $35 for non menthol. Come on guys, you still would have made a profit and kept a happy customer. Instead you lost a customer.

Noah and Cam are super knowledgeable of the devices as well as the juice in the shop. Prices are great and price matching (providing a receipt from another store) was a smooth and easy process! Also a great location to stop by when heading out to Tybee for batteries or some different juice!

If youre out on the island and have every been to the downtown location, you can expect more of the same. Great service, great employees, and wide selection for your vaping needs. Lawrence and all of the guys will treat you like family just like the downtown shop!

This place is awesome!! Ive been coming to SEV sense the day I saw the store, came in and they treated me like family as they do all of there customers. Ive even gone as far as bringing and sending friends to get hooked up. Lawrence, Z, Rod, Nancy have been nothing but great. It feels like an episode of Cheers they know Everybodys name.

Buyer beware two week warranty on their products. I was having problems with the mod they sold me. I took the mod to them and the guy said the chip must be bad or that I was charging the batterys in the mod and that might have caused the problems.The mod would not do anything. I took it home and opened it up and cleaned with alcohol all is working fine. they offered no advice or service to resolve this. The advice this guy gave was that sucks , really! thats all you got after I have spent over 250$ of my hard earned cash!. I found the same mod online for less money than I paid and the warranty was longer. I tried shopping local, but the local people continue to disappoint. They are quick to sell you and slow to resolve any issues. Customer service has become a thing of the past. He was too busy texting to try and solve any issues that I had.

I have been up there three different times there is a cashier yall have that declines me service because she has never seen an updated version of the new Georgia state I detefication cards I showed her my drivers license and she told me she thought both of my ids where fake my ids came frome the dmv I am twenty one but that doesnt Metter

Always double check what you ask them for, I went in for a pod, told them exactly which smok I had, paid for them get home and see that they are the wrong ones. I immediately go back to the store and tell him that they’re the wrong ones and the guy says ohhh we’re out of that style. Long story short I guess they’re so hard up for cash they sold me the wrong ones and wouldn’t refund my money. Shady business practice and won’t be there long if they keep doing business that way!!!!

Everyone was super friendly and answered all of my newbie questions. Got to try a bunch of different juices and ultimately went with Zs recommendations. Z is the man! Built my RDA in under 5 mins, and now it hits like a TRAIN :)

I just love this store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and always very helpful, especially Zian. Ive only been vaping for a short time, and anytime Ive had questions Zians had answers. Ive bought juice and coils and the prices are good. Ill definitely be buying from Southeast Vapes again.

These guys know vaping. I am by no means into vaping as a sport per se. It does keep me from smoking cigs, hence why I do it. Out of the stores around Savannah, SE Vapes is one of the best, especially if you have questions, concerns etc. I just left their store and had an outstanding experience. I am a salesperson, so it is really hard for me to pay retail for anything knowing (or think i know) i can get a better deal online or elsewhere. They gave me a great deal on what i came to buy and I left with stuff I didnt come into buy.
