Massage Envy

David got to the bottom of my problem at once! My back was in terrible pain from a tumble down some stairs. He massaged it away and knew the place in my back that was the place to start. In addition, his legs’ and shoulders ‘massage erased the stress and discomfort. I felt heavenly! He is experienced and knows the body!! It was wonderful!

Staff is courteous... Waiting room is nice...1 hr massages are 50 minutes..I prefer strong deep tissue massages, which I did ask for more than once, but was quite underwhelmed. Sorry... Glad it was only first timer price or I would feel more disappointed. Ill come back and try again though I guess. I like massages..

My go-to therapist is David L. As a yoga teacher for 21 years, I appreciate working with someone who knows the body so well, and their massage practice is so refined. I had my husband go to see David as well. He agreed 100 percent. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

David was awesome as usual! My back felt great after he finished....I always look forward 2 a massage with him. Hes very knowledgeable & great to talk to!

My very first massage!! Vanessa has a special skill, it’s called listening. She paid special attention to the problem shoulder and had the knots worked out a matter of minutes. I slept like a dream and I can actually turn my head! Thank you again, Vanessa!!

Vanessa was my MT.....Her care & touch really helped relieve a lot of trapped stress in my body - which was great! She also shared a lot of good recommendations to help me do more/be more each day to feel more comfortable & experience less stress in my body. #5Stars

Eddie is by far the best massage therapist at all of the Massage Envy’s in the nation. He’s very detailed with deep tissue massages and his professional manner is impressive. Massage Envy at the Summit is very lucky to showcase this therapist and if you live close by you will not be disappointed. He’s really worth his weight in gold!

I have never had a bad experience with a massage therapist at this Scottsdale location in the two years I have been going here monthly. Vanessa is the most recent and she was great!

I had Lindsey as my massage therapist yesterday and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She’s is very skilled and worked wonders on my back, neck and shoulders. Highly recommend requesting her!

Eddie is awesome. Always really friendly and attentive to whats happening with me that day. Im big on consistency with massages so its cool when you find a great one who clicks. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Good stuff!!

Lindsay has and excellent personality as well as a great demeanor she really knows what she is doing.. I was really hurting in my lower back when I went in to see her but afterwards I felt like a new person.. My go to person for a massage is Lindsay.! Thanks so very much.!

David L is a fabulous masseuse! Can identify clients areas in need of focus and you feel so much better! David also well educated to help you regarding your body mechanics for better health.Sophia, aesthetician is great too! She also identifies clients needs for your facial.After a masage and facial your walking on a cloud : )No worries ; )

I’ve been a member of this Massage Envy for three years basically because of its proximity to my house. I’m sure I could get better massages elsewhere if I wanted to drive but for the area and location this place is fine. It depends on the therapist you get and they turn over I rarely see the same staff members here (I visit about three times per month). They have warming beds. They have recently renovated in spring of 2018 and it is much nicer and more updated. I have also had three facials at this location and they were quite good - they use Dermalogica brand. Again, I had a different esthetician every time. If I have any complaints about this place they are very sloppy with appointment bookings. I have more than once called for an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time and they don’t have it in the computer or any record of me calling - by this time they’re all booked up and can’t accommodate me. The other complaint I have is the push for gratuity. I don’t mind leaving a tip for service but sometimes they ask me if I want to do it before I even have the service (I guess so I can just walk out after) but they never ever fail to ask for a tip when checking out. I don’t like feeling pressured.

Vanessa was great! She used just the right amount of pressure and checked along the way to be certain she was doing a good job.

Lindsay is great! She’s been my therapist for 5 years. She knows all of my areas of concern and addresses them perfectly.

Very pleasant experience this morning from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Informed me of future care options with out being overly aggressive. My massage therapist was Kim today and she delivered a great deep tissue massage. I will be back!

Always enjoy my visit. We’re only as good as the people that surround us. Melon who is one of your employees is that asset that we are all looking for.. Hardworking and Customer satisfaction.

Brad is excellent and I have gone to him for years. The only issue now is that I cannot get regular appointments with him and 2 hours appointments are non existent

The quality of service is fine but the membership scam should be illegal. I joined back in October with assurances that I could cancel anytime. At the end of March I called to cancel because I was taking a work assignment out of state. They sent me the cancellation paperwork with instructions to drop it off at the Carefree location which I did on April 4th. They told me it would take about 10 days to process. Being very busy I havent done a good job of checking my credit card transactions. Imagine my surprise when I saw THREE charges for $65 on my credit card dated April 17, May 17 and June 17!!! I called the office expecting it was just an oversight but was told per the terms of agreement that I could not cancel! First of all, that is not what I was told when I signed up and nothing was said when I processed the paperwork. Then I was told that the general manager left a voice mail for me April 6th about the cancellation. I never got any voicemail. The proper way to communicate on matters such as these is email where you can document the interaction. Such an underhanded scam. I am out $200 because of these money grubbing crooks but I will take some satisfaction in warning others not to enter the membership agreement!

It really depends on who you get. My prior visit was outstanding. This past visit was not so good.
