Great little spa. Had a massage with Garrett, would highly recommend! Hes very professional and experienced. Really skilled at finding the knots and working out tension I didnt even know I had. Already booked my next massage!

Spavia is a great little haven of peace within the bustling Green Lake area. I felt instantly calm when I arrived (the serene little waiting area after the locker rooms definitely helped).I had an incredible massage with Natalie this weekend. She maintained the perfect balance of relaxation and tension relief. She was clearly a very experienced therapist. Like many, I carry much of my stress in my neck and shoulders, and 24 hours after my massage, I feel like a new person.I will definitely be back - I already signed up for a membership. But beyond massage, im excited to try some of the other services that Spavia offers! The facials sound divine.

I’ve had hundreds of massages in my lifetime. I love the thoroughness of the questionnaire to be able to communicate with the massage therapist before you go in is quite valuable.I got a totally therapeutic massage which the therapist evaluated was needed based on everything I answered on the intake questionnaire.The women at the front desk are fabulous to work with to refine the experience. I’ve never tipped more than 20% but Garret is exceptional.5 stars to the employees who made this a most positive experience.

Leah is the absolute best massage therapist I have had at Spavia. She is joyful and willing to talk about certain things to try and help my body. I recently went in with some low back and hip pain - Leah really worked on the exact spots, fixed my pillow, and tried a few new things. A month of pain was erased and I slept so well! She also has helped me relieve tension in my muscles and truly relax in a massage which has been hard for me in the past.

Garrett was so fantastic! Best massage I’ve ever had, he really targeted the tense spots I needed help with, and is clearly skilled with the work he does. I’ll definitely be going back!

Update:Spavia got in touch with me and offered me a facial on the house. It was lovely. And I appreciated the customer service and apologies. I got the anti-aging facial and it was lovely. Plan on going back again in a month for another.My first experience here was wonderful. But my second one was not. Called to discuss getting a chemical because I had never done one before. Showed up to my appointment and was told they couldnt do it because I had been using retinol - no one had told me otherwise. It was my birthday gift from my husband. Got up and left. Was told they would check the call when I made the appointment and get back to me. Have not heard from them since.

The massage was good! She listened to my requests for more or less pressure and immediately adjusted. She also checked in on the pressure. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience

My partner gave a gift to Spavia for Christmas and the service is mid at best.He got me the premier membership and it was a minimum of 3 months of membership to trial out this spa. We told the front desk that 3 months was all we wanted. I tried to cancel my membership on March 20th so that we would just have to pay for January, February, and March. But because my autopay date is within the 30 days of my last autopay, I had to pay for April. We were not aware of this policy when we signed up and now I feel reluctant to go again in April when I don’t want to.I’ve tried calling the clinic many times but no one ever picks up and then I receive a text message autobot that has not helped me in the past with scheduling.I also tried to reschedule an appointment and someone from the clinic reached out to me, and said they would call me back but never did and sent me a text message that I saw many hours later since they did not call.Overall their customer service could improve and I’m unsure why no one ever picks up the phone because when I arrive at the clinic, someone is always at the front desk.I’ve gotten a facial and a massage there, and the services were fine however my entire experience with this place had been average at best for such an expensive membership.

🤩wow🤩 I’ve been a bit stressed lately and booked myself a massage. Leah was my masseuse and she really helped with my neck strain. I came early and chilled out and read in the lounge.

I had a great experience at Spavia for a 1-hour massage with Leah. She was very warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming and she asked plenty of questions to make sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was fantastic and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I will definitely be back!!

My partner and I went here for massages and had a sub-par experience, mostly due to personal preference. I wish there had been an option for a massage oil instead of lotion, because I found the sensation of being slathered with so much lotion really gross and felt sticky for the entire day afterward. I love having my scalp massaged but that also meant that some lotion got in my hair too. While I chose the fragrance-free lotion, my partner went with the orange blossom scent. The fragrance stayed on his skin and clothing even after a shower and washing that item of clothing, which bothered my nose and struck me as concerning given that I try to be really careful about avoiding endocrine-disrupting chemicals like artificial fragrance and whatever else may have been in that lotion. Neither of us liked the face rests on the massage tables. I was hoping for a more relaxing massage, which I indicated on the pretty long form they had us fill out, but ended up with more of a PT-style massage that was painful at times (to be fair I could have spoken up more). The spa experience was nice and the staff were friendly, but for future massages I’ll stick to private practice massage therapists given that it’s a similar cost for a better experience.Also, this wasn’t the staff’s fault but rather the system that this company uses - the booking process was really confusing and I didn’t receive an automated confirmation email. I eventually got an email from someone at the front desk and had to coordinate with them directly. It sketched me out a little at first and I was worried I’d been scammed.

This was my first time here as a birthday surprise from my husband. Everything was amazing and while every staff member I did come across was delighted I would like to give a special shoutout to my masseuse Marissa! She was so gentle, calm, and asked if I was comfortable. I talked about how I just had a baby earlier this year and from that point on the massage was another level from the pressure points to the targeted areas and the conversation was wonderful while also being relaxed. I will definitely be back because of Marissa, the atmosphere, the retreat room and those robes 😍😍😍

The environment was so relaxing & the staff was kind, but I want to shout out Holly! I had one of the best massages I’ve had from her, she was so attentive & made me feel so cared for & listened to.

This day spa is wonderful! The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely good at their field. The facilities are exceptional. There are separate mens and womens lounge attached to a dressing room. You are assigned a personalized locker with a robe and footwear and have access to showers and changing room as well. I highly recommend SpaVia. One of the best massages Ive ever had.

Don’t go if you have a gift card.My girlfriend got a gift card for Spavia, no where on the gift card did it say that only certain Spavias accept the gift card. Upon checkout they told her that specific location doesn’t accept gift cards. Pretty horrid business practice, and the massage wasn’t that great either.

I had the best massage with Holly H! She understood what I needed from the massage, and had some great techniques that relieved a lot of soreness. Looking forward to booking with her again!

I have been seeing Amber for facials since January, and I have always appreciated her candor, her friendliness, and her focus on making me feel comfortable every time I am here. Amber is super attuned to individual skin needs, and her recommendations have improved my skincare in a way I can notice and feel each morning — and I went through my adolescence and 20s with such oily skin that I had accepted it as a reality beyond my control. It means a lot to have someone at the top level of their profession take time to explain what specific treatments would be best, and why they would be best based on individual need. Spavia as a whole has been kind and accommodating for customers, and I hope they continue to exist from a place of compassion and care because it makes such a positive difference.

Lovely place. The girls were very professional and sweet. Sophi did my facial and I scheduled one that I thought was suited for my skin and it wasnt so she made sure she informed me and we adjusted accordingly with the time that we had. Also the masseuses were amazing. We got a couples massage as well, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. Thank you spavia. Will be coming again!

Spavia is amazing! The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. Every esthetician and massage therapist that I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable and provided excellent service and suggestions for products for at home use. Using the app makes scheduling easy and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I received a facial from Alethea and she was absolutely amazing! I am prepping my skin in preparation for my wedding, and Alethea was both knowledgable and experienced! She really took the time to understand what products I use, where my skin is now, and where Id like my skin to get in the next few months. She provided a really customized treatment plan for follow-up visits, as well as recommendations for how to improve my skincare routine at home. She explained what she was doing through each step of the facial and her actual application of products during the facial were fluid and relaxing. She provided a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her!

Massage therapist, Ary, provided an excellent service. She was knowledgeable about how to release pain in my neck and techniques to use at home for the maintenance.

Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I had a facial and my aesthetician really listened to my issues and recommended effective and inexpensive products. Nice little touches like heated neck pillows and mints in the waiting area were great!

Great first experience here with Leah! She provided deep tissue work that was effective without being unduly uncomfortable. A relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Two days ago I had a massage (Ary) and a facial (Veronika) at Spavia, both services were just incredibly dreamy and restorative. Back feels great, face is glowing, and Im grateful we have such a high-quality spa close by. Love it!

I had a signature facial with Angelique and loved it! Her energy and professionalism was amazing and my skin looks / feels incredible. The quality of the service I received for the price was really great.This location is perfect for a personal spa day and has separate changing and relaxation areas by gender. The relaxation areas and locker rooms are small but are equipted with showers, robes, heated neck pillows, and tea. I do not believe there are expanded amenities such as a steam room, sauna, or tub, but I would totally be a regular if there was!

The facial I had was very uplifting, and the person who gave it was very wonderful.The massage was something I needed for a while. The person who gave me that service was amazing! Perfect pressure and helpful in getting awful knots out of my midback.Love that I can shower afterwards.Suggestion: have brushes/combs in womans restroom.

They offer nice touches - from before and after your service(s) to the time when you’re actually getting your service(s) - that help personalize and enhance your experience. I signed up for a membership today, so I’ll be back!

One my grateful clients gave me a gift card as a thank you for my hard work. I thought “oh how thoughtful for the kind gesture and unknowingly chose a place a block away from my house!! I thought this is a great opportunity to start a membership. Turns out I Can not use the gift card to prepay a membership but sure I can use it to leave TIPS 😆.. wow!

I received a Hydraderm facial from Lizzie. She was absolutely amazing — kind, informative, and made me feel utterly relaxed. I feel as though my skin is glowing and I know it is as much from my treatment as from my time being mindful and calmed by Lizzie.

I have been going to Spavia at Greenlake for 9 months since January, 2023. Amber is very knowledgeable about the skin care services. She is very thorough with the Waxing services as well. I truly enjoy my monthly facial and Waxing services.

Wonderful experience, Demi really took her time to massage out some knots I had in my back. Overall would highly recommend the signature massage. Great service and atmosphere too!

Sad to give this one star even though I loved the services I received here. Like other reviews have mentioned it’s really hard to schedule with this location as they have very limited appointments and no visibility to the customer on when those are. It’s a constant back and forth with someone on the phone or over text, “does this work”? Booking an appointment felt like finding a needle in a haystack!I was signed up for the membership and was being charged $109 / month but could not use my credits because they had very limited appointment options. Upon asking to pause or cancel my membership in April I was promised a follow up email I never received. When I went in person and signed the cancellation form in May I was still charged for the next month and told I needed to use my credit within 30 days or lose it.So I called and booked an appointment within the period. Then, it turns out, they made a mistake and booked me for the wrong date. With 2 days left in their 30 day deadline. They could not fit me in within the 30 day period. I was promised a return phone call to figure out options but I never received one, even after calling twice and leaving a voicemail.Sad because I would have recommended them otherwise!

Sitting in my car writing this. I was having HORRIBLE lower back pain and had never seen a professional before. Debbie was amazing with a 60 min deep tissue. The space was clean, inviting, smelled amazing and I had my own locker with my name on it upon coming in. It really made me feel welcome. All staff had masks on as well. Well worth the price. I somehow feel taller and my whole back cracked upon getting up and it felt AMAZING. 10/10 will be coming back!

Amazing massage by Leah. She also gave some helpful stretching advice afterwards being that I had recently got into long distance running. I’ll be coming back for sure.

My favorite spa in the city!There monthly membership is a great deal, so many options to use your monthly visit on.Their facial is probably one of the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced.The ambiance and experience is “chefs kiss” the dimly lit waiting room. Where you are offered a hot tea. The relaxing music and the sound of the waterfall trickling. Overall very great experience, I’ve been coming here regularly for 3 years!

The overall experience in exploring the website, booking, and receiving services from Spavia was just okay. Nothing was bad. All the staff maintain a soft-spoken and calming tone when communicating and do try what they can to be helpful once receiving the service(s) you booked for. However, I found customer communication to lack in several areas from the booking process when booking a package, information on mask policy, parking, customer forms, the disregard to the time spent answering questions on the forms as every single staff member I encountered asked me the same questions, and outline of how services are spaced. Treating myself is not something I am able to do often, so expect to feel relaxed and pampered when paying nearly $400. The services themselves were fine. The Signature Massage was the most enjoyable. I also got a detox wrap and facial. Most of these services deplete your body of hydration, so it would also be nice to offer small bottles of water to go to stay hydrated.

Relaxing (if small) Spa in Heart of Greenlake VillageMy first appointment here was a last minute booking while desperately stressed out ... but after 30 minutes waiting in the relaxation room my masseuse was a no-show. Spa staff were very apologetic and offered champagne and a free next appointment. I took them up on both counts.A week later I came in and everything from check-in, to again complimentary champagne, was flawless. Staff were polite and again apologetic, and finally getting my massage was lovely. Spaces were clean and calmly lit, with small motivational books for light reading while you wait. The heated massage tables are the perfect touch to help you quickly relax. I received the Swedish massage (Im not very particular in what style I prefer) at medium pressure. They offer a range of floral/tropical scented lotions but I chose the unscented for my sensitive skin. They also offer varying levels of spa packages for various services on a monthly basis. The 1 massage or facial per month package saves you 20% off walk-in prices.Even with bumpy start, I was very pleased and would give 4.5/5 stars if possible.

So glad I found this place!! It’s always awkward going to a new place but the gal upfront (I apologize I didn’t catch her name) was so sweet and welcoming I felt like I had been here before and never pushed me to purchase anything but was more than happy to explain the memberships to me and pricing of products. As far as my massage Kim was AMAZING so sweet and answered all my questions at the end, her hands are magic I swear, I highly recommend her and that was my first time seeing her! My facial was just a good , Alex was honest with what I needed help with and walked through the facial step by step which was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. She also walked me out and started me on a whole new skin care routine so fingers crossed. With all that being said thank you Kim and Alex I will be back!! The only downside of the membership is they only include one service per month , would be awesome if it was 2 services just for a little extra savings, other than that staff is just hands down fabulous!

Massage with Chelsea was great! She worked out a few knots in my back and the rest of the massage was very relaxing. Facial with Tiffany was not so great. She was 10 minutes late, so my facial was only 40 minutes. She didnt do a great job with extractions because she didnt have time. The girl at the front desk who welcomed me was in a rush, which made that piece of the experience not so zen.Editing my earlier review—I went back a month later and had Heather for my facial and Christie for my massage. Both were amazing. Heather and I had a great conversation- she even sent me a follow up email to share some information we had been discussing. Christie was super friendly and professional and worked out the knots in my neck. I highly recommend Christie and Heather!!

Relaxing environment and friendly staff. Unfortunately, deep tissue massage was not very deep, despite requesting more pressure. People laughing and chatting could be heard through the wall of our couples massage room as well. Maybe it was an off-day but we were disappointed overall after reading such stellar reviews. : /

The staff here are incredible! I am a monthly member I love it so much. The facials and massages are fantastic. I have gotten a body wrap once, too. They have awesome lounges with blankets, pillows, tea and coffee, and warm neck pillows. The books are kinda weird, so bring your own reading material, but you can nap in there, read, or just relax. The changing rooms are great, too! Lots of space with all of the amenities you could want (they even have peppermints that are like Yorks). I love to take a shower in the stone shower and use two towels (one for my hair and one for my body) and just luxuriate in the steam and the utter relaxation. I live in a small house, so I dream of a bathroom like that and savor every minute. If you park in the parking garage below and buy yourself a treat at PCC, you get validated parking for 90 minutes, so it makes the logistics of going there easy, too! I am a huge fan of Heather and Tiffany for facials and Angela for massage, but go there and choose your own favorites! We even had our family go here for Christmas and we all got services (MEN TOO!) and it was spectacular. Highly recommend.

I expected SO much more from this place. Walked in expecting to get a membership as Ive been on a massage kick lately. I like that this place has some of the more relaxing amenities of hotel spas (tea, relaxation room, showers etc). My massage was the worst, most dry massage Ive ever had. My therapist would not put enough lotion/oil on my body and I could hear her pumping 1/2 squirts and pausing literally every 2 minutes during the whole thing, which was not relaxing. I will not be back.

Very nice place to get a massage. You get to pick the oil scent, music, and pressure when you check in. The changing room includes lockers, shower, and toilet. Youre given a robe, and flip flops to change into. They also have a quiet space with tea/water and neck warmers for before/after the massage. The masseur I got (Tomas) was knowledgeable, professional, and hit all the right spots. Great experience.

I got the spray tan with a body scrub. It was my very first spa experience and Tiffany made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this location, they seem reasonably priced for the services and offer an even better pricing with the membership!

Overall good experience here! I had Tony and he did well. I do wish the lotion or room would have been heated more cause i was pretty cold. But otherwise I had a great time. You get to choose from several different lotion fragrances and many different massage options.

I have a monthly membership to Spavia Greenlake. I have never been one to commit monthly to something like this, but their services are exceptional. They have maintained fantastic safety and cleanliness procedures throughout COVID-19. I have received facials and massages. As a special mention, I can not recommend Shaylene enough. She clearly has excellent anatomical knowledge and caters the session to the client well. Not your average “one size fits all” treatment. Go see them! You won’t regret it.

I have been coming to Tiffany for my waxing needs for quite some time now. I have also received a few facials that were exquisite! She is always personable and does exactly what I’m looking for. Would definitely recommend her for waxing or facials!!

Mixed feelings. 2.5 ⭐s for now. I did not have a very good experience, but got the feeling thats not typically the norm. My mom and i wanted to go get massages together so we scheduled several days ahead of time. They made an error and booked us on different days. Even though it was their mistake, they acted as if they were doing us a favor to accommodate us (no apology). So our massages were cut short (like in half) and we had to share a room after we requested separate rooms twice (once while booking several days in advance and also when asked upon arrival). We also completed their mandatory questionnaire in advance so we didnt have to come in early but when i told them, they insisted i was wrong and made me do it again. As soon as i was done they found the one i had submitted online earlier. They also dont validate parking. But on the bright side- my Mom and I both agreed that the massages were excellent... A+ for the massuses... We just wish they lasted for the hour that we paid for. Also- i have to include that management did apologize after learning of the error (days later), which we definately appreciated so were going to give them another try. It was our first visit and I think if the situation was handeled differently at the time we would have felt a bit more positive about the experience.

Facial glow is real. They don’t do face massage as such. Just product application and steaming.
