Inspire Day Spa - Facial and Massage Scottsdale

Inspire was wonderful to work with, has great massage therapists and as a whole, has a fantastic ambiance. The Romance by the Lake package exceeded our expectations. The charcuterie board, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, were an absolute delight! The time in the same room, following our massages, was spectacular. It allowed us to slowly get in and move towards the comfy chairs, to enjoy together the cart of goodies mentioned above. All of this, while watching the sunset go down over the lake. We really could not have asked for anything more. It was a unique, refreshing, relaxing, delightful experience. We will be recommending it to all of our friends, and cant thank you enough for the opportunity to experience your spa.

I gave a gift certificate to my wife for a massage and she was very happy with the service and entire experience. The front desk and the massage therapist, Jennifer, were very attentive. The relaxation room had hot tea, water, light snacks, and she really enjoyed relaxing by the lake. Highly recommended!

Went there when I visited Arizona and this was one of the best spas Ive been to. They were very attentive and catered to whatever we needed. Me and my mom had Kelly and Marley as our Masseuses and both of them were wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Have visited multiple times for facials and just had first massage here. Every experience has been amazing and incredibly relaxing. Both for myself and my mother. We love this spa and will continue to come back as often as possible! This last visit we had wonderful service from Amanda and Karen, thank you to both ladies!

I love the team at IDS! When I threw my back out recently, Amanda skillfully massaged me back to full mobility, release and relief. She is masterful, caring and so effective! For facials, Tracie is honestly amazing, like hands down the best! My skin always looks radiant after a treatment with her and I learn great tips on skincare. And the team overall creates such positive energy, with kindness and great service. A truly special place.

Beautiful, calm atmosphere. Resort like spa with many amenities. Love the relaxation room. Massage was out of this world. Leanne was very in tune to my needs and applied the perfect amount of pressure during my deep tissue. She was very intuitive and sweet. Front desk staff was professional and very kind. My girlfriends and I came in for a massage. The spa is clean and welcoming and the staff is kind and efficient. The relaxation room is amazing and serene. We appreciated the choices for snacks and beverages. They have showers and lockers and spa robes and sandals. Alejandra was amazing I would totally book with her again. Im not sure who my other friends had one of them wasnt super satisfied.

Absolutely decadent experience at the Inspire Day Spa.The staff is exceptionally friendly. The amenities are beautiful, comfortable and well designed. The spa is absolutely gorgeous inside with the lighting, the photography, everything comes together perfectly to welcome you in and allow yourself to fully enjoy the experience.The relaxation room looks out over a small lake which provides glorious views of the sunset or of any time of day.My massage was perfect. Karen did a great job finding the correct amount of pressure and focused on my neck and shoulders as I requested.

I found IDS last March while visiting Scottsdale. What a gem! I love the relaxation room with snacks and beverages. The view of the lake is so pretty. This visit, Kelly gave me an amazing 90 minute massage, and was extra attentive to areas where I get tight from running. The prices are amazing, and I love supporting a family-owned business.

I highly recommend Inspire Day Spa! The spa is very clean and beautifully decorated. The relaxation room overlooks a pond/lake and provides a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly. Esthetician Karen is top notch! Not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable, but has excellent customer service skills.

This place deserves their high rating. I booked a bridal party getting 2 treatments each and private time in the relaxation room with a lunch. Everyone loved their treatments and the food was delicious. Its right on the lake and we all enjoyed sipping our champagne while watching all the cute dogs go by. The staff was so kind, came in to check on us and kept the champagne glasses full! Their facility was clean, beautiful, and I think their prices were very reasonable. Way more reasonable than any of the resort spas I was looking at. I will definitely be coming back.

The person that worked on me (if thats the correct phrasing) worked out every knot I had. I didnt even know I had knots in my legs. Would definitely come back! The person that worked on my GF did an amazing job as well! Kudos to the both of them!!

Traci provided the best facial!! And the atmosphere of Inspire was so great! I did the spoil me package (facial, body scrub, lunch and massage). The facial was outstanding!!! The body scrub felt wonderful, not the most relaxing, but felt great. And the massage was nice, I just had hoped for a little more. It was more forearm massaging than hand massaging (might’ve been one of the last ones that day, so maybe her hands were tired). So I didn’t leave feeling like my tension and tightness was worked out. But it was relaxing. Overall it was a great experience. I will be back!

I got the 90 minute massage and 90 minute facial with Chanel and Brieann. Chanel really relaxed my body and mind. She made me feel way less stressed and listened to what my body needed. Thank you Chanel. Brieann did a great job on my facial. She prepped my skin perfectly so that she could get all the extractions out that I needed. I booked the Spoil Me package and was not disappointed! Nicole, Chanel and Alayna were all perfect in the services I received from them! The support staff were also very helpful and I felt pampered the whole day! The lunch provided was excellent and the view of the lake from the relaxation room was very refreshing! I definitely would recommend going to this Spa if you are local or visiting the city of Scottsdale! I know I’ll be back!

Inspire Day Spa never disappoints! I enjoyed the Serenity 90 minute massage and a facial (my first!). Both were incredibly relaxing and wonderful. The place tends to every detail: from a beautifully organized and clean locker room, to a well stocked relaxation room with tea, water, snacks and an incredible view of the lake. I sat on the balcony for a few minutes and even though a little hot in Arizona, it was still breathtaking! I snuck a peek at the couples room which over looks the lake and it looks it would be a great romantic treat for couples. I highly recommend. Always impressed with the service there, the decor and the ambience in general. Thank you for a great spa experience today!

When describing my recent experience here to a friend, she said: “Wow…I’ve never heard you so excited about a massage.” The entire experience at Inspire Day Spa truly lives up to the Inspire name.On my first visit, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff member upon entering the spa. Her positive energy and enthusiasm made me feel very welcome. She gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how to use the lockers in the changing room. All areas of the spa were exceptionally clean with a pleasant, chill vibe and the right amount of spa aromas without being overwhelming to the senses. The serenity room where you wait for your massage therapist to call you was so relaxing - great view of the lake, comfortable seating, and plenty of delightful snacks and teas plus fruit infused water! On my second visit, the front desk staff were equally as warm and welcoming and asked if I remembered where everything was located and how everything worked.And now the best part: the massage! Amissa is AMAZING and it was one of the best massages of my life. Amissa has a kind and gentle energy that makes you feel instantly at ease, and she is extremely intuitive. It seemed like she could just sense where all the pain and tension points were and magically knead them away. She alternated between gentle and deeper massage techniques based on the problem points being worked on and what your body needs to heal. It was like witnessing a master body work artist doing what they do best. If you’re going to prioritize and invest in your self-care, this is the perfect place to do so.It is clear that the owners and staff at Inspire take pride in their craft and really care about their customers. Its been over a year since I last got a facial. Im my search for great places to get a facial, I stumbled upon Inspire Day Spa because of the amazing reviews. I was not disappointed! Upon arrival and leave the admins at the front desk were super sweet and helpful. I loved that they provided covid/sanitary friendly snacks and water while you wait to be taken back to your appointment. Jazmyn was my aesthetician who provided me the amazing Skin Brightening facial. She was very knowledgeable on the products and gave me great advice about my skins current conditions and future needs. We had great conversation and she made my entire treatment personable and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!

I was in town from Ohio and needed a massage after hiking Camelback mountain. I was SUPER lucky to get Jennifer as my therapist. I have had plenty of massages in my life and this was BY FAR the BRST massage I’ve ever had!!!! HIGHLY recommend Jenner!!! The staff was also EXTREMELY friendly. When I commented on how great my massage was, I received and email within MINUTES of my departure thanking me! I hope to return. Thank you!!!!

Everyone was SO friendly. I live in the neighborhood, and was able to book last minute which was super convenient. Cristal was absolutely phenomenal. She really paid attention to what I needed for my full body massage, and how my body responded. The complimentary champagne in the relaxation room was lovely. 10/10!!!

I cant say enough good things about Inspire Day Spa! My 10 year old son requested we have a spa day together at a place with big fluffy robes and cucumbers on your eyes, and I really struggled to find a place that would even do a spa service on a 10 year old boy. Let me also mention, my son has Tourette Syndrome and has recently had a really rough patch with his tics flaring and making it hard for him to sleep & relax. It can cause aches and pains as well. When I called Inspire to see if it would be possible, not only were they willing to book us together in a couples room, but they went out of their way to make the experience special for him & everything he requested. Every staff member was so friendly, and so accommodating. My son had a facial with Tracy and she made sure to do a scalp, hand, and foot massage for him (a specific focus and wish of his). They even had the cucumbers for his eyes!! My kiddo LOVED the service, and Tracy was amazing with him the entire time. I had a massage with Kelly that was absolutely wonderful. I was so relaxed! We enjoyed the relaxation room and the beautiful view before and after our services. As a mom feeling pretty helpless to bring her kiddo relief from the symptoms of his disorder, it was overwhelming to have other people go out of their way to help. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Inspire Day Spa staff! You truly made our day and gave us exactly the experience we hoped and dreamed of.

Tracie Floyd was FANTASTIC and in my opinion she is best esthetician I’ve experienced throughout my years of frequenting the Inspire Day Spa!Marla gave the most relaxing and attentive massage I’ve had in recent years! Overall the staff was very attentive and accommodating and I would highly recommend this spa for a day of self care and relaxation.

My aesthetician was amazing! I felt she tailors my facial exactly to what my skin needed. Not only was the arm and head massage wonderful, my skin still looks better and she gave me samples that I love! Great experience. Thank you Tracy!!

Had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were professional and friendly, along with comfortable and luxurious amenities. I could tell my massage therapist, Chanel, was experienced, as she had excellent technique and utilized innovative methods. To top that off, I took advantage of the relaxation room and watched the sun set over the lake. This was a treat and, for that, I am grateful.

Everything about my time at Inspire was impeccable. The service was kind and lovely. The atmosphere was perfectly curated. It was exactly was I was wanting and blew my expectations out of the water. I did the couples massages with my husband while visiting Scottsdale. He was nervous going in because before our appointment, he had never really had a massage. However, he was put at ease and has even brought up getting a massage more often!

This is genuinely my favourite spa ever. Although there are not amenities, their services are BY FAR the best you will ever receive. I have never left unhappy because this place is amazing! The staff are so kind, and go out of their way to make you feel special. The view and location is spectacular, and you will definitely leave feeling rejuvenated!

Not only is the space clean and beautiful but the massage I received was so helpful to me regarding a tight shoulder girdle . The therapist was extraordinary in relieving the tightness in my muscles ,additionally she went the extra mile showing me 2 stretches to do for continued relief between massages. She demonstrated and then had me do them to make sure I had done them correctly . Always a lovely experience at Inspire.

This spa is INCREDIBLE! From start to finish the experience was one I will never forget. My friend brought me here and we both got the Inspire Massage and it was amazing!! We spent time after the massages in the relaxation room looking at the beautiful lake. It was such a perfect ending to an amazing massage. The staff is incredibly sweet, there is tea and snacks in the relaxation room to enjoy, and the bathrooms are stocked with the necessities as well as the showers. I would book your appointment ASAP! Beautiful, welcoming and serene atmosphere. I had the Serenity Massage with Amanda, who was amazing and attentive. I added aromatherapy, with lemongrass and eucalyptus. I became so relaxed! After the massage, I sat in their relaxation room, which has a panoramic view of the lake, refreshments, and silence, with calming music softly playing. Highly recommend Inspire Day Spa!

Mixed results at this spa for me. I had an exfoliating body scrub and it seemed to be well done. Relaxing and enjoyable.After taking a long break (at my request, when I booked) to relax more and listen to meditations, I then had my Inspire signature facial.I was very surprised that the aesthetician did not address the needs I had filled out on my form where I was specifically asked what I wanted.Even MORE surprising is that she put a sheet mask on me after a few minutes of a very mild exfoliating mask (my skin doesn’t seem exfoliated).Yes, a sheet mask like I buy at Target. I’ve been getting facials for 35 years and never had a trained aesthetician put a paper face mask on me.The bulk of the time was spent in light massage on my hands and neck.No eye cream, very little exfoliation and even the sheet mask was on for about 10-15 minutes. It should have been on longer because the longer you leave those on, the more beneficial serum sinks into the skin.Yes it was relaxing, but definitely not worth $149 plus 20% gratuity.I am allergic to many food ingredients which my aesthetician was very attentive to, but again, all my other facial treatments at resorts, day spas etc have had plenty of options to get the results I wanted.When I booked my treatments, they recommended this Inspire facial so I could get specific results.So, a very misleading message when I booked and a failed execution of desired outcome.When I checked out, I was told my therapist left a bottle of lotion for me. It was a full size bottle of a lotion I liked in the initial body scrub treatment.My aestheticians at other places often give their clients gifts of a serum to try, or a bottle of lotion (usually a smaller size). I asked “is this a gift?” No… she left it for me to buy, even though this wasn’t made clear when it was brought to my attention.The spa facility itself is beautiful, extremely clean and well appointed.The booking experience was excellent, the email confirming the appointments pleasant and professional, and reception associates friendly and professional.I was offered a mimosa between treatments, and teas, fruit infused water and small individual snack containers are available in the relaxation room, which looks out over the peaceful lake in McCormick Ranch.If you want value for your money, you may want to visit another spa.

The team at Inspire Day Spa went above and beyond to make a milestone birthday celebration special. We had a large group, ranging in age from 20’s to 80’s, and everyone raved about their massages and facials, and how pampered they felt.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. The facilities were lovely, relaxing and clean. Jennifer did an exceptional job with my deep tissue massage and Traci was outstanding performing my facial. I felt so comfortable with Traci that I let her do dermaplaining. She was very gentle and my skin hasnt looked this good in years. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing service, and beautiful facilities! We were immediately welcomed upon entering and received such great care! We enjoyed an incredible couples massage, and light refreshments with a spectacular view of the pond. To top it off, after accidentally leaving my wedding rings behind, the spa and their staff went above and beyond to help me get them back, assisting beyond normal business hours. We had a wonderful time, and the care and attention we received made this better than 10/10. Absolutely recommend!!

My boyfriend surprised me with a massage and facial for my birthday.I have never had a massage before this and it has been at least 4 years since I had a facial. But the amazing technicians made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had Brie who did a phenomenal facial on me I was getting compliments on my skin for days after, and Stephanie who gave me the most amazing massage I could’ve ever asked for. From the front desk, to locker rooms, to the tranquility room everything was incredible. I can’t wait to come in again.

Im obsessed with Tracy and my mom loved Lizzie. I loved that I couldnt hear anything through the walls during my facial and the atrium room was such a relaxing atmosphere for clearing your mind. Tracy actually complimented my skin! Im so used to getting criticism on my skin that I actually cried happy tears. Plus her scalp message... so awesome I dont know how I was able to get up when it was over. Fantastic.

It was our first time at your spa, the great service started on entering with a warm greeting and they took us to the waiting area. My granddaughter (13yo) was getting her first facial,she was so delighted with everything even commenting on how cool the bathroom was. Then her facial was so terrific, she kept looking up at me during breaks and smiling... So grateful for her exceptional introduction to facial care.

I went here with my daughter for a day together. She got the teen facial and I got a massage. This place is a hidden treasure. As soon as you walk in all your senses light up and the greeting at the front desk is delightful. The tour of the place was impeccable. Beautiful nothing out of place. Our services were AMAZING!!!! We literally came into the relaxation room after with the biggest smiles on our faces while enjoying the refreshments offered looking at the beautiful view. It was perfect. The first experience for my daughter could not have been more perfect. Thank you so much.

I originally found the spa while looking for some place to take my mom for her birthday. both her and I work a lot and dont have a lot of free time to do self-care of any sort, so it seemed like a good idea. After experiencing the 60 minute inspire massages, we were delighted. We were massaged by Amissa and Jennifer, and both of them were fantastic. We even slept better that night!! Absolutely worth the money, and the lake view is just the cherry on top of a lovely experience.

It was the best massage Ive had in town. Top 3 best Ive ever had. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was also supposed to come with a head and face massage. The head massage was a little rough and she did my neck, not face. Other than that, they are very skilled and experienced. I will be going here from now on.

Received a gift card and made an appointment for a body wrap. The facility is tucked away quietly near the water off Hayden, it is surprisingly serene! I was met by very polite and cheerful staff! A well appointed Womens locker room with lockers welcomed me and I enjoyed some herbal tea before my wrap with Travis who was an impeccable service provider in demeanor and in skill. I throughly enjoyed my time and will definitely go back!!!

What an incredible place! We booked the couples massage - Chanel gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had, and I get them regularly! The back side of the building looks out to a lovely peaceful lake, making the relaxation room EXTRA peaceful and lovely!

I got a deep tissue massage By Jennifer. I had been suffering from really bad severe neck and left shoulder pain for nearly 3 years!I also injured my knee at the gym andI’ve had plenty of adjustments done prior by my chiropractor but wouldn’t work.After my first session with Jennifer I felt so much better right off the bat and my pain level dropped from a 10 to a 2 immediately! This family-owned small and cozy. Theyre relaxation room is beautiful and you can sit out on the deck and look at the lake. Very peaceful and my therapist was fantastic. Her name is Delia.

I personally believe that the spa experience starts the moment you walk through the door, and they did just that! Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming hello. I got a tour of the spa and quick instructions on how to use the lockers. Relaxation room was great, tea was delicious. Now, the best part of my spa experience - Heather. Ive had several facials before but Heathers was by FAR the best. I went in wanting microneedling, but after she took a look at my skin and read over my skin concerns, she recommended I get Hydrafacial instead. So glad I listened because that is exactly what my skin needed. My skin was GLOWING after the treatment and Heather showed me all the gunk that came out of my face at the end. She even put out tinted sunscreen at the front desk simply because I was interested in buying what she used on my face but happened to mention I normally wear tinted sunscreen for work. All in all, Ill definitely be returning to Inspire! Cant wait to try other services they offer.

We celibated our thirtieth wedding anniversary with a couples massage. We were both in heaven. When the young lady asked me if there was anything to improve my visit I said 90 mins instead of 60. Well worth the money.

The massage therapist was outstanding!!! The relaxation room was so lovely as well. Drinks and refreshments, and we were able to order champagne/mimosas and chocolate covered strawberries for our group. Will 100% return!

Great experience at Inspire Day Spa while visiting Scottsdale. Staff was friendly, on time, and provided the relaxation needed. Opted for a Girls Day package with a friend which included lunch. Lunch was healthy and delicious.

Overall our experience was terrific. Facilities are clean and services were well received. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s graduation coming up and have a girls day with our friend from Wisconsin. We each got a facial which was out of this world and my friend and daughter got massages. My friend was so relaxed that I’m not sure she was coherent for a good hour afterwards 😂. She said it was easily the best massage she’s ever had. She has some lymphatic issues and said she felt such relief afterwards. I tried the cellulite wrap and wasn’t impressed. Didn’t really do anything for my body. If you have done these in the past and had good results, I’d say go for it, but I think I will stick to the amazing facials and massages. I will say the gal that did the wrap was AWESOME! She was so much fun and we had some good laughs and conversation… so not a total bust. 😉We had another small yet significant issue and when it was brought to Amy the Spa Director, she was so quick to make it right. Very sweet and professional… I know everything was handled and really looking forward to our next visit. My stress is already melting away just thinking about it! 😁. If you’re on the fence about booking with Inspire, get off that fence and just DO IT! You won’t be disappointed!!

This place was beautiful and very relaxing. I had the Back and Facial scrub. Because I am allergic to aloe, the technician took extra precautions to ensure none of the products contained it.I enjoyed the treatment, especially the scalp massage. I never knew I needed one, until I had one. I not only highly recommend it, but I definitely plan to return.

Jenny L. was amazing, I had a 90min serenity massage and she knew exactly how to get all my knots out. The relaxation room was very good there as well, overlooking the water. I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to Inspire Day Spa literally since it opened. If you want a getaway without the time to get away, Inspire is for you!The staff is always friendly and attentive keeping the locker rooms clean and amply supplied with amenities. Same for the relaxation waiting area, which is full of cushy seating, delicious snacks and refreshing water and teas. It also has a relaxing view onto the water to reset you for your treatment.The aestheticians and massage therapists have always been wonderful. I’ve gotten many massages and facials as well as a couples massage over my years of visiting. Fantastic services, never disappointed and always leave looking forward to my next appointment. All of the treatment rooms are well appointed for your chosen services. The couples massage room also overlooks the water and is very serene.Other treats to consider are premium services like the Hydrafacial. I’ve had it several times over the years and it is fantastic! They also do fab parties with meals and catered snacks.In summary, Inspire is a great setting for a relaxing day. Great services, friendly staff, skilled aestheticians and massage therapists using premium products with super premium services also available.

My husband booked the “Spoil Me” package as a Mother’s Day gift for me. I had a wonderful experience. The exfoliating body treatment left my skin soft and smooth. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure and it relieved the tension in my neck and shoulders while also being very relaxing. The facial was excellent and I could tell they use very good quality products. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming without feeling pretentious. Thank you for the awesome experience!

I absolutely love Inspire Day Spa. This was my 3rd time there and I will continue to go there. The spa is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The relaxation room is lovely. They offer small snacks, tea, and water while you wait for your service or in between services. It also has a really nice view of the lake. Makes you feel like you are out in nature even though you are in the middle of the city.As for the services, I had a facial and massage that were superb. Both Karen and Jennifer were amazing. They both took time to ask important questions and verify I didnt have any allergies to the products, (which I did) and we were able to avoid a bad skin reaction. My face felt wonderful and I was glowing for days! :) As for the deep tissue massage... OMG. Just amazing. Jennifer was great and strong! I even fell asleep before it was over. It was an amazing, relaxing day and I would highly recommend Inspire Day Spa to anyone looking for a spa treat!Also, their prices are competitive, but you get a more indulgent experience than a typical spa.

This place was fantastic! I went with some friends and we had the Spoil Me Package. It definitely was well worth it! The exfoliating body wrap made me my skin look radiant. I loved the facial I received so much that I ended up buying 2 of the recommended products that were used. The 90 minute massage really helped my shoulders that are always so tense. We enjoyed the lakeside lunch very much. We even asked where they get the food from. Dominique made the facial and body wrap very enjoyable. Sara really did a great job with the massage. The staff was kind and professional. The whole experience was absolutely amazing! I hope to go back soon.

Ive enjoyed every treatment Ive had at Inspire and all the people Ive seen have been wonderful, but Sabrina is the absolute best Ive ever had. Ive scheduled regular facials now specifically with her. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and great at her treatments. Inspire and their entire staff never disappoints.

I took my best friend here for her birthday and we really enjoyed our time here. If I’m being ultra critical, my reasons for not 5 stars is our facial was not a full hour - we began around 9:15 and we stopped at 10:02. Also, it seemed a little disorganized when we got picked up from the relaxation room with the 4 other women who were there. I would suggest maybe picking up one party at a time? The area is pretty small and it felt crowded walking out. These are minor things, however I still loved my experience and would recommend it! I also was recommended treatments for my skin concerns which I really appreciated. It was clean, the staff were all so friendly, and the facial was done really well. Thank you!!

To be honest, the facial and massage were a huge let down; however, I was absolutely thrilled with my body wrap and exfoliation! The products that were used were amazing and the therapist was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring! She honestly couldnt have done a better job.I reached out to Stacy regarding my experience and received an immediate response from not only her, but also the manager Amy. Both of them determined to set it right. I came back in for another facial and massage (Karen and Tsomo) and was once again thrilled! Both ladies listened to what I was looking for and I felt 100% pampered.Inspire Day Spa goes above and beyond by making you feel like you are special and cared for! The products they use are absolutely amazing! If there is something you dont like or need to have changed, let them know because they will work to make it happen.The relaxation room is beautiful and decorated with comfortable chairs along with refreshments such as infused water, hot tea, and chocolate covered fruits/nuts. It overlooks the lake, which is just delightful! If you want to sit outside, there are also chairs provided.The locker room to change is large and has so many great amenities! There is a nice large place to change and they include robes and slippers. After your services, there are showers that can be used with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. They even have a eucalyptus spray to use in the shower to enhance the experience!All of the services have lots of little extras that you wont find in other spas! I really appreciated that I was treated to a hot towel on my back, feet, and face during the massage which not only felt nice, but also helped to get some of the massage oil off.Its the special touches, attention to detail, and the customer service that really sets Inspire Day Spa apart from many other locations!I highly recommend coming to see them and spend a while relaxing!

I had a lovely experience at the Serenity Spa. The spa is small, but quiet and tranquil. You are warmly treated upon your arrival, and the services are nothing short of fantastic. I had a facial which was probably the best facial I have every had (complete with scalp, shoulder and foot massage), with Andrea. Next I enjoyed a massage with Kimberly, who paid attention to my comments, and gave me a wonderful, relaxing massage. The rooms are surprisingly quiet and tranquil. These services are a wonderful value, and I am so happy that a local business is doing so well. I highly recommend this day spa.....you will not be disappointed!

A beautiful location, relaxing setting and phenomenal service! My husband and I did the Romance by the Lake package and loved it! I was with a large party of women getting facials and massages. The experience was amazing. The facial was relaxing and my skin looked great after. The stand out was the massage by Jake. He was professional and may be the best massage therapist I’ve had. I would definitely do both again. The facility was clean and the staff was gracious. We all were impressed.

Finally set aside some much needed spa time last week. This was my first time at the Inspire Day Spa and the experience could not have been better. The reception area smells incredible and the ladies at the front desk were efficient and welcoming. The relaxation room looks out onto the lake; loved the setting. The spa uses Eminence Skin Care products so I selected to have a facial and a massage. Both services were equally spectacular as were the techs. I left with a radiant complexion feeling relaxed and ready to book my next appointment.

My sweetie and I had great massages. The couples massage room is labeled The Sweetheart. The relaxation room is, well, very relaxing. The view...amazing! The staff was as expected - kind, courteous, patient and attentive. It was a very nice time. I had a slight breakout from the oils but Im certainly not faulting the spa what so ever. I looked up the oil that was used and its commonly used and fairly high quality. I mention it because its something to consider if you have sensitive skin like I do. The irritation was just on my shoulders, upper chest and back. The next time I go, Ill ask for a different type of oil. Aside from that, it was a good experience and a nice way to close out my wedding week!One point I will make is, the cost was much more than I would normally pay for a regular massage but since this was a special occasion, I went with it. Glad I did!

I had the perfect experience at Inspire. My 50 minute massage with Sara was exactly what I needed to wind down from my busy week. She was amazing and catered to my preferences. The spa itself is beautiful, from the minute you walk in, all the way back to the relaxation room. The staff was friendly and accommodating- you can tell everyone there enjoys their work. I will definitely be going back frequently!

OH MY GOSH! This place is a taste of heaven! My husband and I had a couple massage in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. It was so calming, peaceful, clean, relaxing...JUST OUTRIGHT HEAVENLY. The masseuses were absolutely amazing as well as the front desk staff. They make you feel so special. Even the other people that were there for massages had great energy. Its just an all around great place to be. You WILL feel rejuvenated and relaxed without a doubt. Its expensive but worth every dime. You have to experience INSPIRE at least once. Hands down.

I had an amazing spa day at Inspire yesterday. I received my first Exfoliating Body Wrap with Karen and it was very relaxing, I did not want it to end. She is knowledgeable and very good at what she does. I love the Coconut scrub and lotion and the Mango enzyme wrap smelled so good. Then I received a Deep Tissue massage with Chanel. She worked my focus areas very well and she used just the right amount of pressure that my body needed. And the neck, head scalp massage she did was outstanding. Thank you Inspire Day Spa!!!

Went there when I was on vacation. Kelly did my massage and Dominique did my facial. Both were amazing! I wish I lived close enough to see them regularly. I bought the skin care recommendations and I’m excited to try them. It’s so nice to see skin care with ingredients that you actually understand.

This is my review account, but I meant to give 4.5 ⭐ not 4 stars. Google wont allow. I deducted 1/2 a point because the massage felt pretty careless towards the end with only VERY light scalp scratches.Anyway, I got the spoil me package. I came 15 minutes before appointment time and filled out paperwork. The ladies up front were so welcoming and it wasnt even 9 a.m. I started with a body treatment by Karen and she was so sweet explaining the processes thoroughly. Ive never had a body wrap done the way they do, but it has been over a decade for me and I definitely liked this more than my first time at another place. The treatment was so relaxing that I fell asleep. This is a treatment Ill definitely come back for and with Karen.Next was the massage by Amanda. She was very sweet. Although the first 45 minutes were great, the last half hour seemed like she was only focus on lightly rubbing/ scratching my scalp. And she did not ask if the pressure was ok or not. Her pressure declined greatly after working on my upper back. I didnt fall asleep. I enjoyed it for the most part but not as much as my body treatment.After the massage, I had lunch. It was delicious and quite a bit actually. The chicken pesto sandwich and the green goddess salad was what I had. The front desk lady that greeted me served it to me. I honestly think every business should be trained whomever trained these ladies because theyre seriously fantastic in customer service.After lunch, I had my facial by Dominiq. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and I actually had a thorough consultation unlike many other facial places Ive been to. The room was just how I like it! She REALLY cleaned my face too. Loved the technique she used. Most places kind of just like clean you here and there, but she was WORKING it. I also really like the products they used: Le Clair and Eminence. Im familiar with the latter and love them. I will be going back to the spa to pick up the Le Clair facial wash after my current one is gone. I got the hydro jelly mask which was a $40 upgrade. I left with such a glowing face.They are slightly pricier than competitors, but I would say it is justified. Youll know if you go. I will most definitely be back. Thank you guys for making my day better after a hectic week!

The facial was to die for done by Tracey but my full body message was the worst I ever had. The table was so cold, couldnt relax and she didnt focus on the area I asked her to do. I do not recommend Melissa

Yesterday I had my first signature facial here with Sabrina, I was so incredibly pleased with the service she gave me the most wonderful luxury facial and I left with fresh, clean, radiant skin. She also gave me a neck and shoulder massage, and a hand treatment that was truly relaxing. The spa relaxing and peaceful with a beautiful relaxation room with a view of the lake. The spa staff were super nice and accommodating making this my trip in to Inspire day spa truly one of a kind! Ill definitely come back.

Welcoming and friendly Staff. Right when i walked in I felt relaxed. The relaxation room is great to do your paperwork and wait for your services. My masseuse was knowledgeable, skilled and very attentive to my needs and keeping the right amount of pressure the whole time. Kristy had the perfect mix of conversation and allowing me to relax. I had an such an amazing experience yesterday when I went in and got a massage from Chanel! It was the best massage Ive ever gotten! The front desk girls are exceptional! The einviornment is extremely relaxing and has great vibes! The relaxation room is phenomenal, much more of a relaxing waiting room than other spas Ive gone too! I cant wait to go back!

I have been going to Inspire Day Spa for 3 years and this year I decided to invest in the VIP membership program because I loved this place so much. I planned a date night for my husband and booked the Romance by the Lake package. This was my husbands first massage and I have had a really rough couple of weeks so we both were really looking forward to it. Things started of a little rocky as our massage did not start on time and the room was just being turned over about 10 min past our appointment time. About 5 minutes into my massage, my therapist Jake, just walked out of the room. He removed his hands abruptly and walked away without uttering a word. 10 minutes later, Nicole, who was working on my husband went to go see what was wrong. She came back and said he left. I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to the front desk. The assistant manager was there and was texting the manager. I was told Jake would be terminated, I didnt have to pay for my husbands massage and I could schedule a 60 minute on another day with Nicole.I am absolutely devastated by what happened to me yesterday and how I was treated. And, I have mixed feelings about returning. My entire body is in knots and I feel even more stressed from what happened to me at Inspire. I do not feel like a massage separate from my husband makes up for what I experienced at this business. Now, I have to make another trip to go get a massage alone when I was supposed to have a romantic evening with my husband. My night was absolutely ruined and I felt rejected and stupid having to sit and watch my husband get massaged after being humiliated. But, I did not want to ruin his first massage so I just sat through it. A 60 minute massage does not make up for any of this. I am seeking recommendations for a new spa home as I am in need of a couples massage and a separate spa day for myself.

This is my second visit and still impressed with the service and the treatments. The facility itself is inviting and comfortable. They seem to have everything and I just love the relaxation room. I wish I lived in Arizona so I could make this a regular habit, but I guess a good excuse to keep coming back. Make sure you give yourself enough time at this little gem.

Inspire Day Spa has an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. Every staff member was charming and helpful. My therapist Corrin was outstanding! I prefer firm pressure and she knew exactly where I needed more attention. I recommend either arriving early or lounging after in the Relaxation Room - we just happened to arrive early and the sunset was absolutely breathtaking! I enjoyed all the calming details throughout the spa and I highly recommend Inspire Day Spa for your next treatment! It is truly an extraordinary experience! :D

Absolutely top notch experience. I frequently get massage therapy and was looking for some relaxation while visiting Phoenix. I was able to grab a relatively last minute appointment with Jake and he was fantastic. He has a very intuitive nature and gave me some stretching recommendations after the session. Highly recommend him as a therapist! As others mentioned, the relaxation room is second to none with a stunning view of the lake behind the building.

Husband and I indulged in both a facial treatment and a couples massage while passing through on our vacation from NC. Was not disappointed. Facial and massage were decent. What brings it over the edge to a 5 rating for me is the ambiance. They care. The separate waiting room with the view over the lake made the visit complete. After a jeep ride through rough Arizona terrain and a horseback ride in Monument Valley, I looked forward to this visit the most.

My wife booked us a visit for our final vacation day here in AZ. It was a great experience. The ladies up front, the relaxation room and patio, even the mens room was great.Most of all, Jada knocked it out. Best massage in a long long time.

Booked the spoil me package for my mother and she showed up early for her appointment & not sure what was going on that day but she was left for 1 HOUR unattended and not checked it. They gave her her paperwork, never checked her in, and later called and lied to me saying they started her treatment 20 min late and gave me a $30 refund? Unsure how that math added up. My mom ended up having to leave because they were rushing her and it was not a relaxing day for her at all, they made it WORSE. she ended up having to come back the following day and received her relaxing spa day she deserved. From what I heard it went very well.

Visited this past week for my mom’s birthday, and we did the “Girls Day” Package. It was a lovely experience! The ladies at the front desk were the sweetest and went above and beyond for us. Our massages and facials were so relaxing, not to mention the high quality rooms and products! We had a lake side lunch that was scrumptious as well. Couldn’t have asked for more! Only wished we lived close enough to come regularly!

I was lucky enough to have a body wrap, massage and facial! It was absolutely incredible, the staff was very friendly, highly compassionate and really thorough. My boyfriend and I booked a couple’s facial here and I am unsure of how I feel about the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and the amenities are nice (nice bathroom, peaceful lobby, etc). However, I got the feeling that the women massaging us were using the same 3 or 4 products over and over for the whole massage. They cover your eyes for almost the entire massage, but my other senses (smell and feel) gave me the impression that the same products were being used repeatedly to fill the whole hour. Is this normal? I’m not sure considering I’ve never had a facial before, but it seems to me that a more intricate/detailed massage should’ve been given for the amount we paid.

Dora was beautifully experienced. Made with each movement she had rubbing all the knots I didnt even know existed. Really comfortable she made my first massage beyond phenomenal and would recommend her to anyone, with trust on my skin to theirs. Wish I lived closer to be there more often

Had a massage here several weeks ago. Lots of parking. Very professional staff. Amazing waiting space with a view and felt so comfortable throughout the experience. My massage was with Allison which was wonderful. She catered to my needs and the highlight was a sugar scrub for my feet which was the most relaxing and incredible thing Ive ever experienced. Overall phenomenal + relaxing time.

We discovered this place 4 years ago and started doing Couples Massages. Then I hurt my shoulder and Nicole and Caitlyn worked their magic and gave me more range of motion. Then to prepare for my wedding I was seeing Sabrina for dermaplanning facials and on to Hydro-facials which makes my skin GLOW. My make-up person was loving my skin and made the makeup easy to work with. Self care is underrated. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Tranquil and relaxing… the staff are very caring and accommodating. The facility was very clean and practiced covid safety precautions. The quiet room is wonderful to hang out in. My husband and I got a couples massage and it was just what we needed after a 22 hour road trip from Seattle to Scottsdale. Highly recommend this place for your spa needs and we will definitely be returning whenever we’re in Scottsdale! One recommendation: get robes specific for plus size customers please? The “one size fits all” robes offered in the locker room didn’t fit me but I wore it anyway, just had to keep my clothes on :)

The front desk person was welcoming. I love the facility-pretty, clean and smelled great. The therapist was excellent and very nice. I felt great after my massage.

I went in for a couples massage and it was incredible!! The facilities are pristine with a fantastic view and every amenity you could need. Alex the spa coordinator had everything I needed ready when I came in and was very friendly and informative while I was checking out! And don’t even get me started on my massage therapist Chanel. I didn’t even realize how tense my body was but I walked out feeling like a cloud and I’m still the most relaxed I’ve ever been hours later! I want to live in this spa! It far surpasses every other spa I’ve been to in the valley & I HIGHLY recommend!!

Me and my sister did a girls spa day and it was amazing!!!!! We had facials massages lunch and a foot massage. It was worth every dollar. They were on time and very nice and professional. We will definitely make this a yearly trip as we are from Ohio. I cant express enough how great of a time we had.

After hearing all the raves and reviews from some friends & family I decided to come in this evening with my girlfriend to get a 1 hour massage and let me tell you this place did not disappoint! Although we arrived quite early for our appointments, we were sincerely greeted by the front staff and we were led to this relaxation area in the back that was simply amazing. Everything seemed well thought out with excellent attention to the smallest of details like the fruit infused water and snacks. Our therapists arrived to greet us on time and talked to us about or massages. My therapists name for tonight was Crystal and she has a set of awesome strong hands and her level of pressure was just right for me ( medium firm ) that left me feeling incredibly relaxed!We will definitely be coming back but this time for a couples massage and other spa treatments that they offer. It is well worth it. We can hardly wait.Thank you again staff.Pablo.

I received a 90 minute massage from Kaitlyn and she was very helpful and informative of different massages to help with my specific needs. Kaitlyn worked on specific muscles and was able to relieve some pain I was having. I will definitely be back to Inspire to receive more services.

I came here for a bachelorette party of 19 girls and they far surpassed our expectations. Beautiful view, awesome relaxation room, and yummy food to keep us occupied while we waited for our friends. Staff was friendly and prompt. The reception area smelled amazing. I purchased the Mr Sublime for my significant other. He stated the facial and massage were the best hed had in a long time. This is a man who gets massages bimonthly due to being an athlete. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

I had my first facial with Kim, it was very relaxing. I didnt know what to expect, but Kim was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining everything. My massage with Carrie was equally rewarding. Her technique was very therapeutic and she really focused on my problem areas, releasing tension I didnt even realize I was holding.

I visited Inspire Day Spa with a large bridal party. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large party, we spent the whole day getting truly pampered. The staff checked in on our group often and supplied us with beverages and snacks. This was by far my best massage experience! Thank you Inspire Day spa!

My first time going to Inspire Day Spa and it was amazing! The staff was really amazing and the environment is out of this world they make you feel like you are the only one in the world! I loved everything from beginning to end! When I first walked in the receptionist greeting me and my wife right away. As soon as we got there we didnt have to wait for anything and she walked us to the dressing rooms and explained to us how the lockers worked and talked about the amenities that were available to us.They had a great variety from shower, towels (however many towels we needed not just one), bathroom, slippers, robes etc. Once we changed we were able to go into the waiting room to relax and wind down, but what I really loved about was the view we had of the lake and the sunset! It was SO relaxing I didnt even want to go get a massage once they came to get us I didnt want to leave! Once we were getting our massages the therapists were amazing! Theyre names were Cristal and Corrin, they were friendly,helpful and very considerate of our needs.Once our massages were done, we had the option of either dressing up and leave right away, or shower, or even go back to the relaxing waiting room. Which was awesome that they gave us choices, but also they didnt rush us out they wanted us to stay and enjoy what they had to offer(which I loved!) So me and my wife decided to use the showers and shower before we went on our way. They had everything you needed from shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they smelled really good. The shower was really, really nice and spacious! The only thing that they needed was lotion in the mens dressing room, I had asked my wife if theirs had lotion and she said yes that they even had razors they could use!Once we were ready to leave the receptionist helped me out with checking out because it was my first time being there and I obviously didnt know what to do. Overall the experience imma and my wife had there was AMAZING! I will definitely be returning for multiple visits and I will also be recommending my friends and family to go there. Thanks a lot to the staff to making us feel very warm and welcomed and for keeping the environment so relaxing !

The front desk staff were so kind, they showed me around and they have a great relaxation room to enjoy prior to your service (and/or after of you’d like). Everything was super clean and very comfortable. My skin feels amazing and Kim was so helpful and kind. Perfect blend of relaxation and great work on my skin. I booked the Romance by the Lake package for my wife and I for her birthday. The staff was amazing and the spa was very clean. We were very well taken care of from start to finish. We left feeling very relaxed and excited to go back again. My wife loved it!!

I woke up one morning with some neck soreness and dizziness. I was lucky enough to procure a same day appointment at this lovely establishment right around the corner from my house. Nicole was absolutely amazing and I walked out without neck pain or dizziness! The relaxation room looks out over the lake and has wonderful cushioned seating. I will be back!

The front desk staff are great. All of the masseuses I have worked with have been fantastic, but Chanel is magician.I suffer from migraines and a chronic neck injury. Chanel has me asleep within minutes!Sabrina is an incredible esthetician. Ive seen her for a number of facials over the last six months. She has a plan in place for me before I arrive and makes adjustments as needed. But her plan is always spot on for my needs each time.They have a nice relaxation room with a view over the lake at Mccormick Ranch. Water, really great tea, and some snacks are available while you wait.

I initially had a bad first experience and provided feedback to the manager. She apologized and offered to comp a facial or massage with one of the preferred esthetician. I chose a facial with Kim. It was the best facial I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend Kim as she asked specific questions regarding my skincare concerns, routine and made recommendations accordingly. In addition, I appreciate how my initial complaint was addressed by management. This is a great spa that offers outstanding customer service and fantastic treatments.

Our group of 7 purchased the bachelorette group package we were blown away! For $200 per girl, we had an hour long massage or facial, and we all loved it. We had 2 hr access to the relaxation room with a patio and loved it. But the best part that blew us away was the lunch! The spread was gourmet and delicious! It was so much more than we ever expected, and we loved it all. Various sandwiches, various salas, various croustinis, meatballs, fruit and nuts, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne... it was incredible. So come hungry!

From the moment I walked into Inspire, I was welcomed with the most pleasant aura and smiles from the entire staff. I was planning an impromptu romantic night with my man and was on the prowl for a spa that could get me in last minute. I called the night before and Stephanie was able to squeeze us in! The hospitality didnt stop there though. After we checked in, we were spoiled with chocolate covered strawberries and taken to a serene room (with a beautiful lakeside view) to fill out paperwork. Next, we were greeted by our therapists: Chanel and Tabitha and were taken to our couples room (another beautiful lakeside view). Chanel and tabitha were very thorough with our assessments. They were eager to give us a massage that would be relaxing, yet productive. My man and I are constantly in the gym and on our feet for work so we needed someone who could get through all of our knots. I had never experienced such a tranquil massage that was able to soothe my sore muscles and leave me feeling rejuvenated. Needless to say, we left feeling absolutely inspired by the lasting experience that Inspire spa gave us. We will for sure be coming back again for another special night!

Not sure what to expect, I was blown away by my experience at Inspire. From the warm welcome from the girls at the front desk, to the gorgeous view from the relaxation room (I was tempted to stay all day!), and the perfectly heated, ergonomic bed to lay on for my facial underneath a stunning chandelier, the facilities and setting were top notch. Kim, my aesthetician, was fabulous! She was knowlegeable and intuitive, knowing just what I needed, and helped me to feel right at home. Her experience and expertise were superior - she was a pleasure! After my facial I felt amazing and hated to leave. I cant wait to go back!

My partner & I came for a couples massage. 5/5 for masseuses.Took 2 stars away, because midway through the massage there was dog outside that would NOT shut up. Could not relax after that. Not the spas fault but considering the rooms are right next to the outdoor walkway, there should be something to deter the outside noises.

The esthetician Cristina K did an amazing job with my hydra facial today!! My last experience with a hydra facial at a different med spa left me with painful irritation around my nose for months and an overall bad taste in my mouth of a service i thought would help my skin. This service with Cristina at Inspire was amazing and a completely different experience. I felt relaxed, rejuvenated, with zero irritation!! I literally look like i have glass skin! Not to mention the facility is gorgeous!! Thanks again!!

I love this place! It only costs $10 more than the other places who dont offer you any type of spa experience. Inspire is worth every penny for a true spa experience. Its also difficult to find a place that does both massages and facials, which I think go hand in hand. I highly recommend!

Friendly service and such a relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend. After the massage they over water and tea and I went for the tea option. The tea was so good that I bought some to take back home to Las Vegas.
