U have to remind them of the discounts or they wont give it to you . they should have a discount button that automatically gives u the discounts they promise and should state that u only get the discount if ur paying with cash and not a card . What a joke

Im a little older but I enjoy vaping. This shop while being convienient has cost me money and time. My recent experience when I needed a battery for my mod I got home put the new battery in and it was completely dead and unable to charge. Then I noticed on the end of the box a big X in marker. Of course I realized then I had been sold a defective unit. I’ll try to exchange and see how that process works but being from Tillamook was very inconvenienced.

Staff was a good help when trying to decide between the literally 1000s of different products. The staff wasnt pushy or rude. Walked me through everything and helped me make an informed decision.

The vape selection here is easily the best in town. Jay is always very helpful in finding the best vape flavors. The bong he suggested is the prized piece of my collection, and I get all my glass from them since.

Forgot our torch and a lighter on this trip the the beach! So thankful for Seaside Smoke and Vape!! Had many options to work with from $20-$60+. We decided on a $45 torch to get us by, the front desk guy also threw in a can of butane! Obviously more expensive at the coast but also a high quality product!! Very happy with our purchase here. Also large vape juice selection, lots of variety. Thanks again everyone at seaside smoke and vape!

Id give a more stars if their prices werent so over the top. They are more focused on taking advantage of the tourism aspect instead of taking care of their locales for the rest of the year. Not to mention everytime I get a favor flavor vape they end up discontinuing the brand and / or the flavor. Too many fruit and icy flavors.. Need more custards.

I’ve lived in seaside for about 4 years and I’ve been going here since the beginning of 2021 and they are amazing people. So friendly and awesome! Especially Mike, he manages both this location and the one in Astoria and he is an amazing guy! If you are coming for just a day or living in seaside I definitely recommend coming here and seeing Mike, usually works night shift.

This is by far the best vape shop in the northern Oregon coast. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff and a great variety of products. Juice, coils, mods, glass water pipes... whatever. I recommend Coastal Clouds personally, but like I said theres a big selection.

Ive bought multiple pen batteries here and both either stoped working after a week of use or fell apart. Now Im currently waiting in the parkinglot waiting for someone to open up. Online says they open at 8am and currently is 8:22am and no one has opened the shop yet. If you guys could update your hours that would be great if your not supposed to be open yet. Ive been waiting for almost an hour now. Since this is the second pen that has malfunctioned I hope they will offer a higher quality one for free or my money back.

Really great shop. Stopped in for my first time the other day with my sister. The Assistant Manager was working. He was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a discount on a sick bong. He even threw in a bowl piece that matched my bong and let me pick out a lighter. Highly recommended this shop. Great quality glass, great salesmanship. Positive atmosphere. Great pricings. Horrible customer service, not so much employees but the owner himself, dosnt care much for the customer, you can just tell. Jacks prices way up on everything compared to everywhere else. Their hours are very idea for the working class. They have a wide variety of smoke and vape tools. Very well stocked in the latest products on the market. I also enjoy their quick Service and the store is very clean and well set up displays make this experience that much more enjoyable

I absolutely love this shop. The selection of juice is huge, tons of amazing products and great prices. Id like to leave a shout out to Dustin for helping me out, he is super helpful and knowledgeable.

They pick and choose who to honor their promotions to. I was buying Kratom from them, buy 10 get one free. When it came time to get my free one all of the sudden the promotion ended. I tried to get my free one at the time I made my 10th purchase but was told that I had to pick it up on my next visit. When I went on my next visit (yesterday) to pick it up I was informed that the promotion ended and I was no longer eligible. They guy that claims to be a manager does not know how to talk to customers or even be a decent human being. He is a liar and he is very rude. They lost me as a loyal customer.

Was there visiting and burned my coil. Gentlemen working found a replacement for me up in no time. I told him my husband usually changes it out for me. So he took care of that as well. Great service, large selection of oil, and very clean.

New owners and management. Had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star since the change. These new owners are absolutely horrible, DO NOT GO HERE! I tried to by a log of Zyn 3 nic and he originally was going to charge me 11.50. I was surprised by the price because that is very cheap and then he changed his mind after seeing my reaction, pulled out his merchandising group chat and made me wait in the store until they responded telling him 8 dollars per can! This is almost double the price per can I pay at Gandalfs (4.95 there). I still cant believe i had to wait around in a store while he made up an outrageous price based on some group chat to sell me something he clearly knows NOTHING ABOUT. Do not support these guys if you have any self respect.

Came in to pick up some kratom while camping for a few days (I use kratom for pain relief so I cant go without it for long) and Michael was awesome. Not only did he know what he was talking about when it came to the strains and effects from the kratom, he was very friendly and super helpful when it came to prices. I only go to a different store if they are closed, which is rare because they are open till 10pm and it makes it very convenient, please dont change your hours because of winter. I’m talking over 200% mark up on some of the stuff in there.. should be against the lawReply: as a lifetime seaside local who has been in the dab scene since before it was a scene, I will agree that you USED TO have the best prices and I was superexcited for the new shop..when you first opened your prices where on point. However as you gained a larger customer base you’re prices have skyrocketed, idk if it’s greed or if your struggling but $15-$20 for China bangers that cost $5 is indeed a 200% markup. $120 for a $30 China rig? Indeed 200% Those cheap grinders and rolling trays you have for $40+? I could go on...All in all your open late and if im in a pinch I’ll be stopping by and letting you take advantage of me while I wait for my online order.. wish you the best with your business ✌️

Friendly staff had exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they were on the somewhat spendy side, but this could be expected for being located in a tourist town.

Ive gone here since i moved to seaside...these two new people are not up to par! Ive never been treated so rudely as i was by the new girl...who then proceeded to flirt with my husband😠i may just be one person but for someone who has come in every day for over 2 years now i wont be back at least not while either of them are working!

Stay Away!!! The guy who runs this shop is a con artist. He bold faced lied and told us that his price for his Juul pods where $5 less than the place up the street. Come to find out he was $4 over priced. We went back to get a refund and was rudely told no. This guy is wrong on so many levels.

Honestly some of the better customer service I’ve ever had going into a vape shop. Walked in and asked what he had that was durable due to working on a farm. Mike gave me three options and I can’t complain. I’ve droped it several times and still works like a charm. Definitely worth the drive from tillamook.
