Not the best service. Initially took about 15-20 minutes to get beer after we ordered. She hardly came around much. Ordered the Cajun Caesar salad which was a head a Romain, not entirely sure if there was dressing on it but whatever my bad. There were 2 sun dried tomatoes in the salad so thats probably what made it Cajun I guess. All good though Ive had my fair share a brutal meals. The waitress couldnt split the meals up because we were a group of 10, which is fine. I dont understand that rule in the states but Im assuming its because itll take the waitress an extra 3 minutes out of her work day standing at the bar. And since we were a group of ten, there was an automatic 22% gratuity added onto the bill. Which she clearly deserved. Plus a 4% venue fee because theyre that great. Probably wont be going back.

Cool stop to go for a drink or two. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating, all the sports on big screen TVs, and a massive screen showing the biggest game at the moment. Staff were very friendly, and the DJ was very good. My wife had the buffalo wings and thought they were delicious! Would recommend especially if you are a country music fan.

On Friday, July 12th around 8:30pm we were offered a table for our bachelorette group. The server said just leave a tip and we can have the table until 11. I tipped her $50 and when I checked my credit card statement she changed the tip to $100. Mind you someone else in our group also gave her cash. There was no minimum stated just that we had to tip.We were sitting in the second booth in from the front door. Hoping management can figure out who committed the tipping fraud. Very disappointed and completely unprofessional. I hope this server is reprimanded for stealing from customers.BEWARE. KEEP RECEIPTS. PAY CASHAttached is a photo of our server

Ok Dierks Bentley! I see you!We stopped at this place on a whim and it literally was the best decision of the day! We got there super early thinking they opened at 4 for happy hour but they open at 5 so beware! We went and took a walk and came back.We literally were the first ones in the door and they didnt have a bartender yet but the hostess seated us and our waitress Brielle came right away. She helped us make decisions, told us what was on the happy hour menu and recommended drinks too. She told us it might be a minute on the drinks but kept us posted about everything that was going on. She even went to try and get the bartender for us which it wasnt a long wait, maybe 10 minutes. She brought our drink which was the JIMBO. It was strawberry with a little spritzer, very flavorful and they didnt skimp on alcohol. We ordered the southern fries which were half price for half the size which was perfect for 2 people. The fries were amaaaazing!! You could get them with ranch or bleu cheese but we got ranch! Great combo with the BBQ sauce and ranch!I ordered the Mac and cheese with blackened chicken. Before I ordered, I asked if it was good and she said yes but I asked if she was just saying that and she said no they use lots of different cheeses, definitely not Kraft and it wasnt!! I really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the burger with garlic sweet potato fries which were out of this world!!!Brielle was really good about checking on us, refilling our waters without us asking, and checking to see if we needed anything. Great place to watch the game with a huge screen and of course country music! I didnt experience the club or party aspect but would definitely go back for happy hour and the bar scene!

Ive always enjoyed visiting Whiskey Row; however, my last experience was of concern. The last day I visited Whiskey Row, my friends and I stopped for a drink on Sunday afternoon. I had given the bartender my card to open a tab; however, as I was there, my card was charged three times (I have notifications set up on my watch). I was assured by the bartender when I closed out that the incorrect charges were voided and that a server had mistakenly put beers on my tab. Upon arriving home from vacation and reviewing my statement, both the incorrect and correct charge were processed. I attempted to reach out to Whiskey Row via email and phone to address this error and did not receive any response back.

Genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Incompetent management and waitstaff. Please go elsewhere in Scottsdale this restaurant sucks!!- my friend found a hair in his salad- bathrooms were very grimy and dirty- they charged a 4% ‘’venue’’ fee - completely made up- 22% automatic gratuity added onto every bill - just because!- no non-alcoholic or gluten free options on the food or drink menu. This restaurant discriminates against non- drinkers and those with dietary restrictions.- considering we were the very first group to arrive at whiskey row, service was beyond awful. Took over an hour and a half to get our food, constantly asking for water refills, several people’s food orders were incorrect.

An Unfortunate Incident at Whiskey Row, Scottsdale Old TownLast week, I attempted to enter Whiskey Row, a bar in Scottsdale Old Town. While waiting in line, a security guard approached me and informed me that I would need to pay $100 to enter. the security guard in this case is a short, black man with a shiny earring standing at the exit door.I was taken aback and deeply disappointed by this situation. I had previously visited the establishment without any issues and was unaware of any such entrance fee. Despite explaining the situation to the security guard, he insisted that I pay the fee.As an individual with extensive experience in the nightlife industry and a business owner myself, I find this practice to be unacceptable. I urge the establishments management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to prevent such unfair practices from recurring.I felt compelled to share this disheartening experience with the public. I encourage anyone who has encountered similar situations to speak up and join us in combating such injustices.

Awesome place to eat , dinner was amazing, music was awesome! However, I did request information about keeping our booth for the remainder of the evening with no reply. When we arrived and had dinner - we were told we needed to leave the booth by a certain time as someone had paid ‘thousands ‘ for it for the night. I wondered why I wasn’t given that option when I booked the table weeks earlier. Not only were we kicked out of our booth - it was still empty by 1130 pm when we left the dance floor. All of that aside - us girls enjoyed dancing after dinner and having some more drinks.

He sent me “proof” aka a receipt for a DIFFERENT TABLE with my name/credit card info under one charge and the name/credit card info of another man I’ve never met for the other three charges and said “we don’t bring out bottles unless they are preauthorized and signed.” Well forgery is a crime. If you’re looking for a country bar mixed with some classic party hits, you’ve come to the right place! Their drinks are so strong and for $12-$13 it’s not a bad deal. I ordered tequila with pineapple juice and was surprised to see them use Casa Amigos instead of cheap Cuervo or Patron, so that was a win on my part. I would give this place a zero if possible! We went for brunch. However, with the poor service we received and the cost of drinks, we left and will never return! We arrived at 10:38 a.m. and left at 2:48 p.m. During that time, our bartender walked by us probably 25+ times, ignoring the fact that our drink glasses were empty. Between playing on her phone, standing around along with 5 wait staff talking, we were completely ignored until the 2nd bar tender came on board. She wasnt any better. We were never asked if we wanted to order food. We were charged $11.50 for a simple drink and $6.50 for a 1/2 full goblet of beer. There is nothing country about this bar. If youre thinking about going here for any reason other than drinks, dont. Went for a bachelorette party and they added a 22% gratuity fee for our large group. Usually I wouldnt have an issue with this but it was some of the worst service Ive ever had. After our food was dropped off to us we didnt see our waitress for over 30 minutes. Good was pretty mediocre. When our bill came we were charged an extra $2 for no bacon in an order of mac n cheese and $2 for no pink in someones burger. They corrected this when we brought it to their attention. The music was so loud you couldnt hear the person next to you talk. Also, there was a guy they allowed in the building to solicit to the customers and trying to get them to make bids on sporting events on the app company he worked for. He didnt leave once our food came and was climbing on the booths. If youre looking for a place for dinner, look somewhere else.

This place will lie and rob you!!! We had an absolutely horrible experience with the staff as they took advantage of our group. One of the staff members came up to our group of 7 saying another customer bought us a table and a bottle of champagne so everything was free. We asked multiple times if this no charge to sit there, and they reassured us that it was. We were also promised unlimited drinks for the night by the waitress. When we finished the first bottle, we asked for another to which her response was “if you pay for it”. We were lied to and taken advantage of with there being no champagne, no unlimited alcohol, and it definitely wasn’t free. With a singular $19.99 Pinnacle bottle, the waitress made us pay $100 plus tip. She said it was mandated that we tip her at least $100. We explicitly stated how messed up this was considering all the promises that were never followed through with. The principle of telling all of us multiple times that this was free with UNLIMITED alcohol, but then making us pay a large tip for a single bottle of vodka is absolutely ridiculous. We were all having an amazing time on the dance floor until the staff ruined our last night out. This wasn’t a miscommunication error, the waitress knew exactly what she was doing by mandating a $100 tip for herself after promising us liquor. We don’t care about the amount of money, but it’s the principle of telling lies to intoxicated girls just trying to have fun.ll leave it on a positive note to say the DJ was absolutely fantastic and took every song request we wanted. He’s the only good part of that place.

Whilst celebrating a bachelor party for my buddy we ended up downtown Scottsdale at the Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. The bar/club presented nicely from the outside competing with the other bars around. It looked like a fun time so we went in. Man was I wrong. On the website it says “You can even enjoy dancing with music that will keep you moving.” It should say “You can even book your next appointment to see an otolaryngologist” because the music was so loud it was far from enjoyable. I’m surprised they don’t hand you complementary ear buds at the door. This was easily the loudest bar/club I’ve ever been to. I’m pretty sure I’ve lost hearing from sticking around there too long. The other complaint was how rude one of the bartender were. The one couldn’t hear what I wanted because the music was so loud she had to ask me 3 times and then hand motioned me to make a decision and hurry up, The inside atmosphere was alright, just a bunch of college kids living it up. The music ruined my experience and I’ve been to a lot of places with a dance floor and music.

One of which was pregnant. I explained to salesman/bartender Mia Mijatovic from the start that we were not a big enough group to take advantage of the costs bottle service included. But they convinced me still at a discounted rate; at which we got nothing we were promised.- ‘Dedicated host & server’ was a lie. We had to get up and go find a waitress every single time we needed new drinks; as we were checked on only once. We also paid a forced gratuity that was nearly $100. NOT WORTH IT.- ‘Have the booth all night’ - I explicitly asked a security member if our table was safe while we went and danced. They assured us it was because we paid for it. When we came back maybe 20 min later, our $500 table had been sold to someone else for $3000 and we were threatened with security and management when trying to fight it. We were told later by Shane that we were expected to keep our personal belongings behind at the table if we wanted our table to still appear occupied. Keeping my purse unattended in a bar with hundreds of people? Ha! You’re NUTS.- LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT. They told us one price for a bottle and we were charged a different price. The atmosphere is fun. My dad and I went to this establishment at around 5PM on Saturday April 30. It wasn’t too crowded —compared to the other bars on the street— and we like country music, so were excited . We immediately found seats at the bar and….. we were ignored for over 30 minutes. We had credit cards in hand and were trying to make eye contact, so I’d imagine it was quite obvious. The bartender with the mullet, green shirt, and jean shorts made absolutely no effort to acknowledge us even though we were seated directly in front of him. It was absolutely bizarre that he never looked in our direction once or said anything. Rather, he was focused on serving his buddies who had arrived a good 20 minutes after us. Then after serving some more individuals who arrived after us, he walked around the bar to chat with the other bartenders. It was a complete joke. We left after this and went to the bar across the street where we were immediately served. I would not recommend and would not return. I’ve never left a negative review in my life, but customer service is too important and I would want to know if I was the manager. There is a lot of competition in the area and I now see why this place wasn’t as crowded. One star for having TVs above the urinals because that is pretty cool.

This “country” bar sure has changed. They used to have country music nonstop, with fun dancing and a great time. Not even sure why Dierks Bentley is in the name anymore. Not going back.

I definitely WOULDN’T recommend going here for a reservation! Unfortunately we did book a reservation and had 10 guests, not once was it mentioned that there was a “4% venue fee” or that gratuity was automatically added to the bill. We definitely don’t mind the added gratuity but had no heads up that it would be 22%. ALSO, The menu says the drinks are $14 but we got charged $19 for each drink. Not sure where the extra $5 per drink comes from?? I even checked online and the menu states $14. They were also SUPER pushy about bottle service which we did end up getting because they wouldn’t stop asking. The server was super sweet, don’t blame her, but definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment. We’ve tried calling and emailing about the bill but just keep getting the run around. Be aware if you end up here.

Came here this weekend to celebrate the holidays, went here yesterday and the bouncer took my ID and proceed to ask me to see my apple ID on my phone (which i guess he’s just trying to make sure lol) but both my ID and apple ID matched (just turned 25 btw) then he CONFISCATED my REAL federal ID (which i need to fly back home) saying it’s fake. Mr. “I’ve been doing this for years” maybe should not be doing this anymore lol. So i had to go find a police officer to get my REAL ID back since he didn’t wanna give my ID back at all. Honestly if bro was trying to keep the guy girl ratios or not wanted my group to go in, could’ve just straight up turn me away rather than doing all this extra stuff. TRAIN YOUR BOUNCERS AGAIN,

I hope people take these reviews seriously. Terrible experience for my first visit and only visit. MOST importantly I ordered my meal with NO CHEESE and I stressed that I am LACTOSE INTOLERANT and the server understood. When I got my sandwich I did a quick inspection and didnt see any. Half way through my meal I felt my gut upset. Then I opened my sandwich and did a deeper inspection only to find traces of shredded cheese. They mustve tried to remove it after adding it and not reading the ticket. I told the server and she apologized and would comp my meal. Then at close out I was surprised with a bill over $120! I was there by MYSELF!She said the manager would not comp my meal and instead removed a $4 shot that was on special. They tacked on a $4 venue fee, 22% auto gratuity (again I was alone), and my two regular drinks were $20 each!!! Not to mention they said they had Fireball on special and they were $16 each! How is that special?Had a severe stomach ache the rest of my night and a bill twice as much as any of my regular establishments.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Went in the afternoon of 9/24. Not very busy. Went inside and it smelled awful so my friend and I sat outside. Waitress (Oliva) was very rude and snotty. I ordered one White Claw and an order of Southern Fries. It was $13 for one small White Claw, plus they charged an additional $1 for as a venue fee. The only positive was the fries. Anyway, I was going to just going to chalk it up as a bad experience and never go there again but I got my credit card bill back today and the waitress changed my tip and actually doubled it. This is fraud and stealing. I wanted everyone else to be aware and check your credit card statements. Shame on this establishment for employing people like this. I would give zero stars if I could.

Someone in our party asked for no cheese and they loaded it with cheese!!! 4 out of 8 of us ordered water. Server brought 4 drinks (soda or mixed) to our table and then left to serve another table. When asked about ordering food 15 mins later I told her when she decided to bring the 4 waters I would order my food! Spoke to management twice about her poor performance. Drinks were so so, two members of our part went to go gets drinks at the same time, one came back after about 10min and the other person came back about another 20min after the first. Went to this bar for my best friends 30th birthday. A guy who was belligerently drunk spilled a drink on my sisters back, touched my friends mom inappropriately, and then tried to pick up my sister. After three times of trying to tell the bouncers the guy was being a creep they finally told me to leave. His friends got mad a swung at one of the bouncers. We ended up leaving because of the huge fight that broke out. Will definitely not be going back to this bar. Ive actually really enjoyed several nights at this bar... until my last. We came in May 2022 with a large group, celebrating 3 monunental birthdays. We immediately asked for a table for our group. In the past weve come before we got the corner booth where it says Tip it on back. Even though it was empty, we were told by the VIP Manager that wed have to spend almost double to get that table versus the one above the bar. We chose to take the 1 above the bar even though we pleaded for the other. The table above the bar was way too hot and youre separated from everyone at the bar, making it less fun. We kindly asked multiple times to be relocated and even said wed add another bottle. The manager said, No, youd need to spend at least $2500 more, to get that table. Sadly the table remained empty for most of the night. Our bill came to $4600, which seemed more than enough to get the availablr booth we requested. My company, friends have spent well over $10k in just 4 visits at this bar, but wont again after this. I tried to email and have this rectified, back in May, but I never received a reply. I guess leaving a poor review is all I can do.

Overall I’ve always enjoyed this bar but this last time was a bummer. Please teach your bartenders proper bar etiquette. Customer orders a shot of tequila/vodka/whiskey, you give them the well (cheapest). Unless the bartender asks if they have a preference or the customer themselves says a specific type they prefer, you give them the well. Don’t just automatically give them a more expensive brand. You’re not doing yourself any favors as a bartender thinking the higher the tab the higher the tip. You’re only helping out the house in this instance and really screwing yourself over by being dishonest. Customer orders a shot of tequila you’re not just going to automatically give them clase azul. Do not go to this bar if you are an underrepresented minority. Management is not trained on or understanding of racial profiling. My friend was racially profiled and kicked out of this bar (with a spotlight on her the entire way through the crowd) because a bouncer mistook her for the wrong Asian patron. My entire group watched a different Asian patron lock an employee out of an employee only area near us. We explicitly pointed this patron out to the bouncer and told him that was the girl he was looking for. Both the security guard and the bouncer who escorted my friend out (at the manager’s discretion) said they did not know the cause of her removal and were confused, as we were not disrupting any other guests. When we explained this to the manager, he became defensive and denied the allegation, despite his direct order to remove my friend from the premises. He said his “bouncers knew who they were taking out of the bar” and did not care to listen to the circumstances. This manager needs to take ownership over racial profile training at his establishment. Please do not pay money to this business.

The option was to move us outside to a booth next to the neighboring bar/restaurant whose outdoor speaker was right behind our booth. So now, we had two differnent and very loud sets of music playing simultaneously. We ate as quickly as we could, actually, none of us finished our meals so we could get out of there and go somewhere with a more respectable level of music. Please be careful with the bartender with blond wavy hair. I was there last night 9/5/2021. I ordered 2 vodka Red Bulls and 1 tequila with lime juice for myself and friends. She looked at me puzzled and asked “tequila shot with a lime?” I told her “no tequila mixed with lime juice”. She poured all 3 drinks and I gave her a $100 dollar bill, in front of the register she was feeling out the bill. She grabbed my change. She gave me back two $5 bills and two $1 bills. So basically a total of $12 I got back in change, no receipt. There was no way these 3 drink were $88 dollars. I tried to get her attention several times. Before finally getting the attention of the male bartender with the red shirt. I explained to him the situation and saw him relay the message to her. She disappeared for several minutes, the male bartender comes back and tells me “she’ll be right back”. When she finally does come back she starts organizing cups the opposite side of of where she originally helped me out. I stand there waiting before reaching out to the security guard, requesting I speak the the bar manager, apparently he manages another bar so he wasn’t onsite, however another superior was there. The security staff finally was able to get the attention of the bartender that served me and she completely denies ever serving me drinks. I finally speak to the other blond but with straight hair that was only processing receipts, not tending. She says she can’t give me the correct change back because she can’t prove it however that she is able to at least get me drinks for the moneys worth. I told her to check her cameras. Luckily her supervisor was able to somewhat resolve the issue, but I can only imagine what she does to customers that are actually drunk. It would have been different if she said it was an honest mistake but for her to say that she never even poured my drinks makes me believe that she was trying to pull a fast one. Conveniently she did not recall her male coworker relaying the issue to her either. She completely dismissed it. Again this is the blond bartender with wavy almost curly hair not the one above her with straight hair blond as well.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This was my 3rd visit in the last few years and after this last one, I will never go back. A group of us went on a Thursday night and received terrible service. We understood that the tables inside were bottle service from previous visits, upon entry to the bar a security guard told our group we were welcome to sit at the bar or at a table out on the outdoor patio area. We were lucky enough a table big enough for our group had just opened out on the patio so we all sit and wait for service. About 10 minutes go by and a waitress comes and tells us all the outdoor tables are also bottle service and that we would need to move. Ok. Fine. We go stand at the bar....there are 7 of us (standing in a line at the bar) and a bartender quickly starts grabbing our order. Before she could get to the end of our group a different bartender asks the 2 on the opposite end what they want to drink, my cousin looks at her and says that we are a whole group and that she would like to pay for all the drinks....the 2nd bartender just looks at my cousin and says, I am ONLY helping these 2, and walks away. She was completely rude, rolling her eyes, playing with her hair and just overall seemed annoyed that she has to be working. Needless to say we finished our drinks and quickly left. We went down the street to Boondocks where the service was fast, courteous and they acted they actually wanted our money. Had a friend visiting from Newfoundland, Canada and the bouncers wouldn’t let us in because they didn’t recognize our Canadian ID cards. We were of age, the checked multiple ID pieces and went through our phones and still would not let us in. Super disappointed as this is one of the things we wanted to do together during her visit but the bouncers were not kind at all and told us to go away. This happened at 1:22. Not impressed at all.

Two stars. One star for security because they were amazing gentlemen and got the Riff raff out of the club. Second star- the music was was pretty good at the start and slowly declined until the midnight hour where it became repetitive. I would get a new dj.Why two stars? We bought a table, outside, amongst the peasants. We waited FOREVER to get our bottles, literally 30 minutes. The staff was rude and then locked our bottles because they took too long to come back and make us drinks. At then end of the night I was drinking watered down gin and seltzer and we never received any water. A table for $1700 for crummy service and bad liquor. Would I have done this again? No. Should you do it? No.Don’t go here. Listen to the music on the sidewalk

This was a stop on a coordinated mimosa tour of 6 different locations. Unfortunately our 2nd least favorite stop. The wait staff was definitely split between competent and just getting by. There was a $5 special for macaroni and cheese that nearly everyone ordered, and nearly no one had good feedback on. I did not eat any of it just because Im not a fan normally. Some of the other bars had multiple options for mimosas, this place had just the regular Orange juice and champagne, but they must have run out of the mimosa glasses because most of us are served in the typical squat mixed beverage glasses. Not much in the way of holiday decorations other than its other than the keg Christmas tree. If you go here, I hope you enjoy it more than we did.

We’re big country music fans and were excited to try this bar - yes it played country music but that was it. If you want to join a frat party full of drunk men/boys letching over female servers in underwear, and wait 20 mins to get a drink, this is your place. For a real country atmosphere, try elsewhere.

I was upset when my bachelorette party was not allowed in because we denied bottle service which was over $50 a person….then they told us drinks would be $20 per person since we denied bottle service. They then offered us bottle service for over $80 per person. I was upset that they were not willing to accept our group while letting other large parties in before us. I do not mind that I stood in line for over an hour, but it was upsetting when they wouldn’t let us in but allowed other people in before us who had just arrived.

Went last night and expected a respectable establishment instead I got a disgusting environment. There was alcohol all over the floor causing a bunch of slippery and sticky spots. Dancing was limited due to people standing on the floor doing nothing. I asked the manager if there was any way to move them off and he responded well they wanna be on the dance floor its called a dance floor not a standing floor there was plenty of standing room not on the DANCE FLOOR. The band was good but the music was so loud I could hardly talk to anyone without screaming and my ears were ringing by the time I left.

Staff was really pushy and made us order 2 additional bottles in order for us to keep the table. The staff was rude, arrogant and seemed to be fighting amongst each other. Hate the fact that different people get different prices on the same product. Unfair business practices.Do yourself a favour and walk past this bar ... lots of better options down the street. Such a mix of emotions about this place. First off, I gotta admin that I really dont like country music. If that sounds like you, then just stay away. however, if thats no big deal, then the food is really rather good. This is definitely a restaurant/bar that puts restaurant first. I tried the kale and quinoa salad with chicken and it was done quite nicely. Would have preferred more chicken, but taste was fantastic. Others in my group liked their meals equally well. Staff is pretty much all women, so take that for what you will. I have heard from someone who lives in the neighborhood that after dinner time, the place gets really more like a bar, so keep that in mind.

I had the Tennessee melt which was shaved ribeye, provolone cheese with a Nashville hot aioli on sourdough bread. It was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately an hour later my stomach started rumbling. I spent the next hour or so going through the restroom. There are some concerns on Yelp about health code violations. They also had a DJ. DJ was absolutely horrible. This is a country bar. The DJ played a variety of music all across different genres. He played good songs but did not know how to transition between songs. He would play a Britney Spears song, then a Tupac song, then Shania Twain, then Jackson 5 and so on. He also wouldnt play a song long enough for you to enjoy and dance before he would switch it. I would not come here to dance. The only thing enjoyable was the people watching in this bar. Oh boy!

Wasnt told there was a minimum order for a group of three people during fight night. Turns out that minimum is $200! Then on top of that they take it upon themselves to include gratuity. Better off marketing yourself as nightclub. Even tho the menu is limited the food was pretty good. But we ordered 2 appetizers, 2 full entrees, and dessert plus three drinks a each, only to be told we hadnt hit minimum order total because we were only at $163. We ended up having to order a few shots to get to that mark. Maybe if we had known this prior to sitting down we could have planned appropriately but this was not mentioned until the end of our night. Bigger surprise then the amazing fights we just watched haha lesson learned.

A new bartender came in to start her shift. Being at the bar we witnessed and heard everything she did. Her attitude left us with a bad taste in our mouth. she was rude and condescending to a few patrons who had came up to sit at the bar. Taking poorly about others at the bar to a fellow employee. Yelling at customers from across the way because they werent wearing their masks, but at the same time she wasnt even wearing hers correctly. I’m the groom’s mom. Our bachelorette party from WA. was SO excited To reserve a booth there.($400) the seat was disgusting and service very slow. After the girls finished the $200 bottle of basic vodka we ordered shots and drinks. I never drink, and was amazed that I couldn’t taste or feel any alcohol after several ...I thought it was my lack of experience with the bar scene. but discussion the next day was unanimous with the seasoned drinkers...what we were served was probably 100% juice. No one wanted to be THAT person to question pouring behind the bar, and how do u prove it when shots are all downed at once? My guess is that happens a lot. Dancing and music were fun before it got packed, but quickly the floor became a sticky puddle of spilled drinks and groups of people literally just STOOD there so it was hard to move much less dance. We still had a lot of fun.,, just can’t say the location contributed much.Update: I was sent a $25 gift card in response to this review. WOW!We spent well over $600 there. In an effort to recognize the sincerity in that effort, maybe its the best they can do. I offered it to some friends that live in Scottsdale and frequent the clubs. None of them want it.

My bachelorette party went to Whiskey Row Scottsdale last night - 5/4/19. Our table and VIP bottle service was booked weeks in advance and anticipation was high. We were instructed to arrive at 10. We did just that and were asked to wait 15 minutes and told that they would find us once the table was ready. We waited and watched other parties who arrived after us get seated. Had we not asked again, we likely would have never been seated. When we were finally brought over to our table, it was dirty and we had to ask to have it cleaned off. The space including the seating was filfty. The quick wipe down of the table was mediocre at best. The presention of our bottles was lackluster in comparison to the other tables around us. After getting our first round of drinks our server was no where to be found and no one came to check on us. It was next to impossible to find a staff member and not until I found the promoter and told him that we had essentially been ignored since our arrival did anyone come to over to us. It honestly felt like we were second rate customers when we had paid a premium for a VIP experience. It was far from that. Once we did start getting service, our server couldnt keep the mixers straight. Drinks were made wrong and were also spilled by the server. Instead of going to the bar to replace the drinks, she made new ones from our bottle and the incorrect orders (read premium priced liquor) went to waste. Our group made the best of the situation but the bottle service experience in no way attributed to us enjoying ourselves. It was absolutely not worth the additional cost. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless youre looking to be treated like a second class citizen at your special event.

Eddy, the head of security, pushed my 100 lb sister while she was in line for the restroom. She confronted him and told him he had no right touching her. Eddy kicked our entire group out. After getting kicked out we talked to the bouncer and the manager. After some discussion, the manager told my sister that she was also in the wrong for confronting him after she was pushed because “who knows what he would have done”. I have never experienced anything like this with any business!! Me and 12 of my friends went to Whiskey Row to continue to celebrate my bachelorette party after hanging out at the Maya pool. We traveled to Scottsdale all the way from Ohio and were having the best time until we got to Whiskey Row. We were not acting crazy or drunk and we had only had a view drinks at the pool. We simply walked in found a table and sat down. Several of my friends ordered drinks which the waitress said she would be right back with. The waitress proceeded to take everyones food order. We ordered about $200 worth of food. We were severed two appetizers and when my friends asked where their drinks were the server said she was told she couldnt serve us drinks. If they did not want to serve us that was fine but we should have been told about it before they let us order food. We decided if they would not serve us drinks then we did not want to eat their either. We had already ate about $30 worth of food which one friend gave cash for. Not knowing she has already paid for what we ate I also put the $30 charges on my card. When we asked to speak to a manager he explained that we needed to pay for all of the food we had ordered but had not received. He was completely rude and did not care about customer service at all. This was unacceptable!!!! We did nothing wrong or crazy, we simply sat down and asked for drinks and food. We should have been told we could not drink before we ordered $200 worth of food. On Monday I checked my credit card statement and not only was I charged for the $30 worth of food that someone else already paid cash for but I was also charged an additional $130 with out my consent or signature! Who does this place think they are?!? From our experience and from reading other reviews this place employs a bunch of thieves! We walked about two blocks down and finished our celebration spending about $600 that Whiskey Row missed out on. Be very careful here and only pay cash!!
