Says open online, the door, and the sign outside showing they should be open at 7:30pm on a Wednesday although the door is locked and they wont answer the phone. Drove here for nothing.

My go-to location for any of my tobacco needs. Went tonight (Saturday, May 1) and the girl there at night did an outstanding job helping me. Norman the owner is great. They always stock what I need and have a very quick in and out experience. If something comes in they know I enjoy, they call me to let me know. Both locations are fantastic, if you need a personal experience, this is your place.

For many years I frequented a local vape shop, which unfortunately went out of business shortly into the pandemic. I then went directly to their supplier, out of state and ordered online. This was satisfactory, and I loved their product, but I missed the club atmosphere, knowing the proprietors, meeting and mingling with other vapors. I found my new club at I Smoke Cigars & Vape / Grayhawk. With the fabulous Haidi at the helm, welcoming the customers with joy, recognition, friendly service and product knowledge this place is wonderful. She has encouraged me to try new flavors, and find a new favorite. Haidi is the sommelier of juice, and all things related. Online no more, and happy to have found this marvelous shop.

I was SO thrilled when I saw that there was finally a vape/smoke shop near me!! Even in walking distance! (Bonus!!). The staff is very welcoming and will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!! I went in looking for a specific vape kit, however they didn’t have it in stock at this location. The owner quickly called one of the other locations to see if they had any there and lucky me they had what I was looking for!! He told me he would grab it and bring it with him to the Grayhawk location within the next couple of days for me. So about 2-3 days later I called in, Carson answered the phone and I asked if by any chance it was there, and sure enough; it was there waiting for me!!!! I also asked if they did any price matching and he said under certain guidelines, yes. I mentioned that I had seen the exact kit that I was buying, online for less than what they had it priced for. Carson confirmed that he was able to match the price I had found online and I was on my way to the shop!! When I arrived they had me open up the kit just to make sure it was for sure what I wanted, nothing was wrong with it, and all the accessories were in the box. I also grabbed a bottle of juice and was offered a discounted price as well. iSmoke is definitely a one stop shop. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!!
